There was no breakfast option or coffee in the building. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was the advertised breakfast in roof lounge. It was being renovated. This should be communicated in description.

The amenities were not as advertised. No bar/lounge, no coffee available anywhere on the property, no cafe and no breakfast available. The only thing in the room was a kettle and 1 bag of tea. It was not a double bed but 2 singles pushed together that sagged in the middle. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The handle to the room door fell off when opened.

The owner of this property is an excellent fellow and goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable. He even gave us a lift to the train station without charge. The outside of the building is not great but don't judge this book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a renovated building with the area surrounding the hotel looking a little rundown but that's how much of Naples is. Everything in the hotel worked, the hot water was hot, all the plumbing was working, the sheets and towels were clean. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff present at all times, the desk certainly was often unmanned but that's how some hotels operate these days. You have a key to the front door and let yourself in and out. The breakfast area on the roof was very pleasant with the option of eating on the terrace. The staff who operated the breakfast area were friendly and efficient.

A very nice little hotel, in a gritty part of Naples. But then, most of Naples is rough around the edges. Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast was wonderful! There was a great rooftop patio for pre-dinner drinks.

The property is OK for one night stay in Napoli .
Pretty clean, air conditioned room has everything you need to relax after sightseeing tour.
Location is not pleasant for walking or dining but CENTRO STORICO begins right across the Corso Umberto 1 and port area is in walking distance too.

It's a cute hotel, but our room was very small (couldn't unpack) and the area seemed iffy at night. The breakfast was indoors/outdoors on the top floor, requiring a few stairs to reach, and you had to arrive early to enjoy the full selection, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and adequate, but I think I'd look for a more central & scenic location next time around.

Definitely not worth the price.
Floor greasy, toilet had no seat and flush button was partially broken. Asked about fixing toilet and they said they would get someone to look at it. No alternative room was offered, and no further mention or action regarding toilet over 3 days.
Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which means if you're doing tours you're already gone. Enquired if they do a packed breakfast and they said yes, I was left a banana and a small packet of toast with a pot of jam in a paper bag at reception.
Area around the hotel is not the best.

The breakfast was a great spread. Would have been nice to have towels changed after a few days. Taxi drivers often had difficulty finding the hotel as it is located in a run down area, but we felt safe. The staff were incredibly helpful.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel and we're very happy with the room. Small size but very clean, nice AC, excellent breakfast. Only 5 minutes walk to thetrain station to Vesuvius and 10 minutes to the ferry port.
Close to the old city live.
Recommend strongly! 👍

Location is great . Close to center city. Our kids are teenagers and they were fine but would not feel the same with young kids. Be careful with parking . Although the hotel provided the garage parking. The rental car was bumped and scratched on both sides!

Sadly Naples is a broken city piled with rubbish, old broken public transport and a general air of neglect with an underlying feeling of not being safe.
Historical sites are neglected.
Catch train to Pompaii is a good way to get out of town and it's worth a visit.
No restaurants near hotel but 10miin walk to Spaccanapoli which is a decent street of bars and restaurants.

Not worthy physical premises.

Hotel facility is a dump, not worthy of 50.00 per night. In an ugly neighborhood. I overpaid. Elevator is like 100 years old, can take only one person and one suitcase at a time. Room very small. Shower stall a joke l, designed for miniature people. Breakfast is on 5th floor, not accessible by elevator. Whie staff was very nice, the facility is the worst I have ever been in.

Booked this hotel as not expensive and centrally located (about 20 min walk from old and Spanish quarters). Nice, clean and modern hotel but rooms a little on the small side (just enough space for a double bed) although did have separate bathroom. Pleasant room for breakfast that had a good choice, although no hot food.

Nice gem in napoli

This hoyel was more than expected. It was supposed to be a 1 nighter, on the way.
It really impressed us. Staff courtesy is maximal, they really pyt an effort in making you feel welcome. The room is quite small as the halls and 'make shift\"elevator, but that subsides as you roll in and make comfrortable. Breakdast on the top floor terrace is very nice and tasty with an assortment to choose from while viewing the rural life (you see the close rooftops)

Great location just below the Centro Storico, and within easy walking distance of the circumvesuvio train and the main station. Fantastic customer service from the three girls who seem to run the place (!) - super helpful and efficient. Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat.

