It was okay. The breakfast wasn’t enough and the water when you take a shower went all over the place and you end up having your hair wet because you can’t fix it there is no shower head it’s only one way.

The staff, as always, were excellent, from the front desk to the custodians. However, the rooms were a different story. I had to switch multiple times due to various issues: the water in the first room had an unpleasant odor, and while the second room was slightly better, the faucet water still smelled, and the air conditioner was leaking water. In the third room, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I’ve stayed at this hotel for years and have always tried to avoid leaving negative reviews, but this time it was too much. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to change rooms during my stays.

The staff is just excellent especially the ladies in the kitchen just supreme service. The hotel is beautiful and demands some updates, however they have got solid foundations such as good WiFi, security and a clean pool to build on, I was there for 2 weeks I enjoyed it.

Pretty good/affordable

It was amazing, it just sucked that they did not offer lunch/dinner. Plus their meal are a bit expensive, even a water bottle almost $2 US. But other then that, I loved my stay.

This property is located in the heart of Delmas. The road leading to it is terrible but once you’re inside it’s a different story. The staff are ok, just ok, although they could definitely improve customer service. And the rooms also need a little upgrade.

Impossible to use the swimming pool, water was green and not able to see the buttom of the pool. Otherwise, everything was very clean, personnel happy to serve you, room was very adequate with all time hot water. Air conditionning was very efficient. Good location for shopping. Breakfeast hot and they have a la carte if you want. Because of the political conditions at this time, restorant was close earlier but able to serve you adequate meals. Very good for quality and price. They have good security officer at the gate. They are all time ready willing to serve you and can answer your questions. Thank you to all of you.

“For the money,” this hotel is a great value. It is clean, and the facilities are decent. The staff is responsive. The breakfast was decent.

It also has the great virtue for Haiti of feeling safe. The property is completed enclosed and has a 24 hour armed guard working the entrance/exit.

The only downside I can think of is that of the five nights I stayed there, there was only warm water 1 of the five nights.
