Room was very clean and the AC worked great...VERY important in Naples. It is located feet from a major subway station and yards from 100 souvenir vendors. The staff was tremendously helpful and friendly. If we return to Naples, we will definitely consider staying here again. Nothing bad to say!

The location to.the central train station made walking to the hotel very easy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
The not so good: the air-conditioning unit is VERY noisy. You could hear the drain pipes gurgling all the time through the unit.

We had a quadruple room. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a family. This location is fantastic, only a few minutes to the train station and metro or an easy walk to spanish quarter. Rooftop has an amazing view and great place to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The stay wasn't the best. The room wasn't ready for awhile, so they had me leave my suitcase in a room on the 2nd floor which was annoying taking it up there. When I came back around 3pm, the room was finally ready, but when I went up to the room the cleaning person was still working on it. It left me with a feeling that the room wasn't clean and I kept that in my head the entire time.

BnB Napoli was a good value, and it was really close to the train station. I was disappointed by a few things, though. There was no shampoo provided. There was only body wash. The hand soap dispenser was broken. The toilet was very hard to flush, and there was no refrigerator in our standard room. I need a refrigerator for my medication. We asked to be moved to a superior room for access to a fridge, but there were none available. The staff offered to store my medication in the reception desk fridge, which was very kind of them. It’s a nice enough place for a short stay.

The room was clean and large. The bathroom was not bad, it could have more shelves though.
The breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the variety specially the nuts, seeds and fruits. Not to mention the coffee machine too. :)
The location was close to the station, shopping and restaurants around. Not in the best neighborhood of Naples but it was OK.
The staff were very nice and helpful too.

My concern was mostly about the beds. Even though they were comfortable to sleep, both of them were very very squeaky. Every tiny movement of the body made the beds squeak and so it was annoying specially if you have a fellow traveler in the same room, you could easily wake each other up! :(

Good clean room. Staff did a workaround we requested to make the double bed more like twin single beds. They also lent us the small scissors we asked for.
The room had good acoustic isolation with the streets outside, as it managed to silence the noisy streets outside.
Good air conditioning.
Had a medium-sized safe that could hold a laptop but didn't have a frigobar.
Spacious bathroom and shower box. Bidet with appropriate aiming.
Very diverse and good quality breakfast.
The internal areas of the hotel are well kept, cozy and decorated.
Checkout at noon is great, as there are other places that say 11 or even 10 in the morning.
There are also things you can buy in the reception, like various drinks, snacks, and electric gadgets.
Location is great in the sense it is as close as it gets from the main train station from the city. Unfortunately, not the hotel's fault obviously, most of that central city region is a slum.

The big green sign outside made it easy to find. Staying near the train station means it’s kind of a seedy area, but the hotel is nice inside. The room was clean and the bathroom was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was kind and helpful and spoke English. Breakfast is 8 euro from 7-10am but we opted out due to an early tour. There is a mini market in the lobby in case you’re running low on water or want a soda.

I usually try to stay near the main train station for convenience sake. But I would caution against staying anywhere near the main train station area in Naples! It is an extremely sketchy area.
As for the hotel, the accommodations were clean, and the breakfast was awesome, and the view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful. However, it was very loud. Every time water turned on or off in my room or neighboring rooms, the pipes made a loud banging noise. There is no carpeting so everything in the hallway echoes.

My tap was leaking on the floor. Hotel right near station buses, trains etc and can get to airport in 10 mins. Hotel felt safe once in room as I travelled solo. The area not so safe to go out in evening solo so I stayed in but lots of police around.

This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room.

First room we had was filled with mosquitos and small gnats. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated greatly which made showering incredibly tedious. Toilet did not flush. Water barely drained from the shower and sink. Air conditioning was locked out and staff told us that it was normal for this time of year. Temperature in the room overnight kept rising and getting more and more humid. Sleep was terrible. We requested a new room for the second night.

Second night we moved down the hall. There were less bugs, but water pressure and temperature fluctuations were worse. Still no air conditioning. At least the toilet flushed.

Both rooms did have a nice balcony, and the rooftop terrace access is also a decent addition.

Lastly, the area the hotel is in is riddled with crime. Police and military are constantly posted in the areas right outside the hotel. Did not feel safe.

Do not recommend.

Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also.

Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot.
Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro.
Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi.
Would definitely stay here again.
Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!

Great Hotel at a reasonable price.

Just to give reference we stayed in room 512, which had a balcony over the street side of the Hotel.

The room was a good size, clean and with modern fittings. The balcony was perfect as you could watch the traffic below which offers hours of entertainment!

Franceso and Damiana on reception were exceptional. The advice we received on which local restaurants to try was spot on, they even took into account that we would prefer not to cross any roads if possible, as anyone knows who has visited Naples, the roads are a law unto themselves in this city!

The balcony was great and the windows excellent at blocking out all the street noises. To top it off the Roof Terrace gives excellent views across the city and further afield to Vesuvius.

While i appreciate some of the comments i had read about the homeless situation in the surrounding area, you are a matter of yards from the main train station and this situation, unfortunately, is the same in most cities i have visited across europe. However there is a constant police presence in the area so it didn't feel unsafe.

