The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm. Bedding was fine. Breakfast was well presented. There are a few things that can be done that will make this a really great place to stay. Fix the shower head. Provide a kettle. Just basic repairs to some items like the towel rack and light fixture next to the bed. Free use of the lift when you arrive and check out.

Our check-in experience at this property was extremely unpleasant. From the outset, we felt unsafe. The person who welcomed us appeared to be visually impaired and couldn't even read our booking number from our phone. His role was unclear—he handed us the room keys and then disappeared. After he left, the entire lobby was left in darkness, as he had turned off the lights.

Both the neighborhood and the property felt unsafe. One of our rooms had a strong, pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that wouldn’t dissipate, even with the windows open. The lobby also reeked of sewage, making the entire environment unbearable. It’s hard to believe anyone could stay here, and I now question the authenticity of the glowing Google reviews. In fact, they called me a \"big liar\" in response to my review on Google, which is shocking and unacceptable.

I strongly believe Napoli Suites should be reconsidered for inclusion on the Orbitz platform. This property is not up to the standard I have come to expect from Orbitz.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. It was walking distance to everything we needed. The receptionist was excellent. He had a map with many points of interest marked down for us. He also reserved our airport taxi for us for early morning. I loved the old style building with the beautiful door, and stairs going up and was thrilled to have the lift option for our luggage. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean rooms, but absolutely nothing fancy or \"Italian \" about them. Quite modern but very plain. Rooms open right into the reception area and this can be noisy at times. Thank goodness they have soundproof windows and a quiet AC unit! as the street is one of the main streets in Napoli and extremely noisy!
Breakfast is as continental as they come: yogurts, 2 kids of cereal (one is chocolate something), some bananas for fruit, juices, hard-boiled eggs, cooked ham, and processed cheese slices (I would think that this would be sacrilegious in Italy!). They did have some nice local pastry though, but didn't even have croissants on our first of 3 mornings there. They do need to step up their Italian breakfast! The cappuccino was not bad. Having a lift was very good. Area of town was not great. A lot of migrants and the streets are filthy! It must have been a nice area once. Too bad because it's so close to the train station. Would suggest paying a bit more and going further into the main area of Napoli.

No staff, we need to pay for elevator, it was included parking but the parking is far and u need to pay 20 €. And was located in a bad location, not nice to walk alone and in nights. the room was cute and clean but other then that nothing good about it

Location of this property is unbeatable. Very close to train station and walking to most to city center. Price is unbelievably cheap. Only issue I had was for paying city tax. They didn’t accept credit card during stay and said to pay during check out. We checked out early when no one was at the desk to pay the city tax. They started calling post check out and I ended up giving my CC details on phone which wasn’t preferred but had no option.

Perfect place for a one night stopover. Very helpful staff, reasonable breakfast. Ordered a car for us to the airport which arrived exactly on time.
The only issue I had were the stairs, quite a challenge with cases. There was an ancient lift that you had to put money in to work it, which we couldn't work out how to use! But overall a very good stay.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The cleanliness and safety were of a major concern for us, especially as to what the site advertised. The check-in clerk was especially rude. We arrived at 4:30pm (check-in is at 12) and were told our room was not yet ready. Advertise correctly as we would’ve chosen a different place to stay had we known we wouldn’t have been able to check in during a specific window. I’ve tried to email the hotel many times requesting a refund, as we did not stay due to the unsatisfactory conditions.

Nice secure BB close to Napoli Centrale

Pleasantly surprised to find this nice quiet place in amongst the busy surroundings. The only difficulty we had was finding it as we missed the plaque showing the business and my map of the net made it look a bit further than it actually was. Found it by looking at the address number. Very close to train station. The front counter man was very helpful and secured us a driver to help us visit some tourist sites. Would recommend it as a safe, clean place particularly as I was travelling with kids.

Hotel 5mins walk from Napoli Centrale station.

The plus for staying here is the proximity to the train station.
Handy to get the Alibus to the airport which is only 10 minutes bus ride away from the train station.

The neighbourhood is a bit ropey so I made sure to check in during the day rather than in the evening and I did not go out either in the evening either.

