This is closer to a Hostel, definitely not a hotel. Advertised amenities were 24/7 front desk, gym, bar, etc. Front desk is the bar, cluttered with paperwork, more of an office with a few bottles on the wall. It was padlocked up before 8pm. Called at 815 to get ice on our cell because room has no phone, but we were informed no ice, sheets were gross, crusted booger on the sheets, shower leaked, black mold residue on the wall, if theres a gym there we couldn't find it. They claim to be fully able to speak English, but it was impossible to get past yes or no, really terrible area outside. All the photos are taken when it was clean and with some good angles. DO NOT STAY HERE.
PS: we slept fully clothed on top of the comforter.

Cute place, not really a hotel, it’s a floor of a large building. The staff was very nice, the room was cute with a nice bathroom. It seemed like a very good value, location is great for exploring.

Basic but convenient

Being new to Italy, this style of hotel was quite a mystery - it is located on the first floor only of an apartment block and on arrival you have to ring a doorbell and then find your way up to the reception. The staff were friendly and helpful, what we saw of them, but most of the time no one was there. We missed breakfast as we were leaving town on an early train and breakfast is only served (in room) from 8:30 - no staff had arrived when we left at 8. The room was very basic. The \"double\" bed was actually twin beds pushed together which slipped apart over night. The television was tiny but functional. Bathroom was basic but functional. Location is excellent for the old city (a fantastic adventure), 15 mins walk from the regional station for trains to Pompeii, 25 mins from central station and, normally, just next to the metro (the station was being rebuilt when we were there, due to have reopened 12 months ago - should be good once finished though).

Expecting more at this price

The location of this hotel is very good close to train station and many attractions. The elevator belong to 50's or 60's with capacity of 3 people. You need 4 keys to reach your room. The staff are very helpful when available.

For whom doesn't know history, The place is on one of the must historical street of Naples, ( Corso Umberto ) 10 minutes walk to the train station &. 10 minutes to Piazza Municipio, Marchio Angioino & the pier to go the the islands. 10 minutes from the Cathedral of San Gannaro. ( The Saint of the melting blood ) If anyone in Naples or Italy would like to rent or buy an apt on the street or this building? You better be Very Very Rich and trying to find who's renting or selling.

centrally located in old part of town

hotel was ok. in an old building on a main street in the old part of naples. the guys running it are friendly and will help you part your car either in the lot for 20 euros a day or just on the streets for no charge. the room seems a bit grimy like the rest of the city. no place in the hotel to eat breakfast but they will bring you a croissant and a espresso.

Ok if you just want a place to sleep while exploring Naples. Clean sheets and towels. Beds reasonably comfortable. Neighbourhood is ok, not terrible like around the station, but not super classy. Backstreets of the older area are nice behind it with lots of places to eat. Staff are helpful enough and easy to deal with. Reasonable English. Breakfast is a microwaved croissant and poor coffee that you can't get any earlier than 8:30am, but it's included so you eat it. Quite soundproof from busy road below. Small fridge in room. Close to supermarket.

A Calm Place in Naples

I wanted to tour Naples and the surrounding area (Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, etc.). This B and B was well priced and about a brisk ten-minute walk from the chaos of the train station area. The distance was a good thing and placed me very close to the street leading to the Duomo area. The side streets are a mind-blowing must-see walk. So, the location of this B and B was actually quite good. I wish, though, that the B that stands for breakfast was a little better. There is no staff at night on site, and they generally arrived around 9:00 am--which was a little late for me. As a traveler, I want to be out and about by then, and either had to skip the breakfast (oh how I wanted that espresso in my room) or wait impatiently for my turn. The room was very clean, the bathroom spacious by Italian standards, the AC was wonderfully cold and quiet, and the window onerlooking the busy Umberto I street had excellent soundproofing. I had a single bed, which was narrow but comfortable. I found Mario, the apparent manager or owner, very nice, but the ladies who cleaned and made the breakfast a little brusque. I think I would stay there again if I ever visited Naples and needed a decent and safe place to stay on a budget.

Great location - excellent value for money

Stayed in Residenza Nicola Amore 1 night on return from Ischia. Location is excellent in the middle of the shopping district. Was also easy walking distance from the port. Rooms are clean and service very friendly. Hotel staff organised our early morning cab to the airport. Would definately use this hotel again as it's great value for this price.

