We loved this stay. The rooms are newly refurbished, comfortable, and smart. The breakfast is excellent, with home made treats and fresh fruit. The location is very convenient; it’s walkable from many of the key sights, a ten-minute taxi ride from the main train station, and right next to the Duomo metro station. And the staff are welcoming and helpful; they will help with restaurant recommendations, ordering taxis, etc.

From the beginning there was, communication, service, friendliness. Gisela was amazing! So helpful and sweet. They were all there for anything. Perfect location. Great bed and AC. Breakfast was always great and right outside the room door. And the view was incredible. We were on the 5th floor. Would highly recommend.

We had the Junior suite and we really loved the room. Spacious and clean and very updated. The breakfast was amazing. The only compliant was trying to find a place. It’s in an old historical building so he would never know unless you called the hotel as it’s behind some brown doors with a new balance logo on the side window. Once you got through those doors, there is a small little elevator to your right which barely fits two people in a couple of pieces of luggage. However, once you make it up to the fifth floor and into the doors of the hotel reception desk it was great. Angie, the lady that helps with breakfast was very friendly and super nice. Also, Giselle that front desk hotel manager was very helpful. We would stay there again.

What a fabulous time we had at Amadomus Luxury Suites, we stayed for three nights in the Emerald Suite. The photographs online are a true reflection, everything is stylish and luxurious and so well thought out, you could literally arrive with no toiletries and you would be fine, every need has been considered. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with such a beautiful bathroom and the bed was really comfortable too.

The location is perfect, right next to the metro, a short walk to the Duomo and historical centre and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Although in a busy area traffic wise, the windows block out any noise and everything is peaceful. The manager Gisella is super helpful and friendly and was very easy to contact via WhatsApp and Angie who served the fab breakfast is so lovely. I don’t know who did the cleaning, but we always came back to an immaculate suite so thank you to them!

There is so much to see in Naples, a genuinely authentic and lively city, we barely scratched the surface and if we are ever lucky enough to come back, I know where we’ll be staying!

Breakfast was a nice selection, this is a really cozy hotel and super clean and modern. The rooms and appliances are modernized and clean, we were impressed considering the location.
Location was convenient for walking to most touristic areas. The balcony was great addition for a nice city view. It’s noisy outside but the windows are very noise blocking.
Gisella the manager is very kind and welcoming, made everything very easy for us! Overall would recommend to stay here if you’re in Naples.

Easy 20-30 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go. Gisela pre arranged taxis to the train station and airport and they were on time and inexpensive

Suite 501 has the most beautiful bathroom and i have ever seen it even has two small balconies off of it as well as a larger one off bathroom. nice breakfast spread. Easy walking to tons of reastaurants and shops.

The property itself was very nice and offered a a nice free breakfast. I had the junior suite which was wonderful with a couple of balcony areas, nice seating area, comfortable bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and tub with a nice large vanity area. I did notice there was water damage on the ceiling where the walk-in shower is. It was quiet at night and it’s also in a secure building with keypad access. The smart TV has various options for you to be able to view desired programs on different platforms. Unfortunately there is no receptionist at the hotel desk past 4 PM which constitutes very limited hours and access for assistance. However, I was able to check in well past this timeframe. The hotel is located a 15 minute walk from the Naples Central train station. I felt comfortable walking during the daytime in this area as there are many people walking around, but Naples itself reminds me of gritty New York. My biggest issue with this hotel was when they offered to call me a taxi service early in the morning when I needed to catch the train to leave Naples. When the taxi reached Naples Central train station I gave him €50 and he only gave me €30 back. I insisted on receiving the rest of my money and he only gave me another six euros back. He scammed me out of three euros. I informed the hotel of this and they stated they would file a complaints. I asked to receive my three euros back since the hotel is the one that called this taxi driver and they never got back to me.

Upon first arriving I was a little shocked at the surrounding area but was pleasantly surprised when we entered the property. We were greeted by a gentlemen whose name escapes me, but he was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a great place to have dinner. Our room was very clean and well appointed. In retrospect, I wish I had thought about it not having a restaurant on site as we only had dinner out 1 night out of 3 because by the time we got back from all day tours, there was nothing nearby (at least that we could find) to grab a quick meal. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We were told upon check in that it started at 7:30, which if you have tours scheduled, there is no way to have breakfast at that time and make an 8:00 tour. So, the first morning we had to meet our tour group across town at 7:30 which meant no breakfast. The 2nd morning we came out of our room just hoping to at least get a coffee and some fruit before again heading across town for an 8:00 am tour. We were sharply told that breakfast was at 7:30 so we got up and said, okay thank you we have to go. She softened and allowed us to sit which we did for all of 5 minutes before leaving. This property was very clean, very well appointed and updated but the only complaint/suggestion I have would be perhaps just having something out for guests to quickly grab on their way out to catch a tour if they can't wait until 7:30. Despite this, I would still recommend this property for your stay in Naples.

