Great Location, and large rooms. Although there have been some updates and renovations this property isn't luxury but its satisfactory... But One does not come to IBIZA to stay in their room. ;-)

It should be noted that if you book a studio, while its says rooms come with a balcony, it is an internal balcony / garden room i.e. essentially a room with windows.
This was not clear on the website and the hotel were kind enough to offer me an alternative room. The staff were incredibly helpful, but i travelled in october at the end of the season, any earlier they would have been unlikely able to accommodate my request.

I was worried reading the reviews but the place did the job nicely. Good pool area, apartment was really clean and fresh towels each day. The internet was terrible and the music was loud during the day which is only a problem if you went to bed each day at 10am like me

They didnt have a room ready for me so there was an issue in checking in. I dont know if it was the people or the staff but 5 people were served before me which was so rude! Waiting there after 24hrs of travel for the staff to serve others. They were incredibly slow and unorganised. Then the room.... its an apartment with 4 chairs, 3 couches and max people staying of 2. They wouldnt let anyone come to my room - literally kicked them out so what was thw point of getting an apartment. Too cheap to have air con remotes in the room so they had it on 17c and i got so sick which ruined the rest of the holiday. Every time i wanted to change it i had to go down and get someone to come INTO my room. Absolutely rubbish! The place itself was ok but as a self contained unit, there wasnt even a cloth to do the dishes, barely any cutlery, you couldnt cook anything so was a total waste of money. Good location. Crap pool and outdoor, crap/no bar.

It is definitely a one star hotel so be prepared for that, but it was better than I thought it was going to be. You get what you pay for which is a one star hotel, but the receptionists are nice and the rooms are old but big! The biggest con is that the air condition only stays on for 3 hours & then you have to push a button.

The only disappointment is that they don’t clean the room at all during your stay, they just change your towels and empty the bin.
Would be nice to change the sheets and vacuum the flat as well. Other than that we were very comfortable

Great place to stay at if you want to party your brains out! The hotel staff was helpful and respectful but very straight forward, which is appreciated by some but high maintainance people might want more pampering. The hotel is only about a block from the biggest party locations like HI and Ushuaia. The hotel also has pool parties of their own that last till morning hours. There is blasting music all around this area so if that’s not what you are looking for then consider Dalt Vila area. Hotel had a restaurant on site and is right on the beach with food and liquor service.

Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!

I'll start with the good! Location was perfect.. right next to the beach all the clubs are nearby (5 min walk at most)! The apartment had all amenities as expected and was quite large. Biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning.. the AC was set to not get colder than 25 and stopped working the second you opened a window to try to get some airflow. the air quality was so bad that it was extremely difficult to get any sleep and I left with a bad chest infection after 3 days!! Cleanliness was just OK, as expected for the low price/ good location.

I stayed in room 532 on 17th-19th August and was greeted by a friendly and welcoming member of staff at around 1am. I received an efficient check-in service at that time. He also showed me the place to catch a taxi to the airport at 7 in the morning.

A great location approximately 1 minute from the beach. An excellent pool party on the Saturday at the hotel with experienced DJs. Bora Bora was a quick walk around the corner. A bonus for dance music lovers. If you like your music, then you will be spoilt with this location. If not, noise levels are still tolerable within the hotel.

Perfect location, no problems would stay again!

The room with a balcony over looking the pool was perfect. Great size for two people, very clean and a modern feel. El patio is pumping. Nice to be able to chill out in the day by the pool or if you want music go to the beach and the Bora Bora bit with the Dj. Bathroom could of been a bit nicer and the beds could be a bit softer, but overall we loved it.

Felt unsafe and room had a disgusting smell.

Balcony didn’t lock and our room was at street level. Felt extremely unsafe.
The room had a very strong unpleasant odour and felt dirty. Not cleaned well. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

It was a nice hotel. Close airport and Ibiza town.
Booked it primarily since it was an adults only hotel as I fancied a skinny dip in the pool. However I was told not to be in the nude in the pool. However Es Cavallet beach was a short taxi journey.

Very nice apartments, good for couples and singles. Friendly staff and nice pool. Since it’s adults only I think you should encourage clothing optional for the pool as it’s all mature people at the end of the day in the hotel.

We came a week before high season, so there was a lot of construction in the pool/patio area. Bring earplugs! The beds were really stiff and I woke up groggy and sore everyday. It seems like the beds brings pressure to your head. It was not comfortable. The apartments were nice and clean. The location was also good. It’s right next to a taxi stand and walking distance to many bars and clubs. If it was high season, it would be a prime spot to be next to all the nightlife, but again, the beds were very stiff.

