The property listing was very misleading, they didn’t have laundry or breakfast. The owner also never replied to any of my questions or messages making it hard to communicate any of the issues I was having. The room was quite filthy and the bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable due to broken mattress as well.

This place is definitely a scam. First on my list of things, no where on the site or through any messages they send you prior does it say that the “main office/ reception” is in a separate building entirely. It wasn’t until we showed up to our booked location and began the “pre check in” paperwork, that we discovered we have been provided with no information on how to get into the building or any other details about our room/ single night stay. We were at a loss and getting irritated. A nice gentleman that lived in the same building tried to help us, it wasn’t until he noticed that the address listed in the small fine print at the bottom of the check in page was in fact not the one we were at… the address listed was literally the opposite side of the city! The biggest frustration is that this isn’t stated anywhere and the only thing you need the “office” for, is to give you the door code that prints off on your receipt…. The room is average, at the end of the day we just needed a place to sleep. If you like rock hard hotel mattresses then you might consider this place. Our next biggest frustration(and I’d say most important) is they never gave back our $200 damage deposit, we were there for a single night!! All we did was flip the covers over and sleep, how is that considered damaging property?!!!! Our total cost was supposed to be $82.92CAD(which is also stated on the receipt) but were charged $323.97CAD to the card that was placed on file.

Where should I begin.For whatever reason you have to go to another location do the whole check in yourself on an iPad. Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what happened after was very strang.I asked at the check in about certain amenities(like kettle and fridge) she said yes but truly she didn’t understand anything it seems, as when we got to our room there was no kettle.I wrote to them, no response for about half an hour then I wrote a big message, finally a response. However not with a solution but with an accusation.“First of all, we are working and we cannot reply IMMEDIATELY to our guests.You write 30 minutes ago, not 3 hours.Be respectful of our work” to me 30 minutes of silence from the people that you require help from is a long time.It would be much better if I was replied to in 5 mins with a message saying please wait whilst we are sorting out your issue,then I would have no problem with waiting. Kettle was brought with no cups, strange smell in the room, broken shelf and shower. The check out is strange too a lot of unopened doors but you have to leave your keys upstairs, so before you leave you have to open them and then go back.

Do yourself a favour and avoid the place!

Horrible place. The duvet didn’t have a cover and there were brown stains on it.

Also - if you can’t check in before 21.00 beware of the late check in fee!

Every single thing about this place is confusing. For starters, it is not located where the reservation says, it is not looking like the pictures suggest, and it is not even called the same!!! In addition, even the reservation is not located at or near the property! Just ridiculous. If only i knew, i would have staied away at all costs!

The property was in a great location on the edge of the old quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great. Would happily stay again, there is also a great pizza place a stones throw away that was one of Naples oldest pizzerias.

I can't actually comment on what I liked or didn't about this property because we DIDN'T ACTUALLY STAY IN IT! When we arrived at this property to check in (which took almost one hour as we had to wait for others to also check in) we were made to walk 500m down the road (not suitcase friendly) to another hotel (not even the same company) where we were given rooms. The room itself was acceptable so I didn't initially make a complaint. However, after our four days of staying there I have been left completely unsatisfied with the change. The new hotel was now 500m further away from town, the train station, restaurants. It was located in what I can only describe as the ghetto of Naples (my husband and I literally had to run away from an armed carjacking outside the hotel one night). There were no restaurants nearby and we simply did not feel safe. The entire four days we were at this place, NOT ONCE was there someone at the reception desk. We entered and exited the building often. At the end of our stay we had no idea how to check out so just left the keys on the desk. I have never stayed in such an unorganised place before and now I am referencing BOTH hotels! What an absolute sham. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL!

It was located in a part of Naples that was fairly safe and clean, and easy to find from the train. The staff was polite and helpful. The doors to the rooms were not soundproof--we could hear other doors opening and shutting in the hallway all night. The bed was pretty comfortable, but moved around and made a lot of noise when you shifted in it. The WiFi was out most of our visit, so the TV didn't work.

The room was very comfortable and the whole place was very modern. However charging 20 euros for late check in (only 15 minutes late and having called ahead) and a ridiculous amount of fees made it almost not worth it.

