The hotel ot self was really good, i had a large single with balcony, i thought it was very clean and well presented, all staff was friendly and helpful if needed.......

Couple of points the room came with paper cups would of prefered a proper cup especially when pouring boiling water in the paoer cups..

Its located very close to train starion but shake about the area with alot of poverty and very busy in the area, but despite the busy traffic the room was quiet at night....

If i did stay in naples again i woukd more likely return here as breakfast was amazing choice.

The room was good and the staff were there when i needed them. The bed was an unusual design with a gap between the mattress and the headboard resulting in the pillows falling into the gap when i was sleeping. There is a rooftop bar with a panoramic vuew and also a restuarant. The lifts were fast.

“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”

Hotel was ok, great location next to train station but the area around hotel is not the nicest in Naples. I felt safe because I was with my husband. Alone or after dark …. That would have been a no. Room was clean, carpets in hallways need cleaning or updating but all in all fair price. Breakfast was good and the staff were exceptionally nice.

They are both assets to the organization and made our stay perfect. I had only one observation in the outdoor dining area on the rooftop. The suit we were in was very spacious. We were on 3rd floor corner. Unfortunately it was a high traffic corner so a noticable level of street noise and a Friday and Saturday night. Roof Top restaurant was very good.

- Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock)
- Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere
- Breakfast was delicious and varied
- Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters
- Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias

Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel.

A very nice hotel set in a beautifully converted old building. Modern, clean with a rooftop restaurant area and large internal dining space. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room facilities were great as was the generous sized bathroom. The only downside was the location - very convenient for the central station but not the cleanest nor attractive area and some walk from the historical centre or port area.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever were to return to Napoli, but Napoli is overall, a dirty city. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean. The staff is excellent. But Dear Napoli, clean up your streets. Collect garbage more often, and cover your graffiti

The hotel is close to the train stations, ideal for visiting Pompei which is why we close it. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view over the square in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep due to triple glazed windows blocking the noise from the square. The public spaces were a little rundown with stained carpets in the corridors. Every one at the hotel was cheerful and helpful. We ate at the rooftop restaurant on the second night as we didn't feel safe in the streets around there in the evenings. The food and service was superb and I'm glad we tried it.

It was disappointing that we were charged for the water in our room, as we thought it was free. The hotel only provides paper cups and when we requested two glasses, we were told it would be 10€ a night. As the glasses would need to be delivered by room service. This was unbelievably as it seemed a reasonable request. And never have we been charged in any hotel to use a glass!

The reception team were brilliant and really helpful with for example train information.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight and were immediately told there was no room available, despite having confirmed our late arrival with the hotel earlier that afternoon on the 23rd. They claimed they couldn't find our reservation in their system. Without our consent, they arranged for us to stay at another hotel nearby, which is located in an unsafe neighborhood. When we arrived at the new hotel around 2:00 a.m., we were given the smallest room, and our stay was completely unacceptable. We did not sleep at all that night. We paid $471 CAD for a booking at Hotel Una, but instead, we were redirected to a hotel that was far from acceptable. Additionally, we spent two hours struggling to find transportation. This experience was unacceptable and demands an appropriate resolution.

Excellent and friendly staff. The breakfast offers variety of choices! Awesome restaurant and roof top bar! Good choice for foreign solo travelers- however its a walk going to the city center. I was not able to check their gym and other amenities. The most thing I like is that staff are friendly and speak English.

The service was terrible. We had been traveling all day and night and arrived at 08:00am. I had sent a previous request to check-in early. I totally understand that it is based on availability. The receptionist stated when we arrived that the hotel was sold out the prior evening. I know this to be truly false as I checked the night before and every class of room was available. She stated very rudely that check-in was at 14:00. I told her that I understood that. I asked twice if she could let us know if the room would be ready prior to 14:00, even at 12:00 or 13:00. She rudely said both times that it will only be ready exactly at 14:00 and to not ask again. Not an adequate response from a 4 star hotel. Additionally the AC was not working in the room. After calling two times, someone finally “switched” something from the reception for it to work. This was however at 03:00 in the morning. I would never recommend this hotel. The rooftop restaurant is nice, so go there for a drink or food but don’t stay at the hotel

The hotel itself was an oasis among the filth, homelessness, and congestion. It is clean, well maintained, well staffed, and conveniently situated near the central train station and port of Naples, and not far at all from the airport. The main shopping drag through the heart of downtown that leads to the Galleria is nearby. The breakfast and views on the roof were incredible and probably the best part of the whole hotel experience. Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone interested in a central location for exploring Naples, Pompeii, or the coast.

