Cheeky Ibiza trip with my friend

Very clean and comfortable room, good shower and nice kitchenette in lounge with fridge, stove and toaster etc.

Our room was on the ground floor which was perfect, close to reception and the pool.

Short walk to beach and only 15 minutes walk from Ushuia and Hi.

Nice pool.

Super friendly & helpful staff!!

Expensive price but it was very competitive with others in the area and it was peak season. Room could accommodate a family or four friends.

Some facilities could be updated, i.e. the bathroom. But for the price you pay, all basic needs are covered, everything is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the pool and breakfast are great! Budget place in a good location that gives you everything you need. Would recommend and stay again

Overall a nice stay

A good stay overall, but staffed seemed very stretched behind the bar during the day and resulted in lots of people chasing up food orders.

Location of hotel is good as close to all the clubs, bars and restaurants. The hotel room is quite dated, the shower is non existent and goes hot and cold, we did speak to reception but they couldn’t do anything about it. The air con in the bedroom was lovely but non existent in the front room. The room has everything you need, hotel itself is really nice and so is the pool.

Good location for local clubs, far from Ibiza town (need taxi for aboout €12). Helpfull staff, cleaning could be better. Overall an ok aparthotel. Swimming pool was nice.

Pleasant stay - but noisy at night.

The apartment was spotless but basic - would happily stay again, although the windows aren’t triple glazed so you can hear noise from young ones after a night out for a while! Take some plugs!
Very basic brekkie, no sausage and bacon just eggs and toast and cakes and fruit.
Hot water for tea a little cold.
Pick a room away from poolside.

Visited My Tivoli for my hen do with 8 other girls, we were pleasantly surprised; our apartments were spacious, clean and tidy. The pool area was perfect to lounge around all day with the supermarket 30secs away. If I had to pick a criticism it would be there isn't a lot of food choice within the apartment restaurant, but wasn't a problem as there are plenty of other eateries around or you can cook in the apartments as they have a kitchenette area. Would recommend to anyone.

Great hotel in prime location Playa den Bossa

Staying here was great; it was close to the strip and the beach and also had many restaurants/supermarkets closeby. The facilities and room were in very good shape. I would recommend staying here for everyone. Only problem was that the elevator tended to be broken for a few days, so we had to take the stairs up and down, but it was a small price to pay for a great hotel.

Ibiza Trip

This was stop 2 on our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful and left us a bottle of champagne when we told them we were on or honeymoon. There is a great pool with music and a reasonably priced bar. It is about a 5 minute walk from the beach which was nice. It is close enough to all the night life and parties but not close enough that it keeps you up all night. Great hotel and service!

WONDERFUL!!!

I had such an amazing experience here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the girl at the front desk. I think her name was Valerie??? Anyway the room was great. Nice and quiet, very clean. The kitchen was an awesome bonus that we took advantage of. The beds were SO comfortable. I was not expecting that at all but I had great sleeps there. We had one issue with our stove as we were trying to cook dinner and within fifteen minutes they sent a repair man up and he literally replaced our stove in ten minutes. It was the most amazing. Would definitely stay again here if I ever return to Ibiza. Also the pool area was beautiful!! Great experience overall thank you Tivoli!

Overall a perfect place to stay for those wanting a good atmosphere without it being too intense and loud during the day. Great location within 2 mins of the beach and walking distance to Ushuaia / Space etc. Felt newly renovated and modern, and rooms very spacious and easily fit 3 people! Our Stay at Tivoli

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Tivoli. There was a large group of us and we found the reception assistance fantastic. We had some issues initially with our payment as we did not realise it wasn't already paid and needed the card it was booked on (which was left in england) however, the staff were fantastic and allowed us to use the rooms whilst waiting for a picture of the card to be sent over. They were really helpful in this very stressful situation! The rooms were cleaned daily, often very late which wasn't ideal as it'd be when we were going up to get changed, however we spoke to reception and they were able to clean ours a little earlier. The pool area was lovely, some days with entertainment and there was great waiter service. the only slightly annoying thing was the same cd played over and over. There wasn't always enough beds though so you have to get there early. Also the pool design was very nice but not suited for anyone with disabilities or reduced mobility- the height of the decking to the water line caused some issues and it made the ladder difficult to use. location was a little out of the bossa strip but made for a nice 15 minute stroll. very close to the beach.