Good hotel at a nice location close to the beach

Had a good stay at Apartmentos Bora Bora. It is basically a party hotel, esp. at weekends & hence more suitable for the younger crowd. We did not know this when we booked it but the wonderful & helpful girl at the reception, Piedad, arranged a nice apartment for us at the ground floor in a relatively quiet area of the hotel. The hotel is right next to the lovely Playa d'en Bossa beach. This was was a blessing for we could enjoy early morning & late evening walks & relaxation on the beach. It is also located in a lively market area for daily conveniences. All in all a good hotel to stay in Ibiza.

Weekend in Ibiza

This was the perfect place for our weekend in Ibiza! We loved having a kitchenette and a balcony and we were close to some great nightlife. Pool and beach were both nice and they offered luggage storage! Easy access to hotel with buses. Only downfall was the bar prices were high (everywhere in ibiza) and some of the staff could be friendlier. Overall, Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Good Music

Right in the centre of the main party beach. Tons to do and easy to get around by bus or cab at night. Room was well maintained and staff was helpful. Also has a beach club in the back and a pool in the main area which they throw parties at during the day. Make sure you like good loud music if you stay here!

Great room and living space, next to the beach. Big furnished balconies over looking bustling lively street full of restaurants, bars and party goers or beautiful beaches on the other side. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a bit of an issue with extremely loud DIY happening in the lobby from around 9am but when my partner asked them what was going on they stopped immediately and apologised.
You can hear planes and party goers a lot of the time but the place is great and near everything you need at a good price for Ibiza. Would recommend.

Average apart-hotel, nice big apartments and balconies, nice pool and party area, but averagely cleaned, needs a revamp on a few things but for short stays in playa d'en bossa it is perfect, you'll spend very little time sleeping, if you're planning on sleeping through the day then pick a hotel that does not play music. The water I'm sure it was non drinkable as it tasted chlorinated and bleached which was horrific! Day staff at reception were lovely, helpful and very understanding when I made a mistake when booking the hotel, night staff ignorant and rude.

This place was terrible. The most dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. They don't provide you with clean sheets or towels unless during house keeping hours. The walls had holes in the walls, and I actually had to change rooms due to bug bites from the couch. They need they desperately need to renovate. Staff wasn't that friendly and helpful either.

Hotel room was horrible. Salty water plus broken shower which they never fixed even though I asked them to. Balcony door is not secure we had to put a chair to keep it shut. If you like drugs then you would love this place. People banging at your door at all hours trying to sell you drugs. Hotel staff very rude. Luggage room not secure anyone can literally walk in if they wanted to. However the location was excellent. I would recommend this place for people who want to party all night and not sleep. Also people have sex in the pool lol we also witnessed a random person walk in and steal from a group of guys in the pool. Would not recommend this place for couples!

Great value hotel in the center of Playa D'en Bossa. The hotel was a little dated but the rooms were a good size for the price. Separate bedroom, bathroom, living room/kitchen, and balcony. Walking distance to everything good including the bus stop (to go anywhere out of walking distance).

We were only here for a few days so wanted to be close to the clubs and bora bora, the apartments are perfect for this. They are a bit dated but if your here to party it doesn't matter too much. We didn't spend much time inside it. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday!

Bora Bora apartments - ideally located

Excellent basic and good value apartment which is centrally located in Bossa. You don't stay here for the facilities or luxury but if you want a clean and spacious place to crash out in its ideal. The fridge is a bonus over a hotel and it has everything you need. No bar and the pool area is deserted but you have the beach and other hotels nearby that are much plusher if you want to sunbath with more atmosphere.

THE FRONT DESK WARNS YOU TO MAKE SURE THE FRONT DOOR AND BALCONY DOORS AND KEPT LOCKED. DANGEROUS ZONE

THE 'APARTAMENTOS' HAVE MINIMAL ROOM SERVICE. THE WATER IS UNDRINKABLE. SHOWER IN DILUTED SEA WATER.
THE KITCHEN NOT STOCKED.

THE DECOR IN THESE ROOMS..FLEE MARKET. THE FURNITURE..GARAGE SALE, THE TOWELS AND SHAMPOO..DOLLAR STORE.

THE SURROUNDING APARTMENT GROUNDS ARE FILTHY. THE BEER BOTTLES AND PLASTIC CUPS THAT ARE NOT LEFT ON THE BEACH ARE ON THE BANISTERS. THE GARBAGE PAILS ON THE BEACH ARE OVERFLOWING.