The room was very noisy as you could hear next doors occupants bathing in the shower etc later in at night.
The noise from the busy street was loud as there was some sort of football match going on and supporters banging drums and letting off firecrackers well into the night.

Breakfast was adequate starting at 7:30 am and NOT before as was made plain by the chap at reception.
It was not great quality consisting of some dry cake and fruit tart, cereal, yoghurt and disgusting white sliced bread.

Luckily there was fette biscottate with butter and jam and the cappuccino was excellent.

The promised croissants never materialised.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with shower head over the tub had lovely hot water.

For me the proximity of the accommodation to the train station was the most important thing for planning my journey.

The hotel is new and quite clean. We enjoyed eating dinners purchased at nearby grocery stores out on the terrace. The staff member who served breakfast was especially friendly and helpful and we appreciated having his assistants ce. However, we also missed having someone at the desk or in the facility during evenings and nights when guests were on their own without even an emergency contact number. Fortunately there were no difficulties so we didn't need to contact hotel staff. The location near the Central station is convenient but it's also nearby areas which did not appear safe.

Wifi wasn't working. Found an insect in the washroom. Room was right outide the lobby, we were woken up from yelling from another guest who was arguing with the front desk. However, staff was kind enough to allow us to use their washrooms, store our luggage and charge our phobed after checkout.

Excellent location from which to explore Naples

The location is excellent, close to the central station for easy access out to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Also the Metro underground for heading out to explore the City and beyond. Easy walk out the the Via Tribunali for an evening meal.

The room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

It is a very busy city so expect it to be noisy but just keep the shutters closed, the multi-glazed windows shut and use the air-con and you should have an OK nights sleep.

Location: in a very crowded noisy neighborhood. I am not sure that it is safe.
We had a large size room. But we had to keep the windows closed to avoid the noise. Air conditioning was barely working. Internet connection was non existent till I complained and then they fixed it. Rom was cleaned but neither my wife nor I felt comfortable. Toiletries were the bare minimum.

Bait and Switch- Do not Stay

Napoli Suites exist. But they overbook it and I assume it's much nicer than where they send other guests. After I booked the hotel, they apparently sent an email through Expedia that they had to switch hotels. I was traveling and didn't have internet access so I didn't get the message. I arrived and he told me he emailed me.

\"Dear Mrs Maya, The hotel is moved at the Hotel Orsa Maggiore www.hotelorsamaggiorenapoli.it just in front at the Napoli Suite. You can go directly at the Hotel Orsa Maggiore. The previous email is wrong about the Napoli's Gold. You have to go the Orsa Maggiore Hotel 3 stars. Thank You Enzo\"

We then go across the street to discover a man sitting under a makeshift staircase. There is NO elevator. You have to go up a faulty, poorly constructed staircase. My fiance nearly fell because he was carrying the heavy luggage and trying to climb these steps.

The \"cafe\" area smells of smoke as do the rooms. When you walk in, everything is \"new\" but it's cheap. The bathroom is clean, which is the highlight but the rooms smell.

The biggest issue is that they purposely switch the hotel. Had we known they would do that, we would have canceled immediately and booked a better place. But we saw reviews on Expedia that were positive. Most likely because it was Napoli Suites.

So, to avoid any disappointment, do not book with them because you most likely won't end up there. Expedia should remove them as a listing.

We stay 2 Nts.. The room was ok and the breakfast... The towels weren't very clean and some were broken... We had a trouble in the bathroom with the ants and they leave the shampoo open I thought by the last guest... The wall was dirty and the worst was the rooms are very noisy... U can hear all from outside and from the other rooms... The door closing, people yelling early in the morning... The receptionist were very cool... The hotel is close to the train station and metro... Many stores around...

Really nice hotel and great location a short walk to the main station and plenty of shops and restaurants. However we were slightly let down with the room, as the hotel has a terrace which they have turned into the breakfast area the room we were in had a window that would have opened onto the terrace but instead opened onto the breakfast area, so we weren't comfortable opening the blind so there was essentially no window.

