Hotel would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the pool was closed and under maintenance, if this was brought to my attention when booking , I would have chosen a different hotel .

I can imagine the pool area being lovely when done .

This was the best stay I have had! The room was large and well appointed with a small kitchen. The balcony had a beautiful view and the bed was great and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with a shower that was so good. The staff were all amazing especially the 2 lovely ladies that made my coffee everyday and the front deak people were so helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The hotel was very clean and more like a mini resort. We were really pleased with our room - modern design (seemed like newer construction), two levels with master bedroom upstairs, two outdoor balconies, and very clean. The hotel is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants, and old town.

We found ourselves on an unusual mezzanine floor between the second and third levels, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of suitcases we had due to our canceled flight. Navigating the stairs with all our luggage was challenging, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we checked in. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel's staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating.

The hotel itself was beautiful and, even though it was a last-minute booking, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for families. The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and even providing breakfast at 4:30 AM to ensure we could catch our rescheduled flight. Their dedication and kindness truly made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and family-friendly accommodations.

Hotel was very nice and check in was fast. When we entered the room it was big, bright, and \"looked\" clean until i went to use the shower, where i found many hairstrands hanging from the walls. Clearly, housekeeping didn't clean the showers, which i find disturbing. Im still grossed out. Front desk agent moved us into another room. Supervisor apologized in the morning. Im shocked that they didnt offer us anything for our inconvenience, not even help to move our luggages. There are a flught of stairs we had to use for both rooms.

Avoid - 1 star youth hostel at best.

Terrible. The hotel lobby looks like a youth hostel. That is the standard of the place. The photos are terribly inaccurate. It is dirty, lots of broken things around the place, generally very unattractive and rundown. Often no one on reception and no one answering the phone. No basic facilities that even a youth hotel or 2 star hotel would have. Depressing. The room was up several flights of stairs with no elevator. Google map the location - it is a rough area with nothing around - not pretty. It says sea view - but it is far away not front line so sea is in the distance over buildings, concrete and car parks. There is no where for taxi to stop to even taking luggage out and back is a nightmare. You are paying 3/4 star prices for a 1/2 star at best hotel. When I arrived - the pool was closed, there was no food or drink at all available in hotel - the reception suggested I order delivery on an app. The room wasn't ready. I left and they still took all the money.

I had a great, really comfortable stay at Eurostars Ibiza and I would definitely stay again. The location was great, with a 10 minute walk into the old town and a stones throw away from the beach! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The pool area was also great!

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Super nice suites hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Very Clean hotel. Pool area is very nice. Location superb. However, again, the hotel falls short on not having a bar/ restaurant, and not offering a genuine bar service and it really lacks atmosphere. When asked about drinking by the pool there is a reluctant “we can send an attendant up to the pool to take your order” [of a limited range of drinks] but it’s very half-hearted and when we did this the first time the attendant was unfriendly and it was clear having a relaxing day at the pool is not what Eurostars management want their guests to do. It’s maybe not quite sure what type of hotel it wants to be !? :))

It really surprised me. Everything was super clean. Rooms were renovated very recently. The staff was amazing. the only thing is parking but there is one 24 at a 5 min walk for around 20 euros per day.

The staff here are very attentive and proactively helpful, very refreshing change compared to other hotels. The room was cool, bright, clean and comfortable. Lively bed and very good pillows. The only downside is that their spa and pool bar is closed due to covid restrictions.

Only bad thing I would say about this hotel is its way way way over priced, I booked 3 nights in the duplex room and for the price I paid £1350 you can find another top end hotel for a similar price elsewhere, so was disappointed I didn't chose elsewhere, initially on arrival very disappointed as expected a lot more for the price. However once over this I intended to make the most of the trip and putting that aside the hotel was lovely and pictures are what you get, just overpriced. Very clean room, quiet and location 5 min drive to old town and 10-15 mins drive to playa den bosa is great. Staff were great too with ordering taxis and helping order food to the room etc. I would stay there again IF the price was much lower as you can stay in hotel such as bless, 7 pines, ushuaia for th e same price so expected it to be better

The staff at this property was very nice, but there were some major misses. Our AC did not work and although we complained every day nothing was ever done. No one came to repair and no one offered to move us. Also, housekeeping was nonexistent. They came in daily and made the bed, but that’s it. They didn’t replenish toiletries, give new towels, or even bother sweeping.

Great apartment. Pool on roof was lovely, our favourite part. Central figuretes. Literally 50 metres from beach. No view of sea from the lower apartments which is a shame. Beds slightly too hard for me but small criticisms on an otherwise beautiful, well priced hotel.

