Excellent location, room has everything you need. Bed is comfortable but did not like pillow. That is only negative I have. I wish there is two types of pillow, soft and hard. Host can be reaches easily. Met us at the entrance of building. Breakfast is simple with tea or coffee with choice of croissants. I will stay again if I come to Naple again. I always stay in Hilton but there was none near this location and thus I gave try and it was good.

A lovely welcome, were able to check in early and leave our luggage there which was very much appreciated. Max gave lots of tips on places to visit and eat as well as safety advice. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. Our breakfast was delivered on time and was delicious. The only tiny down side was that although there was a kettle there was no tea or coffee making facilities. I do like to have a cup of tea to wake up!! I would definitely recommend staying here. Very good central location.

The place is super clean ! Its a good place to stay if you plan to be out all day . Its near the naples central station. Its just kind of sketchy outside the hotel but there are a lot of police so its still safe. Lots of places to eat ! Overall this hotel is not bad at all.

The josts were incredibly welcoming and friendly meeting on arrival and messaging prior to arrival with instructions- a few minutes walk from the central train station and a busy bustling area on arrival. The contact prior to and meeting by the host was really helpful. The room and decoration of the vicinity was beautiful- don’t be put off by the bustling streets. The location was perfect for us since we were taking a train back and forth. Massimo and Maria were so nice and helpful. Place was well kept and very clean. Delicious fresh croissant in the morning was a bonus.

From the outset I was extremely impressed. Massimo met me on the street and then helped me with my luggage. This is a lovely wee sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of central Naples yet perfectly situated for excursion pick ups/drop offs and the main railway station. We arrived mid morning and were cheerfully greeted by Massimilano. After checking us in he gave us a map of the area and made a few great suggestions on how to spend our time in Napoli. We didn’t expect our room to be ready, but confirmed we could leave our luggage with him. Just as we finished our chat our room was ready. That was lovely. The room was very clean and had two very comfortable beds and pillows. We appreciated all the security measures that were in place and felt completely safe there. This is a Good B&B, if you are looking for A quick stay near the station. The area is not the best however, the property itself once you enter the building is fine. It’s a good room with light and acute breakfast. It’s clean, neat and comfortable. The staff is great as well and very helpful with details and professionalism. I will stay there again if I had to spend a couple of days in Naples as it is right across the central station where you can take trains to Pompeii or metro in the city.

Overall a good experience and the staff and owner are very lovely and helpful. It’s a great place to stay at if you don’t go in and out late at night. I don’t care what people say about Naples but it is not a safe place in late evenings. We were literally stalked by one of the dodgy characters that plague the Napoli Centrale when we first arrived. However, it does feel super safe once we got into the building’s gated courtyard.

Super convenient spot by the train station. Quick and easy check in, Massimiliano met us right on the street to guide us to the suites. He gave us great recommendations for food and sights to see, booked us a taxi for our morning flight that was right on a time. Area was busy with locals and chatter in the afternoon when we arrived but was much quieter around 10pm when we returned after dinner. As two women traveling alone felt comfortable.

I loved this small 5 room B&B. It is 2 minutes from the airport bus stop and train station. The owner was outside waiting for me, though he had given me clear directions. The small hotel is inside a larger building that has other small hotels. There is no sign outside listing the hotel name, but was easy to find. You go through a door and cross a small courtyard and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. I felt like I belonged to Naples and knew a secret behind a closed door. You need a key or key fob to enter the building and a door to the hotel before you get to your room, so I felt very safe.

This was just a one night stay before our flight home. The owner contacted me and met us at entrance and let us check in early. The place is basic but clean and for a short stay has everything you need including a little fridge with water beer and soft drinks at very cheap prices.
We had a croissant and coffee for breakfast which was brought to our room by Massimiliano’s wife. She then organised a taxi for us at a reduced rate. All in all they were great and if ever in Naples again for a short stay would definitely stay again.

This property was a great find. Everything about the property and what the owner can control and organize was done very well with great attention to detail. The area around the property is beyond what the owner can control because it is the Napoli Centrale train station. But inside the palazzo and on the third floor you are a world away from the dirt and noise in the piazza outside the train station. I know what you are thinking, you think you should pass on reserving a place near the central train station. I chose this property because I needed to rest after an international flight and I wanted to be near the train station to start my journey early the next morning (thus limiting the time it would take to get to the train station). This property was perfect. It is a great find and I highly recommend it for its service, cleanliness, attention to detail, and the proximity to the train station.

Sparkling clean boutique hotel across from Napoli Garibaldi could not be more convenient for our needs. It was super easy to make our way to Sorrento, Pompei and Positano for day trips. Recommend and will stay again!

The street that the property is on is dirty, chaotic, and has street vendors and pickpockets. This seems to be a pattern in large Italian cities. There are plenty of taxis at the train station. Use them to get around the city. Loved the property, and Massimo and his wife made us feel welcomed. If you can overlook the short walk from the train station, this is a good place to stay.

They went above and beyond to ensure we arrived safely and gave us the best recommendations for food, attractions, and enjoying ourselves. We were so happy we stayed here- better than any other 5 star hotel services and the location is prime for walking to many places. Location is convenient for many things but it is a bit of a rough area. If you are traveling in a group it would be fine but a solo female traveler might feel unsafe. We had a great experience here even though we came late for check in due to a train cancellation. Though the area around the B&B was chaotic, you couldn’t hear any of the noise from inside the room. Nice property. Clean. It was as described. Even though we were right in the city of Naples, it was remarkably quiet in our room. The staff were friendly and answered our many questions, and they tried to help us with our luggage when 2 of our 3 bags didn’t make it to the airport. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!!! The croissants were stuffed with so much Nutella that it was gushing out of them when you bit into them (so good) and espresso (also very good). There was a cheap restaurant right outside the hotel that was also quite good (and convenient). The location is very convenient if you need quick access to the train station.

After meeting us for check-in, he made sure to show us to let us know all the best sites and his recommendations for food & drink (which were very very good), as well as making sure you had all the information you needed about your room and taking orders for your breakfast.
Access to the building is simple but secure and with it only being a short walk from Garibaldi station, you can easily traverse the city or take trips out of the city. The room was clean and bright, with our balcony opening up onto the street below. The sounds of sirens and car horns can be heard across the city, but the room was silent at night once the doors were closed and air con is available should you need a temperature tweak.
An Italian breakfast was served with a smile every morning between 8-10 to your room. All you needed to do was let them know when you wanted it and it would be in your room in 5 minutes time.

We had never visited Naples, and while I did not enjoy the city very much, Massimiliano took time to outline a bunch of attractions we may enjoy and gave use a detailed map of the city including his restaurant recommendations. Apartments are all refurbished and beautiful! You won’t be disappointed but you have to remember this is right downtown in Naples. The outside is a 120 year old hotel and doesn’t look great but inside is all brand new and quiet after 10pm!!

This was the perfect hotel for our quick trip to Naples. It is two blocks away from the train station and metro. The hosts recommended sights to see and places to eat, and provided useful suggestions for our time in Napoli. They provided their phone number and offered to help whenver they could.
The rooms are modern, bright, and very clean. Air conditioning is brand new and worked great! There is a mini bar for charge, and a complimentary breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, and croissants, delivered to your door every morning! Such a nice touch. The beds are the most comfortable that we have had in our 5 weeks in Italy. We had such pleasant sleeps we found it hard to get out of bed!
