For a four star hotel I would expect to be able to use the sauna and swimming facilities (not the pool) are not free, each use is €20 and also dinner was not the best, limited choice.

Booked 2 Deluxe Twin Rooms and was given 2 rooms on the 1st floor over looking the street and reception. I complained and was immediately given 2 rooms on the 6th floor with a balcony. Much better.
The room was open plan so the bathroom fan was constantly on. That constant humming noise made it hard to sleep. The pool on the roof isn’t a pool at all. It’s more like a paddling pool. We paid a fortune to stay here and I feel ripped off. The location is the only good thing about this hotel

The hotel room was big but the AC wasn’t very good. The balcony is nice but the view is non existent as the property is next to another building. And the hotel lobby was extremely hot without good ventilation. The gym is tiny & the spa was closed.

Beautiful hotel and the breakfast buffet was amazing. So many good options. We usually are not a fan of breakfast bar at hotels but this one was the best. Amazing variety.

The hotel was very nice. Super clean and very picturesque. Staff was very friendly!

The only downside was the AC in the room was not good. It didn’t cool much. The other negative is in order to enjoy the pool area you have to buy drink tickets even though you’re a guest. Usually guests will consumer regardless but feeling forced to buy tickets as soon as you walk into the pool area isn’t necessary in my opinion.

Brilliant Location in Ibiza Town

My stay at El Puerto Ibiza Hotel was exceptional in every way. The hotel's perfect location in Ibiza Town allowed for easy exploration of the vibrant atmosphere and nightlife. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing warm hospitality throughout my visit. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of adventures.

An interesting feature was the unique glass box shower and multiple mirrors, which added an unexpected element to the room. Despite this unusual touch, the overall ambiance was lovely, ensuring a memorable stay on the beautiful island of Ibiza.

Room wasn't ready on arrival, we were a little early but we were inmediately offered an upgrade with a balcony for £25 per night. We went for it but having spoken to friends (3 other couples whose standard rooms were ready), our upgrade seemed more of a downgrade. No iron or ironing board, a 3 foot pole to hang all our clothes on and the balcony overlooking another hotel and some derelict wasteland.

The staff were rude and short with us. When we asked for recommendations they said they didn’t know. The room was VERY expensive and I expected better facilities and service. The shower was very inconsistent with pressure and temperature. No shampoo or conditioner. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is located very near to the port/marina. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a lot of options and good flavor. The size of the room was good, same for the shower. I did not like the bed because was foam mattress and very soft for me. You need to pay 10 euros (only cash) for the pool/beach towel which is refundable if you return the towel.

The staff were pleasant, the property looked smart, location was great but there are definitely some teething problems, like the smell from the drain in the shower, however the main one is that it needs at least another 20 floors to not hear the noise from the adjoining club below. It starts at midnight & goes on till 5am, so not the peaceful break away that I was expecting!

A True Hidden Gem

I really enjoyed my stay and this property was a much needed respite after some group travel. The location is excellent, walking distance from the port. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was friendly and efficient. My room was still being cleaned after I had been given the key and I was given a new room promptly. I was able to enjoy a whole day at the rooftop pool even after check out. Because the location was only 4 months open, they didn’t have all amenities up and running such as airport transfers or the ability to arrange late check in before the departure date. Also, the spa was closed during my stay and this was one of the reasons I booked this property in the first place. I was comped breakfast and this more than made up for it. Overall, this property provides its guests an incredible value.

Beautifully renovated but need to work out kinks

I would not necessarily recommend this hotel until they work out the kinks of their recent renovation. Pros: property looks very new and modern, great location near ferry and
Old Town and good breakfast. Cons: we were traveling with 3 friends and each of the 3 rooms had this odd buzzing sound every 45 seconds (we think something related to AC). When we called to complain, someone came to fix it. About 10 minutes later water starting leaking out of ceiling and we had to be moved to the only other room available, I handicap room. Not ideal. Buzzing then also happened in our new room but we were just happy not to have a leaking ceiling. I’m sorry, something is off with the install of all those ACs. Staff was attentive, but the stay was just not restful with all that.

The building is nicely renovated but a lot of the amenities in our room didn’t work— the teapot, the refrigerator, and also the air conditioning which broke during our stay and remained off for an entire day when it was scalding hot temperatures. When the air conditioner was fixed, it kept making loud noises. Also, the cleaning staff kept entering our room in the morning without knocking even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was under renovation when it was booked, and was not ready for my stay. So they arranged a transfer to the EUROSTARS IBIZA which turned out to be a great experience. Beautiful view of the sea, great pool area with service, and the room was on 2 floors. One floor had amenities, table, sofa, a full bathroom, and a balcony, and the second floor had the bedroom, with a balcony and full bathroom with bathtub. Staff was welcoming, and extremely pleasant.

To be able to rate this adequately I would have to separate this in two parts, Value and Personal Experience:

Value: For the price value, given the location of the Hotel that is walking distance from many restaurants, clubs and shops, and the room amenities/condition for it's range; this hotel would get a 4/5.
✓ Pool
✓ Hot water in shower
✓ Something to eat in the morning (breakfast buffet)
✓ AC in your room
✓ Cordial and Helpful Staff
✓ Locatoin

Personal Experience: If you are a light sleeper, and chose to come to IBIZA for comfort more than just looking for a place to crash, than this is probably not for you. Woke up to boisterous, stumbling, and most probably plastered neighbors at 3am. Had to call the staff to advise them of the issue. Even though they were able to attend to the matter within 15 minutes, my sleep was NO MORE. Beds were hard as plywood, and pillows were flat. But then again, for the price range, they have a certain clientele; which clearly is not me, thus why my personal experience rates it at 1/5.

