The hotel is located right in front of the beach. We paid for a sea view room and were not dissapointed. The view from our balcony was just beautiful. The rooms are basic but a good size woth plenty of storage and a great shower.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a great choice at breakfast my only criticism would be, that the cooked breakfast (bacon, eggs beans etc) although very tasty was always cold. Apart from that one small detail everything else was perfect. We will be back again next year.

Excellent service and every facility for a good stay. The breakfast, paid for separately, was perfect and there was a huge variety in the buffet. The location is marvellous and the sea view is beyond words. The girls at reception were always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel.

Well, for the location and staff it gets 5 stars. Now, the hotel itself, thats another story. Place is old, smells like smoke, rooms are very very small. You have to live out of your suitecase. No fridge unles you pay extra . The worst part is,NO AIR-CONDITION. Imagine hot Ibiza sumer days, and you get back to your room were is more hot than outside. They give you a floor fan wich does nothing...
So, if you are on the budget and want to say that you went to Ibiza, than this is your place, but for few more dollrs to spend, look for another place around. .

Nice location and staff was nice.
However the facility is really not grade (boiling temperature in the room even if outside was cooler, we got a second floor room with no elevator, the room was really not nice). Pictures are not representative.

It seemed however reasonably clean. Lot of noise outside, however the location is very convenient, close to a lovely area, airport and harbour.

Nice place if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful ibiza holiday i recomend this. location is excellent. Has a sister hotel wih pool free to use. Or beqch infront of hotel very nice and mostly locals.. staff friendly and we got by with no air con very easily wich was surprising...

Don't believe what you read.

Entire description was a lie.
No sea view - but if we walked to the end of our balcony we could view it from an angle outside - not from inside. No double bed - all rooms only has 2 twin beds. Hotel didn't have breakfast, restaurant, gym, pool - ammenities were within a block at other locations.
No air-conditioning, room was hot, opening the windows to get a breeze brought in cockroaches

Property was on a beautiful beach.
No where on the booking site did it state there was no A/C, only that there were ceiling fans. There wasn't even a ceiling fan, but a little floor fan. With 35C temps we were unable to sleep due to the heat even with the windows open, which produced many mosquito bites, as a result.
Very misleading and inaccurate info on the booking site.
Very upsetting and ruined our vacation to this beautiful island.

There’s no internet in the rooms. Officially it says there’s service in in the reception area, but it actually sucks big time. The beds are old, hard and it smells cigarette smoke through the hotel corredor leading to the rooms. I paid extra to have a balcony. To my surprise the room was on the ground floor and it’s window was a door that opened to a common patio. There was no window and it was a furnace inside the bedroom with people shouting and talking by it the whole night.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff barely knows anything. Does not care for its guests. Does not want to be there. Treats guests like trash.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Smaller. Less sun. That is all fine but the serious problems ... half of the outlets did not work. The bathroom light did not work (shower and shaved with my iPhone light), beds are uncomfortable, smells.

I would have rather slept in a cave.

Nice place for that money. Grate location, almost on the beach. A lot of restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day. Nice breakfast.
If you have late flight, you can leave your bag in a hotel and go to the beach. After you can take a shower in the hotel.
So, I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Extremely Noisy - impossible to sleep

The noise is unbearable until 2am -four hours sleep on average - reason : Doors don't close properly, hallways echoed, people slam doors, the noise level is such that sometimes you think your neighbors across the hallway are standing right next to you. You will listen to interesting conversations of your next door neighbor. In this context the hotel requires a major overhaul. The positive : great service and very friendly staff and of course the location is great ! Good breakfast.

My stay here was very plesant. Wonderful location, right in front of the beach! Near ibiza port and the old walled ibiza, near shops and the hippie market at playa d en bossa. The room was very clean, it was cleaned everyday and towels changed. The room and the hotel was very basic and not modern at all.
But overall had a great time! Would recommend.

