We had a lovely stay at Baia di Partenope. Federico was an amazing host. His communication was great before arrival organising our check in and giving us good guidance on how to find it. It made our arrival very easy. The room is spacious and clean - much better than other quadruple rooms we have stayed on our trip. Lovely breakfast with fresh croissants and coffee each morning. Federico also organised airport transport for us (we had to leave 4.30am from B&B) which took the stress off us for that. Thanks so much :-)

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay at B&B La Baia Di Partenope.

Federico was a wonderful host, capably aided by the charming Mrs. Alfonsina.

The room was clean and quiet and perfectly sufficient to my needs. Breakfast was ample and always on time.

I found the location ideal. Everything I was interested in was within walking distance. Although the B&B is not obvious on the busy street, once I found it it was both very accessible, and surprisingly quiet, and the most charming streets, alleys and plazas were all quite nearby. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our host met us when we arrived and a little elevator was available to take our luggage up one flight of stairs. Our room was very clean with the basic amenities available. Breakfast was simple but varied. The location is fantastic, very close to sites of interest and the metro. It was very quiet for us at night and the accommodations very secure. Our host was very kind and helpful. He made sure he got to the airport the easiest and most direct way. I highly recommend this place while staying in Naples

Staff were excellent and contacted us ahead of the booking to help arrange arrival and help with public transport. Breakfast was adequate but only essential items. Room was comfortable with good shower and air conditioning. Breakfast is right next to rooms so don’t expect a sleep in.

Lovely bed and breakfast

We stayed one night. The owner was very communicative with check in times to make sure he could be there to let us in and explain everything.
It's a small, personal business so not a typical hotel . You need to order your breakfast then evening before but the croissants and bread were delicious.
We had a family room which was large, the air conditioning was great and amazing as it was so hot in Naples, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful.
All in all a great place to stay and central to all the good areas and restaurants!

Our family of four (two young children) really enjoyed our stay. The location of the B&B is very convenience, right next to the Università metro stop. You can access most of the notable sites with 10-15 min walk either direction. Lots of food options in the area. The B&B was nice and well stocked, clean, with lots of space. The gem of this stay was the staff who were very kind and welcoming, providing a lovely breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Naples!

B&B La Baia Di Partenope was just what we needed. Mike met us at the door and helped with our luggage, he made us a cup of expresso and we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready as we got in early. Room was impeccable and spacious, breakfast was delicious and made to order, safe, quiet, everyone was wonderful! I highly recommend. We only stayed a night as we were going on a cruise the next day, but if I return to Naples I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mike and the rest of the staff!

The room was clean and comfortable. We easily walked here from the ferry, we arrived from Sorrento. We enjoyed our breakfast. The host was helpful with recommending sites to see during our short visit to Naples and arranged our airport transfers.

We only had one night to spend in Naples before catching our flight back to the USA. We took ferry from Sorrento to Port of Naples. This B&B was within walking distance of the port. We then walked to National Archaeological museum. All walking from this location was very easy and convenient.

The property itself was nice. The owner, Federico, was very helpful and kind. He set us up with a ride to the airport the next morning which was VERY helpful.

Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The room was small but for only one night was fine. I would not stay here more than one night. The shower is very small. I could not turn around in it. I'm 6'1, 225lbs.

Needed a place to stay for a night in Naples and this B&B was exactly what I was looking for. Nothing fancy but everything was clean, comfortable, quiet, air conditioner worked great. Host was very nice and responsive. I felt very safe as a solo woman traveler, area was decent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice affordable place in Naples

Homey hotel, convenient location.

The proprietor, Federico, is wonderful and answered all of our questions. He will line up transportation from airport if you want and it’s cheaper than a taxi. He directed us to transportation to Pompeii, etc. and lined up a driver for us on one day. This part of Naples felt very safe. It is walkable and close to restaurants, gelato and espresso and only a few minutes from the Galleria and the funicular to Castle of St. Elmo. The Hotel is a 6 room bed and breakfast housed in a 150 year old building. Our room faced the street, so we heard traffic all night. The bed was adequate, though hard, and the mattress was not super comfortable. Breakfast was good, but limited by no hot food. As an American, I would like to have had oatmeal or eggs, but the selection of fruit, yogurt, bread, cheese and meat was good and more typical for Europeans.

The host was amazing with great communication. Stayed here to bookend a trip to the Amalfi coast. We were able to leave a large suitcase for the weekend as we explored Amalfi which was very convenient. Check ins and outs were flexible and the location was convenient to walk to the port to catch ferries.