Location is this hotel’s key selling point.

-no tea making facilities or ability to rent a kettle.
-thin walls & windows, town centre so can be noisy.

+friendly professional staff.
+reasonable/good value Resturant food.
+spacious, clean & tidy room.
+location, 2 mins from port & bus stops 10/15 min walk

In summary, we stayed on the 3rd floor which appears a refurbished end room, complete with small balcony, WiFi only in lobby however reliable.

Good location but loud

This hotel was located in descent place where restaurants and shopping areas were nearby. As crazy it is at night time in Ibiza, I woke up several times during sleep due to loudness outside. I was a bit taken back thay they did not have clothing iron in the hotel, and no coffee maker. The restaurant wanted to charge us for hot water :/

Nice quiet pool and clean rooms

Handy location near the water and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Friendly staff, clean rooms and pretty quiet. Big balcony, though we were facing not the best road (there was a strip club opposite) but there was no trouble/the area was fine. The pool was lovely and wasn't too busy. We stayed for four nights and it was a great place to crash after long days exploring with our friends. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed for 9 days and found the Hotel El Puerto to exceed my expectations. The hotel is very convenient to the center of Ibiza town, within walking distance to most places. USA travelers are spoiled by the large rooms in US hotels but I found my room at El Puerto to be very spacious and nicely decorated. The shower was wonderful. The view from the room was appealing. I am most grateful for the help of Jacinto who was at the front desk much of the time I needed assistance. His willingness to provide information about Ibiza was extremely helpful. I will definitely choose El Puerto for my next visit to Ibiza.

you can't ask for a better location. the room was ok, 2 little beds joined together, but it was clean. walls are thin but expected it to be louder considering its ibiza. theres a pool to catch some quick sun if you don't have time to get to the beach & there is an outdoor gym next to it. scan keycards to get into the lobby and then into the stairway/elevator area. mini supermarket downstairs across the street, taxi stand is 3 blocks away. they didn't give me a lock & key for the safe but i didn't ask, im sure it was included. there was a little tv but i never even turned it on. the wifi did not work. there was a hair dryer in the room, but i was hoping there would be a mini refrigerator and clothing iron upon request but there was not. overall worth it for the price just because of the location, privacy, cleanliness, & pool.

Great location, terrible hotel.

There is only one good thing about this hotel: the location. The location is prime, it is right next to all the restaurants, it's right off the port, so you have access to the ferries. It's a 20 minute walk to Talamanca beach. And finally there's the bus stop right off the port (which is less than a 2 min walk) and you can catch the bus to Talamanca beach or you can catch the bus to the airport. And that's where the positives end.
The room we stayed in similar to the ones with the blue covers, 2 twin beds adjoined together, with the most uncomfortable squeekiest mattresses ever. The covers were really thin, so we couldn't turn on the AC. There was one outlet in the entire room! So we had to charge our phones one by one. The bathroom was clean and functioning well, but I did have an issue with the fact that the window in the bathroom overlooks the hallway - so anyone walking to their room, would pass by our bathroom window. So we definitely kept that closed all the time. The \"free wifi\" available is only available in the lobby, and even though we were on the 2nd floor, but we had no wifi access. Yes the hotel has a pool, but we're in Ibiza and we only hit the beach. Breakfast was fine with a limited selection. Would I stay here again? Definitely not, but I will look for hotels in the exact same area again because the location is amazing.

Cheap, clean, convenient and good for a stopover

We checked in at about 11 pm with an efficient and friendly receptionist and the room was fine - close to the port and the town centre. The street was not particularly salubrious with dodgy clubs across the street. For our needs it was exactly what we needed, close to the ferries for Formentera, close to the town centre to get a meal and a very good price.

Perfect Hotel for a weekend break!

Perfect hotel for a cheap yet pleasant and clean weekend break with the girls. Location was perfect.. 2 min walking distance to the hub of Ibiza town.. lots of lovely bars, shops and restaurants and a reasonable taxi ride to Playa de’ Bossa, San Antonio and the airport. You are close enough to the night life but not too much to be kept awake at night. Staff are lovely and very friendly. It’s a 24h manned reception with card security front doors. There is also a pool but we did not use. As 3 girls we had one bed room with twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. we also had a kitchenette with fridge.. and a hair dryer in the bathroom. we also had a balcony :)

Port hotel in Ibiza

Booked last minute into this hotel and paid premium peak season rates. Upgraded room was spacious and comfortable but could have been cleaned more thoroughly and sheets changed at least once during week long stay. Towels were changed daily. The unusual \"open plan\" arrangement of shower and toilet may not suit everyone since the layout offers no privacy at all. Area around hotel is very busy and noisy with traffic day and night. Good value Italian restaurants and supermarket close by. The proximity to \"red light' bars again may not suit everyone. Breakfast was extremely poor and only available until 10am. No variety and poor quality tea, coffee and disgusting fruit juices that had never seen fresh fruit.

The wifi in this hotel is horrible. No wifi in the rooms and the hotel lobby wifi isn't great at all.
