Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, both the common area and rooms.

The staff at the front desk are lovely and helpful, and the staff in the restaurant worked so hard to keep the dining room clean, to refresh food items at the buffet, and to clear plates at the tables. Their efforts honestly made it feel like a much more expensive hotel!

The breakfast is great - a fantastic variety of hot and cold options. I personally appreciated that they had several types of non-dairy milk available (often you have to ask specially). Something they could do to improve would be to add labels to identify the foods on offer and, ideally, to identify allergens.

The location of the hotel is really nice - fabulous view of the sea, and right on the promenade with access to several restaurants and bars. It's a short walk into the city, but Ubers are plentiful and quick if you need it.

Breakfast was excellent with great choices of food items both hot and cold. Bonus there was cava too !! Got upgraded to balcony with seaview which was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can imagine the hotel would be extremely busy in peak season due to it's location but as we were traveling early April it was fairly quiet.

I really loved the sea front property and having a sea-view room was lovey. The choices of breakfast was good. The only thing I would mention is that the walls and windows are not sound proof at all so you can hear everything from outside and the foot steps from upper rooms( I think that might be with all property here).

The best thing of this property was the swimming pool by the beach and the drinks and food from the bar was good.

Perfect location on the sea front, very nice views and enjoyed the terrace with pool and gym all facing the sea. Nice bar area and reasonably priced drinks, perfect for an early evening drink in the sun. Walking distance to Ibiza old town, a nice city beach with promenade and plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Spacious room and affordable prices. Can’t wait to come back

The food in the restaurant is really good. We spent an afternoon by the pool which was really nice and the view of the ocean was amazing. We also got a couples massage and used the jacuzzi for a bit, so we made the most of all the amenities. The hotel was clean and great staff. The only set back was the room was a bit small for an couple and we were on the side that faces the road instead of the ocean. It was quite loud and there was a lot of construction near.

Staff was not friendly from the start. Not helpful. Did not give the WiFi, when I asked they acted like I was an inconvenience. The WiFi does not work good at all. I was working while I was there and was not able to work at the hotel. I had to find an alternative place to work during my stay. I wanted to go in the pool at 4:15pm and was told I couldn’t have a towel after 4 PM, but the pool was still open which was silly. The walls are very thin so if you get a party group that’s sleeping next to you you can’t sleep. In room full of girls checked in and we’re playing loud music and talking loud throughout the night. One day it was raining and we needed an umbrella and they wouldn’t let us use one because we didn’t have €10 cash. We asked if they could charge it to the room and they said no. They asked for a late check out he didn’t even look to see if they had anything available he just said no. I would not stay here again!

Thankfully only stayed here one night. There were stains in my bed sheets. There is a coffee machine with pods but they didnt give you anybpods. When we went to reception you to ask for some they said you had to pay for the pods….. not really what to expect from a 5 star hotel. Massively over priced

Just returned from another lovely stay. The staff are what make this hotel so special to us, but I am a great believer in you get back what you give, and it doesn’t cost anything to be kind, friendly and courteous. From the warm welcome and goodbye of the reception staff, Alfredo and the restaurant staff keeping us well fed, Juan and the bar staff keeping us well hydrated and the Angela and the spa staff relaxing us. We didn’t actually stay here at all as the staff was rude and extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming and the room wasn’t what we expected or paid for. We’re still waiting to hear back regarding a refund.

We was in the hotel lobby a total of around 15 minutes on 2 separate occasions and on BOTH occasions 2 other guests had complained about this hotel also. A complete disaster from start to finish.

It was great. Just a couple of things they would’ve made it better:
- gym hours very limited, opening until 9am.
- also, the gym inside the spa along with the jacuzzi, with the humidity and no air con, and no drinking water, was tough.
- it the jacuzzi was outside could’ve been more enjoyable
- considering vacations and opportunity to wake up late, breakfast ending 10:30 is a little bit early (though I understand is a lot of work for the staff to keep it open but I saw a lot of people arriving “late” and not able to have breakfast).
- ALL staff was super friendly and servicing. The best part of the stay. Wonderful!!!

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel & I’d definitely stay here again. The hotel is spotlessly clean, there’s always staff making sure everywhere stays pristine. Breakfast is also really good, there’s a selection of cooked food, fruit, cereal & pastries so there really is something for everyone.

Location is great, overlooking the sea & many restaurants/bars nearby & only a 15 minute walk into Ibiza old town.

Also have to give a special mention to Gio who works around the pool. She works super hard & always with a smile on her face. She’s a real asset to the hotel.

This is not a 4 star hotel, staff rude. Room was like a prison cell without balcony, 3 foot away from very busy road. With a hostel opposite. Area is fake restaurants poor. Beach area wasn’t a beach just rocks.
People in area rude and make it known they don’t want you there.
Pool was tiny, no sun bed around pool, server coughing all over people when giving them drinks or food by the pool. Food was frozen pizza.
The canteen glasses n bowl smell like sewage even the server pulled a face when she smelt it.
Will never stay here again, even if you paid me.
Don’t believe false reviews they lie, worse place I’ve ever stayed and we have been to Spain many times.

