Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service drinks which is included in your stay if your all inclusive. The drinks weren’t great, so we typically used another bar on site by the pool, which had a lovely seating area, however these drinks are not included with the all inclusive service and everything needs to be purchased. Overall ok if you’re only staying a couple of days. It’s well located

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary.

When checking in to the hotel, the first room we were assigned was covered in bugs when we entered. I went to reception and they were quick to change our room and placed us on the top floor with a view of the sea which was lovely.

Whilst in the second room, the door handle broke and we were trapped inside our room for almost an hour. I attempted to call the hotel number 26 times with no answer. My friend finally managed to get through after nearly 30 calls and we waited for someone to come and let us out.

Overall the hotel has good facilities, the pool area and bar is great but the rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh.

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that lacked Wi-Fi, had a broken couch, and appeared to be unclean. The check-in process was also inefficient, with a 45-minute wait in line. Furthermore, I was overcharged compared to the rate I secured through the app. Given the hotel's four-star rating, I had anticipated a higher level of service and amenities. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

This hotel needs to be up kept better, for the price I payed, my towels should have been cleaned and my water should have been hot. Anytime we complained to the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and said we will talk to someone.

If you want to be walking distance to the clubs in an affordable party hotel than this is a good option. But room was stuffy and smelled a little. Had to carry our suitcases up flight of stairs. Huge breakfast buffet which was plus and walking distance to clubs and beach.

neglected Ibiza hotel,It’s a filthy, outdated dump, barely maintained with just a lazy paint job. Water cut off mid-shower, leaving me covered in soap for nearly two hours—called multiple times, and the staff didn’t give a damn, offering no help. They provide just one towel per day for the beach—imagine going to the beach with one towel, no replacements if it gets dirty, and they demand a cash-only deposit in euros. We didn’t have euros, and the nearest exchange was 20 minutes away—absolutely ridiculous for a supposed resort hotel to nickel-and-dime like this. They don’t even accept credit cards for the deposit! Overpriced, milking Ibiza’s high costs while providing zero service or respect. Avoid this poorly maintained hellhole at all costs.

Cleanliness and condition of rooms are the primary issue in this hotel. There is no way you are a 4 star property not by Expedia or any other form of evaluation. I am a hotelier have worked hotels and studied hotel management. Location is superb. Unfortunately the basics of cleaninliness and condition of facilities no where near met. Blood on bathroom floor, hairs, water stains, clearly rushed cleaning of the rooms. Grout from tiles completely missing, amongst a list of others. The housekeeping and engineering team need to really to a hard inspection of rooms. I imagine the hotel management is not supported by ownership or a combo of both. Staff could be friendlier but this is pretty common for Ibiza. High tourist really desensitizes staff to being friendly as they must deal with thousands of visitors from all over the world. A smile or two goes a long way.

Prior to our arrival, I emailed and contacted the hotel numerous times and never received a call not an email back. They placed us in front of a parking space full of homeless and loud noises from the street. Although we paid for all-inclusive, the only thing that was edible was the breakfast, we had to go outside for lunch and dinner.

It has a lot of space at the pool, but the pool was dirty as well.

Beds are very uncomfortable, breakfast and dinner are cheap unless you eat at the restaurant on the beach which is wayy to expensive for what they serve. I was rushed out of our room by a rude big cleaning guy. Honestly just spend a little more for the Hard Rock or Usha-whatever hotels.

Horrible staff. We were trying to check in but they wouldn’t open the gate for our Uber driver to drop off luggage. I called them to explain that we were checking in and they hung up multiple times. I walked to the front desk from the gate to ask why I was being hung up on. The guy at the door was very rude when I was explaining that the Uber has to get closer so we can have our luggage. He said they don’t offer luggage service. When I asked for help he said “you and your friend are responsible.” I asked if we could atleast have a luggage trolley because our room was far and he said they don’t have? The girl at the front desk then brought one out from the back. After we finally got to our room I called front desk to see if they had an iron available. They hung up before I could finish my sentence. I called back and asked again, and the main yelled and said that it’s “20 euros cash only” to use it. Worst hotel experience in my life.

Solid for the price, wouldn’t stay again

Picked it for the price, so I probably can’t complain, but overall it was a pretty miserable stay. I’ll start with the one big pro, which is close proximity to the airport (15 minutes) and walkable proximity to Ibiza nightlife, which saved us from spending on taxis.

