They sell wrong window seaview or blacony seaview for same rate. They will tell you it is randomly selected, and of course you r getting a jail window size to overlook the marina, it is not for looking it is for the day light and for noise from the bars to come through. Not worth the money! Location is good, however its better off going somewhere else because of the noise and to find out that you are paying same price (maybe more) with the people next door that actually have balcony tiny but exist. Rooms are small, so are showers. No elevator you are getting up on third floor by narrow staircase, mindful tho, you can’t drink alcohol because you can’t get upstairs drunk. Not again, thanks!

Súper recomendado! Su localización es perfecta! Con una hermosa vista a la marina, a unos pasos del puerto, ideal si decides visitar Formentera en ferry. También está rodeado de restaurantes y bares. Sin duda regresaré a ese Hotel si vuelvo a visitar Ibiza.

Location great , expensive for what’s offered

Great location , basic room no chairs on balcony, view of street and private apartments but do have shutters for privacy , the shower was dirty no shelf’s to put toothbrush etc, towels tiny , paint peeling on ceiling and main door been fixed many times and hard to slam closed it needs a spruce up. Cleaners woke us at at 8 am as we were next to cleaning cupboard, noise from street till early hours , no breakfast. Would stay again for location but quite expensive for what’s offered .

This hotel was perfect location for the old town and visiting Dalt Villa. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small balcony however no chair to sit on there. Our room faced the main street which did make it rather noisy until the early hours

The property is in excellent shape, the room was comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful. You could see all the boats in the harbour. The room is a little noisy, but you're in the centre of it all, and I was still able to sleep. I would have liked a few more breakfast options but there is plenty of food around the hotel. The staff were great and we had a nice stay.

We arrived at the hotel having paid extra for a view of the marina. Unfortunately we seemed to be in a room with a dog above our room as we were woken around 1:30am with the dog who proceeded to bark until gone 3:30am. Next thing, 8am we had boom boom boom from a heavy base of music from what sounded like a club outside. Very quickly this was added too by the builders who were renovating the entire marina right outside the window. Music was from the Red Bull Royale that was taking place - we had no idea what it was never mind that it was on on the dates we were there. The start was right on the marina. The builders worked all day, right through to 7pm - constant banging from a picker breaking up the concrete, the wagons coming & going removing all the rubble/rocks. We’d been out then tried to go for a late afternoon nap as we were shattered from the previous nights attempt of sleep. That’s how we know the builders worked so late.
The exact same thing every night with the dog constantly barking throughout the night. You can hear people walking by outside & the builders right on cue at 8am - again working & disturbing any chance of sleep.

The positives are that obviously all the work is being done ahead of the main season, so it won’t affect everybody. The location is great, loads of lovely restaurants around & a convenience store behind the hotel.

Had we been told about the building work I’d not have stayed there especially as we’d paid for a room overlooking the Marina

Average stay but good location

La Marina is very well located in the heart of Ibiza town. The rooms are small and dark, and the bathroom is even smaller. We had several issues with our key not working, being told it was our fault despite repeatedly saying it had been kept no where near any mobile phones. Staff spoke good English and resolved issues but not without some angst. We also had some issues with a lack of hot water in the shower and in general the rooms were not in good condition.

Although not the fault of the hotel, we were woken up 2/4 mornings by construction noise right outside. It would have been good to have better windows or been provided ear plugs.

It is useful you can store your luggage at the property and that the check out time is midday. Turnover service is good and towels and toilet rolls are topped up.

Maybe I should have researched the hotel more but the rooms don’t look like the pics at all. They are so outdated, mattress and pillow suck. Our bathroom door was broken and also there is no elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Staff is nice but sorry this is not a 3 star hotel. It wasn’t very clean or didn’t seem clean since everything is old.. idk. But mattress was nasty! It needs major renovation. Wouldn’t recommend!

직원분들이 너무 스윗하고 좋았어요! 숙소도 나름 깨끗하고 있을건 다 있어서 편했고요. 차 가지고 오시는 분들은 걸어서 20분 거리에 공짜 주차장이 있어서 거기 이용해도 되요 가까운 곳은 주차 자리 찾기 어렵더라고요 거리도 좁기도 하고요. 일단 항구랑 가까워서 다른 섬 투어하시는 분들에게 좋은 장소인거 같아요.

The best place to spend a weekend.

A great weekend at this superbly located hotel! Facing the port and close to everything. Easy access at any time of day or night. Cabs are close by. I also loved the decor and the simplicity of the place. I recommend it 100%, the café downstairs is great, the staff very attentive.

Exceeded my expectations completely. Was in the perfect area surrounded by shops and restaurants and bars but never too loud at night. Short distance from 2 separate beaches with easy access to transportation. the room was extremely clean and the Seaview was more than expected. The staff was accommodating since we arrived early and stored our luggage in a locker until our room was available. 100% would stay here again.

Will definitely be coming back here again. Agnes, Lidia and Mahte were the best!! Was our first time in Europe and the staff was very accommodating. They provided us with reccomendations to restaurants and beaches that were all absolutely amazing. The room was clean and air conditioning worked and we definitely needed it. Honestly zero complaints. Only down side was the walk to our room was up a few flights of narrow stairways but other than that this place is amazing right in the middle of everything. Coffee, food, and drinks downstairs were awesome!

The room and the building are in bad shape (nothing similar to the pictures shown in Expedia). The room was very small.
No lights in the shower as well as draining problems. Very bad smell in the hallways. The safe box was for decoration (broken).
Staff is friendly and location is good (next to the port), but situated in an extremely loud street. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was waterfront but onto the commercial harbour so somewhat dissappointing after where we had been in the north. The room was very small with an ugly batman mural over the bed with a tiny en-suite where the shower screen was broken.Had asked for a balcony room but ours only had a small window albeit to the front. It was very noisy outside until the early hours but we expected that and shut the window and used the air con.

