Had a very pleasant stay at this property. The lady in charge of it is very kind, goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. The room was very spacious (party of 3). The room even had a bed on a mezzanine. The beds were very confy. The location is very convenient, just 4 minutes (walking distance) to Duomo metro station. It is also just 10 minutes (by foot) of \"La Antica Pizzeria da Michele\" acclaimed as the best in the world, founded in 1870. The room's A/C was working properly and the room temperature was very pleasant.

The communication from the staff was outstanding leading up to our arrival and during stay. The flat was spacious and clean. In a very secure building and always very safe. Loved the ability to go a few blocks to metro. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Duomo, historic district and other sites in walking distance. Price seemed very fair for the location and accommodations. Would definitely stay here again!!

I had such a lovely stay here. It is probably the most ideal location you can find in Naples, especially if you're a solo traveler. It's right by the Duomo train station, so it's easy to access different parts of the city, but more importantly, it's a block away from the Historic District, so extremely walkable area.

The staff was nice and communicative. I had an issue with my shower, but they fixed it right away. Check-in was easy, you just need to coordinate a specific time of day ahead of time.

Fabulous location.

Good apartment for short stay. Good location near food shops. In apartment only negative was no kettle in room which was surprise. But good positives of location to metro, bus, shops and tourist attractions. The street was quiet one street away from main shopping road. Would recommend.

Please improve shower. It doesn’t close properly, so if you don’t pay extra attention, you’ll have water everywhere in the bathroom, and its very slippery, risk of injury. The elevator works 1 out of 3.

This location was fabulous—just steps from the Duomo metro station, and convenient to everything we wanted to do and see.
The tall windows were nicely insulated, which allowed us to block the sounds of a busy street at night.
Ornella was very helpful at check in.

First the good and great things
The front desk /checkin staff although not on the premises mostly, are very good with communication through WhatsApp and can buzz you in remotely. They are very accommodating as far as allowing you to leave your luggage at reception before checking in or after check out in order for you to explore with lugging your bags around.

The room itself was nothing special, cleaned daily and I had a studio with a hot plate ( Room 302) and had a small fridge and the air conditioning worked well.
The bathroom was fine, a bit of mould and on the second night when I returned from sightseeing I found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, I tried to swat them but they were too fast and ran behind the small vanity… that was my only sighting. In a hot, dirty city like Naples it’s pretty « normal », but yuck. I did not sleep well that night, at least there were no bed bugs.

The mattress was hard and old, super uncomfortable. But when you’re really tired it doesn’t matter.
Most of the noise came from the other guests in the rooms on either side of mine they would use the hallway as their own personal parlour, which I don’t care during the day when I am not there but when they had loud conversations at 11pm in front of my door, I had to ask them to be quiet. Luckily, they did. I had no problem after that
Room 2-3 stars very average…

The location is great: near Duomo L1 metro stop, Conad grocery store across the street, and ferry terminals

It was a bit rough, be ok for a couple hour stay

Pictures and description of the hotel is misleading. We did not have a double bed and twin (the room only had a double). The room overall needs work done. There was mold growing in the shower, calcium buildup and a broken shower door that was fixed with a curtain rod. Hotel was not easy to locate due to location but a nice local assisted us. We also ended up having to ask him for a coin as the elevator required one for access. Door into hotel could be bigger to accommodate large luggage. Front desk woman was very helpful and booked a taxi. Bed also was the best we had in all of Italy. We were very happy this was a short term stay for us. Hotel has thin walls and is very noisy, more ideal for college students. AC was did not cool, and didn’t feel safe leaving window open

Near the subway and only a 20 min walk to all major attractions. Staff was super friendly and informative. Cool little balcony available for guests. Our hotel bathroom shower however did not have a door nor a curtain for the shower. If you're looking for a hotel just to drop your bags, shower and rest than this is the place.

I was a bit shocked that we had to pay extra (20 euro) for a late check in which was out of my control. But the place was clean and they clean the apartment everyday. There was coffee available in the lobby for a small amount, which we found very convenient. The area is easy to get to and close to the areas that one traveling would want to go to.

Staff friendly large rooms.Did not like that there are no shower doors, apparently all their showers do not have doors. Bed was very hard. Cleaning was done daily and very well.

I got bitten by bedbugs all over my face and arms and legs. When I contacted the property they admitted via text msgs that they had complaints of people being bitten but just had the apartment inspected. Well they were wrong as I stayed there and have pics that I sent over to them showing the bites. I was miserable while in Naples itchy and bumps all over my face. They moved me over to another room but this ruin my vacation and I have to have all my things cleaned before I can bring them into my house and the bites on my face are healing and leaving dark spots all over my face that I will see a dermatologist about. The apartment is unwilling to give me a full refund. Expedia state they can't assist. This is totally an unhealthy standard by this property. I hope I can clean my items properly to avoid a home infestation.

