The room had a strong odor from prior smoking.
The AC Unit was very and did not work properly - tonight was cold in GA and the unit did not heat the room.
Bed lumpy and flat pillows- simply not comfortable.
Sorry. I wish I could be more supportive. But it was simply not in good condition.

Not bad but it would've been much nicer.

It could've been better, but I needed a place to stay for a few nights. There were cobwebs around the fan in the bathroom. It looks like there was dry white pain on the wall of the shower. There were scratches looks like it was coming off from the bathroom sink. The white bed sheets could've been cleaner. There should've been free breakfast at the hotel.

It’s a low budget motel charging like they’re the Hilton. No amenities at all. It just feels like a clean dump. The covers have that used smell. The Interstate (I-20) is next to it and you can hear all the traffic 24/7.

I liked the price and the room was clean. when checking in the receptionist was rude. No coffee maker in room. The pool is full of sand, to the top. The front door locked at all times. Trash on the outside grounds.

my over all stay was great. But on the site its sayed 10$ for pet deposit but i was charged 20$ and your cleark can not count because ishe charged my card 12.25$ i gave her 4$ one dollers bills and 4$ dollers in change and she tells me i gave her six dollers i count it out agan and show her its 8$ dollers so in all i was over charged by 10.75$ and with the other guestin and out and moving tables around all night and then i could not get the wy-fy password. you know i had walked 15 miles and had the have my boss send me money to get that room i qas so tired i did not fill like doing any thing but resting but the room was great just your front desk people need better traing

The Jameson Hotel has a massive cockroach infestation. Upon entering the room, we saw and killed one. Within a half hour, five more were exterminated, including one crawling across our bed.

The bedding didn't appear to have been laundered. There was a large cigar burn on the comforter, bug excrement remnants on the sheets, and blood on one of the pillows.

The crowd that was entering other rooms were loud and disrespectful - slamming doors, blasting music from their vehicle and room, yelling, partying, etc.

We were out of the room within an hour to book a different hotel, which was clean and comforting. The Jameson represents a 'rent by the hour' feel. I suppose you get what you pay for.

I advise everyone to reconsider your options if you are seeking a hotel stay in the Conyers area. There are many fabulous alternatives to this dive.

They DO NOT clean those rooms like they should!!

The stay was ok. I had room service clean my room. I sat on the back of my truck, watching them. They (some lady and her kids)did not do a good job. I had to go buy a broom and everything to clean the room myself. At least, then I'd know my room was clean. This couple was staying in room 116, beside me. They got moved one morning at check out time. That night, the chick went back to 116, knocked on the door, and told the new people that her son had left his b.b. gun pistol in the microwave, and sure enough, after house keeping had \"cleaned\" the room, sure enough, it was still there. Shows how good they clean it, when someone checks out.

The \"manager\" A.K.A the owner, that lives at the hotel, on the side the pool was on, kicked me out because my dog got sick.

Amenities included free breakfast on the website. Arrived and signs up saying no breakfast due to the Covid pandemic. Most other hotels are having breakfast and it’s been 2 years which is plenty of time to take free breakfast off your website. Quit advertising free breakfast or start serving it. Otherwise hotel was ok.

I would suggest you drive 100 more miles before you think of staying in this nasty place. Dirty sheets and pillowcases. Room had horrible odor. I walk out of room to cancel reservations for a refund in less than two minutes. I wouldn’t force my dog to stay there and he is an outside dog.

Clearly the hotel is in very poor condition. The dresser in my room was broken all three drawers. The room had a funky unsanitize odor. The check in girl had a very angry/nasty disposition. She wasn’t customer friendly at all. The pool was dirty and it’s a con. The towels were dinghy bedsheets atrocious. A minus star. The door to my room wouldn’t open. The television wasn’t working. Just ridiculous

Unfortunately my stay was during April 2020, during COVID 19. Understandably, the stay was wearing masks and gloves and the dining area was shut down for safety.

I got a nice discount on the room using Hotels.com!

I hope we all come out of this trying time in our country stronger and closer as a Nation!