Great place, location and staff

We stayed for 4 nights in June 2012. The location is excellent, you can walk to most places of interest in this very interesting city. The neighborhood is fine, we felt totally safe late at night walking back to the hotel, you have nothing to worry about, just use normal caution. The staff (including the owners) is very friendly and helpful with anything you need to know. We highly recommend this place to everybody making the very good decision to visit Naples and surrounding areas.

Good hotel, great location!

Hotel right in the middle of centre, about 10 minute walk from main station. Naples is very noisy but most of the street noise cant be heard from hotel room. Soundproofing is ok. Air con doesn't work the best and gets turned off when you're out but it doesn't get too musty in the room. The drains smelt a little but we just closed the bathroom door while we were there. Free wi-fi only works in certain areas of the room but it's manageable. The reception staff were always friendly but only understood minimal english. It took us a while to explain that we'd have to check out at 8 am and where we were to leave the keys....but again, it's manageable. You feel really safe in the room as you need 5 sets of keys to get there! So that's a bit of a pain...carrying around all those keys! Free breaky was a coffee and a pastry delivered to your room at a time of your choice, between 8.30 and 9.30. Small (and cramped) supermarket very close to hotel, turn right and then right again. Original pizza shop in Naples within walking distance from hotel, turn left and then left after the roundabout. Reception can give you a map and directions too. The pizza is amazing, they only offer 2 types, Margarita and Marinara, cost is only 4 euro! You can have a whole pizza and a beer for 6 euro. BUT expect crappy service, some of the waiters just ignore you until they're ready. If we were to return to Naples we'd stay at this hotel but don't think we will as Naples was too busy, dirty and loud for us.

Nicola Amore Naples - We Will Stay Again

We stayed only 2 nights in Naples at Nicola Amore. The location was fantastic and the staff were lovely. The room we had was on the street front and literally at the front desk, so it was quite noisy, but otherwise it was comfortable. It was very clean - in fact the cleaner moved lots of my belongings around the room to clean it while we were there. A tad annoying but at least we knew the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but don't hold out for the breakfast. Loved Naples and will definitely be back to spend more time there!

Lovely family run accomodation. Basic room, kept very neat and tidy and cleaned every day. Janelle was very acoomodating with our late check-in (of midnight), one quick phone call and everything was sorted. A bit of traffic noise, but that's Naples. Very happy!

Very convenient, friendly, charming.

This family owned hotel is located on the first floor of the apartment building.
It is situated on the busy street, very close to port to take a trip to Capri and relatively close to Centrale to take a trip to Pompeii.
Rooms are clean, very well equipped and decorated: huge hairdryer, small refrigerator, plenty of new big towels changed daily.
There is an apartment on the same floor that you can rent from the same family. Next time I might go with the apartment, but the room for 3 people was still lovely.
Breakfast is included and it is at the next door cafe with just baked pastries and great Italian cappuccino.
Mario in the reception helped us with every request we had, printed maps if we needed them, gave directions. He arranged our transfer to the airport as well on Sunday early morning at 4 am.

Perfect hotel in center of Napoli

This was a great hotel. Perfectly situated in the center of Napoli in one of the better neighborhoods. Great service from the owners, clean rooms and a great place to stay. I go to Napoli often and will definitely use it again.

B&B

The description is misleading and false. It is not a hotel. It is a ”b&b”. Breakfast is very poor and everyday just same either a toast or croissant. There is no minibar in the room. They give you 4 very big keys for you can go to room and one more for safebox. Safebox is in the common corridor. This is only good for an overnight stay nothing else.

Byt v prvním patře předělaný na jednotlivé apartmány – rodinný podnik, velmi čistý pokoj - denní úklid včetně obměny ručníků, fajn cena, žádný extra luxus, ale čisto, na přespání bohatě stačí. Výhodná poloha - všude blízko (15 min chůze na Piazza Garibaldi - nádraží, metro, stejná vzdálenost do přístavu či španělské čtvrti). Velmi vstřícný personál, mluví slušně anglicky, snídaně OK, nezvyk pro nás bylo, že se nejedná o formu bufetu, ale servis až na stůl. WiFi funguje překvapivě velmi rychle a bez výpadků! Trezor k dispozici, na chodbě i automat na nápoje či cukrovinky, levný obchod za rohem.
Nižší tlak vody ve sprše, ale vykoupete se :) počítejte s hlukem z ulice - bydlení v centru. Mají nová okna, která hluk tlumí, ale kdo je zvyklý na ticho a ne na zvuky velkoměsta bude první noc překvapen. Pak už budete spinkat jako andílci - nebo si vezměte špunty do uší :) Za nás DOPORUČUJEME!!

