it is good for what we paid for, it is a warm and friendly place, looks like home, staffs are friendly. We want to suggest to add the info (the guide) for how to check in because this hotel is in 2nd floor of a bldg. there is only a small sign by the gate. We have no idea about this, a gentle man from next door walk us to the elevator, it looks creepy at first ( - : ) until we arrive the 2nd floor, it looks like a hotel and feel better. Please provide the check in info, thanks

Cute and good. Hard to find. Just some rooms on second floor of multi use apartments. You have to go through an alcove. Tiny sign. Smelled of perfume. I believe to mask sewer smell that you smell when it wears off. Some street noise. Thin walls. Good shutters. I had a tiny balcony.

I had a spotless room with the most comfortable bed I believe I have ever found in a hotel! The linens were top quality. Lighting was great. The staff (Cassie I think) was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for catching a train, bus, or subway. It seems that the hotel has taken a floor of an older building and renovated it, but you must find the hotel by going through a sawed out opening in a larger wooden door, finding building B in an interior courtyard along with a wire cage type of elevator that works very well when all doors are securely shut. Nothing seemed dangerous, just older and not kept up well. I am a 60 something woman traveling alone and was taken aback by all this. But I am so glad I saw it through and found this gem of a hotel!

This place has 24 hr front desk which is extremely convenient to be able to freely go out at any time of the day/night. Andrea was extremely helpful and we loved our stay here! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the train station, still quiet enough to get good sleep, yet be able to explore all on foot!

There is no Expedia VIP thing, right? Expedia markets many hotels with these so called VIP benefits but I don't see any.

I stayed in a few different hotels near by yet this H22 seems to have the best furnished rooms almost like modern hotel rooms, spacious modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time. The only minor thing is that they don't allow you to carry the keys for front door entry and have to buzz the bell to be left in (yes they have 24 hr duty staff). When you walk back in, you have no privacy but to pass by their office on duty to see you. I always thought buzzing in is not convenient compared with carry a key.

Conveniently located near the train station. The entrance is a little odd however, the hotel did a great job with providing a video of how to access the property ahead of time. It was very helpful. Yummy breakfast on offer for 10 euro. Only issue was the air con not fully functioning in the room and all electricity turns off when you depart the room, which is not great as I had a bunch of chocolates that melted.

It is within 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. The number of guest rooms small, but there are many people working, so it is very clean and has air conditioning, so it is cool. The office staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned very well. Breakfast was also good.

You can take the subway to the old town, and there is a city tour bus stop near the hotel and a currency exchange office with a better exchange rate than the airport and central station. I recommend this place because it is cost-effective.

Really liked the couple of free beverages in the mini-bar, it was a welcome touch after a long train ride. The staff was really nice.
The breakfast was good value and I loved the playlist.
The only reason I gave a low rating for the area was, while Garibaldi square is safe and clean enough, there are some filthy areas only few blocks to the west. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but future travelers may want to know.

When I arrived to H22 after dark, I felt that I needed to head to the entrance quickly, being that the hotel is situated across from the train station and there could’ve been characters lurking about. Being a single woman, carrying luggage, I had reason to be alert. The directions for entering the building were clearly given through video and I made my way through the battered wooden front gate up the stairs to the second floor. The Receptionist was very friendly and professional and she led me to a perfectly appointed room. It was clean, very comfortable, and I felt very well cared for. It even had a small balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the plaza.
After checking in, I found a restaurant next door that had great food and I relaxed there before settling in for the night.
I would recommend this hotel. Just be mindful of your surroundings and be confident when approaching the building. H22 has the character of old Italy, and when upstairs in the hotel, there is a delightful charm leading down the hall to the room.

I can agree with what most other reviewers say. It's in a location that is very convenient to the train station, the hotel itself is very clean and nice, the staff friendly and attentive, it was quiet, etc. On the downside, the hotel itself is located on the inside of a mixed-use building. So you have to \"buzz\" them (but with one quick push of the button, not a sustained push like a true buzzer) like you would for an apartment resident in a big city like New York. Then, they buzz you in and you crouch through a little hobbit door-within-a-door, go up the elevator on the right to the 2nd floor (3rd floor for Americans, because the bottom floor doesn't count as the first floor in many foreign countries including Italy), and then get buzzed in again to the office itself. The signs are there, but they are small, and one of them is about 8 feet off the ground. They will send you a video of the first part of that process via WhatsApp the day before your visit to help you. There is no breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is located right at the Napoli centrale train station. You have a variety of food options right outside the hotel and are also within walking distance to the bus station. The hotel sends you video instructions on how to find their entrance from the train station which was extremely helpful. The staff is 24/7 very helpful and nice. The rooms were small, but we only intended on using it to sleep after a whole day of exploring. The elevator is a experience in itself but goes with the rustic feel of the building.

This is a hotel with a reception but it’s located in a building with other businesses. The hotel sent a video to show how to find it in the busy Piazza. They offered parking I the corner inside another hotel which was very helpful! The location is very convenient- right by the train station and the subway!

An overview of the entire check in process would be great to send out after you book a room. We had a hard time finding the hotel entrance as the sign wasn’t noticeable and didn’t say that it was going to be on the second floor. I did not get the instructions on how to get to the hotel until after I was checked in. Other than that, the service was exceptional. It was a fairly small and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again for a small group.

Just me as a solo traveller, booked a single room and that’s what I got! Perfectly equipped. Very effective air con, great size bathroom with toiletries, working safe and mini bar, and the three drinks within all free.
Unusual approach to the hotel, through a large old shared entrance and up some dark-ish communal stairs, but H22 shines like a beacon of comfort as soon as you see it.

This was by far the best B&B that I have stayed at. Mostly because of Julia, Natasha and Kessy, who were extremely helpful and so pleasant. Everything was managed seamlessly from booking day trips to providing anything that I needed to make my journey more enjoyable.
