Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Television did not work. Next day a two remote control work around was offered no roof change. Carpet had stains. Upholstery tattered. Dishwasher leaked. Freezer needed defrosting. 4 lounge chair for a 4 story hotel at pool. Breakfast poorly serviced, e.g. had to ask for plates and forks, dirty tables. Patio had dirty surfaces and broken bulbs in string lights. Nice facility but poor management.

Hi, I stayed in room _320 on April 17,18 2026__ on ___ and the conditions were unacceptable. The linens were dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned, and there was hair throughout the room. This does not meet basic cleanliness standards. I am requesting a full refund. Please respond as soon as possible.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay, as clothing was found in the pull out couch and a cup were under the night stand. The bathtub had peeling paint inside, and the breakfast buffet didn’t have good options. Waffles were the only thing anyone wanted and it was a line to get those.

Mold on the wall in the bathroom. Couch cushions torn on the back when we pulled it out to make the couch bed. No linens for couch bed. Shower walls had black specks all over it that we rinsed off befire showering.

Home 2 suites are normally great but this one was older and not well maintained. It had mold in the bathroom, bed was wore out and had indentions of over use. Dust ruffles used as blankets with broken blinds. For 502.00 for 2 nights it was pathetic. We will not ever stay at this home 2 suites again. Many others are much better shape and maintained.

The staff and breakfast were exceptional. The room was way smaller than expected and the mattress was most uncomfortable I had slept on in a hotel. The room was clean no complaints there but I don’t think the design was well thought out. Our refrigerator was right behind the door to walk in and to use the bathroom you either leave the door open or the door hits your knees trying to close it. Definitely needs to update mattress. My husband asked for an extra pillow and she said their were some in the cabinet in the room when we looked the pillows were there but they were yellow and had never been changed out very musty. It wasn't worth the price we paid.

Staff members were very nice and the location is great. The rooms need a make over. It was so dusty and dirty we had trouble breathing. Mold under the soap holders in the shower. Toilet was dirty, refrigerator was dirty and frozen. Sofa smelled. Baseboard in hallway was pulled off the wall. The breakfast tasted like it was a week old. Don’t think we will stay there again.

My family and I always love staying at Home2suites. And the Foley one was great too UNTIL you lay day on the bed. The mattress was horrible! My husband and I didn’t get one good night sleep. You could feel the springs digging into your hips. I wish there was a way to know the rating of the mattresses before booking your stay at a hotel because to us that matters. Other than the horrible mattress, the hotel was great. The staff was super friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers. I always appreciate good customer service and that they have. Just be cautious, you may be up all night long and have a terrible back ache in the morning.

The facility was nice and a good location for our family needs. I do wish the towels would be changed out daily instead of every other day because they never seemed to dry because of the weather and humidity. The breakfast was well prepared by excellent staff, but more options would be good such as fruit, cereal, and yogurt. We loved the refrigerator in the room with a real freezer and a dishwasher. Amazing to have both. The staff was nice and attentive.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the pool — it was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy during our stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus, with easy access from the main road and close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

The lobby and breakfast area were nicely designed and comfortable. I also want to commend the staff; everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with any questions or needs.

My only real disappointment was the breakfast. While the area itself was nice, the options were quite limited, especially compared to those at similar hotels.

Overall, it's a solid place to stay with great staff and a convenient location.

When we first arrived as we were entering the building all you could smell was cigarette smoke with used cigarettes on rug and around front door.
The room appeared clean but in the kitchenette area the counter and draw pulls was dirty and sticky.
Only 1 dish towel in kitchenette area. Had to ask for another dish cloth even after the room was supposedly clean and the only dish cloth we had was removed.
We had to ask for more towel, wash clothes and hand towels every day even the day the room was suppose to have been cleaned. Also had to request toilet tissue after the room was supposed to have been cleaned.
The breakfast was cold and not good at all! My 18 year old grandson was making his waffle at the self-serve waffle machine and was yelled at by one of the workers who was supposed to be there to assist those staying at the hotel.
It was very noisy most of the night. Also, housekeeping when they cleaned rooms on our hall very loud , slamming doors, yelling in the hallway.
The pool was dirty and unusable by my grandsons.
Words can not really appropriately describe how bad our stay at this hotel really was for us.
I was very disappointed with our stay at Home2Suites by Hilton. I thought since it’s a Hilton Hotel that it would have been held at a higher standard. We will not being staying at this hotel ever again.

Our room was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable. I got updates from the staff often and they reached out to ensure we had what we needed. The front desk staff was so lovely to deal with. The only downside was our shower needed some upgrading (caulking around the shower needs replacement) and the pool outside was freezing cold. Other than that, it was a great stay. Amazing location and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Our floor was right next to kitchen and public restrooms at 4 am toilets flushing waking us up. 6 am breakfast prep. So noisy, room felt very damp floor was nasty our feet were black, shower water on floor making it slippery. It was a disability room(I normal don’t pick) water went in the bathroom, and our bedroom carpet at entrance had to use three towels to dry it off so I wouldn’t slip(I just had hip replacement 4weeks ago-that would have been horrible if I fell).
Breakfast eggs were cold and nasty had to go out to get food. Won’t stay here again.

Front desk staff was great. Room was not made up when we checked in. Dirty towels, dirty sink, dirty kitchen sink, dirty fridge with spilled drink, couch pillows on the floor. Beds were made. Trash removed but no trash bags. They changed our room. 2nd room was made nice but shower was mildewed and a little gross. All the hallways (1st room was on 2nd floor, 2nd room was on 3rd floor) were very filthy… not vacuumed in days/weeks? All in all, the price paid was not reflected in the quality received. Just plain dirty. I will not return.

Usually I don't pick a hotel when it is pet friendly since they seem to disappoint me on the cleanliness. This one did NOT disappoint! I did not hear any animals or see a bunch of dog hair everywhere. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. The gym and location were great!! All was great! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars for cleanliness, and not 5, is because there were dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. I believe they were dirty. We did not use dishes during our stay but we did run the dishwasher prior to leaving for the dishes already in the dishwasher.