Hôtel bien situé, confort très correct

Accueil sympathique dans petit hôtel familial bien situé dans centre historique.
Petit déjeuner correct et suffisant.
Chambre petite mais décorée avec goût salle de bain bien aménagée et linge de toilette propres.
Idéal pour visite de la ville et commode pour accès à tous les moyens de transport.

Convient pour un passage d'une nuit.

Les photos sur internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Je m'attendais à au moins un micro-ondes dans la chambre plutôt qu'un petit frigidaire à boissons payantes, surtout avec un petit déjeuner très très minimaliste, à heure fixe imposée pour la durée totale du séjour ( 6 jours ). Certaines photos du site présentaient des vraies cuisines dans les chambres pour 4 personnes. Pour 2 personnes il n'y avait rien de tel, mais ce n'était écrit nulle part. Nous sommes mon mari et moi assez déçus.
La douche avait un très petit débit et était très dure à régler.

Situato a metà di corso Umberto I, tra la stazione e il porto, offre la possibilità di raggiungere comodamente qualunque parte della città. La camera non era il massimo della comodità: piccola ed essenziale. Ottima colazione in camera e personale cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato per chi non ha troppe esigenze.

The best thing in this hotel is the location. It's on busy main street, but the windows keep the room nicely quiet. The breakfast is Italian \"croisant and coffee\". The room is cozy but the toilet was little dirty.

Diese Unterkunft kann man nicht als Hotel bezeichnen - es ist ein B&B. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch, kein Schrank vorhanden (offenes Regal mit Bügeln). Es gibt keinen Speisesaal, sondern es handelt sich um eine umfunktionierte Wohnung mit mehreren Gästezimmern. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Espresso im Plastikbecher auf fleckigem Blechtablett. Frühstück haben wir aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise nicht erhalten, auch kein Lunchpaket, obwohl Frühstück im Preis enthalten war. Unser Zimmer lag zur großen Hauptverkehrsstraße, Lärm bis nachts um 3.00 h. Geruchsbelästigung durch starke Putzmittel, die auch Reste im ganzen Zimmer (Linoeum) hinterlassen haben.

大通りに面したホテル

大通りに面しており、朝から夜遅くまでとても賑やかです。
ただ、ナポリは一本路地に入ると怖いところがあるので、人通りが多い方がかえって安心かもしれません。

ホテルの方はとても親切で、美味しいピッツェリアやポンペイへの行き方を教えてくれました。

Nel complesso non è male, il personale è stato gentile e ci è venuto incontro nel risolvere un nostro problema. La camera era pulita anche se accessoriata in maniera minimalista. Quello che non ci è piaciuto è stato lo stabile, un pochino fatiscente e datato, bisognoso di qualche ristrutturazione.

Nice small room

It is a very old building, like every other building in the area, but the rooms were renovated, cozy and clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was served in the room, which was poor (just one croissant and coffee), though delicious. The hotel was close to the historical center and at a walkable distance from the train station as well as from the metro station. As an overall opinion, it's worth of its money, nothing more nothing less.

Det var en dejlig tur. Hotelet er placeret godt, tæt på alle strategiske steder (central station, bus til lufthavnen,shopping,den gammle by osv).I hotelet får du alt det du betaler for og lidt mere. Personal er meget venlig og hjelpsom. Jeg har været der allene med min lille datter og vi har følt os sikkre helle tiden. Den eneste ubehalige ting var billerne der larmede.Allivek kunne vi sagtens sove.

Hotel muy bien situado

Nos encantó la amabilidad de su personal, especialmente la de Mario. La habitación que habíamos reservado estaba bien decorada, era amplia, con aire acondicionado muy silencioso, tenía buena insonorización exterior en un lugar tan concurrido de tráfico y nos servían el desayuno en la habitación.