We will never ever stay at this hotel. Ok the location is good near the bus station, beach, dining area, and also to town.
But... the staff is really really rude!!we stay 9 terribe night! it was horror!! too noisy when you are sleeping in your room; because room service starting to work too early; and knocking all the doors with screaming \"rooooooom seeeervicccceeeee\" !! room walls sooo thin! thats why we listened what next room was talking about! we got two seperate beds and they were very lousy!! anyway if you \"must\" to stay this hotel like us; you should shut down your eyes and be in shape for every lousy things!! i dont believe that how can make this jobe with all of their rudeness.

Apart from its very close proximity to the beach, there is very little I can recommend about this hotel. I was stuck in a room with no view at all. There was no air conditioning and the fan didn't work. The bed wasn'r very comfortable and looked like it was old army surplus stock with s steel frame, a little else to recommend it. I was constantly woken at night by the banging of doors which reverberated down the hall. Getting the attention of a waiter was almost impossible as he didn't seem to be around much, and although a kind of menu was placed on the tables outside, no food was available throughout the day, the only meal that was available was a rather poor breakfast.

Locationwise, this hotel was perfect. In between Ibiza town and Playa den Bossa. Quite resort, right on the beach, great markets outside, fab bars and restaurants a really short stroll away.

Only problem was security and air con or lack of, but for the price we paid, we expected it to be very basic.

Great location, needs slight room improvement

Right by the beach, hotel staff very friendly, the hotel has a separate shower room in the garden which is great when your flight leaves late in the evening and you spend your last day on the beach covered in oil. No air conditioning in the room but only an electric fan which was too high on the wall, did not much really so it was really hot at night. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to put a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Otherwise I would be happy to stay there again but next time I will pay extra to have a sea view.

The non-seaview rooms are very small and dark, however a seaview room on the first or second floor are much much better with a balcony. The decor is very old and a little tired and there is no aircon. Breakfast wasn't great and the gentleman on reception at check-in was rude and unhelpful. The rest of the reception staff during the week were much better.

The hotel was extremely clean. The position of it is wonderful - directly on the beach. The look of the hotel from outside is lovely. It is very basic inside but extremely clean and rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard.

The breakfast in the adjoining hotel was great, everything you would want to eat - buffet style. Dining room overlooks beach and the staff there were very friendly!

The garden at the back could do with some flowers/plants. Reception staff could have been a little more friendly - they were curtioius but a little stoney faced, without a ready smile.

Overall I would stay again but ask for a room overlooking the beach.

Decent for its price

The room was small but it was quite clean. Not all people at the reception were friendly and there was no internet in the rooms. The beach in front of the hotel was decent but the location was not great, since there are no bars or good restaurants nearby. There is a bus to the main attractions of the island but that's all and the closest taxi stop has no frequent service. The bar at the hotel only offers soft drinks, they have no food at all. If your flight is after check-out time, they do offer to keep your suitcases and they also offer you a place to take a shower in case you want to go to the beach (but we didn't use it so I don't know how it is exactly).

Great location, balcony to beach, awesome views, rooms cleaned everyday, the street can be noisey...but come on youre in ibiza, its expected!! The guy in the front was awesome and very friendly. Its not a 5 star... No ac or elevator...but that was the last thing that bothered us two young married travelers (ocean breeze and fan was perfect). I would definatley recommend this place. We will be back.

Hotel muito bem localizado na orla da praia com excelente atendimento, quartos limpos e grandes, o banheiro também muito grande, nos atendeu perfeitamente na estadia. Os recepcionistas super solícitos. O restaurante que tem no hotel também é muito bom, a pizza é perfeita. O café da manhã é feito no hotel ao lado que também faz parte do grupo, sendo maravilhoso, muito bom o café da manhã com inúmeras opções entre salmão, jamon, ovos, pães, iogurtes, frutas, croissant, máquina de café e inúmeras outras opções. Como ponto de melhoria o quarto deveria ter ar-condicionado pois durante o dia fica bem abafado, pois o sol pega no quarto.

Vi var två vänner som bodde här i maj månad 2025. Vi hade inte så höga förväntningar med tanke på att hotellet inte hade flera stjärnor, men vi blev så överraskade.

Hotellet låg perfekt mellan staden och klubbarna. Stranden var precis framför oss. God frukost och kaffe. Personalen var helt underbar och så hjälpsamma. Lite hårda sängar men annars finns inget att anmärka på. Lugnt område nattetid så man kunde känna sig helt trygg och nära till allt.

