All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke fluent English. The hotel was beautiful, unfortunately we had lots of ants in our room. The pool was nice and we had a walk out room which was wonderful. The on site restaurant was amazing with a large delicious breakfast buffet. The bar and lunch/dinner menus were great too. A short walk to the bus, the beach, Ushuaia, and a zillion shops and restaurants.

The location of the property is amazing if you’re going to the major well known clubs in Ibiza. I love the apartment as the space is very generous with the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped and love the extra bed in the lounge area. Overall the room and facilities are clean. Unfortunately there is no hard pillow, hair conditioner and the curtain is not enough to blackout the room so it is very hard if you want to sleep during the day. The sound proof is also very poor as you can hear the people walking through the corridor and the pool music.

Great apartment spacious & spotlessly clean. My nine & ten yr old children loved the pool and the cabana style beds for a bit of respite from the sunshine. Breakfast was all you need really, Clean and modernish looking in communal places . Friendly, polite & welcoming staff. Easy access to all shops & beautiful beach. Alas didn’t go for the night life so can’t say much about clubs!

5 star stay at Ebano Spa Hotel. Great location to the airport, restaurants and bars and a stones throw from the beach; yet JUST off the main track to ensure you feel relaxed. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and informative about local facilities etc. Staff fixed a small issue with the door immediately AND gave me a free spa visit to compensate. Kitchette area which allows you to self cater if required or simply chill ur holiday bevages ! Great atmos around pool and a lifeguard present all day despite it being low season. Would defo return to experience the ‘peaceful and party’ scene Ibiza has to offer !

Fantastic time here and the staff were so friendly, helpful and multi-lingual which was great as my Spanish is limited. No question was too small and the rooms were so clean and tidy with fresh items daily and washing accessories etc for the kitchen. Cute private balconies and AWESOME location. Facilities were excellent. They booked taxis for us and gave great advice for car hire and locations. We loved it here and will definitely book again if we come back.

We loved this property! We didn’t realize the weekend we booked was their first weekend reopened, but you would’ve never known because everything was great! Everyone at the front desk was so kind. The pool area was incredible. Everything was so clean. We also didn’t realize we were getting a balcony so that was a really nice surprise. It’s down the street from Baloo which was popular during the club off season. I would most definitely rebook with this property. Thank you so much for a great experience!

A lovely hotel very close to the main strip including Ushuaïa and Hï and the beautiful beach but still quiet enough. It’s best to phone ahead if you plan on checking in late because we had to wait quite a while for the night staff. Lifeguard only arrives at 11am (but was late both mornings!) and you can only get pool/beach towels from him so was annoying to wait around when we wanted to get on with our day.
Other than that, Ebano was a lovely place, spacious apartments that could easily have 4 people. Well equipped kitchen, Bluetooth speakers and rain shower.
Breakfast is available for €13 each. Good spread and can order eggs. Gluten free bread available on request but no lactose free milk alternatives.
Taxis were very easily accessible and arrived within 2/3 mins of the hotel ordering but beware the taxis can get very expensive in the evenings. Would definitely return back to this area in the future.

Adults Only? Hardly. This felt like Spring Break in Ibiza. Beautiful Hotel, Amazing staff, Gorgeous Rooms. So worth it on that front. But the assault of the (forgive me) British Bad boys/girls, made this one of the worse experiences ever. Never went near the pool or spa, because the assault of loud, boisterous people made it impossible to want to go near. If you're looking for a lewd, loud frat party,, its here. If you want a more sophisticated crowd, you have to go where they are priced out. (Nikki Beach, Blue Marlin, etc) I was in Ibiza to Party, and did... but didn't want to come back to this every day/eve. I think there is a private area at this hotel, but one eve we had to cope with skinny dipping kids(adults?) screaming at 2am with the hotel manager screaming at them to get out....Even the private area can't keep that away from you.

Excellent customer service; staff went above and beyond at all times, they were so friendly and helpful. All rooms overlooked the pool which was nice. There was always a sun lounger available by the pool and it was really relaxing and quiet. It is in a great location, literally a 3 minute walk from Jet Apartments, 10 max (probably more like 7) from Ushuaia and Space. The only bad thing was the wi-fi connection and that once the sun went behind the apartment block around 6.15pm, there was no outside seating in the sun; you had to leave the complex entirely to see the last hour or so.

I think you will be able to hear the aeroplanes wherever you stay on play d'en bossa. This is definitely a chilled out hotel, not a party hotel, guests were very quiet and there is night security to keep the noise down, I thought this was odd given its located so close to the beach and clubs.

Came here with a buddy of mine on a Euro trip and got a room here with the deck facing the pool. The room was big and can easily accommodate at least 4 people. You have a nice island kitchen and wall mounted tv's in the living room and bedroom as well. There are lots of cabinets in therewhich is a big plus! It's on the Main Street where all the clubs and restaurants/bars are and walking distance to everywhere.

Stayed at the hotel a few times now. Perfect location for Bossa. We stay for partying all night relaxing all day and it's just whats needed. Small room but 4 big lads still had enough space to get ourselves sorted.

Staff is a little rude however the rooms were pretty nice. Outdated appliances but everything worked other than the AC. I was starting to literally boil inside of the room. In fact, I was contemplating on just sleeping outside on the back patio instead of being melted by my own blistering sweat. Also, the computer they provide only allow access to some European websites, not much more than that which I thought was pretty stupid. Noisy but doesn't matter when you're in Ibiza. Pool is actually large and refreshing with a nice deck. Stay here if you want to save money and have a decent place to sleep.

This place is perfect for the price. The location is a 5 min walk from the main drag at Playa de en Bossa, Bora Bora and Space only 10 mins. The restuarant at the Ebano was lamost always empty. The breakfast plate is great, but other items can be hit or miss. Overall I would come here next time, but I would make sure not to get rooms 101 through 108, they are down a long hallway that really pull you away from the pool view. The pool is always being enjoyed by beautiful people and its worth having a good view. Ibiza in unbelievable!! Go!

Great location- no frills
If you are looking for no frills, a clean and basic place to rest your head and get ready for the clubs this is a great deal! The rooms were standard but larger than I expected. You absolutely cannot beat the location- less than a few minutes walk from the beach, bus pickups, grocery stores, and local bars/restaurants (including fast food). Bonus, you don't hear any of the noise from the main strip. Refridgerator and cooking applicances in the kitchen were convenience. You can also walk to Ibiza town from here with no problem. I especially appreciated the luggage storage and courtesy room (with shower!) on our last day as we checked out but didn't leave until the evening. I would recommend to my family and friends and without a doubt would stay here again.
