I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hidden gem. To begin, it is through a door in plain sight, but you can't tell which one, which makes it fun. You have to be buzzed in by the hotel that gives you an extra layer of security.
The lobby is beautiful with a stunning chandelier.
Our room was spacious with THREE balconies. The tub was extremely large.
The room was very clean and well-appointed including a curling iron, and clothing iron.
The shower was so cool. It was up a few stairs and behind a glass wall by the head of the bed.
The location is great because you only have to walk a few blocks in any direction to get to the areas of interest.

Stay was good for the most part. It's not a freestanding hotel, more like a b and b. Convenient location and the main street is safe but some of the side streets felt sketchy at night. Staff mostly good but new guy the first night knocked on our door at 11 pm bc he needed our passports again (copies didn't print the first time).

A very modern Hotel lots of pink & white we had junior suite with spa bath in the room very spacious 3 balconies. overlooking the main street and side street , it was convenient to walk to the middle of the Historic Centre ,you are in the Historic centre but not right in the middle which is good as its very busy and loud , the staff were very helpful , and the rooms are spotlessly clean , we walked everywhere its around 15/20 min to the harbour to get the ferry to Sorrento and other places , if you want to visit i suggest you buy your passes at the station on lower level of the central station .or on line , it was a very good place to stay you do need your sat nav maps as it makes things much easier whsn you leave hotel most places are only 15/25 min walk from hotel . .....good for couples as well as families ...

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was that we could hear the noise from the streets outside the hotel, but not enough so that we couldn’t sleep completely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is available but it is only valet parking for an extra fee. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are interested in exploring the city of Naples.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. I had read it was hard to find so I was prepared for that. Since we took a taxi from the train station they took us right to the place. When you get there push the button next to the hotel name and it unlocks the door. It is a door within a door (picture ). It’s on the 1st floor (floor 0 is ground). The breakfast was good and included with the room. They charge for waters or drinks taken from the refrigerator. I’ll would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are large. They each have several small balconies. WiFi works good. Breakfast was good with fresh squeezed juices different ones each day. Bed comfortable. Hotel is located on 2 floors of an apartment building on main boulevard. Near many attractions and in between 2 metro stations. Found great restaurants in the area. Very walkable, lots of shopping. Great location. Nice stay.

The staff was great and they even arranged a airport drop off for me. The rooms were clean and the location was very walkable however the noise from the street was so loud. I would suggest the hotel offer complimentary earplugs otherwise most ppl will not get any sleep. We left to early to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

Staff were helpful , breakfast was ok and room was spotless. Is this a 4star hotel and is it an actual hotel ? Location is awful , on a busy duel carriageway. Our room was on the second floor with a city view of a scruffy and dirty side street. The noise in room 206 is terrible, we had a constant buzzing noise , the pipes/plumbing banged , vibrated and you could hear all the water coming down the drainpipe . It actually sounded like a hammer drill going off . And we found out why ? All the air con units , water and other essential pipelines were on the wall to our room . We did complain but , what was the point . And guess what ? The hotel quotes the rooms are soundproofed . So why can you hear everyone else who lives in this apartment block . Not worth the money we paid ..

Probably our worst stay. I regret booking this place, I should have done more research. Location not the best. The good thing is they have valet service for reasonable price but the rooms were small. They charged me for water when the host originally said it was included. Overall I would say just stay there if you need a night to stay don’t expect too much.

Great breakfast, and nice that it has a balcony. Tricky to find. When you enter the building, there is no visible signage or indication that you are in a hotel. Only until you get to the stairs do you see a sign to go to the second floor. Comfortable and basic. 12 min walk from the train station and easy walkable distance to many sights, shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was fine, on a main avenue and near the historic district. Naples, on the whole, is dirty and graffitti ridden...no matter where you go. So while it seems like a skeptchy neighborhood, they all look the same...only there 1 night and was fine. They arranged for our 4am transfer to airport, which was great.

The entrance to the hotel is a tiny door cut into a larger door (it's likely you'll hit your head on the upper section at some point during your stay). This door is partially blocked by refuse bins. The main street which the hotel fronts is covered with graffiti and overflowing bins is dirty and smells.
The elevator to the reception area is tiny with only just enough room for 2 people and their luggage. Their is no signage inside the elevaror as to what is on each floor. Reception itself is very clean and tidy and the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and spoke excellent English. The first impression of the room is good, you can see that they are trying to bring a bright and modern touch to an old building. Unfortunately first impressions do not last long. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are awful. If you are a light sleeper you should absolutely avoid this hotel as the traffic noise is unbelievable at all hours of the day and night. I lost count of the number of times we were woken by motorbikes or emergency sirens. When you have managed to get to sleep the shower then drips and runs randomly waking you up (the shower is separated from the bed by a glass screen only). The lamp beside our bed did not work as someone had broken the switch, the shower was poor and the towels are some of the thinest I have ever experienced.
On a positive note, all of the staff are very friendly and their English is much better than my Italian.