Room was pretty basic for money (£400 a night) food option wasn’t great and little choice. TV in room kept losing signal for hours on end, rooms supposed to be soundproof but could hear everything!! This hotel is in a great central location to explore the old town of Ibiza and also 10mins drive from the main party scenes including Pacha, Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. The hotel is very modern and pristine with beautiful views out over the sea. They offer a fantastic buffet breakfast with so many options and the chefs will cook fresh omelettes for you. The dinner is a similar set up where they offer a huge variety of choice. The chefs will cook you fresh meat or fish to order also. Every night they have a different theme, Asian, Italian, Mexican etc for €20 per person which is quite reasonable . A couple of things that were missing from the room were no tea making facilities, no iron and the fridge didn’t keep anything cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Where to start. Room dirty, small, kind of like college dorm type of accommodation. Very dark, no view some Felt like I was in a prison cell. On top of that, the front desk was no help. Wanted to charge me €10 to use the safe in the room ridiculous. Took hours to let me check out of my reservation finally agreed to give me a refund. The hotel building and the surrounding area was good. The room, the bed and the view as well. However, the walls are thinner than paper and you hear every snore of your neighbours. Also the service is really poor. For example, the receptionist couldn’t hide what she was thinking when I confirmed that me and my girlfriend wanted a matrimonial bed… Incredibly rude! Further, I cannot understand how the hotel can charge their guests 7 euro per day to give them access to the safebox in the room when it is a rather pricey 4 star hotel. Also, there was no staff available when we needed to check out so we had to leave our room key cards on the counter and call in from the taxi to complete the check out. The exception from the poor service was the breakfast restaurant staff - they were both friendly and service minded. I would not recommend this hotel.

Really nice, quiet hotel. The bed was so comfortable! Air con was rubbish so room got very hot. Our room was small & not enough storage, would benefit from having some drawers. All the staff were amazing right from the start, the lovely ladies on reception that checked us in even though we arrived earlier than expected. Daniela was super helpful telling us how to walk into town and what to do once there. Alfredo and his restaurant team were always so incredibly efficient and friendly even when my husband tried out his limited Spanish on them, and the bar staff make the best Mojitos. Will definitely be back to see our primo amigos and amigas!

As expected the room was small, but very clean & well equipped, with plenty of toiletries etc. Location is great with bars, restaurants & the beach nearby & only 15 minute walk into the Old Town. The lobby small pool, and bar areas are lovely but the beauty stops there. Skin deep. The room we related was small and dark and dank. The a/c was poor and the overhead fan was old dirty, and so loud it kept us awake. Just like the very loud sounds from the “soundproof “ rooms around us. There was no evidence of the safety measures which were advertised. The night clerk and and hotel manager and housekeeper were so nice, sometimes in stark contrast to thru day clerk often a two as if she found guests an annoying interruption. None of this hurt our trip much. The location was super right on the beach and the wonderful promenade filled with people laughing, talking, walking dogs, stopping in at the many restaurants… all a wonderful experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience \n

I had high hopes for this hotel as I booked it based on reviews, but my experience turned out to be nothing short of a disaster. I usually refrain from leaving reviews, but I feel compelled to share my unfortunate stay.

Firstly, the check-in process was a complete letdown. Despite the hotel's website clearly stating a 2 PM check-in time, the staff made me wait until 3 PM before I could finally access my room. This was not the best way to start my stay.

To make matters worse, I was given a room that was different from the one I had booked. They had the audacity to claim that the room in the picture required an additional payment. This blatant misrepresentation was disappointing and unprofessional.

As for the hotel's condition, it was subpar at best. The overall ambiance and amenities left much to be desired, making it difficult to enjoy my time there.

However, the worst part of my stay was during check-out. I was well aware of the 11 AM check-out time, and I accept that. But when I was getting ready to leave the room at 11:15 AM, I received an abrupt call from the hotel staff, rudely informing me that check-out was 30 minutes ago. The person on the phone was downright impolite and unprofessional. Their suggestion to use the pool locker rooms for a shower was an insult.

The pool was great except it stopped giving towels by 4pm (or earlier sometimes). It makes no sense a beach hotel that doesn’t give towels after 4pm. At least leave some beach towels in the room.

We had an incredible week long stay at Nautico Ebeso. We had a sea view room with a balcony, the view was beautiful. Amazing breakfast and all the staff were lovely. The bar was great too and drinks were quite cheap. Really well maintained and clean pool area.

There were only a few minor downsides. Firstly, the a/c in the room was not very strong. It managed to cool the room down to a point but not quite as cool as we would have liked it. The wifi signal in our room (floor 7) was very poor, often couldn’t get any signal at all. The wifi downstairs and by the pool was great though so again it wasn’t really a big problem for us.

The area is serene, beautiful and quiet with some great sea front restaurants within throwing distance. The nearby beaches are great. It’s a short walk to Ibiza old town.

We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was spotless. There were fresh towels everyday and clean room. I didn’t have food included so can’t comment. The only thing that let it down was the thin walls in the rooms. You could hear every word of the other guest, whether 2pm or 3am. There also wasn’t an explanation upon arrival as to where everything was - which was a shame - as having not been before I didn’t know if I could use the spa or had to pay etc.

Ottima struttura

Hotel curato e pulito, la camera BASIC grande e confortevole. Servizio reception e ristorante gentile e premuroso. L'hotel ha una splendida vista mare e la piscina anche se non grandissima è ben curata.
Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione e sia la colazione che la cena erano ricche di alternative. Parcheggio gratuito e libero per lo scooter a ridosso della struttura . Soddisfatta della scelta
