Some Ibiza Fun

Great hotel if you are going to have a fun time in Ibiza. Easy walk to Beaches, restaurants, and markets. Pool and Restaurant onsite are awesome as are all the team working at hotel. Hotel has some wear on it and can be loud but that's what we signed up for to come to this area of Ibiza so we enjoyed it. Having a shower available in the lobby to use after checkout was an awesome perk when our flight got super delayed, never seen that option from a hotel so it was truly appreciated.

Really nice lively hotel, Super friendly staff, Ryan’s pub serves good food and drinks at reasonable prices, hotel rooms are very nicely decorated with really good blackout curtains, housekeeping change the bins and towels every 2 days and bed linen every 4 days, you can get a towel for the pool from reception for a €10 deposit, all in all had a fantastic week in a lovely hotel, just be wary the slopes around the hotel are extremely slippery when wet.

The room was very small and dirty. The pictures look much larger. The "pull out bed" is a joke. Our bunk beds had termites and the front desk did not care. Worst accommodations I have ever had. They do not clean the room or provide fresh towels/linens.
The front desk is rude and not helpful.
Pool area and bar is ok. The bar is a bit expensive for the quality. No towels for pool! 12 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

Hotel prices in Ibiza are quite expensive and this hotel was reasonable. However, the rooms were very spartan and simple. Similar to a dorm room in college. This is a party hotel and primarily occupied by young adults with a DJ at the small pool until late hours. It was within walking distance to nearby beaches and restaurants. The A/C struggled to keep rooms cool. Overall satisfactory for our stay.

The flat was very But very dirty! They said that they cleaned but was disgusting! You could see that nobody wash the floor , and after was very cold in the room and we asked for a hitting and the girl from reception said that we need to pay extra for this!!! Property location was very good but air conditioning was not working in whole hotel. I contacted receptionist twice and they said they won’t be able to fix it till next day morning before our check out. It was so hot that we couldn’t sleep whole night. Overall, it was terrible experience.

the hotel is super disgusting, majority of the people that say here are in their 20’s; therefor all they do is yell. The room was dirty, it smelled so bad and there was mold in the shower. The rooms here do not get cleaned everyday therefor you have to be ok with using the same towels and sleeping in a dirty room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this was the top worst hotel I have ever stay at.

Budget friendly apartments

Ryan’s has and is one of the great budget finds for Ibiza. I’ve stayed at the apartments twice now over 3 years. The place is starting to show a bit of wear as it is a lads/lass’ group kind of place. Also the cleaning was less than stellar this time when we arrived. Still all nothing overall bad that would make you not want to stay here but they have some room for improvements.

At check-in we found a dirty flat - with hair in the bathroom and also stains on the sofa. Asked to re-clean, but also after that it wasn't really perfect... Quite a busy property - ideal if you plan to hang out mainly in the playa d'en bossa area - as it's a bit too far to walk to the old town, but perfect to walk to the Ushuaia.

We absolutely loved this place, having Ryan’s pub onsite was handy for a quick cheap breakfast when your feeling under the weather. The restaurant was priced well and I would recommend trying the arrabiata pasta and the chicken wrap.

Having a pool to escape and recover next to instead of being couped up in a hotel room was a life saver.

Having a 24 hour reception was handy and all the staff we’re really helpful. The location was great, we were able to walk home from Hi Ibiza one night and amnesia was a short ride in a taxi. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return again soon.

it was average. Cheaper than most other places on the island. The location was not too central but not too bad either. Beware- there is no sandy beaches around, everything close has pebbles and rocks/ not fun to swim in. It had a more hostel vibe than an apartment. Apartment was decently clean, but you only get room service every 4 days. Not having fresh towels was a major inconvenience with hot weather and zero beach towels. The bar in the hotel lobby was LIT. Front reception was helpful and they even helped get us tickets for a sold out show at another hotel. Worth staying if you are only looking to sleep there.

AirCon broke the first night. There was no solution until the morning. I asked to speak to manager about the cost, and they kept telling me the manager wasn't there and putting me off. No one cleaned the apartment. Pool is a lot smaller than the picture.

The check in was easy and staff was helpful. The apartment is out of my expectation! Comfortable and clean! It was really great as it comes with a balcony and you could just hangout with friends. It wasn't loud or noisy at night during my stay. Enjoyed it! Getting around is also easy, the desk staff could help you order a cab and they would arrive within 5 minutes. However it is a 25 minutes walk to Hï Club and Üshuaia. But you can always get a cab to get there. All and all, 5 star and recommended!!