A spiffed up old apartment building... lovely staff, limited English..handed five keys for various doors...desk isn't 24-hours so night entrance around the corner, unmarked apartment bldg entrance....Naples is dodgy...this locale is convenient, but similarly dodgy...two-to-three-stars.

PLEASE READ

Long story short: please do not book this place.

Long story: The place of this hotel is nowhere near the center of Napoli, hence the locational benefit is near zero. The process this hotel requires to check-in is also very cumbersome. Even though I am in my 20s, the process was hard to follow. Cleanliness was at best mediocre. Nothing special, nothing to wow. The place also requires 200 euro deposit prior to check-in and additional mandatory fees for cleaning and such. But the problem is, you will NOT be able to receive your deposit back. The following is my episode:

Episode: I signed the contract prior check-in, and the contract clearly stated that 'deposit amount of 200 euros will be refunded within 15 working days if paid by credit card'. After more than almost 30 working days, I had received none. I immediately contacted the hotel but they insisted that I would be paid back in 30 working days(even though I paid using credit card). This was a clear violation of contract. Even after 30 days, they only refunded my 150 euros out of 200, and said the deduction was because I was caught smoking in the room. Frankly, I have never smoked in my entire life, so the hotel was telling a lie just to rip off my 50 euros for no good reason. So for those planning to book this hotel, be prepared to risk yourself into not receiving the deposit. Or even when you do receive the refund, you wouldn't be paid back fully because the hotel will literally \"create\" some excuses.

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral. Zu Fuss kann man von dort aus vieles erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Hotel liegt ein wenig versteckt. Für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend.
Personal vor Ort hat es nicht wirklich. Das Check-in befindet sich an einem anderem Ort. Ich empfehle den Hotel-Transfer, welcher für €10 angeboten wird

Il check in è in luogo diverso dal luogo in cui si soggiorna ed il sito parla di navetta a disposizione ,invece quando è stata chiesta ci è stato risposto che era a pagamento
Devi avere per forza la carta di credito da cui prelevano 200 euro,che ti vengono date effettivamente nel conto dopo quasi un mese.se non hai la carta di credito ti propongono di cancellare la prenotazione e ti chiedono circa il doppio del sito,pagando anche contanti

Fatal el check-in, hay que hacerlo a 25 minutos del hotel caminando porque no tiene recepción. Lo bueno es que para el check-out no hay que ir al mismo lugar. La habitación limpia y cómoda. Al momento de entrar al hotel es feo, luego que entras al piso del hotel cambia y el piso es bonito.

Très déçu , j avais pris cet chambre car avion a 20h pour me reposer avec mon fils , arriver à 11h40 on me dis Check in a14h ou alors il faut payer des frais d arriver anticipé , je demande si je peux laisser mes bagages à l accueil ( qui est situé à 1,5km de la chambre )on me répond que c 3€ par bagage a14h après m être enregistré la navette qui devait nous dépose à dépose 2 autres personnes avant nous ceux qui nous a fait perdre encore 40 mn , vraiment très déçu de cet hôtel qui ne reflète pas la ville de Naples qui est vraiment accueillante dommage

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Lo único, atenti al check in. No se hace en el hotel!! Queda a 1,5 km. importante para los que sacan el viaje con muchos meses de anticipación y descuidan estos detalles. De lo contrario se encontrarán tocando timbre sin que nadie los atienda. Je.

Nell'insieme vorrei lasciare una recensione neutra personalmente salvati per la camera pulita e struttura moderna
Ma per il resto mi dispiace dirlo ma non siamo stati soddisfatti

Camere (in pieno centro sicche capibile per i rumori fuori ) ma minimanente insonorizzate tutta la notte sveglie

Very noisy room, you could literally hear all the conversations of the people in the room next to you. Even though the booking conformation said it was a room with a bubble bath, we got a room with a very tiny shower. The room was clean and the shuttle service was really good, but overall not really a cosy place to stay.

disastro: sono stata dirottata in sede diversa!

