While being an older hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It felt old world plush. We knew from reviews the beds would be hard (and they were) but we slept very solidly. We loved our balcony although the weather turned abruptly cold the second the sun went down. We arrived after there had been flooding earlier in the week, but it did not affect us in any way. The staff was wonderful.

A hotel with a perfect home base for our time in the Lake Como region while visiting family and relatives. Accommodations are great and comfortable; especially with an abundant breakfast to start the day ! A presto !

The hotel is in a fantastic spot — right on the lake and just steps from Como’s Cathedral and historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special.
Parking is off-site at a nearby sister hotel, just a short walk away. It’s a bit inconvenient but manageable. The room was clean and comfortable, though starting to feel a bit dated and could use some renovation.

This hotel was beautiful! It was in a great location and had an incredible view. Our original room was in a bit of a noisy location and we were happy with it - the hotel staff quickly assigned us a new room! They were SO quick about it. The hotel breakfast was amazing as well, a large selection of delicious food everyday! We will stay here again when we return to Lake Como.

Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Como. The location is perfect, right around wonderful restaurants to eat at, and of course by the harbor for easy access to boat travel. The room was nice and clean as well as a perfect balcony view over the harbor/lake Como itself. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly including help with parking. Would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and comfortable hotel to stay at in Como. No complaints.

This was a great location for our first visit to Como and Lake Como. Easy access to ferries to see other locations. the service was great. The balcony room gave us a great view to the lake and other surrounds. The room is very clean, roomy and the bed very comfortable.The buffet breakfast was of a high standard, with great service from the staff.

The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :)

We did not like how the rooms were not temperature controlled - it was extremely hot. The bathroom shower had major leaks that made everything wet. Their alternative options were also not feasible. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and the reception staff were ever so kind, lovely and approachable- we were able to check in earlier than their standard check in time. View was amazing and room was spacious. They helped us get around and offered us advice on where to go and how to get there which was very helpful.

We have really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and a lovely breakdast. The room had everyhing we needed. Just unfortante that we heard a bottle bank veing emptied at 6:15 on a Tuesday morning. We had a city view which is basically a wall. But given we didnt spend much time in the room (awake) it didn’t really matter.