Onze lange weekend weg was memorabel dankzij het uitzicht en ligging vh hotel. Elke ochtend zonsopgang en dan de dag beginnen was heerlijk! Ontbijt was niet duur en anders is er nog een Lidl en een McDonald's om de hoek. Mocht je uitgebreid willen ontbijten, dan kun je ook bij de verschillende ontbijt restaurants terecht op loopafstand vh hotel met uitzicht op zee.

El hotel está viejísimo, necesita una reforma urgente, ya no solo el mobiliario que es lo de menos, sino el techo y la pared están de pena, cables de la lámpara, nada insonorizado, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle y lo peor, el personal de limpieza dando voces desde las 8 de la mañana, nos han despertado todos los días, el personal de recepción dejan bastante que desear, NO TIENE ASCENSOR, y tampoco se ofrecen a echarte una mano con las maletas. El primer día nos encontramos una araña gordísima también, en las habitaciones un calor horrible y eso que estuvimos a finales de septiembre, no me quiero imaginar en pleno verano, y no tienen aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador que ya me contarás… en fin, lo único bueno es que está a pie de playa, e igual con suerte te toca habitación que dé para la playa, porque las interiores dan para edificios de atrás.

Hotel essenziale in posizione bellissima fronte mare con un patio dove fare colazione o pranzare davvero bellissimo e con menù gustoso. Camere abbastanza grandi, un po’ datate senza aria condizionata e senza frigobar ma con ventilatore. Bagno nuovo invece e pulizie giornaliere perfette.
Reception veloce e cordiale 👍 posto per i bagagli e per sistemarsi una volta lasciata la camera.
Unica pecca : no ascensore.

En general tuvimos una excelente estadía, el personal muy amable, habitación limpia y buena ubicación frente a la playa. El unico detalle es que solo tienen ventilador y no aire acondicionado, de todas formas decidimos alojarnos ahí teniendo previamente esa información.

Hotel piccolo e pulito, dall'estero sembra molto più bello ma la sorpresa arriva quando si entra in camera, vecchia con arrredi semplici e accessori inesistenti: mancano le prese per caricare il telefono o PC, le uniche 2 disponibili sono una in bagno e una a 4 3 dal letto. Vista città brutta. Bagno completo di bidet e doccia con grande scalino per entrare e uscire. La struttura non dipone di un piscina come pubblicato sul sito. Personale cordiale ed efficiente

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Top Lage am Meer jedoch voller schwarzem Zeugs am Strand Algen oder Palmblätter oder so. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. Keine Klimaanlage nur ein Ventilator!!!! Internet nur in der Lobby!!!! Zimmer werden täglich super gereinigt. Dusche spritzt den ganzen Boden voll...

Demasiado calor

Las vistas inmejorables frente al mar y buenas terrazas.El personal amable.Nos dejó ducharnos el ultimo día fuera de hora y nos dejaron 2 alargos además de llamar un taxi pero el calor era insoportable.Solo hay un ventilador y las habitaciones són muy calurosas...El precio de 160 por noche excesivo para lo q se ofrece.La piscina llena pq pertenece a otro edificio igual que el restaurante.Así que de servicios muy justo.Pagas vistas y situación.
Por cierto cuidado con los taxistas se suelen equivocar y hay dos hoteles con nombre parecido.Ses figueres y figueretes.

Limpo e bem localizado

O hotel é simples, limpo e confortável. Além de muito bem localizado, perto da praia, restaurantes e transporte público. O que nos surpreendeu positivamente é que nos foi disponibilizado um banheiro para tomar banho (abre as 4pm) mesmo após o nosso check-out. O único ponto negativo foi a wi-fi que só funciona na recepção.

Es war sehr sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Meer und praktisch 10 min zu Fuß von Ibiza entfernt, in der Nähe von Partys und viele andere Sachen

Tutto fantastico,hotel sulla spiaggia,panorama bellissimo, zona perfetta e personale gentilissimo,
In particolare il signore che lavorava alla reception ogni notte non ricordo il suo nome ma è stato veramente un grande ❤️.
