You get what you pay for. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was ok. Only two pillows in the room and they wouldn’t give me more at reception. Have to pay deposit for pool towels and they only accept cash. No amenities in the room other than soap and a blow dryer. Location was pretty good. Able to walk to some clubs and plenty of restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay! Our room had a beautiful oceanfront view. It was very clean on the property and the service was really good. A lot of onsite amenities that make it unique - tattoo shop, pool with music and cabanas, and a bar outside. It made our stay fun and very positive! The location was great as well. Right on the water, walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants. We also walked from the nightclubs, about 25 mins. Will definitely return in the future!

Staff so friendly and amazing service! Loved our sea view room 307, balcony was excellent. Choice of 3 pools was also fantastic. Location great as we liked the beach restaurants and Dalt Vila. Just what we wanted!
Only negative was the soundproofing of the room, we could hear our neighbours conversation very clearly and this was very loud and disturbed us unfortunately.
Apart from that we had a great time and would stay again!

Checked in and was given someone else’s keys. Opened the door and all their bags and belongings were in the room!

Changed rooms.
Came home that evening to find they had again given other people our keys and people had done the same thing and been in our room but taken some of our belongings.

When we asked for the cctv footage so we could see who was in our room they said they couldn't help and that we should have put ALL valuable stuff in our safe!

They said we needed to go to the police station to file a complaint.

The apartments were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony. There was a building site next to the room so on weekdays that made noise but was fine over the weekend and not too bad in any event. One slight issue was that the maids seemed to ignore 'do not disturb signs' and still proceeded to enter rooms with that on. Also very slow check in service. But all staff friendly, great pizza place across the road and nice clean rooms. Good value for money.

Good amenities but could do better for COVID rules

The apartments were spacious with good amenities and very clean. The only issue with my room was that I found the bed uncomfortable, as it was a very firm mattress and the bed squeaked every time I moved. The pool and surrounding area was thoroughly cleaned every morning. I was surprised however that the sun beds weren’t more widely spaced apart or cleaned down in between different people using them. Apartment review

The apartment, although contained a small kitchen, was very poorly equipped. Not enough cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. A number of lightbulbs did not work and this should have been identified and remedied between check out and check in.
However the hotel is excellently placed for all amenities and staff were extremely helpful.

Great place for a short Ibiza stay

Recently renovated, clean and modern. Missing a few little details (no hooks for towels, etc) but otherwise great stay. Close to Ibiza Town and Playa Bossa, but quieter. No need to leave hotel during day as pool area is fabulous! Worth upgrade to the Dreams - balcony much bigger and nice view of the sea. Great rain shower. Comfortable bed.

Excellent hotel. We're 40+ ex clubbers that used to visit Ibiza every year back in the day. We'd not been for 14 years, due to having kids. We decided it was time to return for a 3 day break. We took friends with us that hadn't been before, so we were a touch worried...no need. This hotel was perfect for us - modern, clean + slightly upmarket without being pretentious. Pools areas are fantastic with a very cool laid back vibe. They even had a live percussionist + sax player one day which was probably the highlight of the stay. Only caught breakfast once but was really nice. Figueretas is in perfect position - 20 mins drive from Mambo etc, 5 mins to Ibiza Town/Playa Bosa, 10 mins to Salinas beach + has it's own beach if you can't be bothered travelling.
We will definitely stay again + we're already planning our next stay. Forgot how much we love Ibiza!!!!

Nice new apartments but the service was terrible

Apartment was small but nicely decorated. However, the woman at reception was just rude and extremely unhelpful at all times. No towels in room when we arrived and no mugs. Called reception but never delivered. Apartment was not cleaned regularly and had to chase it up. When cleaned was minimal. Would not go back.

Disappointing stay, misadvertised

We were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment was ill-equipped, very cramped and dark and most importantly not clean. Even after complaining, not much was done to improve the quality of cleanliness. The stay followed a saga of issues with the studio itself. Ripped out plug socket, dirty walls and floors, sliding toilet door not actually closing. Issues with air conditioning, leaving clothes damp, nowhere to reasonably store your personal items or clothes. Just very very poor. The photos on the advertised room were misleading. Quality for value totally unreasonable. Other people reported similar issues with 3 other rooms. Absolute shambles.

Amazing hotel / condo right on the beach

Easy checkin, beautiful property and very nice / spacious rooms. Ours came with ocean view which was breathtaking. Also location was quite central. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Ibiza!!

Our stay was 7 days in one of DREAMS newly renovated apartments with views of the beach from our balcony. We shared facilities with SOUL. Pools were located in full sun with ample lounges for sunbathing. Great variety of music was played ( & stopped around midnight). Super marts, cafes, bars, restaurants were numerous & within easy walking. We could walk into the Old Town in 30 mins. On Sunday nights there was a €20 BBQ, with meats, salad & one drink. Looked good, although we were going out.

Good flying visit to the white isle

Stayed here many times before. Great location as it’s close enough for all the action but just far enough away for some RnR. Reception was slow at times but I suppose you are in Ibiza. Pool area nice, bar prices high. Beds a little hard, showers great.

Much better than expected!!

The first night we arrived both my friend and I were blown away with how amazing the hotel was! The outside area was stunning with 3 pools, sun loungers and sun beds. The room was excellent with air con and appeared very tidy. A few toiletries and towels were provided. Stayed there for 5 nights and was very pleased. The hotel is on the coast and a short walk to bora bora beach. Very near to supermarkets and restaurants so very convenient. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Great!

The hotel was really nice. I loved the cleanness of the apartment and the swimming pools and how near it was to a small beach. I didn't really like the bathroom, as it was crystal clear and it was in the main room. Luckily there were three of us girls and we took turns to stay in the living room until one of us had finished showering, otherwise, i dont know ho won earth we would have showered.

But overall, we would definitely like to come back. and it was very affordable and near to everything we wanted to do. Main centre, clubs etc.

Our balcony had an amazing sea view that is was breathtaking to wake up to the see the blue ocean in the mornings. and the moon at night.

The room wifi kept going off, so that was a bit annoying.

Hotel fronte, posizione comodissima e vicina al centro, spazio piscina veramente bello, stanze un po' rumorose per via delle persone maleducate, parcheggio interno sicuro ma decisamente caro soprattutto se fuori stagione, bene ricevere il consiglio dalla receptionist in merito ai parcheggi gratuiti nelle vie adiacenti. Dispenser dei saponi presenti in camera ma mai riempiti dalle addette alle pulizie, quindi erano vuoti.

Net hotel en de kamers zijn schoon en modern.
Alleen moet je er niet voor je rust komen. Veelal jeugd dat in de nacht en vroege ochtend nogal eens wat lawaai heeft. Ook bij het zwembad vaak een dj en dit is niet altijd rustgevend 😉. Toch ondanks bovenstaande een leuke tijd gehad.