Acceptible but just a bit bland.

Clean enough but a bit basic. Air conditioning kept tripping main fuse which was a bit annoying. Just had the mother of all thunderstorms though so maybe it was related. Not a bad place by any means but there are nicer places for the same money. Fine if you're just there to sleep/wash but not really a place you'd want to spend any time in.

The breakfast it was nice. The room space is appropriated and nice to 3 persons.
The location is good and very close to so many places.
The room floor was usually not clean.
When i made my check in i had noticed the front desk that I was receiving a purchase by mail and I asked to received to me. The front desk said: Vale.
One day before the checking out we asked about the pack and the girl said: I declined because nobody adviced me, and she suggested to follow the delivery company asking about the pack.
She declined to receive, she never notice us about the pack declined and refused receive it one day after checking out because we are not more hotels client.
I cant write how i am insatisfated with the hotel.

I have paid so much for a poor attention.

Not going to get better for the price

This was our second stay (3 lads) and in my opinion you can't beat this place for location, cleanliness, standard of rooms or helpfulness of staff for the price of it.

I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay, but for couples or groups of friends it's perfect.

The rooms are a great size and very clean with everything you need, the pool is good (only gripe is the music you play there - too much pop etc!!)

Best thing about this hotel is the location. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 2 minutes from the main strip of bars in Playa D'en Bossa. The room itself was pretty basic but you cant expect anymore for the price. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room as often that is lost when going for a cheaper hotel, but very clean. Staff are also very helpful and relaxed. All in all, a basic but great hotel on budget :)

Wifi was not working anywhere in the hotel, the maid services were limited, they only made the bed, the rest of the room was not cleaned. Both airconditioning systems were broken. Maintenance men were continually walking in and out of our room, without knocking. As a group of three girls this concerned us. However location is good, and staff members we're very helpful and friendly

A great bolt hole for the Playa D Bossa Nightlife!

Used this for a night at Ushauia as was staying elsewhere on island. Large comfy aprtment, good beds air con, balcony, nice walk out of the main drag so not noisy, what else do you need! Recommended.

Great hotel near the beach.

This is the second summer in a row I've stayed at Tivoli and both times have been excellent. I came in on a morning flight and was expecting that I would have to sleep by the pool since checkin wasn't until 2pm. Instead the hotel let me check in at 9am at no extra cost. The rooms are spacious. The room has a double stove top, microwave, fridge and toaster so it's easy to conjure up some quick hangover food after a night of partying. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Each room also has a balcony. The front desk staff is friendly and you can also by club tickets from them. Ushuaia and Space are a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The beach 3 minutes and there are several grocery stores right next door. All in all I can't think of anything negative to say about Tivoli. It's great value for the money and I won't hesitate to stay there again.

good for what you pay for

a good hotel, nice new floor in the rooms, comfortable soft bed. the shower is old and the rest of the hotel looks totally ugly, but the rooms are very nice. with the neighbours you can be lucky or not, like in most of the apartements around playa den bossa. anyway, for a short stay with friends i can recommend tivoli. for a quiet and relaxing vacation i wouldnt go there.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for a total of 10 days. The location is great, it's in a safe area, and it is about a block from the beach & walking distance to playa d'en bossa bars, restaurants, shopping etc. The hotel staff is very friendly and do a very good job at keeping the hotel itself looking extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Room very clean, two single beds and a sofa bed, tv and balcony and fridge.
Didn't need it for cooking so cant comment on that but perfect for people looking for somewhere to stay in Ibiza for a party holiday. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Fantastic value for money

We booked a two night stay at Aparthotel Tivoli as we were attending one of the closing parties. On arrival the staff were very friendly and efficient, the rooms were very clean and could easily fit three people per room.
The location was fine, not the best views, but for the money you can't expect everything, it was in a quiet part of Playa Den Bossa, which meant very little noise at night. It was only a 5 min walk to the bars and beach.
Overall I couldn't recommend this highly enough and will be re-booking for next year.