Avevo prenotato pensando ad un hotel in corso Umberto e mi sono ritrovata in una stanza all'interno di una casa senza neanche l'insegna in una zona lontana da mezzi e degradata;la vasca idromassaggio, che era il benefit che giustificava il prezzo maggiorato, non si poteva riempire (non teneva il tappo di chiusura) e un rumore intermittente di un motore di un condizionatore continuava per tutta la notte proveniente da sotto la finestra, separato solo da un vetro, praticamente in camera !! Praticamente notte in bianco.

This BnB is well located. Cleanliness could be a bit improved. The worst point is the size of the bathroom which is really too small. The best point is the welcome which was warm, friendly with helpful crew. Overall, it’s worth trying this BnB.

因為車子延誤，有請人先電話連絡PM9:30到達，電話中說PM9:00-PM11:00入住需支付30歐元，但我們到達時，她表示需支付35歐元+城市稅5歐共40歐元。飯店在巷子內並非馬路上，幸好遇上好人幫忙才找到。房內很乾淨舒適，但熱水很快就沒熱水了，下一個人也要等上一段時間才能洗澡。

Acquisti una struttura e ti mandano in un’altra...

Ho prenotato il Royal soprattutto per la zona in cui era ubicato; sono andata a fare il check in e dopo averlo completato mi hanno accompagnato in un’atra struttura. Un bel & breakfast a 10 minuti, dentro un condominio popolare e in una zona da avere paura la sera tra porta nolana e il porto.

El sitio se encuentra cerca de la estación del metro lo cual facilita el transporte, sin embargo las calles son bastantes sucias.
En cuanto al transporte del hotel no se los recomiendo en absoluto, gracias a hacer uso de este perdimos el vuelo, inicialmente no dijeron que nos recogería a las 9 posterior que a las 9 y 15 y finalmente llego a las 9:30, por lo cual perdimos el vuelo, al momento de comunicarnos con el hotel la unica respuesta que brindaron fue que no tenían mas habitaciones y que la culpa era nuestra por no pedir el transporte antes, la verdad me parecieron poco responsables con la puntalidad y el servicio, no lo recomiendo.

사무실은 바로 옆건물에 있어요. 전용 주차장은 없고 걸어서 10분정도 떨어진 유료주차장에 주차해야합니다. 하룻밤에 20유로 줬어요. 아침식사 4유로 나쁘진 않아요. 점수를 낮게 준 이유는 수건 교체를 안해줘서 입니다. 욕실 바닥에 놓았는데 교체 안하고 그대로 있더라구요. 청소는 한듯 싶은데. 바다에 놓았던 수건 쓰려니 찝찝해서.. 저녁8시 넘어서 사무실도 문닫았기때문이지요.엘리베이터는 있는데 10센트 동전이 필요해요. 다른곳도 그렇지만 열쇠도 4~5개 줍니다. 조그마한 베란다가 있어서 담배 피우기는 좋습니다. 근처에 식당은 좀있고요.

Super BnB in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Bahnhofes. Trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße war es in den Zimmern nach hinten heraus sehr ruhig. Top Adresse für einen 3-4 Tages Trip nach Neapel.

La struttura è molto comoda alla stazione centrale e al centro entrambi raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. La nostra camera era essenziale ma pulita e con un bagno decisamente spazioso. La struttura è in corso Umberto I, strada molto trafficata, ma le stanze sono ubicate al II piano del palazzo interno cortile e risultano piuttosto silenziose (abbiamo soggiornato in primavera 2019 con le finestre chiuse). La colazione è soddisfacente (al costo di euro 4 a persona trovate pane tostato, yogurt, muesli, frutta, tranci di torta e sfogliatelle e cioccolata calda, te,caffè, cappuccino come al bar...il personale li prepara personalmente ...anche più di uno!). Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre è possibile lasciare in deposito il bagaglio in deposito al costo di euro 2 a valigia...servizio molto utile se devi partire la sera! L'unico neo è la vetustà dell'edificio...ma tutto sommato meglio di altre strutture. Suggerirei di dotare le stanze di sistemi di chiusura più sicuri (magari delle chiavi elettroniche)..due giri con una chiave di porta interna di un appartamento forse è un pò poco, e magari di aggiungere una piccola cassaforte. Nel complesso comunque l'impressione è stata positiva.