Fabulous hotel. I had a sea view duplex room, which was beautiful. Great view of the sea in very comfortable surroundings. Huge space over two floors with extremely comfy bed and linens. Lovely pool to chill by and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again. Ten out of ten!

1. Das Wetter war für Ende Februar wirklich atemberaubend schön. Ibiza ist wirklich super in der Vorsaison! Sieben Tage jeden Tag blauer Himmel und Sonnenschein bei 16 - 19°C und bei 8 - 11 Sonnenstunden jeden Tag.
2. Die Dachterrasse mit Infinity-Pool ist nach Norden, Osten und Süden ausgerichtet und man kann problemlos dort von Sonnenauf- bis Sonnenuntergang den ganzen Tag verbringen, sich sonnen, ein Buch lesen oder Musik hören.
3. Das Personal ist einfach Weltspitze. Fragen werden stets mit \"Perfect, Sir!\" beantwortet :-)
4. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet kontinentale und leichte mediterrane Kosten. Die Schokotaschen und der Apfelkuchen sind ein Traum. Es gibt in der Nähe auch einen Bäcker, der das bei deutschen Touristen beliebte Schwarzbrot verkauft. Nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
5. Man hat von der Dachterrasse einen phänomenalen Blick auf die Bucht und die Einflugschneise vom Airport IBZ. Hier sieht man die Jets mit den internationalen Stars im Endendflug. Nachts ist es ruhig. Zur Wahrung der Nachtruhe für Urlauber und Einheimische gilt ein Nachtflugverbot über der Stadt.
6. Tipp: Sehen Sie sich unbedingt das Museum für Archäologie von Ibiza und Formentera an. Es ist keine 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, direkt oberhalb auf dem Hügel, auf dem das Hotel steht.
7. Ibiza-Stadt hat für jeden Geldbeutel etwas im Angebot. Von Kebab bis Hummer, von ALDI, Lidl & Co. bis zu allen möglichen Luxusartikeln.
8. Die Stadt ist sehr sicher, freundlich und weltoffen.
9. Top-Hotel. Gerne wieder!

Die Zimmer in den unteren beiden Etagen sind zur Straße raus und man hat dann die Straße und ein schäbiges altes Gebäude vor sich.Dies findet sich in keiner Beschreibung.Im Gegenteil auf Expedia wird im Zusammenhang mit der gebuchten Kategorie ein Blick zum Wasser aus dem Zimmer dargestellt.Entspricht nicht der Realität. Auch die Lautstärke von der Straße muss man mal erlebt haben, aber leider nicht im Urlaub. Ein Zimmerwechsel mit Aufpreis wurde erst in Aussicht gestellt, dann aber wieder nicht.Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption am Tage war leider nicht sehr serviceorientiert.Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren allerdings sehr freundlich.

La chambre (suite) est spacieuse et tres bien entretenue. Le personnel est disponible et tres poli. Le petit dejeuner est tres complet et de très bonne qualité. L'emplacement est parfait, a côté d'une plage et de nombreux restaurants.
Les inconvénients : le wifi n'est pas accesible dans la chambre et l'hotel n'a pas de parking, le stationnement residentiel est payant.

Très bel hôtel très bien situé. Pas de vue direct sur la mer depuis le 2ème étage mais à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la promenade en bord de mer et la plage. Excellent petit-déjeuner type buffet. Personnel très professionnel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Eurostar Ibiza.
La suite était telle que présentée sur les photos.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié et bon.
Le personnel était très agréable, disponible et serviable.
Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit car la chambre donnait directement sur la rue.
Mais sans pour autant gâcher notre séjour

Pas du tout conforme à ce qui nous a été vendu. Chambre sur rue avec plein vis à vis . Rue bruyante alors que des chambres avec vue mer étaient disponibles. SPA, salle de sport ,piscine et bar tout était fermé. Aucune négociation possible avec le personnel. Couloirs en très mauvais état. A déconseiller. Horriblement cher. Très mal négocié par Expédia. Aucune reponse de vos services à mes 1eres remarques le jour de mon arrivée. C’est une honte. C’est une arnaque.

Suite joliment décorée et cuisine bien équipée.
Bord de mère à 2 minutes à pied.
Coin piscine agréable.
Ville historique joignable en 10 minutes à pied.

Points d’attention :
Suite donnant sur rue el relativement mal insonorisée.
Une bouteille d’eaux minérale gratuite serait la bienvenue ainsi qu’un kit café/thé.
