Great value stay for the location and services provided. The room was very clean, and the pool & sky bar were an excellent addition. The hotel is located in walking distance of many restaurants, close to old town and shopping, and in the middle of the nightclubs and airport. Most of all, the staff were very helpful and kind. I left my speaker in my room and Lucrezia helped me figure out how to ship it to me through whatsapp. The response time and assistance were phenomenal. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on visiting ibiza.

Our entire stay was amazing from start to finish. The rooms are amazing ( even the tiny room), the views are incredible from the top-floor sea-view rooms, the beds are fantastic, the amenities are glorious, the food is impeccable, and the staff are beyond wonderful. Special thanks to Alicia and Silvia, but honestly, everyone was amazing. The view from the bar is amazing and the drinks were awesome. Tuna Tacos and Pina Coladas for days!!!!

Increíble experiencia en este hotel, la ubicación mejor imposible, tienen el mejor rooftop con gente maravillosa como Gastón y 2 chicos italianos mas que no recuerdo sus nombres ahora , también Mara , que te atienden con una amabilidad increíble!!! Pasé mis mejores noches de previa ahí! Luego las instalaciones muy lindas , Alicia en la recepción nos brindó toda la info que necesitamos y más , amo ir a estos lugares donde el personal tiene su valor agregado! Sin dudas volveré! Aaa también use el SPA , y el recorrido de agua, con sauna, duchas, jacuzzi, espectacular experiencia! Muchas gracias !!!

Given the size of the room allocated - it was tiny - this hotel is very overpriced and I would not book it again. There are nice features, such as the sky bar, but the room felt claustrophobic and we were glad we only had to spend 2 nights there. Breakfast is nice but it’s not obvious/clear that you can order freshly cooked options beyond the buffet. Missed this on day one, which was annoying. The location is ok but it’s a long walk to the old town where the best shopping and restaurant options are.

Run away!

We stayed one night at your Ibiza hotel and it was the worst experience ever! Loud electronic music in the Bar until midnight, the beats were very strong and annoying not allowing sleeping. After that we could hear every single step in the corridor, people talking in their rooms and toilets flushes as well. The bed is a combination of two single beds, with a whole in the middle and the room smells mold. This is not what we expect from a 4 stars hotel at all. The worst part is that after complaining with reception, we were told as there were no managers they could do nothing about the music and we would have to wait till midnight for at least the beats stop in our room.
I emailed the hotel to complaint about it and the manager responded saying db levels were under limits allowed by the law. They just ignored the fact that the vibration of electronic music in the walls of an old building have nothing to do with db levels and can be very disturbing. And yes, they ignored the main function of a hotel: offer a nice room to sleep; and excused their actions by saying they are under limits of the law... so run away!

The staff took such good care of us. They were able to check us in a bit early and get us a kettle because we were a bit sick. They made our anniversary special with Cava. Great little hotel and spa!

This hotel is on the small side. It is a block away from the water and 1.4 km from the clubs! The pool is very clean. Bar and food service is available at the pool. There is a breakfast buffet. If you don’t get it included with your room it is $20 euro - a little pricy. There are stores and restaurants near to the hotel. Most rooms do not have a view. We had a larger room with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed. All staff were very nice and helpful! This is an adult only hotel. We did not try the spa but it looked nice!

Lovely hotel, good location on the edge of town (30 min walk either side to the super clubs, 2 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the old town).
Staff were fantastic, gym is adequate, pool and day beds were great and the rooftop bar is awesome. Food and drink were again of good quality and fairly priced.

Decent hotel, looks fairly new and well maintained - Adults only is a plus. Great pool furniture with large beds for lounging.

Good choice at breakfast, excellent rain showers and comfortable beds although doubles are two singles pushed together.

Small rooms - we had Superior which is only just adequate. Room service a little lacking, complimentary water only on first day, soap bar not replaced, was a wafer when we left and no tea/coffee facilities.

It was a perfect location for us, midway between the clubs ( hi ibiza / Ushuaia) and the old town. The roof top bar was great, and service was always friendly. The outside pool area is a little cramped ( but none of the hotels have much space around them ). Lively with lots of music around the pool ( so not for those looking for a quiet base ).

Breakfast was ok, nothing special but acceptable albeit limited choice. room facilities were a little basic ( no tea/coffee options) our window wouldn’t close properly and bathroom lacked hanging space for more than one towel, but the room was well decorated, comfortable bed and nice linen.

We’d go back again and would recommend to friends looking for this type of accommodation.

This is an OK property for this price point in Ibiza. They are very controlling of the pool towels, quite odd for a pool venue. You can only have one, and if you ask to trade your wet towel for a dry one you are made to feel like that is most inconvenient and unreasonable. Rooms are nice but not as advertised on Expedia, the superior balcony only has chairs not a sun bed. Pool area cabanas are perfectly fine though, just expect to lie on a wet towel all day.

