Hotel itself is great. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Elevator was having a few issues. Location was close to the train station but a good walk to most touristy things. Streets are a little dark at night so be aware of surroundings but likely not a concern in busy season.

Breakfast wasn’t good quality most of the food offered are pastries. The shower and the toilet are inside the room tucked into the corners just next to the bed. so using them when the partner is sleeping was almost impossible. The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful

I was treated with so much kindness as I was welcome very early before my checking and Enzo at the front desk accommodate me so I could get my room ready very informative a super nice gentleman as well as the rest of the hotel employees The Night Shift front desk excellent as well. Hotel is immaculately clean. All the staff were very nice and front desk super helpful. We loved Enzo at the front desk but truly all the staff was helpful and very pleasant. Walkable to train and bus. Safe but you are in a city so I wouldn't walk around by myself after 9. Good breakfast and can eat on the rooftop. Can also have a drink on the rooftop in the evening.

Just stayed one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. We had a great experience, the staff was amazing and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They coordinated a cab ride to the airport the night before, set aside a small breakfast for us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations for dinner. Theg greeted us at the door when we got dropped off and made us feel comfortable right away. Cannot say enough good things about them.

I was a bit nervous since some reviews said the area was not safe but we did not feel that way at all. Steps away from a main road and very walkable to dining/touristy areas. Totally fine granted we were not out late at night.

Room was a bit weird as the shower was in the bedroom but no biggie. The room was clean and well maintained and AC worked well.

Thanks again to the wonderful staff. Would recommend this hotel!

We stayed 1 hour and are still waiting on our request for a refund. Hotel was in a very dangerous location. Very unsafe. Cab driver didn’t even want to drop us off. Cannot be out past 6:00 pm or risk a mugging. Very disappointed.

We had a phenomenal stay at Hotel San Pietro. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was pristine and the areas inside the hotel are lovely. The breakfast was especially impressive. The one drawback is that the streets immediately surrounding the hotel are quite gritty and rough. This has nothing to do with the hotel but coming to and from the hotel was undesirable. Once you are in the hotel, everything is beautiful and safe.

The property is very close to the train station if that is what you need. It's a little longer walk to the main attractions, but definitely doable. The hotel is fine and the hotel staff was friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check-in, while we went on a walking tour. The room was clean and the art was quirky. The bed was firm and I like a little more cushion/softness. The patio was lovely and opens at 6PM for cocktails/lounge and 7AM for breakfast. The breakfast was a typical continental and was appreciated.

The standard single room was small and basic. There was no luggage rack and no drawers. For a 3-night stay, this was inconvenient. The surrounding neighborhood is sketchy: on one side were loiterers but on the other side one is only a block from the main street. It is also very convenient to the historic center with churches and museums. The staff were very attentive; the front desk was always serviced by a helpful person. This enhanced the sense of security. The internet was spotty, but the staff encouraged me to phone the front desk at any time of the day or night to reconnect. This was an economical choice; not luxurious, but the advantages outweighed the challenges. Tip: Luggage racks are a necessity.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and all the staff were very friendly. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. We were disappointed with the bar, which was just the understaffed dining room and there did not appear to be any bars or many restaurants in the area.We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the railway station but this also meant it didnt feel the safest of areas.

Be warned that the rooms do not necessarily reflect the picture. Junior suite pictures show a separate bathroom with a big bath and rain shower. We had no bath, and a standard shower and toilet in the same room as the bed.

Drug addicts saw them putting needles in there arms in public very very bad. The staff was horrible. Trash everywhere and rats running in the street! Not where anyone should stay. I hope they clean up there surroundings. One guy grabbed my girlfriends purse do I need to say anymore. Horrific!

Amazing service. Our rooftop room service was incredible fat tony was excellent. We needed a cab in the morning and it was there within minutes after bartering some figs with the staff. Bathroom was sizable and spacious with a voluptuous shower. The water stayed hot for 5 hours. Over all incredible experience. Ps they were piedimonte figs. Oh also the service desk went to bat for us when fat tony was throwing a tantrum. But then fat tony gave us a rainbow candle and fist bumped us 7 times.

The service was absolutely the best. The man at the front desk told us where to get food. Helped us with our luggage and made sure we had transportation to the airport at 4am and was there to help us load our luggage. This hotel was very close to the airport and the train station which made it super convenient for us because we came in by train and left by plane. The room was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect choice for us.

I traveled from US and experienced Italian hospitality in this hotel with a professional staff! Everybody was very friendly and nice to me and my kids. We found a great service there! It is dated but charming! Naples is a messy city, but the hotel is clean. It is located very close to the rail station and restaurants. We found it as a very quiet place from the busy Naples city life with the noisy traffic.

The property was lovely but one needs to understand that Naples (Napoli) does have a lot of trash on the streets. And as a visitor to the city this is not expected. All of the hotels and dining establishments in the area were clean, however it just seems there is no system to pick up loose trash on the street. The area was very safe, we had no issues at all. I would like to say Francesco and Valentina made our trip wonderful. They were so informative about the local area and Italy in general. Also with having delayed flights inbound and outbound the hotel was very flexible with us. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a rooftop terrace for evening drinks, that also doubles as the breakfast area. The staff in the breakfast room and for drinks were professional and friendly. The front desk clerk was not very warm and she only gave minimal information, like where my room was and what time breakfast was served. She didn't tell me about evening drinks available (I knew it from reading reviews) and didn't offer any additional assistance, like directions, maps, etc. The real positive of this hotel is the location very close to the central train station. I would stay here only if you need to be close to the station or are staying for a day or two. At night, the area is not the best.

The front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful, and they gave us a great recommendation for pizza a couple of blocks away. Naples itself is crowded and dirty. I think gritty would be an appropriate adjective, so walking to the pizza place was a little dicey, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The breakfast in the morning was good, but nothing too fancy.

The air conditioner in the room was leaking and making noise and the floor was wet. Bed sheets were dirty... the worst hotel i have ever been.

Great 3 night stay. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and a crib was provided in room upon arrival, room could use touch up of paint. About 5-10 minute walk to train station and 15-20 to other key sites. Breakfast was good and attendant maintained area stocked. Eating on rooftop was amazing to enjoy weather.

If you want a true Napolitan experience this is the place to stay.
The entire staff was very friendly especially Franesco who was very cordial and knowledgable.
Breakfast was excellent.
The room kept tidy and clean. Everyone was masked up the entire time.
Neighborhood very noisy and busy, but that is normal for a big city. Just be prepared for a dirty and busy surrounding. Plus side that it is near the Historic center and surrounding attractions.

They moved me to a different hotel. San pierto hotel was available and i paid for it .
When i got there , they said you are moved to a different hotel. I had 2 luggage and didn’t even include a ride. We had to go 12 mins walking in a bad area of naples.

I hope nobody had a bad experience due to the mistake of not having enough room and taking our reservation and causing us a bad awful experience!!