BORA BORA BRAG ABOUT THE BEACH PARTY DISCO. TOO BAD MUSIC IS SO BAD. THE PRICE OF DRINKS JUMPS AFTER 4:30. BECAUSE OF THIS BEACH PARTY LOCATION, FOOD, DRINKS, BEACH CHAIRS AND ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN THE AREA.

THEY TACK ON 3 EUROS A NIGHT FOR A LOCK BOX WITH A KEY. DEPOSITS OF 20 EUROS FOR THE LOCK BOX KEY, THE TV REMOTE, AND THE AC REMOTE.

THE AREA IS NOT SAFE!! I WAS PICK-POCKETED. I SAW TWO PEOPLE GET ROBBED ON THE BEACH. THERE IS NO POLICE PRESENCE IN IBIZA OR NOTED SECURITY.

JETS THAT FLY OVER THE APARTMENS, THE BED SHAKES. THE DISCO MOVES UNDERGROUND SO TO SLEEP FEELING THE BASE IN YOUR CHEST.

FREE WIFI, BUT NOT IN THE ROOMS. YOU NEED TO USE IT IN THE LOBBY. THE TV IN THE ROOM, THE SIZE OF A I-PAD, HAS NO SIGNAL, AND NO TV REMOTE ANYWAY

I had a terrible experience. First of all, the Air condition was freezing & leaking so the room was very hot. Therefore, I had to change the room, but the Air condition was awful too. Second, the music started from noon to 5 am so i could not sleep during this time. Finally, the water in the hotel is salty water!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect spot amidst all the action in playa den bossa in ibiza. Affordable accommodation amidst really expensive hotels. Day party every day by the pool/beach. WiFi is horrible and non existent but its the case in almost every hotel so i can hold it against them. Stayed here before and i will stay here again.

Someone tried to break into our room and it was just myself and another friend staying and we are young female girls. The staff didn't care at all, in fact that told us it happens all the time. Would never stay there again or recommend it. Super expensive and super dirty. All the drains blocked up quick and the bedroom smelt too much to sleep in.

Rooms have no clean water. The water in the washroom(shower and sink) is salt water. Music is so loud and is played ALL DAY AND NIGHT. You need earplugs to sleep. Yes the hotel is on the beach HOWEVER, it is the promoter beach so you can never just relax. Every two second you will have club promoters coming up to you.

These apartments were very lively which I didn't mind as no one goes to ibiza to get lots of sleep.
The thing that did disappoint me was the rude lady on reception and the faulty air con! Plus the pool looked gross.
Overall stay was ok, as location was great. But wouldn't go back to these apartments.

Mouldy room / \"Have a bad day\"

We were a party of 3, all decent people. First room smelt of mould (room 503), causing 2 of us breathing difficulties. Asked to be moved rooms (moved to to 403) - this was not much better. Not suitable for human habitation. Also, we were required to pay a 'deposit' upon check-in (which we had not been informed of upon booking) and at checkout the chap on reception tried to tell us that we hadn't paid it. Ended up having an argument with him (which resulted in our being refunded the deposit), following which he sad to us \"have a bad day\". Absolutely diabolical in every sense, do not stay here!

Bora Bora is 'THE' Place to be!

If you are thinking Ibiza and you want to stay in the thick of things but not spend an arm and a leg then stay at bora bora apartments. It is blocks away from Ushuaia, space, restaurants and bars in the middle of Playa Den bossa. Arguably the best place to stay in ibiza. THe ppol parties during the day in the summer are always awesome. Rooms are cool but not top quality but who is staying in the the room in the ibiza anyway right? lol.

Will be perfect for young people! The best pool parties at the Jet apartments (the same complex). Didn't stay at our room at all. Only sleep for a few hours and shower. The best location!!!!!!!

Boys trip away!!!!

Hotel was clean and tidy, and less noisy than I thought it would be, given that it was right in the middle of it all, would go there again with the lad's, would go somewhere a bit more upmarket if I went with my partner, but in saying this we did see some children, so for the money we paid, I'm pleased.

No bed bugs as some reports stated on trip advisor, and room was clean and tidy,

El apartamento estaba un poco sucio, tanto el suelo de la habitación como de la cocina.
Los apartamentos no tienen aislamiento sonoro y se escucha mucho ruido tanto los aviones del aeropuerto como la gente hablando de las habitaciones cercanas.
No dispone ni de microondas ni de horno, apenas se puede cocinar.
La puerta del baño estaba rota y solo dispone de una sartén quemada.
Por otra parte, la ubicación es buena, cerca del centro de Ibiza y a 10 minutos del aeropuerto.
La zona de la piscina está bien con las hamacas, el personal de recepción es amable.
