I paid for the hotel B&B Chez Moi.
However, the staff at the reception told me that we were transferred to Hotel Poker, which is nearby, because their sewage system was blocked at B&B Chez Moi. Reading the reviews from before, I noticed that this is their usual practice (you pay for one hotel, and they take you to another).
ADVANTAGE:proximity to Galibardi station (2 min walk), airport bus (Alibus, 3 min walk) the reception is open 24 hours,
the bakery next to the hotel has great products (you will see a crowd, they are not open on Mondays)

the air conditioner works
it can be seen that the hotel has been renovated, but it can be seen that everything was done in a hurry
DISADVANTAGES:
The drain is blocked.
The room can be felt on the sewage system (room no. 9).
Noise from the street is unavoidable, day and night.
The water container for the toilet bowl does not work
On the bill from Expedia it says: city tax 3 euros/person = 3 nights *2 people = 18 euros, I was properly charged 21 euros and I did not receive a bill. I don't understand why I was charged 21 euros?
A modest breakfast: croissant, juice, bun, cheese and salami (which is no longer available but is available), yogurt that is obviously not kept in the fridge, cereal, a small package of jam and butter, coffee, tea and some cake that lasts for days.
It is interesting not to notice that the servant who arranges the food touches the garbage, then money, and arranges cheese..

I think it should have been mentioned on the description that the B&B is on the 5th floor and the elevator is tiny and you have to pay to use it. The building door is also tricky to be found. The place is pretty close to the train station but it is also located in a not safe area. The staff is friendly and the rooms are ok. The room I was staying had a jammed lock, and it was hard to lock and unlock the door every time I had to leave.

Decent location but very unsafe procedures

We found the hotel which was well located to train station, however the outside is littered with homeless people and very very busy.

The receptionist asked for our passports to hold on to, she took them and put them into an unlocked file desk which was very visible and easily reached from behind the counter. The receptionist then left and did not come back all day and night. The computer was left on with customer details and our passports left in the desk. The main door was never locked and there was access from the street with no security or supervision!

Unacceptable procedure. We took our own passports back by simply walking behind the reception divide as we did not think leaving them was acceptable.

The bed was also very loud, the bathroom makes a very loud noise when you flush the loo or run water. The hot water in the shower ran out after a 10/15 minute shower!

Great place to stay although the reception desk and the rooms are located in different buildings. Room was very clean and the service was outstanding. I will stay there again. Don’t let the outside looks deceive you. The hotel is very secure and the police patrols the area frequently

how to get your bag flooded in a blink

friendly staff, spacious place, still I experienced a water infiltration from the ceiling and I got the bag flooded... it wasn't the hotel property fault, still, it wasn't a nice thing.

Careful of area... rough crowd on streets

Room was good very clean. Breakfast was good. Only thing was area wasn't good. Was told several times from nice people in local stores to be careful because I was White and also keep shoulder bag in my front.

Not bad but not good

Very hard to find the place it's more like apartment then hotel really it's located on a fifth floor of an apartment building no sign in the entrance of the building.
Probably for this hotel less will be more
The breakfast barely has anything it's better not to have it
The room is ok but housekeeping is to much when they clean the room they move personal stuff around(it was difficult for me to find my stuff) they even had the towels taken one day without replacement must of the time there is nobody around so I couldn't asked for new ones

Ideal cheap basic base. Hidden extras -Beware

Ideally located next to Naples main train station allowing easy access to Pompei and the port to Capri among others. The BnB is located on a 5th floor with a small lift that requies 10cent. we were only greeted by the cleaning lady who was lovely but only handed us our keys. She does a fantastic job cleaning. Our room was spotless.
We were celebrating our honeymoon and given a spacious room with kitchenette with an added mysterious pipe hanging from outside into our sink that dripped. I moved it outside and we returned to the bnb an hour later it was back. In the sink window open. The finish appears rushed as there was still paint pots in our bathroom but we only wanted it as a base so was fine. We used the kitchen to boil our eggs for a sandwhich for tea.
On check out it was demanded we pay extra for using the kitchen as room we booked was room only and we were only given this room due to limited facilities in the bnb. At no point was this explained to us before or on our arrival that the kitchen within our room was out of bounds and there were no signs warning us of an extra charge if we did. We refused and left with a bad experience to end our time in Naples. Just beware of hidden charges.