The area surrounding the hotel seemed quite dangerous and noisy. The hotel advertised a 24/7 reception. Almost always, there was no one available at reception or the number available to call if we required anything. There was no drinks, minibar or drink making facilities. There was no access to a bar or room service. We were left waiting for 20 minutes at reception for someone to appear to allow us to check-out, and we nearly missed our train. The staff were friendly but the service was non-existent and therefore unprofessional. The breakfast was also unpleasent. The cleanliness of the rooms and wi-fi was good, however the hotel was poor value for money. There were incredibly poor facilities and services available.

Lovely hotel in good central location

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Napoli Suite. The central location on Corso Umberto, a main shopping street, made walking about very easy and finding the hotel again was simple. Lots of shops and nice restaurants for pizza, pasta etc near by and the port for ferries to Capri and castle were a short walk away. The room was modern, spacious and very clean with really comfy beds and the free Wifi was great!
Breakfast was the usual continental style buffet with pastries, rolls, cereals, yoghurts, juice, tea or coffee.
We arrived in the morning and although our room wasn't ready we were able to check in and leave our bags.
All the staff we met were friendly and helpful but Alex was particularly great and helped us with train and ferry timetables for Sorrento and Capri and the Alibus back to the airport. His local knowledge advising us to catch the train from Plaza Nolana just round the corner ensured we got a seat on the train.
The only downside for us was that being on the main road there was traffic noise at night, even with the double glazing.

We stayed for two nights, and had a very positive experience. That being said, Naples was an extremely loud and dirty city, and you could hear sirens and honking and yelling constantly. But, the hotel was a short walk from the train station, up on the second floor. When we got there a bit late (6pm) the desk was empty, so we got someone to buzz us in the building and call the hotel, and shortly after the clerk came back. He was really friendly and helpful. Additionally, the room was clean, with a big bathroom and a nice desk. We were excited to leave Naples, but not the hotel. Recommended.

Napoli Suites is super convenient to the Naples train station. People said that it was a bad neighbourhood and you shouldn't stay there, but we didn't find that at all. The hotel is on the main street,but our room was really quite. The hotel is really small - only part of a floor in the building. Alex at the front desk was super helpful and full of advice about what to see. The breakfast was good. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. We could walk everywhere. I heard all these stories about how awful Naples was before we went, but we had no issues at all. Like all larger Italian cities, it is a bit rough around the edges (garbage etc.), but we saw none of the crime that people talk about. We were even told not to take a camera with us because it could get ripped off your shoulder. At first I was so worried, but I took my camera anyway and had no problems and certainly saw nothing that made me worried at all.

We had a good 2 night stay in Napoli Suite - room was big and spacious and the air con was excellent! We didn't have breakfast so feel we might have missed out on the personality of the hotel but the gentleman we asked for dinner recommendations on our second night was very helpful and genuine. Would recommend for a short stay in a nice modern hotel. One point is that a mini fridge would have been a good benefit for chilled drinks.

We had 4 nights at Napoli Suite and can't fault anything. Alex at Reception is absolutely wonderful and a wealth of information! From assisting us with where to find the best pizza, transport requirements and what to see and do in Napoli, he was a tremendous help assisting with the airlines locating our lost luggage and having it delivered.
Our room was big and spacious and extremely clean! The housekeeping and breakfast staff (I didn't note down their names) were so polite and friendly also, nothing was ever a trouble for them.
As for the area, it was located extremely close to the train stations, easily accessible coming from the airport with luggage etc and close to the regional trains to reach Pompeii etc. We knew some areas (especially around the main train station) can be a bit sketchy, but didn't experience any issues and found the streets to be quite quiet of an evening once all the hawkers had packed up. No different to travelling anywhere else in Europe, just have your wits about yourself and your possessions at all times.

The hotel was easy to find, the room was clean & well presented. The guy on the reception desk was very helpful and gave us a few tips on places to eat etc.
The breakfast was an extra charge on top of the room price which I wasn't aware of. It was also a little basic too. The area around was a little on the rough side but that said I already knew to expect that in Naples.
Overall the hotel was a good choice for us as a one night stop off.