The hotel, conveniently located for all the main city cites and wider travel to Pompeii etc, on Corso Umberto, about a 15 minute walk from the main railway station and seems to occupy roughly half of three floors of a residential building. As such there is a common entrance hall accessed through a heavy wooden door (you need to press an entry button for it to click so that you can push it open). Depending on your arrival time you may be greeted with big garbage bins by the entrance or inside the entrance hall. Not so appealing.
Corso Umberto is a main road with traffic 24 h and despite the double glazing it can be very noisy so a front room is not recommended if you are a light sleeper.
The staff are very helpful and acknowledged the noise issue. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts are very good. However, the translation of the in room facilities into English are inaccurate as they do not provide tea and coffee making as stated. They will make you a cup, presumably at a cost.

First of all, this property is not a hotel. This is an apartment transformed into a hotel with 4-5 rooms.
I was looking for an hotel experience and I didn’t get it. The building is a normal residential one where this apartment “Hotel” is on the first floor.
I fell in the trap for the second time on Expedia who are allowing apartments transformed into so called hotels to be listed on their site.they call themselves hotels and they are not. You can hear everything from your room. They mentioned they have a parking, they don’t, they have a valet parking where he ll ask for money in return. That’s not what I looked for.

Okay, so when you see the building from the outside, you might feel like you made a mistake because it looks like an apartment building. But inside over a couple of different floors is this really nice hotel. Someone is always there, which I find reassuring, and they were very friendly and helped arrange airport transfers for us. The room was not huge, but I felt like it was pretty spacious given European standards generally. Plus it had a nice little balcony. It was located by the subway line and made it easy to get everywhere.

Compared to the dirty streets and loud cars around the hotel, Hotel Nunù was clean, quiet, and the air conditioning was amazing in the July heat. The staff were kind and helpful. I was nervous to stay in Naples, but my partner and I felt completely safe at Hotel Nunù. The balcony was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

This meant there was a very bright light next to the steps to prevent accident that could not be turned off. Bring an eye mask or ask for a room with no steps.

Hotel Nunù is a hidden gem. Situated in between the Duomo and Universitae train stops you have a wealth of shops nearby. Spaccanapoli is a few blocks walk. The port is walkable. Took me about 13 minutes to get to my Capri tour boat. Felt super safe but you will find there is traffic and movement (I’m a city boy so I loved). It is NOT as traffic as Garibaldi area. The room was white and pink and grey. Theme Carrie’s thru the hotel. Front desk staff was super helpful. Lovely breakfast each morning with hot and cold foods and pastries. Bed was super comfy. I had a lovely balcony I stood on to watch the rain. Complimentary toiletries. A decent hotel. Also super good/authentic gelato just down the street (Menelles).

Nice modern hotel internally spread over a couple of floors within a larger building (looks grim from the street to be honest but fine once inside). Nice breakfast included. Only downside was our TV remote didn't work at first (reception managed to sort eventually) and the proposed price for a slightly later check out (standard time was 10am) was extortionate.

Horrible stay. My room shared one wall with the reception desk and another with the dining room. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up so many times by staff laughing, chatting, dropping bowls, or slamming things. When I asked to live, they said it wasn’t possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Easy to find it, close to Piazza Garibaldi (railway station, buses, etc)
Very helpful receptionist during check in.
Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed.
Sufficient, fresh, tasty breakfast.
I really loved the room decor, was decent, elegant.

The only thing what was uncomfortable is the main door, it was too loud while closing, our room was next to it.

And one more thing: we got an invitation mail to the hotel's roof garden to have some Prosecco.
We thought it is a kind of a welcome drink, but we were charged with 10 Euros for two half champagne glass drinks (we were told the price after sitting down in the room, so we were aware of the price, but was a bit surprising, mainly the quantity)

I could offer it to everyone.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Nunu Hotel in Naples. It was in a good location close to sights, stores and restaurants. The hotel has an elevator and the common area is very much a boutique hotel. Rooms are updated, spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and temperature control. We had a nice balcony overlooking the street. The staff was always available and very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was fantastic and had so many options. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Great stay in Naples

Very clean, very good, location very close to everything. Will stay again. Lovely, helpful staff. Easy distance to catch tour bus to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Herculaneum. Excellent hot / buffet breakfast. Shower water pressure not very strong is only minor comment. Overall very good and will stay again
