The apartment would have been difficult to find but our host made it stress free for us. Mario sent me a welcome text message few days before our arrival and helped arrange airport pickup. Mario was also always available to answer all questions during our first time visiting Naples/Italy. The apartment was very clean. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

The hotel was located on the third floor of a multistory structure. The entrance door was monitored by a separate doorbell system for each business. I had never encountered a hotel entrance like this before, but my taxi driver assisted us in contacting the hotel registrar and getting in. It was fine once I got the process figured out. The manager was kind enough to hold our luggage until it was time for us to check in on our ship the next afternoon.

Stayed for one night. Our room had a constant noise from fridge all night along. In the morning hot water in shower was not working and we were taken to another room to shower (pretty awful). Would not recommend this guest house for this price.

The stay was great. Every morning there was a breakfast with multiple options along with coffee. It was served by a very lady. The room was cleaned daily with new towels every day. It is within 20 minutes of most of the top areas and restaurants in Napoli. Fantastic place to stay.

Good sized and very comfortable room. Continental breakfast, which was included, was very good (one can also pay for a more substantial breakfast). Staff are very warm and welcoming, and made helpful recommendations for where to go, eat, etc. You have to arrange checkin at a specific time, as there is no front desk, which is somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise it’s a great place and we would stay there again.

Very grateful for the airport transfer, driver explained so much about the city during our journey. Room was in the city centre and the road was busy, but when the window and blinds were shut the room was very restful. Close to the port a short walk for our ferry. Would certainly return.

This was genuinely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We travel all around the world and this is our 11th trip to Italy. We've stayed in some great places, but this one was exceptional. Mario was a brilliant host, and greeted us warmly. He has renovated this place to a really high standard with many personal touches. It has the feel of a place that has been carefully thought out and renovated with great care. It was the most comfortable bed of our whole trip. Anna Maria greeted us every morning with a great breakfast. She was warm, kind and personable and really spent time connecting with us. When she learned I eat a gluten free diet, she went out especially to get me items for breakfast! We stayed in 5 different locations on this trip but this one we will always remember. It was more like staying with a warm and kind local family. We have already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely be back. LOVED IT!

Perfect stay, bed very comfortable, kettle in the room which I had not realised, excellent. (bring English T.Bags! & instant coffee, if that is your preference) The room is a very good size. Naples is very noisy. You will probably not want to open the window for too long because of this. The Metro is around 50 yards. Location is perfect.
Anna Maria is a delightful person. Mario is available 24/7 . You really cant wish for more. We had 3 nights and would definitely rebook on a return visit to Naples.

Location is very good. However, property manager demands and exhorts pressure for an early checkin. Imposes 8 pm deadline for checkin or no room. Indicated it closes for the night at 8 pm till the next morning. Not good for those on vacation. Suggest find another hotel. Don’t recommend.

Great little place and easy to get to off the M1. Mario was a great host. My only issue is I wish there were some more direction on navigating finding it. The door has no big signage just a tag on the directory and once you are in there’s no signage to get to it. But overall nice place.

This was my second time staying at Napoliamo Guesthouse. It was so great last year, I had to come back on a quick trip to Naples!
The guesthouse is centrally located, with many shops, restaurants and a metro stop nearby. It is nice and clean, and is well cared for. I’ve stayed in the Eduardo room both times and it is incredibly spacious, which a nice little kitchenette area. I’ve felt so comfortable there each time, which says a lot because I dread hotels. I also love the bathroom, which it’s cheery yellow tile and french doors that open onto a view of a courtyard.

Mario, our host, was sensationally helpful and welcoming. He took the time to show us a map of Napoli and pointed out recommendations for attractions, food and drink which really helped our introduction to the city. He offered to help with any issues we had throughout the city whether it be taxis or further recommendations. Whilst we didn’t need to call on him it was nice to know he was at hand if required.

A great place for a family to stay in Naples
This Guest House was a real highlight of our time in Naples, Pompeii and Capri! Ida and Anna-Maria (and Mario) made us feel so welcome, like a home away from home. It was lovely to wake up to Breakfast served by Anna-Maria (something we missed greatly at our next guest house in Venice!). Even when we had problems like the A/C unit, Ida fixed it quickly. Ida speaks great English and gave us many tips for our stay and answered many questions that we had each day.
The location is perfect too. 10-15 mins to the Port if you want to visit an Island (we went to Capri). 15-20 min walk to the Train Stations (to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum) and 10-15 mins walk to the main parts of the Historic Centre. But if you prefer, it is right next door to a Metro stop which can get you anywhere in Naples very quickly.
We were a family of four (two teenagers) and the room was plenty big enough, with our own kitchenette (and fridge) and private bathroom. View from the balcony is great, especially at night. Daily housekeeping so we always came \"home\" to fresh towels and a clean room (thank you Anna!)
The Guest House only has a few other rooms so it always felt homely, safe and quiet. Perfect for families.
We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out on our final day, and Mario kindly organised a taxi at a fixed rate which was cheaper than four of us using public transport.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Napoliamo Guest House. La localisation de l'hôtel est idéale, en plein cœur de la ville. L'hôtel a été récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût,nous avions une chambre triple tres spacieuse et confortable.