Fantastic B&B in perfect location

This is a lovely B&B and great value for money. Really central location close to the old town, metro and port on a safe shopping street with an excellent gelateria steps away. Fridge (slightly noisy) in our room with water on arrival and a very nice breakfast. It’s an old building and can be a bit creaky and slightly noisy but immaculately clean rooms with character and lovely high ceilings. What more could you want? The little front door set into a larger gateway might be hard to find. We arrived late (there is a small, very reasonable, late check-in fee) and our excellent host Federico organised a very reasonably-priced transfer from the airport with the lovely Armando, who gave us a mini guide to the sights of Naples that we passed on our journey. Thanks to this we were delivered directly to our destination. Also were able to leave our bags until the afternoon of our departure day. Thanks to all for a fabulous short stay. The beautiful old cage lift alone is worth the visit.

Centrally located B and B

This B and B is a subunit of a larger historic building. La Baja is close to the historic district and within walking distance of many churches and museums. The building is older but the rooms are clean with a small refrigerator. There was a tasty continental breakfast in the morning and self service cafe and tea in the lounge. La Baja is accessed via a locked door on the main street and another door on the third floor to access La Baja. There is a third key for your room. I had no problems during my stay

The best thing about the property for me was the staff and the communication. Federico made sure he had someone waiting for me when I arrived outside of the typical front desk hours, and the lady who waited for me had the door open for me so it was easy to find (he also sent a photo of the front which was helpful). I was just passing through Naples, so I was looking for a safe place to stay for a night that was also affordable, and this place was perfect for that. I did not have breakfast as I had an early flight, but there were some croissants and juice waiting in my room, and Federico arranged for transport to the airport early in the morning. Everything was clean and colorful, and I was very glad for the in-room air conditioning!

The city of Naples is not a golf course. I am not denigrating the hotel. I am simply stating an obvious fact.
I hang out and love the lower east side of nyc.

First and foremost, this turned out to be a bed-and-breakfast, and not a hotel like we thought since we were booking on Hotels.com.

This is a one floor multi room dwelling with one common area. Each room has its own bathroom.

The host is super nice and kind. Very helpful. Very nice man.

Our room was clean, but the beds were super uncomfortable. About the same as a pull out sofa bed. The shower head leaked super badly and the shower was barely big enough for me to turn around in to get wet.

Hotel is located on a very busy street, but once you enter the front door, it is nearly impossible to hear the outside commotion. We received exceptional service during our stay. The person who checked us in even helped set up transportation/taxi for our very early flight the following morning. Room was very comfortable with tall ceilings and multiple beds for our family of four. Great place to stay.

Very quaint Napels hotel. Entry through a small door into a lovely old building. Hotel situated in the safe area of the old town of Naples. 5 minutes walk to bars, cafes and shops.
Nice clean room with comfortable double bed.
Lovely breakfast and friendly host
10 minute walk down the street to the main ferry port.

The gentleman that runs the hotel is very nice. The room was clean. The only real issue we had was the shower wouldn't hold it's temperature. It fluxiated between very cold and very hot without touching it.

Nice little B&B, that’s close to the train station. We walked it but it was hot and hard on the wheel of our suitcase. Taxi or subway would have been a better option. Also very close to hotel Naples that seems to be one of the popular pickup points for most day tours.

Not a typical 'hotel' with a front desk to check in. More of a small B & B with maybe 6 rooms sharing a common dining room. Prior to arrival we were texted instructions and met a woman at the front door who showed us to our room. Room was spacious and clean however bathroom was typical small European but clean nonetheless. Breakfast preparations were texted the night before and we were able to choose our options and breakfast time which we thought was very nice. The location was great and just steps in any direction to wonderful restaurants, shopping and public transportation. The area is extremely busy. it's about a 20 minute walk to the train station. We would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at this property. The owner/ manager Mr. Federico is a very kind and gentle person who takes good care of this property and is very communicative with his guests. Breakfast was good and we appreciate Mr. Federico’s thoughtfulness in packing us some extremely yummy croissants on the very early morning of our departure as breakfast services only commenced later. Location is great; close to the metro and walking distance to the port and heart of Naples. Cafe and gelato shops on either sides of the building are excellent.

Great Service and the Best Gelato Next Door

I’m so glad we chose La Baia Di Partenope. We received a message from Frederico about our check in and breakfast options. He also offered us some great suggestions on what to do in Napoli.

The room fit Napoli’s style— bright, colorful, and comfortable. It was wonderful to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

I’m not sure the best place to stay while in Napoli but for us, it was easy to get around from there. It was roughly a mile’s walk and straight shot to the train station. Our taxi driver told us the best gelato place is next door to our B&B. He wasn’t kidding, I had a lot of gelato this trip and it’s my favorite.

The room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that we had a nice continental breakfast every morning too. A great way to start the day!

When we first entered the property, it reminded me of a hostel and my heart sank. There was no character of the main room. The woman who met us spoke no English and I didn't understand her request to provide 7.5 euros per day charge. We stayed in a room of three beds which were more like cots. We only stayed one night. It was spotless and the communication ahead of time was completely excellent. There is an amazing Gelato spot very very close.