Recomiendo este hotel, es buena su calidad-precio y sin duda volveremos.

Totalmente recomendable!

Mi pareja y yo escogimos la residencia Nicola Amore por los múltiples comentarios positivos que habíamos encontrado sobre ella en la web y no nos defraudó. Está bien situada, cerca del casco antiguo de la ciudad; sus propietarios son encantadores y nos trataron muy bien desde el primer día y hasta el último minuto. La habitación es súper cómoda y limpia y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Cabe decir que en nuestro viaje, veníamos de un hotel tres estrellas situado en el centro de Roma y la residencia Nicola Amore superó el trato y los servicios ofrecidos a dicho hotel.
Si volvemos a Nápoles, repetimos seguro!

Ottima accoglienza e posizione

Nonostante l'edificio sia piuttosto vecchio, l'interno dell'albergo è decisamente curato e pulito. Siamo stati accolti molto calorosamente e ci sono state date moltissime informazioni utili. La colazione è composta da un caffè, un cappuccino e una deliziosa brioche (all'arrivo ci è stato chiesto se avevamo delle preferenze e la nostra risposta è stata per una brioche al cioccolato - desiderio esaudito) servita direttamente in camera. L'albergo è situato su uno stradone, ma la nostra camera era sul retro e quindi molto silenziosa. Da qua in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge Spaccanapoli, la stazione e la via Toledo. Che dire se dovessimo tornare a Napoli questa sarebbe la nostra prima scelta.

Trotz doppelverglasten Fenstern laut. Der Corso Umberto I ist einfach nix für Leutre mit leichtem Schlaf. Das Zimmer nach hinten heraus, das ich auf Wunsch nachträglich bekommen hatte, war auch nicht leiser, weil die netten Doppelglasfenster nicht korrekt zu schließen waren. Auch grenzte es direkt an den Rezeptionsraum, von dem alles zu hören war. Im esrten Zimmer hatte das Bad *deutliche* Schimmelspuren, im zweite muffelte es stark.

Ich hatte den Fehler gemacht, einen Tag zuviel zu buchen - das Management hat seltsamerweise keine Möglichkeit gesehen, dass ich diesen Tag nicht hätte zahlen müssen ...

Ich habe keine Vergleiche zu anderen Hotels in Neapel - dieses mag für seine Preisklasse vielleicht ganz gut sein - beim nächsten Mal würde ich es trotzdem mit einem anderen versuchen.

Прекрасное расположение отеля и хороший уровень

Пребывание было удачным. Главная \"фишка\" отеля - его расположение между вокзалом и главными достопримечательностями. расположение на одной из центральных и парадных улиц делает возможность спокойных вечерних прогулок . Отель дает возможность много посмотреть в Неаполе и отдохнуть после продолжительных экскурсий. Если вы устали в течении дня - можно передохнуть часик- другой и снова осматривать его многочисленные красоты. Чисто, спокойно и тихо. рекомендую тем, кто хочет много посмотреть в Неаполе, имея в распоряжении не много дней.

Nah Termini, Colosseum, Basilica Santa Maria

The woman at the front desk was wonderfully enthusiastic and helpful. Her english was good, and her love of Rome really helped us to plan our days there. The location is great, near the colosseum, the main Termini, and within a short walking distance from everything else in the city center (15 minutes to the river, 20 minutes to the Vatican, 20 minutes to Villa Borguese, two minutes walk to the B metro line). The other members of the staff were also very nice and helpful, despite the language barrier. The restaurant across the street owned by the hotel has very good food for a decent price compared to other menus in Rome, and it felt good giving such a great hotel more business. Only problem (for us) was that the breakfast and fitness center opened at the same time, 8am, which made planning for mornings a little bit difficult.

7時にナポリ港に到着して7時半に、ホテル到着。
何度ベルを鳴らしても、ノーアンサー。
仕方なく、近くのバールで時間を潰して再訪。
結局、チェックイン出来たのは9時。
前日、宿泊客が皆無だったためスタッフも9時まで
不在だったと思われます。
でも9時に部屋に入れて、その上、朝食まで運んでもらえて嬉しかったです。部屋も広く、シャワーも問題なし。スタッフも親切。
また泊まりたいホテルですが、部屋に入るまで鍵を
4回使います。