Excellent facilities. Excellent staff. The suites are apartments which makes them ideal to plan and cook meals and retreat to your place when you wish. Supermarket is right behind it for your grocery and libation needs. Nice pool area. Short walk to Figurettas and restaurants along the board walk, half hour walk into the town where the bars and more restaurants are.

This hotel caters more to the partying crowd (it is Ibiza after all.) Loud young revellers screaming from their balconies, doors slamming all night. Don't expect an oasis where it's going to be calm and quiet at any given time. Housekeeping comes once every two days, which is not bad.

I wouldn't stay here again, would prefer somewhere closer to the town and quietter.

I never got to come here because I got injured in the Barcelona terrorist attack that happened a day before my stay. Every hotel and airline accommadated people going through this traumatic experience besides these disgusting heartless people who were soooo caught up on their cancellation policy no matter who died or who got hurt. They stole my money and then charged extra charges on my credit card when I NEVER EVEN GOT THERE. These people told me it's not their problem who dies and they have to make their business and therefore cannot return my money. DO NOT STAY HERE

Horrible front desk staff

The front desk staff had bad attitudes especially the manager, the wifi was not working the entire time we stayed and they kept saying it would be up the next day and never worked. Don't listen to them about what parties to go to either because they send you to the wack spots.

A main reason I booked this hotel is because they advertised free wifi in all areas. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were told that wifi only works in reception area and they are working to fix the wifi issue to the rest of the hotel by the next day. To make a long story short, the wifi issue was never fixed and we had no access to internet from the room. Also, the wifi in reception only worked if you were standing infront of the front desk. Also a word of caution, this hotel does not provide housekeeping for each day. They need to let their future customers know that towels and rooms are not cleaned each day. It was a shock to me, considering the price that they were charging per night.

Nice location with a super market around the corner. Room was spacious, clean and basic. I wish they had the standard amenities in the bathroom such as a bar of hand soap and shampoo. There was a dispenser in the shower which could be used for both soap and shampoo I suppose. Beds weren't the most comfy but then again, who sleeps in Ibiza :)

Ok apartment, short walk to Figueretas beach

Ok apartment, very basic but comfortable. Room cleaned and towels replaced every other day which wasn't a problem for me, but some would expect this to be done daily (or the option of fresh towels at least). My original room was on the ground floor right next to the pool and bar area which was a concern. Then I also noticed a strange noise when I flushed the toilet sounded like plumbing issues, so asked to be moved. The 2nd room was in block B and much better. In the 7 nights I stayed, I noticed at least 10 power cuts. They only lasted a couple of minutes each time, but very annoying if watching, charging equipment etc.

Hotel was okay but they failed to warn us on booking that they are currently filming a aweful big brother type show, Ibiza weekender. This meant there are cameras and mica set up all over the hotel, they constantly close the pool for scenes and stop you walking around certain areas or go to reception. It got very frustrating as a paying guest to be unwanted in the hotel.

The apartment is furnished in good condition with top quality bathroom appliances.
Good living space and close to supermarket.

The only fault would be there is only 1 shower room at reception. So if there is no late checkout available, you facing a long wait to use the shower to freshen up before flight home.

Spotless hotel a little quieter location

Stayed over Aug bank hol wknd. Hotel extremely clean and room the same. Rooms really modern with lots of space and beautiful sea and pool view. Location good if you want to visit the craziness of Bossa but don't want to listen to it all night long. Had issue on first night with neighbours having party in room till early hours with visitors but hotel staff great at shutting it down without us having to even mention it to them. Pool was good with plenty of sunbeds and food and drink really nice. Overall great stay. Only thing to mention is late check out - can't be confirmed until the day of departure and charged at €20 per person which I thought was a bit of a rip off as it should maybe be per room.

Great experience staying at Ryan's. You can purchase tickets for any parties at the front desk. The location was lovely, walking distance from playa d'en bossa and the staff was great! Really helpful. Even going so far as when I had to come back early from a night out because my heel broke the guy at reception offered to carry me back to the room 😂 Overall if you're taking a trip with friends and looking to chill and have a good time Ryan's is a great choice. Also the food and drinks by the pool are delicious and affordable.

Our only issue was the amount of young Brits doing drugs eeeeverywhere. This was quite ironic because we were yelled at for having out music too loud. Yet, there are kids raging by the pool.

The hotel is modern, nice and trendy. Beware upon check-in there is a 100euro holding deposit separate from full payment. This took me by surprise.