Good location for exploring Naples

We stayed here for 2 nights before heading to Sorrento. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of Naples central station, so it's a good choice if you will be moving elsewhere in Italy after your stay. We made use of the hotels airport pickup service which was great as we arrived late. The hotel is clean and modern and staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel lost our reservation and notified us the day before our stay that we would be moved to their sister hotel, Hotel Garibaldi. Walking distance from the train station, but that is about the only perk. The rooms were not the cleanest and everything was outdated. We checked in and arrived in our room to still find the housekeeping staff still inside our room. The hotel doesn't have a lot of amenities and does not have an elevator so I would not recommend this to anyone who has an issue with climbing stairs. Also, this hotel does not let you leave the building with your room key - it must be kept at the front desk at all times which is an ABSURD hotel policy. We traveled up and down Italy and never ran into this issue. It also seems like anyone can walk up to the desk and ask for any room key as we weren't asked for a name or ID when returning back to the hotel. While we had no issues with our belongings being moved/stolen, I still didn't feel comfortable or safe here.

Nice hotel not too far from the main train station. The staff were all extremely helpful especially the man that looks after you at breakfast - makes a great cappuccino! We were staying in one of the disabled rooms and the shower can sometimes flood the bathroom as the drainage wasn't the best but otherwise I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

If we return to Naples we would definitely stay here again! Very well located close to the Centro Storico and also the Piazza Garibaldi for bus and train transfers. The staff are really lovely and welcomed us with fresh coffee and lots of information that we found useful for our explorations. Breakfast is served on the terrace or in your room if you choose and is plentiful and fresh - added to which Mr Enzo makes excellent cake which goes very well with the wonderful coffee made by barman Vincenzo. Both of these gentlemen were exceedingly helpful in every way and because of this and the very nice clean and spacious rooms I can recommend this hotel to all with confidence.

Great hotel - a true safe haven !

We had a lovely time at Napoli suites hotel. Its in the middle of Naples, everything needed to see or use is nearby within walking distance. As soon as you've had enough of the noise and bustle, you're back at the hotel within minutes, you enter through the massive front doors, up to the first floor in the open traditional italian lift, and you're in your haven. I wont say its totally quite, (it is on a mainish road), but the friendliness of the staff, their 24-hour help at anything, their fluency in english, their smile, is better than being home. Mario especially is absolutely wonderful. He's willing, helpful, cheerful and able. The best ! The rooms and bathrooms are brand new and sparkling clean, with lots of space and cupboards. Breakfast was OK. Lovely cakes. A lovely hotel !

Small city centre hotel with friendly staff

We were in Naples to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento, Capri as well as museums in Naples. This hotel was ideal for getting around by public transport - by bus and rail as well a covenient to get to and from the airport. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room was nicely furnished and of a good size. The room was serviced every day with clean linen and towels.

Nos chambres sont propres et sont nettoyées tous les jours. l'accueil est chaleureux et parle français. l'emplacement est pratique parce que n'est pas très loin du centre ville, de la gare et du métro.

We had booket 2 Roms more than two months in advance, but were contacted less than 48 hours before coming. The hotel explained that they had only one room in stead of two. We were really disappointed and cancelled the stay.

Habitación limpia pero los manteles del desayuno llenos de manchas. Dos días tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico, no lo reponían. El primer día habían dos botecitos de champú que no repusieron más. Coincidimos con un día de fiesta y no había pan. Desayuno muuuuy simple. La televisión de la habitación no tenía mando a distancia, respuesta: tenemos que comprarlo.

Zona llena de manteros y basuras.