The 'suite' was ridiculously small and as a consequence of faulty electrics (which kept cutting out the lights) my wife walked into a piece of unnecessary furniture and seriously hurt her foot. No response from reception and on investigating found the person on duty outside chatting to other guests. We cancelled our remaining two nights and moved to a different hotel.

i have stayed here before and would defo stay again staff around pool area are usually hiding so you have to go to bar get your own drinks breakfast was excellent even though they did t tell us breakfast was included until day 3 and fernando who worked at pool told us he was by far the best staff member at the hotel was always on the go witt towels and menus while the rest hid away being lazy
hotel is spotless clean and to high standard you pay extra but well worth it for extra upgrade room
i think the extra €20 to use spa pool and sauna is cheeky but with energy prices it is a heated pool

I had such an amazing time staying at MIM. This stay was towards the end of my solo Euro trip and i wanted a relaxing few days. From their rooftop restaurant to their spa services. Everything was amazing. They have their own shuttle service as well, and the staff at breakfast was just so pleasant. I throughly enjoyed everything, they made me feel so welcomed and really took care of their guests!!!! It was perfect! Also, great location to everything. So friendly, and accommodating with beautiful facilities to enjoy!

We had booked a suite to stay at MIM in 2020 but due to covid couldn’t visit until 2022. The hotel was very generous in moving our booking a number of times, however when we checked in, we were only given a superior room, which was a lot smaller and inadequate. I’d had confirmation that we could have a suite again and would pay any difference in price, but they had double booked and not communicated the change to us. This was disappointing unfortunately but we made the best of it.

The property is well located between Ibiza Town and Playa D’en Bossa. The pool and surrounding lounges are very pleasing and adequate for the guests.

The room was really small, no tea/coffee making facilities and we had to pay €3 for some ice for our room. The bathroom vanity was minuscule and not enough room for two people’s toiletries to be out.

The rooftop bar has a great view with DJs playing until midnight. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had, of which we had many!

Disappointed in this place.

We were extremely excited to visit Ibiza and stay at this hotel. We were never informed prior to arrival that the rooftop lounge would be closed. It was not listed anywhere on their website. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. When we checked in on Wednesday we were told “oh it’s closed today due to the weather but it’ll be open tomorrow at 5pm. We ended up walking up there to see the view and we’re shocked to see the bar wasn’t even close to being ready for guests. Paint buckets around, all chairs and tables stacked up etc. We were disappointed. The next day (Thursday) was perfect weather and we asked if it will be open and again they said “oh no it’s too windy today”, little did they know we had seen what it looked like so they were lying to us. The front desk man said “it’ll be open tomorrow at 5”. The next day (Friday) We were departing to the airport but not til later in the day so we laid by the pool and walked around til 5pm when we went back up to see the rooftop to enjoy it before we left and we got up there and we’re immediately told “we’re not open yet, we will be open tomorrow”.

This was the runaround the whole time we were there. We wouldn’t have chose this hotel for our honeymoon if they would’ve informed us from the beginning that the rooftop was closed. It’s even more disappointing that they couldn’t just tell us the truth from the beginning instead of lying that it was weather related etc.

Quite Possibly My Worst Hotel Stay Ever

After reading the (older) reviews I was so excited to finish our Ibiza holiday off in style.. rooftop sunbathing and drinks, nice chilled vibe, Art Deco style rooms and interiors. But what a disappointment. After asking hotels.com and the hotel directly to confirm that the room type (Tiny Room) was suitable for 2 adult males, I was told in no uncertain terms that it was fine.

We arrived any the room was little more than a laundry cupboard. We were in room 101, with the lift shaft INSIDE OUR ROOM. Not only that, but the staircase behind our headboard. The bed was crammed into a corner with barely any space to get in it, and it sagged in the middle. The room was also scuffed and felt dirty in places.

There was constant noise in the hotel and quite possibly it was one of the worst sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Also, the rooftop bar/sunbathing is now just a bar (not as in the photos with loungers/beds) and is only open from 17:30!!!

The pool area is tiny, no beds available on any day we were there, and also parking isn’t available as stated - it’s just street parking if you’re lucky. Breakfast starts at 8, so if you’re up and out early there’s no option for a takeaway coffee or fruit, also extremely disappointing.

The staff were super friendly, but I just can’t let that cloud over what was a really expensive stay and a property I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great little boutique hotel with a great rooftop bar which was great in the evenings for some pre drinks. Hotels was modern and breakfast was nice. We had a design room which was a good enough size. No secure parking but there is q free public car park across the road.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable with good air con which was crucial for a good nights sleep when in Ibiza. Excellent breakfast (I’m quite hard to please) with good healthy options. Front desk and waiting staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Gorgeous roof bar. Nice pool and sun beds with day beds. Good air conditioned gym. A slightly older crowd with no stag or hen dos.

This hotel was first class. We loved everything about the hotel. It is ideal for couples as the hotel is quite quiet and around the pool area it is relaxing. The rooms are decorated beautifuly, like a boutique hotel. Restaurant for lunch and dinner was lovely and the breakfasts we couldnt fault. The best part about the hotel was the Sky Bar, it is a must! We spent every night up there for a couple of drinks before we went for dinner or to a club. Gorgeous views and a total hidden gem! The staff too are all absolutely lovely, first class service, and so friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure! Thank so much.

Even though I paid for the bigger room and then got an upgrade on top the room are still tiny. Saying that they are very well furnished, very stylish, really clean and staff very helpful. The rise and fall of a really cool hotel

Junior Suite was super small, air con didn’t work so we baked in the room. View from the window was a building site that started generating noise from 8am. Breakfast was cold and dining room was packed. 8 years ago this was a top class hotel, it’s now a place I would not return to. Urit was the saving grace as he got us checked in late at night on a system where everything needed to be entered manually and took around 35 minutes. The rise and fall of a really cool hotel 😖