We booked this hotel because it was walking distance to train station. Our last day in Naples and we just needed to rest.
Disappointed with the hotel. Sadly it is in a bustling, hectic, overrun area of Naples with dirty surroundings, garbage everywhere and felt very unsafe.
On the positive side, the staff and reception team were kind and helpful.
Wouldn’t stay there again simply because of the cleanliness, dirty hallway carpets, room smelled like vinegar.

contracted severe case of food poisoning from dinner on planned last night. Had to add extra night, change flights.
Staff was made aware, no response from hotel management at all. Had better treatment on Trans Siberian.
Unfortunate for hotel was decent otherwise but not a shred of their \"hospitality\".

It was not the best location, it’s super busy area. Enterance to the hotel and the lobby was not that great, old and dated - outside was dirty.

Room was amazing, newly renovated, we had a corner room with 2 balconies overlong the busy downtown areas and the train station. Doors had great soundproofing, and blackout shades.

My husband and I were in Italy for about a week and this was the worst hotel we stayed at. For the price we expected a little bit more luxury but frankly it failed basic standards. The first room they put us in had ants and dead insects. When we informed them, the person who came to inspect the room tried to gaslight us and said the ants weren't a big deal. They finally decided to give us a new room and the sheets in that room had tears in them.

The overall upkeep of the hotel is subpar--especially given the prices. The furniture is chipped, they are holes in wood panels, dust balls on the floor, the rug in the hallways were stained with the threads visibly pulling.

The rooftop was nice but doesn't make up for the other significant misses!

Think twice before making a reservation.

The front desk was friendly as we checked into the hotel.”I immediately asked about dinner reservations while we were spending our time. The reception person informed me that no restaurant in Napoli takes reservations because they are all too. My husband and I figured we’d find restaurants on our own.

The most important negative, is our shower never turned off. The faucet was so tight that we couldn’t turn it off each night. A maintenance man would fix it, we thought, but it dripped all night long. This happened the three nights were stayed there. It never did get fixed properly. It should be very easy to turn off, but it wasn’t that way at all.

We had to always ask for Kleenex and soap. It appeared nothing was replenished each day. There was never water replenished for the instant coffee pot except the first day of our stay. I’d have to ask each time again.

The only plus was the Roof Top Bar and Restaurant. The server, bartender and waitress were all an absolute delight.

I could mention other unfortunate negatives, but I’ve stated enough. We will never recommend this hotel in Napoli, Italy.

Very conveniently located by the central railway station in a nicely converted old building. Big room with good ensuite and comfortable bed. There were balcony windows. I think there might have been air conditioning but there were no instructions and I couldn't get it to work. Really good value and varied breakfast on the 6th floor roof terrace with amazing views over the city and Vesuvius.

The hotel is close to the train station however the area is chaos. We decided to stay here for one night before heading to sorrento. We honestly could’ve skipped this and gone straight there. The rooftop was a nice view of the city given that we did not walk outside to explore. I wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was nice. It was a long walk from the train station. The staff were always helpful.

The bed and linens were really comfortable. The shower and bathroom were good. They gave us complementary coffee, water and slippers. We left our luggage with the front desk since we got there before check-in. When we later went up to our rooms, our bags were in the room. That was cool.

The only issue we had was that we had no control over the Air-conditioning. We called them many times and they came up to the room and said it was ok. However, we could not control the temperature. They offered to put is in another room, however it kind of late and we didn’t like packing up and moving at night. This was not a deal-breaker.
The hotel is on a very busy square and the window shutters kept all the noise out.

We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel.
The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall.

Our stay was a different experience for us. We found the bed very hard but our room was a good size. The restaurant was nice but it would have been nice to be able to sit outside for a drink but couldn’t because the tables were booked for dinner. On one occasion we left after waiting 15 min for service. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

Just blocks for the major train station - this is a gritty neighborhood- especially after dark. But if you are doing day trips out of this hub, and ok with city life - it’s a convenient spot. Inside wonderful - small perfect for one person travel. Great kitchen !! Lovely 6th floor terrace bar/ restaurant with a bit of a view.

Rooms were extremely small, claustrophobic and very noisy. There is a reason they provided earplugs in the rooms! Amenities were lacking; bedside outlet was not functional. For the price, I expected MUCH more. Rooftop bar was excellent as was the food and service.