Cons: no blanket/comforter, no shampoo,conditioner,soap,pillows were not comfortable,there's a few to take the elevator to the 4th flr but hotel is on the 5th
Pros:cleaning staff was friendly, right in Garibaldi Square (which is a total slum)
The first night we were moved to a different hotel due to a 'problem' which turned out to be that they double booked our room...so we got no wifi at the other place or breakfast...just a poor experience overall.

Experience therein..

Welcome was good. Room was ok, but water was leaking out of bath and flowing to the floor. TV has no English translation and no news in English, i.e. CNN or BBC. Staff do not speak English, except for the Receptionist whom we met only on arrival and night of departure. Breakfast was always the same and very little or tiny portion of cheese and meat (cold cuts) and they don't serve eggs!
On the night of our departure, we were asked to pay the city tax which we were not aware of. It was kind of a discussion until we showed him our document from Expedia. He phoned Expedia and he wanted us to speak to them. Expedia sorted out with the Receptionist the problem after a long discussion on the phone.

New, clean room. Service was not as good.

Good:
1. The room looked like it was newly furbished. It was very clean and the a/c worked very well.
2. Location was perfect. We had to leave early on our check-out day, and it took us 5-minute walk to the central station. (although the area behind the building was a bit dodgy at night)

Bad:
1. None of the staff members spoke decent English. We were only able to communicate with lots of gestures during the stay. We had to ask them for a favour because we left one of our stuff there, but we had to ask an Italian person to speak with the hotel staff.

5 Days in Naples

The B&B is on the fifth floor the lift just held one person and 10cents to use.
Breakfast was every morning 9.00am which was to late for us to get out and about so we only had one breakfast. Room was kept clean and bedding was always clean. Staff were friendly. The reception didn't have a safe to put any valuables in. The hotel information on the website said that they did have a safe that was one reason we booked it. Overall the hotel was good for location and value for money as long as your fit to use stairs if no 10 cents.

- codzienna wymiana ręczników
Minusy:
- niezgodność oferty - zapłaciliśmy za dość obszerny pokój z balkonem a dostaliśmy mniejszy i ciasny bez balkonu. Na pytanie czemu dostaliśmy inny pokój, obsługa odpowiedziała, że ten z balkonem jest już zajęty. Co ciekawe, inna para gości również znalazła się dokładnie w takiej samej sytuacji z pokojem. A zatem, wszyscy goście zapłacili za pokój z balkonem a tylko część taki dostała.
- czystość - pościel z dość dużą plamą, która nie wyglądała zachęcająco oraz niedopałek papierosa i pusta butelka po szamponie, które stały na ściance do prysznica
- brak kuchni - w ofercie internetowej znajduje się kuchnia do wspólnego użytku gości natomiast w praktyce jest to pomieszczenie z barem, gdzie obsługa wydaje ciepłe napoje oraz szwedzkim stołem tylko dla śniadań.

Une situation géographique intéressante

Un séjour à Naples, surtout le premier est une expérience en soi. L appartement pour 5 personnes 2 adultes et 3 enfants était simple avec le confort minimum. Le petit déjeuner était également simple à partir de 8h. La proximité du métro était appréciable pour circuler dans la ville.

Il b&b si trova in una buona posizione, ben collegato. Gentile il proprietario che ci ha permesso di fare il check in dopo l'orario stabilito e di lasciare i bagagli. Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. In generale buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente c'è da migliorare! Ci aspettavamo di più per quanto riguarda la colazione in quanto il buffet é scarso e non ci sono prodotti fatti in casa.