Das B&B ist leider sehr schmutzig, im Zimmer waren tote Insekten in den Ecken. Nach ca. Der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes wurde das zusätzliche Bett, das wir als Ablagefläche genutzt hatten entfernt ohne Bescheid zu geben, die Sachen die darauf lagen würden wahllos irgendwo im Zimmer versträut, unter anderem auf dem Bett. Die Stelle unter diesem zusätzlichen Bett wurde auch nicht gewischt, der ganze Dreck blieb einfach im Zimmer. Das \"grosse\" Frühstück bestand auch nur aus nur einem Schinken, dem immer gleichen Bort und für eine Woche aus den gleichen Kuchen, es war also eher ein sehr kleines Frühstück. Das Personal wirkte auch permanent genervt von allem, an der Rezeption war die ganze Woche niemand, auch bei der Ankunft war niemand da, erst 10 Minuten nach Anruf wurde uns die Türe geöffnet. Insgesamt leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Het is officieel een bed and breakfast, maar het is eigenlijk een hotal waar de receptive om 20:00 uur dicht gaat. In de kamer is alles wat nodig is, de airco werkt prima zonder lawaai. Het ontbijt was voor ons voldoende, de barman maakt uitstekende capucino. De locatie van het hotel is prima vlakbij het station, de metro en vele terrassen en restaurants. Ik denk dat wij daar niet voor hrt laatst waren.

Al llegar la puerta del edificio que incluye el hotel está cerrada. Se llama al timbre que hay al lado en la calle y NADIE contesta. Nos encontramos sin poder acceder y tenemos que llamar por teléfono en el extranjero a un número que aparece allí en caso que suceda que nadie está disponible en la recepción. Además, teníamos dos noches en el mismo hotel, pues sólo pudieron ofrecernos una y la otra nos recolocaron en otro hotel de su grupo a 500 metros de dónde estaba la primera reserva. Nunca nos había pasado algo así. Y el segundo hotel también muy poco que desear. El pago sólo podía ser en efectivo.

Mooie kamer maar omgeving veel te luid

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, hij gaf ons tips wat het beste is om te doen in Napels. De kamer was mooi zoals op foto’s maar het hotel bevindt zich in het stadcentrum waarbij het erg druk is ook ‘s nachts. Soms kon je gewoon niet slapen door druk verkeer buiten..

Hotel in ottima posizione, non troppo lontano dalla stazione e a due passi dai luoghi principali di interesse. Non banale la presenza di una farmacia h24 a 50 mt. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Eccezionale struttura, nuova, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, colazione a buffet abbondante e varia...Il valore aggiunto della struttura é sicuramente l' assistenza al cliente del titolare e dei collaboratori, il servizio di parcheggio del \"Garage Mercato\" convenzionato con la struttura é stato eccellente , la macchina è stata presa in carico sotto la struttura e riconsegnata allo stesso punto ogni volta del bisogno .... Eccellente...!!!

Hotel molto carino, a 2 passi dalla stazione centrale di Napoli. Personale molto educato e gentile già dall'arrivo. Camere accoglienti, molto belle e spaziose, con un look moderno, cassaforte e condizionatore. Anche il bagno è abbastanza comodo e spazioso! Prima colazione abbondante, si varia dal dolce al salato e sinceramente non mi sarei aspettato una così bella colazione! Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Napoli in un hotel che non sarà di lusso ma che sa difendersi molto bene! Ritornerò sicuramente!

Séjour Naples Novembre 2017

Séjour sympathique à Naples.
Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare (donc bien pour le train) et globalement Naples est très faisable à pied. Plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité.
Les chambres sont situées au premier étage et l'ascenseur est assez petit. Il y a aussi 3 marches inévitables à l'entrée.
Propreté Ok et petit déjeuner sympathique, inclus dans le prix.
Nota : si vous avez la chambre 106, la fenêtre donne sur le petit déjeuner. Nous en novembre, la terrasse était bâchée donc nous n'avions pas de vue sur l'extérieur et c'est assez troublant voir dérangeant. Mais l'aération est correcte.
Ps : l'hôtel dispose d'un lit bébé compris dans le prix ce qui est bien, il est cependant assez vieux.

駅から近く、地下鉄利用にも便利。有名ピザ屋さんやスパッカナポリも歩いてすぐ行けます。
ホテル設備は、シャワーの排水がやや悪いことが少し気になった程度です。
スタッフの方は皆笑顔で親切でした。
ミニバーのドリンクが安いのも助かりました。