More like a hostel

We went to party so the room was secondary to our trip. I would not call them Apartments, it is more like a hostel, priced like a hotel. The room had an old TV, two double beds and a refrigerator. It was quite old but clean enough. When I booked on-line I searched for a double room and requested one bed for the two of us, but they did not comply. We could have moved the next day after they saw what was available after others had checked out, but that was pointless as we were only there three days. Staff was very nice, lots of waiting at the front desk, multitasking is not their strong suit. Keep your keys with you to avoid having to wait for the person booking in before you to finish. Safes are in the reception area. Deposits for everything (safe key, tv remote, air con remote that you get back- must be paid in cash) and 3 euro day for safe. The pool looked good, but we didn't use it- went to the beach instead which is nearby. this area is the more backpacker style area versus the other side at San Antonio. We stayed there cause it was near Space and we like electronic music so that was our venue of choice. Local bus is frequent enough to get you back and forth, other clubs have a private bus with pickup points at various parts of the island. Next time we will stay on the other side of the island and bus to the dancing.

Basic Accommodation for low budget

Upon arriving we were greeted by the worlds most miserable receptionist who checked us in and handed over the key without providing any helpful info for new guests. The room was basic as expected however the shower curtain was missing and the WC did not flush. In addition we could not work out how to turn on the air con unit and there was no room info available whatsoever. I complained to the receptionist who advised the cleaner would meet me at the room in 5 mins to help - he didnt show up! She also stated that we had to purchase the remote for the air con unit(!) but failed to tell us this when checking in. I complained a second time and eventually the cleaner turned up (who neither spoke or understood any English). He fixed the WC then ran away before i could ask about the shower curtain! This later turned up when the maid cleaned the room the next day. On the upside the pool is very clean and the rooms are cleaned regularly even if your still in bed...... Location is good a 2 min walk from Bora Bora beach and the bars and shops.

If you're short on cash and need something really cheap, actually, this wasn't that cheap. I guess since it was my first time in Ibiza I don't have much to compare it to. 1 very small elevator that takes FOREVER. We got to our room, the tiny fridge had a bent door so it wouldn't stay open by itself. We couldn't figure out how to work the AC the first night, only after we asked the receptionist the next day did they tell us they needed a $20 Euro deposit for an AC controller. The TV wouldn't turn on with either power button from TV or remote, later figured out to hit button 3 to turn it on. I guess I could see how there are worse hotels, we didn't have rodents running around, that I saw, and once we got the remote the AC did work, but for the money I definitely would NOT stay there again.

I bet you get better accomodation in jail, rooms are very small and dark. They are also in very bad repair along with the rest of the hotel. We paid high rate per night, for a hotel of this quality this was outrageous. On the plus point it dose have a good location and the cleaning staff are quite hot, however this is no reason to go.

I have stayed in 'aparthotels' all over Ibiza and this rates as one of the worst for the money i have to say. You pay for the airconditioning extra and consequently the rooms are like ovens if you don't. Our toilet wouldn't flush which is a fairly basic function, not only that but it was very noisy, dribbling water for the whole night. Cleaners didn't come once in the 3 days we stayed, we had to go and ask for new towels. Having said that the staff were friendly at reception. However for the amount it costs, stay at the Ebano which is definitely superior, or go a bit further out and stay at the Jabeque which is even cheaper than this, but with slightly bigger and better rooms, and more quiet. If you're not going to be in the room much, then i guess this would work fine. Its very close to all the action in Playa D'en Bossa.

Scelto per la vicinanza all’aeroporto, le aspettative non erano elevate, infatti l’hotel è discreto comunque pulito e il personale gentile. Forse il prezzo è troppo elevato per quello che offre.

First of all, the reception staff was nice but they explained absolutely nothing about the services and opening hours of the hotel.
When we got to the room, the previous guest’s rubbish was still there, they didn’t change it, and the bathroom door was broken, we called reception for maintenance to fix but no one ever came,
The breakfast was very good and Mr.Li was very nice.
The location is very good and the condition of the hotel is also good and the price is right

Relativ dreckig, die Betten beider Zimmer müssten sofort nach der Ankunft erneut überzogen werden. Auch so renovierungsbedürftig.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, ansonsten wurde man nicht gefragt wie der Aufenthalt war etc