Good place to sleep when doing day trips

It is a fair hotel. Well located for transport into Pompei and Ercolano. Room is small and double bed was made out of 2 single beds together. Pillows were good. The blinds are excellent, block light completely. The shower is small but good pressure. The amenities were shampoo and conditioner together, shower gel, bar of soap, shower cap. Breakfast is simple, but always had fresh fruit and savoury and sweet breads, cereal, juice from carton, ham and cheese and Parma ham, butter is real butter. Coffees made to order. The area where the hotel is located is uninteresting and not much nearby, can feel unsafe but I don’t think it is actually unsafe. We circulated on foot a lot, nothing happened. There is a tube station nearby as well.

Great small hotel!

I shall definitely stay at this hotel again when next in Naples!

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was excellently cleaned, there was a welcoming gift on arrival, the room facilities are very good, breakfast was generous and tasty, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the main sights.

The neighbourhood is quieter than much of Naples - except when Napoli beat Juventus! - and there is a decent pizzeria across the square.

Definitely recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel. I love the staff they went above and beyond our needs and were extremely friendly and extremely helpful of the local area. They made us feel like home. My only issue with the hotel is that the bed was not comfortable I told the staff and they did arrange to try to fix it but in the end it was still the same I think it’s just because it was an old mattress nothing against the staff or anyone at the hotel everything else is amazing and the breakfast was very good.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating. Every day, Rosaria made sure that everything was okay. Also, I am Celiac and she went above and beyond to search for gluten free restaurants for me. On the day of my departure, because I was leaving so early in the AM, she packed a gluten free bag of goodies for me. Enzo and Gianluca were very nice as well. The hotel is very clean and. Conveniently located to the ports and Centroid Storico. I will definitely be back.

I had a good stay here but you need to know what to expect when staying in downtown Naples. I didn't feel unsafe at all but it was a bit noisy at night with a bunch of kids zooming around in scooters, so make sure to close your window! The room is small but comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was spectacular (and the breakfast room and patio was beautiful)! The hotel is located in an odd spot that would be very easy to miss, and there is not much around to do, but we were able to find a fantastic pizza place within walking distance.

The hotel is in a close proximity to the Central Railway Station, walking distance to the ferry that we took to Capri, central part of the city with all its places of interest. Unfortunately, the market square where the hotel is located is under reconstruction now and doesn't have a pleasant look. The hotel itself is very modern with nice rooms, pretty breakfast room and a terrace. Everything is nice and clean. Breakfast was served for us even at 6:30 a.m. when we had to leave early. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, gave us directions and advice about our stay in Naples. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any TV program in the English language.

The room was tiny. The main bedroom barely fits the bed and a dresser. The bathroom is also very small and the shower is hardly large enough to move around in. The area is pretty rough and the balconies have garage doors on them. The hotel staff is nice and helpful for the most part. The beds are very hard. Hotel breakfast is really good and has a cool view from the top floor. This hotel would be best for quick stay a night or two at most.

I assume that I was only gust and on 24th December gave me a key and said there is no reception on Christmas eve and Day.
they gave me two Tel. No in emergency call them. It means I must go to reception from third floor to call them. During Christmas night room was cold and seemed one door or window left open and all he time was slam and make a bad noise. Next day in Christmas day I was totally sick. vey bad experience.

This small boutique style hotel (18 rooms) is situated in a back street just down from Piazzetta Orazio de Donn. The bedrooms were well equipment with fridge telephone hair dryer air con and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included in the price which was served in the breakfast room on the hotel roof top terrace. All in all i would recommend this hotel

Comfortable rooms with everything you need, except clothes storage was minimal. Roof terrace opens off breakfast room, with great views. Great and friendly environment by the hotel staff. High five for and special thanks to Valentino and Lucia, who went out of their way to help us. The area is shoddy and questionable at night, but then the hotel is walking distance from the train station and the historic centre, it is very modern and clean, and the hotel rate is reasonable for Napoli.

From our late arrival until we left early next morning everything was perfect, location, comfort and information given.
Would definitely recomend.

Our experience at Fly Boutique hotel was disappointing. The photos depicted a cool, modern, and welcoming property but our impression was outdated and sketchy.

I do not recommend the location as it is a somewhat rough neighborhood. The fact that we needed to get buzzed in turned us off and the window in our room needed to be opened with a roll-up gate. The evening receptionist was very kind and accommodating, the morning host however, was unwelcoming.

If you're looking for a simple place to crash for the night in Naples, this is an okay property.