Modern rooms in convenient location

The reception was very friendly, offering us coffees and waters while our room was being cleaned. We also really appreciated the waters and drinks available for purchase. We stayed for 2 nights and it was located very close to the major train stations. The rooms were clean and modern. Only complaint is that our AC sounded like a car engine, but it worked really well.

Very nice hotel

The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Naples. There was a dining area and we could buy water, coffee or tea. There were also a microwave and a toaster available.

I reserved two rooms, one of them was really good, but the other one didn't have any windows, just one in the roof and that made it very dark. Next time I just would check with them and specify that I don't want that room, it was clean having but having window would make a big difference.

Good location, otherwise very basic

The design was more like a hostel than hotel or B&B: large communal space with coffee and other drinks (all for a fee), no fridge or kettle in the rooms. Reception is only staffed when there is someone checking in.
Pros:
- Location
- The room was spacious
Cons:
- No window other than a skylight, so the room was damp and my towels never dried (too cold to use the drying function on a/c)
- Although the sign inside the door said that breakfast was served 8-10am, there was no breakfast
- Housekeeping ignored \"do not disturb\" tag and went in to clean each day
- Weak internet

Great spacious room and washroom. The balcony was a nice surprise and the staff was very kind to stay late past checkout as our train was severely delayed. Although this is something the manager can't control, it is extremely loud outside during all night hours. Not sure what is happening outside, but it sounds like a garbage truck is collecting trash every hour from 11pm to 5am. very loud and disruptive for sleeping. There are some decent food options near by and tourist attractions are fairly close by.

The area was good, right down the street from both a metro line and the ferry terminal. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The room was clean, had a loft above the bathroom with another bed and the internet was very fast. The concierge and property manager were readily available throughout the day on WhatsApp.

Pros: Quarto espacoso, cozinha bem equipada e predio muito acessivel, ar condicionado funcionando bem e varanda para a rua, a cama era muito confortavel e a roupa de cama e toalhas estavam muito limpas, mercado em frente e metro a poucos metros.
Contra: Nao parece muito seguro andar pela regiao depois de escurecer, a limpeza dos itens de banheiro e cozinha deixaram um pouco a desejar, o box do banheiro era pequeno e nao tinha onde colocar sabonete ou shampoo, era preciso tomar banho segurando o sabonete o tempo todo.
Eu recomendo para quem quer ficar bem no centro de Napoli.

We stayed for 5 nights and were the most satisfied. When we arrived we were accommodated by Cosimo, who took care of us for whole stay. It is really wonderful guy, who arranged earlier check in for us and I saw him, that he was there late in the night for the people who arrived late. He also shared with us lot of tips, where to go, what to see and saved our lives on Sunday when we couldn't find a shop where to buy food.
The area is nice and close to the center but still quiet in the night and during the day as well. We slept really good there. You can get anywhere in the center by foot in few minutes, which is perfect.
The rooms are super clean and really nice. The lady was cleaning the room and changing the towels every day.
There is big dinning area, where everyone can sit and enjoy their meals. There is also big fridge with drinks that you can take for very good price and you can store your food and drinks there as well.
And I have to mention big shared terrace where you can sit during the day or in the night to have a coffee or some drinks.
I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Sadly disappointing.

Booked delux apartment which was spacious but not delux. On arrival to have no toilet paper is perhaps a mistake but not great. But to also have rubbish left in the bin, 4 very hard pillows but only 2 pillow cases and no duvet cover I could continue but won't. Sorry but just wasn't what we expect especially during covid times!

The staff was very friendly but we only got one towel during our stay to use every night and one roll of toilet paper which ran out. The towels were soaked in bleach and burned our skin while we were there. The things it says we’re included, for example a down comforter we’re not included and there was no replenishing of any kind unless you paid a fee (posted on the door). Not sure why it go such good reviews. There were other places just as cheap that we stayed in and we got a lot more for the money. Not in a good area

Only one key. Door to room does not lock too securely. Room is clean. Small balcony. Cosimo was helpful to check in, otherwise staff is nowhere to be found. No secure place to store luggage after checkout. Elevator is very tight. Different floor heights in bathroom, could hurt yourself if not paying attention. Shower NEEDS a proper door.

Very positive experience in the center of Naples

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and precise. The location is very central with shops and supermarkets nearby. Train and metro stations are not far away. The place is very safe with a concierge and key-operated elevator. Definitively worth the price.

The property is located near to the port to Capri just 15 minutes walking distance. The area is quite safe and quiet. The room is nice but breakfast was very simple, but that was you paid for. There is no fridge in the room, but you can buy soft drinks at the reception.