Arrivata al B&B Chez Moi non rispondeva nessuno al citofono ed ho chiamato il gestore che mi ha fatto raggiungere da un collaboatore. Questi mi ha detto che il B&B era inagibile e mi ha accompagnata all'Hotel Poker, struttura a 50m ma di infimo ordine. Ho trovato cattivo odore di fumo e di sporcizia, una camera con pavimenti opachi, rattoppi anche molto grandi sui muri, impronte di mani unte sulle pareti, nessun tavolino di appoggio ma solo una sedia vecchia e sporca. Un bagno indecente con i sanitari cadenti e sporchissimi (ho dovuto pulire il wc ed utilizzare i miei copriwater), 2 rotoli di carta igienica quasi finiti, la rubinetteria sporca e ossidata, la doccia con muffa sulle piastrelle del fondo, un aspiratore con almeno 1cm di polvere incrostata. Non ho fatto colazione (era previsto un caffè/cappuccino con un cornetto da mangiare in piedi) per l'evidente mancanza di pulizia e l'inesistenza di una sala colazione. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza del collaboratore e le lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti. Gli imprevisti capitano, ma UN GESTORE HA L'OBBLIGO di avvisare il cliente ed ospitarlo in una struttura di pari livello se non superiore. Una totale mancanza di correttezza e professionalità del gestore del B&B Chez Moi. Allego le foto e invito a visionare sul web le due strutture.

hotel situé a 2min de la gare de Naples endroit stratégique car tout transport 20mn depuis l\"aéroport avec alibus 5euros le ticket .Petit hotel situé au 5eme etage très propre, personnel sympathique. Prix plus que correct . Naples est une ville magnifique.J' ai hate d'y retourner.

Soggiorno vicino alla stazione centrale di Napoli

Nel complesso confortevole. La mattina però era difficile dormire, perché verso le 7:30 arrivavano due signore per pulizia e colazione e chiacchierano tutto il tempo \"a raffica\" senza smettere mai. Dalla nostra camera si sentiva tutto! In aggiunta in un appartamento sullo stesso piano la prima mattina hanno cominciato a martellare prima delle 8 di mattina perché stanno facendo dei lavori.

Para empezar, el hotel es en un 5to piso y hay que pagar para usar el ascensor. No hubo recepcionista el dia que llegamos, ni durante la estadia. Nos recepciono una mujer que resulto ser del personal de limpieza. No tuvimos la posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta y tampoco habia wifi. Estuvimos 2 noches de invierno y no hubo agua caliente ninguno de los dos dias. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion, ademas de ser insuficiente hacia mucho ruido. Entraba muchisima luz de las ventanas de la cocina que no tenian persiana ni cortina y a la mañana era imposible dormir. Los platos y utensillos de cocina estaban sucios. El servicio de lavanderia y la caja fuerte de la habitacion nunca lo tuvimos. Eramos los unicos huespedes del hotel y en el desayuno nos dieron dos cafes frios. La mujer encargada de la limpieza de la habitacion fumo adentro, dejo toda la habitacion llena de olor a cigarrillo, tiro la colilla en el inodoro y ni siquiera se tomo la libertad de apretar el boton para que se vaya la colilla. En el baño habia una especie de deposito donde habia tachos de pintura, lajas y un colchon, adjunto fotos.

Il B&B si trova vicino alla Stazione, in una palazzina in corso di ristrutturazione. Il personale è cortese, la colazione è abbondante. Le stanze sono ampie e la pulizia è buona. Vi sono solo piccoli disservizi, dovuti al poco personale e a carenza di manutenzione (es. lavandino otturato, telecomando TV con pile scariche)

나폴리 중앙역과 가깝습니다.

