This is a bed and breakfast guest house located in the heart of Naples, 5 minutes walking from the Napoli Centrale Station and the Alibus stop to Naples Airport. It’s a family run establishment. My room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable. Alfredo, the front desk manager, was courteous and polite. His restaurant recommendations were great. The rooftop patio with views of Naples are spectacular, especially at night. My one week stay was wonderful and I look forward to staying here on my next visit. The hotel is very nice and clean with a great terrace overlooking the city. We had a slight difficult time finding the hotel. It would have been nice to know that 1) you need to buzz an intercom outside upon arrival. 2) you need to take a very tiny old elevator up to 4th floor. There are five steps 2x to get to elevator. Once we sorted all that out we were happy with everything.

This property is located in the Central Station area which was sketchy - dirty, homelessness and felt unsafe. however the moment we arrived and the host let us in, it was bliss. Property is beautiful, well kept & very secure. I appreciate those extra safety measures as the exterior area didn't feel very safe. Host was attentive and available. Overall value was A, but I don't think I would choose that area again to stay

Breakfast was minimial for an American:) but good nonetheless. There was a balcony overlooking the area by the train station that was very pretty.

It’s right next to the train stain which is convenient but also a very sketchy area. It’s an apartment turned into hotel. We arranged a taxi through here since we had an early morning flight and had agreed to a 21 euro charge. The taxi meter was at 9 euro when the ride started and ended at 15. So it’s a complete scam. Just arrange your own transportation.

Fantastic stay
Ideally situated for the Alibus , the Metro and the central train station. The property was easy to find thanks to the instructions sent by Alfredo. The rooms are of a good size, with a huge bathroom that contained a large shower. The rooms, kitchen area and patio, overlooking the squsre were all spotlessly clean every day. Alfredo was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble for him. I highly recommend this property.

Spacious rooms, Giada was the best host, she gave us recommendations for sights and dinner, and called us a cab to get us to the port when we left. I travel for work so I spend at least 80 nights a year in one of the international chain hotels and the Five rooms is by far a better experience than any of those hotels.

Can't recommend highly enough!
This boutique hotel is superb! Alfredo is great and can't do enough for you! I've seen a couple of negative reviews on here which I can't understand, Napoli is an incredably vibrant and frenetic city, that's what makes it so interesting, if you don't like noise don't go there! There is also an amazing room terrace that looks over all the action in Garibaldi square.

This property is very close to the train station. It is also in walking distance of the central historic area of Naples (il Duomo, Naples Underground). And of course close to very good dining options. Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful with any questions we had and recommendations. They also sold drinks (including bottles of wine) and have a really nice terrace overlooking that area of Naples. to eat breakfast on, or have a few drinks.

So convenient if you plan to visit Pompei as its right next to the main train station in Piazza Garibaldi. Lots of places to eat, filled with locals not just tourists. The BnB has a terrace overlooking the square. Great continental breakfast with drinks and snacks available all the time. Friendly, helpful staff.

We arrived in the evening with a taxi from the airport. It was difficult to find the place in the dark, but the taxi driver assisted us in knowing which building the hotel was in. The clerk knew when we would be arriving and he waited for us to arrive. The location is on the 5th floor of an old building and there is an old cage elevator that can be used. The location is very lovely inside and has a rooftop balcony with tables and chairs. The room was a good size with nice beds and bathroom. The location is very close to a major metro station and the building regularly shakes as the trains pass by. The main train station is a 5-10 minute walk away.

From when we first arrived Alfredo couldn't do enough for us. We were able to check in early and leave our bags the whole day on check out. It felt more like an air BnB as we hardly saw any other guests and enjoyed sitting out on the terrace late afternoon most days. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Good rooms and beds. Can be a little noisy at night but that's just Naples and the price you pay for a great convenient location! Brilliant stay!

Alfredo is super helpful and sent details of where to go before I arrived and was then in touch via WhatsApp on the day of arrival in order to check all was ok . Once there it was fun going through the big door and up in the old style lift .. once on floor 4 you are greeted by a clean, modern and stylish boutique hotel - nicely decorated with a breakfast room and roof terrace with views over the piazza Garribaldi. The room I had was spacious , with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed . For the money the whole thing is superb value - a lot of the main attractions of Naples are walkable too .

Once there it was fun going through the big door and up in the old style lift .. once on floor 4 you are greeted by a clean, modern and stylish boutique hotel - nicely decorated with a breakfast room and roof terrace with views over the piazza Garribaldi. The room I had was spacious , with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed . For the money the whole thing is superb value - a lot of the main attractions of Naples are walkable too .

We loved the room and the boutique feel. The hostess was friendly and couteous. Breakfast was nice with choices of hot and cold drinks, meat and cheese and more. It was a wonderful place to stay - the breakfast area and outside area was terrific. My room was huge and the bathroom was very new and very nice. The heated towel rack was a real luxury and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of variety and Alberto was very accomodating with my being an early leaver. The location is excellent and a short walk to tour operator pick ups and the central train station and Alibus to the airport are very close. It is a very quiet building and I slept comfortably and soundly the 5 nights I stayed. Make contact prior to arrival for help with the lift( it requires a coin to operate) I would not hesitate to stay her again- it was a wonderful stay. My room was serviced daily and it was spotless.

We stayed here so we could be near a pickup point for a tour. Couldn't have been more pleased. Within walkng distance to the rail station. Many lovly places to eat nearby and the manager went on and above to assist us. He even watched our bags when we were on the tour. Excellent

The area around the train station in Naples may be off putting to many travelers. It is not Naples at its best. However, the location could not have been better for our needs and Alfredo at the front desk was most helpful in communicating with us before our trip, and getting us checked in quite late after our flight from Athens had a schedule change. The honor bar was well stocked with reasonable prices so we enjoyed a bottled Aperol Spritz on the balcony before retiring for the night. Though the breakfast was modest the coffee was made to order and we enjoyed conversation over cappuccino before checking out and continuing our trip.