Neither the TV remote or the room phone worked. Maintenance man said the problem was in the wall!!!!?? Room had an odd odor and was very dirty. Holes in the wall, dirty toilet. I ended up leaving after being their only 2 hours!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hotel was difficult to locate. Hotel is dated and in need of major repair.
Mattress and pillows were hard as rocks. Slept with lights on for fear of a bug invasion.
“Cleaning” was questionable. Toilet seat had pubic hair on it and dirt as if someone had been sitting on it with a dirty buttox. Security latch on door only 1 screw holding it on though I appreciate the bright blue door to highlight my exit in case of an emergency. Holes in walls and peeling lead paint. Depended on other reviews. The good ones were written by either liars or folks coming from a third world country!! This hotel stay was the worse I have ever experienced and I have traveled the world in my 70 years. Will never ever use this hotel again.

It's Filthy & Disgusting!!!
We had to go & buy our own towels, because theirs were stained and dirty.
Inches of dust covered everything in the room.
A shattered Mirror, stained chairs. I was afraid to sit down. NEVER took my shoes off!!
Wore flip flops to shower.
Thank God, I brought my own blanket.

I requested as a Courtesy for a Noon check out as we checked in about 10pm. We were 1 of 4 Guests in the Hotel.

I was told that....\"By Law in All 52 States in the Country the check out time Must be 11am. The extra hour was $20\"

Well....Coming from the Hotel World that couldn't be further from the Truth. Complete LIE, which he then argued with Me.

I brought ALL of the Issues with the room to his attention....\"Oh well\" was the Response.

It's a FILTHY PLACE and Extremely RUDE.

I travel Every weekend and this is the Worst Hotel I've EVER been to in 47 years.

Not a good experience

The room had visible repairs with silicone not smoothed out (looked like done by individual not experienced) and the bathroom shower was dingy and had stains on the floor. We chose not to have housekeeping. The frig and microwave world well.
We did have noisy neighbors Saturday night and they were yelling and arguing. I called the desk and he did go down and ask them to be quiet. That last for about 30 minutes. We put on headsets with music to try to drown it out. We finally called the front desk to report it again. His response was that I have already gone down there. My response was to go again or I would call the police to investigate. The desk clerk did go down there and at that point they must have left because the door slammed and I did not hear anything again that evening. When housekeeping clean the room for the next guest, they failed to check the alarm. At 6:30 the alarm starting ringing loudly and could not break turned off because the room was vacant.
After not sleeping the night before but 4 hours and to be awakened when I could sleep today 9-24-18 was not pleasant. I would not stay here again.

I decided to save about $30 between this place and the Hampton Inn a block away. Spend the extra money. Nothing special here and a bit scary at times. The room was ok, a few repairs that were done on the very cheap. Bought our own pillloes st Walmart. Again not the worst place I’ve ever stayed for less than &100 but spent the extra $30.

when I checked in, two of the desk staff were having a heated discussion about who was going to work on Monday. the lady told me it would take 15 min to check in and to take a seat. I stood at the desk until she gave me a room key. I asked to be on building side away from highway. She said that 1/2 of hotel was all smoking rooms. obviously not true. 'Breakfast 'was awful. nothing fresh. room very old, in need of update. Room painted in mix of 8 colors, none of which matched. best thing i can say is that the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. next time i'll pay $20 more and stay at a decent place.

The room had a terrible odor, missing light bulbs, no coffee or coffee pot, refrigerator in the room was unplugged didn’t work well after being plugged up, the toilet wouldn’t flush when we first checked had to get the maintenance guy to come fix it. We called front desk after check in to advise of everything wrong in the room they were able to fix the toilet however we didn’t get the missing light bulb until the day before we checked out. The odor remained in the room until we bought febreze and sprayed the room.

Could not check in early because of room availability. For $15 extra we could get a room. Had been traveling and visiting all day and finally got back to the hotel late, tired and ready for bed. In the morning we found roaches. About midnight was up to use the restroom and three roaches were having a party. Upon inspection we found the sheets were dirty and also the dresser had broken drawers in it. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy. We are requesting a full refund and checked out after the first night of a two-night reservation.