중앙역에서 도보 10분 이내이고, 맥도날드 바로 옆입니다. 처음에 도착하면 초인종 누르셔야 1층 현관문 열어주고 엘레베이터타고 올라가시면 됩니다 5층인데 5층이 공사중이더라구요. 저는 엘레베이터가 좀 무섭게 생겨서 거의 이용안했구요. 카운터에 계신분 영어가 통하지 않습니다. 그래도 친절하십니다. 프린트할일이 필요했는데 흔쾌히 하라고 하셨습니다. 그리고 중요한게 따뜻한물이 나오지 않고 미지근하게 나옵니다ㅠㅠ 난방도 잘 되지않습니다. 아침은 8시쯤 크로와상과 쥬스정도입니다. 커피는 자판기에서 따로 팔더라구요. (저희는 쿼드룸에서 지냈습니다) 그냥 저냥 무난한 b&b형식의 숙소입니다.

만족할만한 숙소!

일단 역에서 가깝습니다... 그냥 중앙역에서 나와서 쭉 가시다보면 맥도날드가 나오는데 바로 그 옆입니다. 매일매일 수건도 갈아주시고 신경을 여러모로 잘써주십니다. 다만 계절에 따라 모기가 있어서 고생 좀 했음... 조식도 크로와상이나 모닝빵부터 주스 계란 간소하게 나오는데 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 가끔 나오는 모기만 어떻게 처리되면 최고의 숙소일듯!

Pese a haber realizado la reserva con 3 meses de anticipación y haber recibido la confirmación, al llegar al hotel no tenían habitación disponible por un problema de la administración, así que nos llevaron por una noche a un hotel de terror en el peor lugar de Nápoles (una pensión sucia y destruida) ni siquiera tuvieron la amabilidad de llevar y traer el equipaje de un hotel a otro, nadie nos realizó el check in ( solo apareció un muchachito en la puerta que nos dio una llave) y para el check out tampoco apareció nadie pese a llamar por teléfono al administrador, realmente una pesadilla NO se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Perfect for a short stay.

Nice and confortable room. The buffet breakfast was assorted including a fresh made capuccino. The hotel is located in an old building but once you reach the 5th floor you enter into a modern structure. I found really odd the toll elevator... a Naples thing I guess.. The room was ample with more amenities than you would expect from a B&B.
If you are at Naples for a short visit and don't care about the atmosphere of central train station surroudings, this is a good place to stay..

B&B carino e con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La struttura è inserita a due passi dalla stazione centrale, in uno stabile che apparentemente appare un po' trascurato, che affaccia su una piazza (attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione) servita da diversi locali (bar, pizzerie, mc donald, kebab, pasticcerie). Il personale è davvero molto disponibile e gentile e la camera molto curata, con arredamento nuovo, pulita e con piccolo angolo cottura. Il buffet della colazione con brioches e torte della tradizione, caffè fatto con moka, scelta di salumi e formaggi, succhi, ecc.
Sicuramente un punto sicuro per i prossimi spostamenti in Città.

Parcontre le contre on ne peut se reposer car il n'y a pas de vraie cloisons entre les chambres de l'hôtel

Abbiamo pernottato la notte dell'epifania dopo aver prenotato questa struttura su internet poiché dalle foto era oggettivamente carina e perché la zona era comoda per i vari spostamenti.
Unica nota positiva la bellezza della camera, il resto: zona pericolosa e trasandata e mancanza di riscaldamento.
È stato difficile anche accedere alla struttura poiché al portone non risponde nessuno.

la camera che ho scelto in internet...NON era quella...siamo stati dirottati dal proprietario presso una struttura vicina(ci ha dato un appartamento tutto per noi....)nota positiva: grande...note negative:4 piano ascensore non funzionante (e a moneta...se funzionava)...era praticamente in un condominio dove per fare colazione(in piedi,come al bancone del bar)..dovevi scendere fino al 1 piano(noi scendevamo dal 4°)...nell'appartamento,avevamo anche l'uso della cucina...che era praticamente l'unica stanza che non era stata pulita(ho le foto degli scarafaggi insieme alle vivande nel primo sportello del pensile a sx entrando nella stanza)...la cosa che mi ha dato piu' fastidio(anche + delle tarme de cibo)...che non sono stato avvertito per tempo del cambiamento, mi sono sentito preso per il c...(capisco spendo poco e ci puo' stare?,cmq ...così...neanche a Malindi/il Cairo)