For the cons- Our room door and windows were wide open when we got there which was weird and didn’t feel super secure. Our AC wasn’t working upon check-in (rooms require doors to be closed and the card in the slot for AC to function. despite doing this AC still didn’t work). We asked for a fan or a new room and the hotel staff gave a firm no to both, but offered to send a technician who never showed up. The room itself was pretty rundown and dirty (sand on the floors, moldy dated bathroom, terrible caved-in mattresses) but again, this was the best deal in the area so I got what I paid for.

To round things out, we walked in with a friend (literally one) to hang out in our room before going out at night, which is apparently not allowed and were told we could pay 80€ if we wanted to bring them in, otherwise they had to leave. While I’ve never before been told by hotel staff who I can bring back to my hotel room, apparently this policy is pretty standard in Ibiza hotels, but was never communicated to us. In addition to this glaring communication error, the staff was super rude and constantly berating us for breaking rules we didn’t know existed, making for a really stressful and unenjoyable stay.

Gave the wrong room

I booked a room with a balcony, excited to enjoy the views, but upon arrival, I was given a room without one. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, I was met with indifference. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, no offer to move me to the correct room, and no adjustment made to reflect the difference in rate. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I expected much better and won’t be returning.

We had two rooms for our family. We had to move each room over 2 days to get rooms that we could stay in. First we rented superior rooms. The website showed them as top floor rooms with balcony’s and views. We actually got put into dungeon rooms in the back of the building. The first room was invested with bugs. They moved us to a top floor room which was much better. The air conditioner did not work in the second room. I told the front desk in the morning before we left. We were gone all day and nothing was done until we returned 8 hrs later. They moved us to another room where the AC worked. In addition, do not get the All inclusive package. You cannot even get ice or water with it. Plus the all inclusive bars are only open at certain times and the nice bar is a pay bar only. The beach bar is independent and not included. I would not recommend it. I think there is better resorts for the money in Ibiza.

I really enjoyed this property! We opted to not do the all inclusive option since we had a couple dinner reservations and other activities, but if staying on the property for most of your time, it is a good option. The location is right next to the Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia so it is a super easy walk to either if you are looking for a pool party! The Fergus is a much cheaper option than those other big hotels though so it was the best of both worlds. I enjoyed the large buffet breakfast as it had many options. The staff was super helpful and helped us get some discounted tickets to a pool party. It can be a little noisy since it is right near the airport, but it wasn't too bad. If you walk down the beach there are some cute restaurants to try. The rooms were slightly outdated, but we didn't spend much time in them so we were not bothered. Overall, this was a cute hotel and I would stay here again.

Fun place to stay but needs updating.

We enjoyed our stay here as the hotel was a lot of fun. The pool area was lively with lots of friendly people. The staff was great too. The only complaint is the hotel needs maintenance and a renovation. Paint was falling off the walls in some areas of our room and it didn’t seem super clean. We only stayed 1 night so it didn’t bother me. If the rooms were nicer I’d give it a 5 star. We had a lot of fun at the pool.

I was there for just 1 night. The airport is a 5minute drive away which is why I booked there. Pros: Proximity to the airport and Playa d'en Bossa. Comfy beds and clean room. The pool is nice and big and there is beach access. Cons: The planes are extremely loud so bring ear plugs and the food is very bad. Spars etc a 10 min walk away.

Fergus was a great choice for our friends trip.
Although was the most affordable option in the area, apartments very clean, staff was great, specially the pool staff (tks Luis for making our days more fun with activities by the pool).

Restaurant buffet with many options.

Walkable distance to the main clubs. And just 15min by taxi to the city center and airport.

We will come back to Fergus Ibiza and will recommend to friends and family too.

The hotel is not too expensive for the area. If you're looking to stay close to the clubs without breaking the bank, it's a good option. We were able to walk to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia easily, it took maybe 5 mins, but the hotel itself was quiet at night. The pool is fun and has a dj during the day, and there's easy access to the beach. The room was quite hot and we had a hard time getting it to be cool enough despite having our AC on the highest level.