Breakfast offers a good selection and it was all extremely tasty, we tried as much as we could!

So for price, quality of facilities, location (i.e. next to train station) and service received i would say this is an excellent choice of hotel.

The one and only negative, which is something we had at other hotels in our travels across Italy, was the lack of a fridge in the room.

This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Very handy if arriving by train, literally 5mins walk. Room was super quiet thanks to huge double-glazed doors leading to a small balcony overlooking the piazza. Dont be afraid of the area around the station and the piazza, yes it is sketchy but there is a very visible police and military presence which made it feel safe. Would gladly stay again.

Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options

Really clean room. Very minimalistic in offering but did its job. Most of the staff was so friendly and helpful and patient with all the international travelers. However there are a couple, specifically in the early morning or late night that were very short and always acted as they were annoyed. The location is very prime to hop on the trains anywhere in Italy and there are a few great morning espresso and pastry shops to grab and go from nearby. If you miss home, there’s a McDonald Cafe but it’s a very Italian menu. Walking to nearby shops and landmarks is great too. Only distance is to the harbor if you have a sea excursion. Just grab a taxi and be very specific on exactly where you need to go. Google Maps works well for that.

For the price, it was a fine hotel. Check in was easy, and the location is convenient, but unsafe. Do not leave your hotel late at night. Early evening for dinner is just fine. We left early in the morning and saw a very concerning amount of blood on the street within 30 seconds of the front door. There is a very nice terrace so you don’t need to leave nor stay in your room.

The shower was extremely small (and I am not a big person). The room was clean but not the most comfortable.

All in all, I would not recommend this to a friend or stay here again.

Decent and comfortable hotel right by the station, and a walk away from the port and historic city centre. The only issue is the lifts are small, and one was out of order. Also, they have no parking options or partnerships with parking companies. It wasn’t great value for money.

We stayed at B&B Hotel Napoli near the terminal. The hotel was overall fine, but definitely on the stingy side. There weren’t separate toiletries like shampoo, lotion, or body shower — just one all-in-one soap for everything. The in-room phone didn’t work, and there was no guide or directory provided, which made it inconvenient when trying to reach the front desk or find basic info.

It’s a decent place if you just need a bed near the station, but the lack of amenities and small details took away from the overall comfort.

The room was not like the photos they advertised. Room was like a hospital room.
Bathroom had cockroaches!!!!!.
Room also had a strong chemical smell.
Toilet was very close to the wall.
Water from shower leaked into the bathroom floor.
Towels were rough.
Room was hot.
You can hear all the noises from the streets (cars and sirens), upstairs and the hallway.
Breakfast was pretty good and only paid a small price.
Location walking distance from the train station but surrounding streets did not feel safe.

One thing we don't like about this area was peoples are gathering every evening and we feel not safe.
So far we love this hotel as it's closed to train station. However we definitely look for a safer location next time.

Federico at the front desk as well as the other gentleman were spectacular! Very friendly, helpful, and arranged us a taxi to the airport at 5:30 am. He informed us of the price hike we would of got if it wasn’t ordered through the hotel

It’s located across from Metropolitana Napoli Centrale, meaning it was super easy access to transit

Surrounding area was a grimy but that’s expected with the area of Naples. It was also extremely loud and the windows don’t block out any noise from the city. We heard consistent honking, talking, yelling, and music from outside the whole stay.

Great food near by, and a lovely rooftop terrace with incredible views of Naples and Vesuvius

Great cheap option if you’re staying overnight in Naples, wouldn’t recommend for any more than a night however

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room. We had a beautiful little balcony plus the hotel terrace with a great view. We also were able to store our luggage until check in.

Great location for all transportation. 30-40 min walk from Spanish Quarter and 40-50 min walk from the ocean and port area.
Overall a great stay in Naples!

We chose this hotel purely for location and the 24/7 front desk as we did not arrive until 11pm. Rooms were very basic but clean. The double beds were twin beds pushed together and moved all over the place on the tiled floor when you moved Air con was good. Our room had a narrow window to courtyard with shutters so it felt a bit prison like. The price was excellent so would not put me off staying again at all

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. It’s located close to the train station so there are homeless people everywhere. Naples in general is one of the dirtiest cities I’ve ever seen. Trash and graffiti everywhere. It has a very diverse population so many food options near hotel. Air conditioning did not cool enough for what we would expect in a hotel. Water temperature and pressure constantly varied. If I had to do it again I would have booked someplace close to St. Elmo Castle. That area of Naples is much nicer. Or do Naples as a day trip from Rome.

So close to the train terminal, this was a great choice for our quick stop to tour Pompeii.

The front desk staff was so great! They were friendly and had so much information to help us navigate.

The bed was so comfortable and the rooftop lounge gave a beautiful panoramic view of the city and Vesuvius.

The only minor complaint was there weren’t enough plugs for us to charge our devices overnight. There were USB’s on the bed frame but they were not working.

Naples is dirty, they defame their buildings don’t take care of anything. Don’t obey traffic lights. This hotel is nice but Naples is not worth the trip

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok for a short stay. Double glazing on the windows was excellent at keeping out the noise, especially when the party kicked off after Napoli won their last game to secure the championship!