Our stay at Amadamus Luxury Suites was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, soundproof, and beautifully designed, with a lovely balcony and top-notch amenities. The TV had a great selection of channels, and the charging station was super convenient. The shower was large, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff truly made our experience exceptional. Gisella, in particular, was the highlight of our stay—so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

We had a room that was separated from the others, which gave us a sense of privacy and tranquility—exactly what we were looking for. The location is fantastic, with the metro station just below the hotel and an easy walk to the main district of Naples. The area is vibrant, full of great food options, and feels very safe with plenty to explore nearby.

A nice touch was the welcome drinks on arrival, and they even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport. Overall, a truly great stay—highly recommended!

Amazing Hotel located about a 15 mins walk from the train station. Staff was amazing they gave us a lot of information about the city upon arrival. Rooms were the largest we stayed in on our 2 week trip in Italy. Highly recommend staying here, if we are ever in Naples again we will only be staying here.

Amadomus Luxury suites is located in a central part of Naples, most tourist sites within 20-30 minute walk. The owner was very friendly, provided a map of town with all the sites highlighted and had recommendations for sites and food. The room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was very good too. The hotel is located in a central part of town, so it is a bit noisy, but too bad.

I had an amazing stay at Amadomus Luxury Suites! The hotel is a small boutique property located on the fifth floor of a grand structure in a good location within Napoli.

Gisella, who was working at the front desk was particularly brilliant with her service and welcome at the hotel. She was extremely friendly, attentive, professional and really stood out from a customer service perspective.

I also had the pleasure to meet Gianluca the owner who was also very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate and shared information on the city.

The hotel is also close to some of the special historic streets of Napoli including via dei tribunali which is definitely worth visiting along with many others.

The metro station is easy to use and also just outside the hotel which allows easy transport to other sides of the city worth exploring - one to name being Chiaia.

The room was very impressive. High quality furniture and very clean. The cleaners and staff at the hotel have done a remarkable job to keep the rooms clean and tidy.

I would highly recommend this hotel on a visit to Napoli!

The room was beautiful and so comfortable! The bed was so comfortable! The view from the room during the day and night was gorgeous. The bathroom was wonderful with a huge tub. My husband and I loved our stay here! The staff members were so friendly and nice. They were communicative and gave you all the information you need in advance for how to get to the hotel. They even welcomed us with welcome drinks and pastries after we checked in. this is a unique boutique hotel conveniently located in the heart of downtown Naples. The four buildings location is around a 'roundabout'. The entry is unique for sure - buzz in and take an elevator built for two to the 5th floor then down several steps which the manager of the hotel did for us. What lies inside is nothing short of beautiful! Very modern and well decorated and with high end electronics for all the lights and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the city. We received a warm welcome from the manager (Isabella, think she said) and she gave us a wonderful indepth review of the city map with recommendations for our evening in Naples. She then brought a welcome drink and pastries to our room! The next morning the included breakfast was simply delicious and hearty. And, they called us a taxi with a set rate for the hotel. A wonderful stay - do no hesitate to book this hotel.

This is an excellent boutique hotel. The hotel staff was wonderful, very friendly and made some great recommendations for food and transportation. Their breakfast each morning is amazing! The room was clean, very quiet and we felt very safe as you had to swipe your key multiple times between the main entrance of the building to the lobby on the 5th floor. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

And the best you can buy excellent Barolo for 25 euro :) On our trip we visited Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Ravello, but Naples stop was unique and unforgettable!

Lovely stay at Amadomus - great staff & amenities.

The Amadomus staff took great care of us. They, especially Giselle, communicated with us prior, during, and after the visit, wanting to make sure our needs were met. Gianluca received us when we arrived and he was meticulous in how he explained the amenities and where to visit during our stay. The lady who made and served breakfast was very friendly too, always eager to get you a cappuccino or a glass of cold water. I would say they went above and beyond. Our experience outside of Amadomus was not that pleasant (especially with taxi drivers and some restaurants where service was not polite at all, in fact we were taken advantage of). Returning to Amadomus always felt like going back to home and family.