We paid £199 for the room for one night but breakfast was extra. There is no parking nearby

We just stayed here for one night.

Location- Great if you want to be near the Marina or Pacha. If you plan to spend time near Ushuaia, I would find a place closer to there

Room: The room, bed and bathroom were all fairly comfortable. No issues there. There are no elevators, so if you have luggage you have to carry it up yourself.

Service: Only interacted with staff at check in and check out- they were quite helpful in directing us toward taxis etc.

Lots of restaurants/ bars around so convenient to grab food.

Stayed here for 3 nights, good staffs all very friendly. It’s a bit pricey but I guess it’s good location, restaurants and shops are legit all around the hotel. You can basically walk to any shops and restaurants you like because it’s so close to each other also it’s right opposite to the wharf great view!! Breakfast was not included which I think they should because of the price you pay. As I’ve been to many hotels with lower prices and they do include free breakfast. Overall good stay loved the location.

Located in the marina, my boyfriend and I came to Ibiza for the party scene. During the day, it felt a little family friendly but by night, the port was a very busy, and buzzing with liveliness. More for dinner and drinks before heading out to a club. Still a great location!

The hotel itself was accommodating and assisted with club tickets and getting a ferry to Formentera. The ferry was about a 3-5 min walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants surrounding but can be expensive as they are right on the port.

Great view, would stay here again.

great location, right by the the harbor in Ibiza town, in the heart of downtown, walking distance to bus stations, ferry terminal and about 20 min walk to the beach.
Hotel is nice, friendly front desk.
only negative issue, is that it is very noisy in the hotel room until 2-3 AM, as the bars and restaurants around the hotel are open until early morning.

Shops, bars, restaurants all within a 5 min walk and right outside your door! Typical European room. Very minimalist and small. It was clean and basic. The bed was comfortable and we liked that it was a full bed and not two twins pushed together like most hotels. I would stay again!!

VERY DIFFICULT TO REST UNTIL THEN.
SO II YOU WANT TO GO TO BED BEFORE THREE AM I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

We stayed for a quick weekend, and this was a good place to stay. Location wise, it was perfect-near the water taxis, great cafes, shopping, and bars. Downside: extremely loud, no elevator (as an American traveling with luggage, not great), and luggage storage room couldn't fit our suitcases. Hotel staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

This is a hard one for me. It's actually quite a cool property - tiny TINY rooms with not much room to store luggagebut I knew that before I booked. Rooms are right on the busy bar street so don't expect to sleep but I knew that too. I think the staff let it down a bit. Never felt like a guest - just a random from the street.

The location is very good, close to attractions.

The location was perfect but if you like a quite place, don't choose this hotel.
We were a group of 6 rooms.
The first night, someone knocked on our door at 3 Oclock in the morning to ask if we have a water problem. The second day, the room was not clean and repair. No one fixed our room.
One other room had an inondation and all the water comes on the suits on the floor.
No one helps us with the lugages, we had to carry our bagages 2 floors.
Afterrall it was just nice.

I travelled on business and chose this hotel based purely on price - it was August so everything is ridiculously expensive and this was the most reasonable that I could find. Small rooms, very clean, fantastic location on the marina. Noisy at night as you would expect. Service competent if unenthusiastic. A fairly nondescript experience - but a very central location

Lovely little hotel right on the marina

Stayed here for one night before leaving Ibiza - excellent location overlooking the super yachts and right by the bars and restaurants of the old town. Staff were very welcoming and we were pleased our room was ready when we arrived at 12pm. There was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor but it wasn't a problem for us. Spent the day at the beach so there was no issue that there was no pool, and spent the evening in the old town. Shower was really powerful, the room was spotless and beds very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the old town..... only downside was the noise from the bars below until the early hours, but we slept through it and I would imagine most people staying here would be out there in the bars anyway! Enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the marina..... Would definitely recommend

The hotel was hard to find but was surrounded by shops and cafes. The room was right off the pier. Unfortunately, the room was small and not what they advertise with their picture. I've added some photos so you can actually see the kind of room you get when you purchase through Hotels.com. Seems like false advertising to me. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable and there were no chairs in the room to sit. At my age, sitting upright on a bed gets rough on the back within a few minutes. The bathroom was very small and dark. The air conditioning worked good as well as the Wi-Fi but I won't stay here again.

Great staff, convenient location

So I'll start with the bad and finish off with the nice. There were three things I did not like about this hotel. Number one there was no hair dryer, two there were no toiletries, and three; the TV did not work. Other than that everything was great, nice clean rooms, close to everything (I did stay in the old building but the rooms were old but very well maintained and clean). I stayed there for two nights, one of which I stayed in my hotel room. I could hear people partying at night but I expected that and it wasn't too bad, I'm a heavy sleeper anyway so when I fell asleep it didn't bother me at all. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, someone stole my phone at a club and hotel staff helped me out a whole lot so I could make it back to the airport safe and on time (I was by myself with no way of checking flight information, etc. so they helped me).

Excellent balcony room with a small shower

The room location along with the balcony were a dream. However small adjustments would help. The bed ends are very sharp, we both have cuts from it. If the bed frame was rounded, that would help. The shower and bathroom is just too small. If the sink was smaller and counter larger, the room would be more functionable.
The shower was far too small. Otherwise we enjoyed our room very much, and will recommend this hotel to others.
The staff was very nice and helpful. We had asked advice on activities and beaches and they gave wonderful tips.
We are very glad we stayed at Ryans La Marina.