Location was convenient, quiet, not too far from tourist attractions. Hotel service was just ok. Power went out one evening and didn't come back on til morning, causing an early bedtime. Wifi included but never worked in apartment, only in public area.

3 nights in a spacious self catering 1 bed appt with sea view. It was very new and clean. This complex is aimed at young adults and we expected a bit of noise, but it wasn't bad. There was some door slamming and noise from next door when they came back at 4am, but sound proofing was quite good. You can get that even at the best hotels. Had everything you needed except washing up liquid, cloths and a tea towel to dry. Would have been useful. Large supermarket next door where we bought pastries, fruit, yoghurt etc, so didn't try the in-house breakfast.

Great value, perfect location just a short walk to the beach, shops and Ibiza old town. The staff were all amazing and the place was kept spotless. The rooms were soundproofed and in great condition. I would have liked control over the air con, but made little difference as not there during the day. The pool area was typically busy and loud, but this is Ibiza afterall. The food was great quality and reasonably priced, as were the drinks. There was a great terrace away from the pool if you wanted a little peace. I would happily recommend to others.

The hotel caters to young single adults and they do stay around the pool area; however, the apartments have been refurbished including soundproof glass glazing so if you close the sliding door you hear minimal noise. We were about 20 years older than the majority of the guests, but in no way did we feel uncomfortable--in fact everyone was friendly--especially the staff. We had a maintenance issue and they were very quick to respond. We only recommend a foot shower near the entrance as it may help reduce sand coming into the rooms and housekeeping will definitely appreciate it. . Apartments are comfortable and well-maintained, we highly recommend this hotel and if you rent a vehicle there is plenty of free parking within a few blocks. The location is about 25 minutes walking distance from the Ibiza Harbor area and only 20 minutes to Playa D'en Bossa.

My 6th time in Ibiza, so I know what to expect from 3* hotels in bora bora. Stayed 6 nights, 4 people, sea view room.

View from room was nice - only real positive.

Room was only "cleaned" once for the 6 nights we were there, lady at reception was so rude when asking for the room to be cleaned properly. Had towels only changed twice during the whole stay.

Great place in Figueretas for the hip & trendy!

Clean hotel, great location. Active pool/bar scene- so your party can start before you even leave the property! Nice room layouts. Hotel looks much older on the outside than the rooms look inside. A good distance to Ushuai, Space & Pasha , but easy to get a cab. Figueretas beach, food, and shopping just steps away.

Seul soucis c’est que quand le ménage était fait dans l’appartement au dessus il y avait un bruit pas possible très tôt de déplacement de meubles et c’était assez embêtant. Habían cucarachas en mi habitación, también en el pasillo,menos mal era solo una noche, poco clara la comunicación acerca del desayuno, nos dijeron que era hasta las 12 y cuando llegamos que eran las 11:40 dijeron que era hasta las 11:30, yo había adquirido un desayuno a bufet cosa que no logre, pero muy gentil el encargado nos dio un desayuno clásico que era unas tostadas de pan y pan brioches no era lo q esperaba pero al menos algo nos ofreció. Por las cucarachas no lo aconsejaría.

The room seemed not having been swept and properly cleaned properly at first sight, yet we've appreciated the team availability and promptness to solve it. The staff is really helpful and friendly, although check-in process can be sped up probably. The description as adult only is a little misleading, as the target audience seems young-adults oriented. Positiv: Super Ausblick aufs Meer. Taxi war in 1 min da.

Nicht so positiv:
- Gestank aus der Dusche
- Bett sehr hart
- Handtücher wurden nach 2 Tagen nicht gewechselt
- WLAN ging im Zimmer nicht

Weekend trip with friends

For a long overdue trip with friends we chose Ryanns Ibiza Appartmenfs , walking distance to the beach/restaurants/shops..great central location
Overall a very good experience, spacious appartment (3 bedroom) ,good beds and very helpfull and friendly staff.

Appartamenti tipo case popolari. Condominio rumoroso, e stanze per nulla insonorizzate. Appartamento sporco, addirittura muffa nel soffione della doccia. Il prezzo è troppo alto per quello che offrono. Offrono una Colazione pessima dentro un bar

Erg vriendelijk personeel aan de balie.
Kamers schoonmaken kan veel grondiger onder de bedden bijvoorbeeld, dweilen badkamer.
Dekens veel te dun en matrass zou fijn zijn als er een topper op ligt waardoor je die spiralen niet voelt.
De pub ging steeds vroeger dicht😁
Verder een fijn hotel, centraal gelegen.
