We communicated with Angela throughout our stay and she was on top of things every step of the way. Our plane was delayed significantly and we arrived late. She let us in late at night. When asked, she provided very clear instructions.
The room we stayed was nice with fancy lighting. Though we didn’t use, the kitchen area was nice, too.
With multiple private codes to get in, we felt very secure to stay.

Property was in good condition, but was hassle getting up, need to get a lift up and need 10 cents coin. It kept taking my coins and had to put it in 2/3 coins for it to work. I recommend memorising or writing the codes to get it as I had my phone stolen on the street.

The location is dangerous. I was robbed outside the hotel while trying to get in. My phone was stolen and, since my phone had the information for accessing the facility, I was unable to get into my room. I had to find a new hotel at 1 AM. It was a nightmare as I could not get a new phone quickly. The hotel refused to refund my stay.

Friendly staff and instructions were received prior to check-in. i will say that the building and court yard are rough looking and the elevator is super vintage, however, the room was really nice and there was an outside area with fridge and microwave etc. Naples is not for everyone but if you can see beauty through the rough spots you’ll be fine with this hotel.

The hotel contacted me with all the relevant information for online check in and how to get to the property after hours. The room is big and there is a decent kitchen in the communal area. The location is very convenient for walking around all the main sites in Naples.

This hotel met all of our needs. The location was excellent, the room was clean, and it was just as advertised. The only quarrel I would have with this place is that they charge $.10 Euros to use the elevator at certain times of day. It's not a big price, but it's very inconvenient if you don't have the coins on you. Suggest that they figure out a way to give you a free trip up and then supply you with 10 coins in your room and charge you one euro for it. It would make quite a bit of a difference. However, that aside, very happy with this property.

Amazing service from Angela the manager. Once booked Angela’s communication was exceptional, from instructions to apartment and entry via secure doors, could not have been any easier. Located next to main train station and city centre. Very clean and comfortable apartment. From booking as we walked out the station to paying for apartment and visitor tax we were in our room within 20 minutes could not have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Location was great. If you come at night it’s very difficult to find and to see the information outside and inside. Lots of combinations to get in. Information came in at check in would have preferred it to be earlier. Frig in room does not work even though it’s plugged in. Very hard to work the AC. First night was not great as it was beyond hot. No soap provided only shampoo.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Within a 10 minute walk from the train station, from there you can take the bus to the airport as well. The hotel itself is quite lovely, you get to experience living in a true Italian apartment. The room itself was beautiful, lots of space, with a great shower after a long day of walking. It also has a nice balcony as well. The manger Angela is amazing. Very friendly and provides lots of updates before and after check in. She even was able to accommodate us arriving early which was so kind. We would stay again if we are ever in Napoli.

We had a great stay. Retifillio is central and a short walk to lovely places to eat. The bed was incredibly comfortable and air conditioning was so appreciated. The room has a balcony which was lovely but could do with shutters to keep the morning light out. Angela was so helpful and welcoming and facilitated an early check in which was really appreciated.

Great option near train station
Great option for us due to its location between the port and train station, very happy with our choice. The location is reached through a courtyard from the street so it is very quiet and the room was extremely clean with modern aesthetic. We liked the amenities in the shared kitchen such a big fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, dishes, cups, etc (anything you would need I think) and the shower in the room got hot with good water pressure. WiFi worked well.

Great place to stay in the heart of it all. The host sent thorough instructions of the check-in process and there was even a helpful neighbor nearby to show us to the lift. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out. Upon check out we were allowed to store our luggage while we continued to explore the city before leaving via train late at night. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking a very busy street but even with the hustle and bustle and traffic noise, as soon as you close that balcony door, silence...offering a peaceful night of rest in a very comfortable bed after a long journey over and day of exploring. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this accommodation. When I needed to change my booking dates nearly two months in advance - plenty of reasonable notice - I was met with zero flexibility or assistance from the property.

This hotel does have some drawbacks - it is next to a major road and is affected by street noise - although the soundproofing is pretty effective (and Naples is inherently noisy so you probably won't find anywhere much quieter). Its on the 4th floor and the lift is quite small.

Have to say, was a little anxious at the main entrance, to the apartment. Seems to be the norm in Naples, that a lot of these apartments are within these courtyards.
Once inside the apartment itself, it was immaculate. Would like to point out, the showercubicle, although huge was within the bedroom, so if privacy was an issue with whomever you are on holiday with, its worth considering.

Such a great hidden gem right in the heart of Napoli! Unfortunately, I was sick at this point in my trip, so I can't speak as much about the area as much as the hotel itself! There are two main downsides I noticed, firstly the elevator wasn't working, and it is a on the fourth floor. Secondly they do hold luggage for you if you have a later flight, but they don't have a locked storage area, so your belongings sit out in the main lobby area. Because the door has a combination lock and it is not on the street level it wasn't too concerning, but something to think about. Otherwise I was very impressed!! It's a very new renovation , super funky decor, and great in room vibes. It was extremely clean, the AC was a must for how hot it was when I was there, and I was very pleased with the giant shower after a long travel day. The room was also extremely big, larger than anything I've had in Europe so far, with high ceilings and lots of space to move around in the room itself. I would definitely recommend this spot for others coming to Naples!

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a cool balcony overlooking a lively street. It was physically beautiful and the manager was responsive and great however without a working elevator, it was very difficult to carry our luggages up the 5 flights of stairs. Fridge also was not working. I felt safe and it was a great stay (would have been better if elevator and fridge were functional).

Extremely nice room (in terms of fit and finish) for the price. Short walk from Garibaldi station, and close to Spaccanapoli and everything the old town has to offer. 2 mins from Antica da Michele if you ever need a snack!