The bathroom really needs refurbishment, the hotel was very noisy through the night and poorly insulated rooms, 3 nights I was woken by guests multiple times and had to ask them to be considerate of other guests. The balcony and floors were dirty and required cleaning. Breakfast quality is just ok, the drinks that accompany breakfast are poor and juice is supplied out of a machine and really not fresh. Overall I don’t rate the standard of accommodation and do not class it as a 4 star.

Bang for your buck

I was pleasantly surprised by how great my stay was at Fergus Style Bahamas for under $200/night. You get a hotel with a 4-star rating at a 2/3-star price. The staff is amazing and so catering. The breakfast buffet is clean & delicious. My only complaint are the prices at the beach bar if you don’t go all inclusive—I paid for a cup of sparkling water out of a fountain tap, something that I have never paid for at other resorts in Spain.

We stayed at Fergus Style Bahamas over the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly located, with beautiful beach side, fun pool activities, and good breakfast. The only cons was that pool was closing at 7pm due to Covid Restrictions. On the bright side they have Covid testing ( both PCR and Rapid test) on site, so you don’t have to look for one. Overall highly recommend and we would come again.

Most disappointing, however, was the fact that the property was unable to provide the simplest conveniences, such as power adapters for UK devices (even though the vast majority of their clientele is British). Power adaptors would not be found even for sale anywhere in the hotel complex. Oddly, they charge for the use of your in-room safe box.

You will surely benefit from the location, value, breakfast, and beautiful setting, however, for the whole experience to great; the front desk staff would desperately need to undergo good hospitality training and a thorough change in attitude.

Absolutely LOVE this hotel! This was my second time staying here this summer. The facilities are amazing and the staff are super awesome! The perfect place to mix in beach and pool time - even in a great location if you want to go to a party as well. The buffet style food for breakfast and dinner has lots of options and is well thought out. My favourite part is the morning song played by the pool everyday as the staff begin their daily programming filled with activities for all ages. I will be back again and I highly recommend it!

I paid +500USD for 3 nights and they put me in a room with a broken air conditioning, refrigerator and tv... Firstly, I asked to move to a different room and they told me that only a inferior rom was available. Secondly, I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation and they said that was not possible. i was really disappointed with the problem and the way they handled it.

Very clean and upgraded property. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent!
Rooms well kept and modern.
Originally booked as an Adults Only. Changed ownership and became family resort. It was still enjoyable to stay there. Lots of entertainment to kept children busy. Front Desk was a bit unorganized but Expedia contacted them to solve our check in issue. 😀👍 FD Manager’s need to be more pleasant like the other hotel staff.

Wouldn’t stay again

Took 45 minutes to check in as they put all 4 staff members on a disorganized group booking check in ahead of us.
Rooms in photos look bright and airy and although the color scheme is true. There are no windows in ground floor rooms, low ceilings and smell of damp. Our windows were open when we arrived so there were flies everywhere inside and i found a roach in the morning. Luckily this was only a one night stop for us before flying home.
The buffet food however was fine as was the bar, it’s a good location for walking to Hi or bora bora.

Great place walking distance to Ushaia and not far from the airport. Decent rooms and wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Pool was great. Although, you had to pay money to use your safe in your room. That was the only odd thing, but it wasn't too expensive, so not a big deal.

It was a nice hotel very close to the party area of Ibiza. Down the block from Ushuaia and Hi. The hotel was nice. The drinks were ok but all inclusive that happens. I would definitely go back!

This property has so many issues it is hard to capture them all. Only good was beach location and staff was friendly. The rest is very bad. The rooms- small, a king bed is two twins together with separate sheets and too short if over 6ft tall, tiny tv, channels only go forward on remote not backwards, only 2 English channels, bathroom toilet not private, maid service is hit and miss each day, most equip in gym is out of order, food is real low quality like the cheapest buffet in Vegas at best. Pool table only has 3 balls remaining. Pool towels exchanged only twice a week, no shampoo in bathroom, towels real thin and rough, no Kleenex, overall this property is a bit better than a hostel but not as good as a motel 6.

ALL INCLUSIVE!

It IS all inclusive! Food and drinks always available to help yourself. Upgrade drinks and food available at a discount. Beach towels require deposit and were hard to find; and bar soap was not provided in the rooms - - both strange items for them to chose to be cheap about for a nice all inclusive hotel. Staff was excellent. Location CANNOT BE BEAT. Steps from Ushuaia and Hi. Will stay here for all future Ibiza adventures.
