The only rooms that was available because of repairs of the hotel was in the back and that rises off a very busy freeway to 85. There was no coffee pot. There was no irony bought at the light was very dark in there. The only light they had was in the bathroom And the one that they had for the walk-in area was over by the window away from the bedroom, I had a problem with the manager when I arrived, I asked him not to put me in the back because I was a female travel however, I will not return again. The service was awful.

Remote to the TVs don’t really work, they have roaches around the tv areas and a hole in the bathroom that I was in. And they don’t be having enough face rag to use (only 1), don’t be having enough pillows, might be one in the room. And they always saying they can’t get anything for ya when it’s not in the room to start out with

The towels were so rough!! The TV kept losing a signal, the bedspread had holes all on it and the trash can was trifling!! No one bothered to clean it out, just put a bag in it. I’m done staying at anymore Motel 6 locations!!

The room was extremely outdated and in poor condition. The beds were like rocks and the sheets were so thin they might as well not have been there. I stayed for 4 nights for work and the first 2 my room key card was deactivated and I had to go to the office and get it reprogrammed. The only plus was I didn’t see any bugs. If you need a quick place to sleep and don’t care about cleanliness then this will work

Overall the room was what you would expect considering the rate and being in the Atlanta metro area. The outside of the building looks horrendous—chipped paint, run down infrastructure, etc. It was quiet outside though for the most.

A small 42” inch was mounted to the wall. The fridge and microwave was spotless. The AC was old and I had to jiggle the plug to make it come on. I had the single bed, and the sheets weren’t totally clean and had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was tiled, no tub just a shower as if the whole bathroom floor was part of the tub. It wasn’t terrible if you just needed somewhere to crash, but not the most comfortable.

> Very disappointing experience. The staff was cold and completely unaccommodating. I arrived late due to a delayed flight, having to rent a car, and an urgent visit to my uncle in the intensive care unit. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel refused to let me check in unless I paid for an entirely new reservation. There was no empathy, flexibility, or effort to help in a very stressful moment. I would not recommend this hotel based on how guests are treated when circumstances are beyond their control.

The only thing that work correctly in the room what the AC and heat The room was filled with roaches dead and alive several attack my food and they were even in the bathtub whenever I shower there is a leaking sink that I had to shelf towers up under so the water wouldn't flood out the floor up under the sink there is mold coming from back up under the baseboards awakening the first morning there I woke up with severe nasal indigestion and I automatically knew that that was coming from the mold spores from under the sink and over the front door

The room was strait nasty. Filthy. Disgusting. The entire floor was covered with a layer of grime. You can tell it hasn't been mopped in months!! Bathroom has zero ventilation, no fan, no nothing. So guess what it did to the walls, yep, molded... It was absolutely ridiculous. The question is, who monitors this? Who regulates the standard for hotel room cleanliness in order for it to be considered fit for someone to live and pay?

I reserved a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. It stunk, I asked for a new room and as given another smoking room. Fortunately it didn't smell as bad. When I took off my socks the floor was filthy. It was so bad that after I showered I placed my feet on the shower mat and sild it across the room instead of walking on the floor. When I looked at the mat it was black underneath.

Food options are limited but not bad and bed comfort is HORRIBLE ! they bed bugs and spiders. TWO buildings are INFESTED with roaches. They dont clean the room formal. They dont wash the bedding or the rooms unless it is REAL visible stains and they use the same towels, bedding in the room. They OVER PRICED. Pool never opens. The staff is RACIST, RUDE AND NASTY PEOPLE AND SO IS THE OWNER. They would rather none payers to walk around begging to be on the property instead of honest people who paying for rooms to be there. They will anything to be mean towards you for or to try to block you from booking there. They give everyone a different set of prices and they will take the price up when you come to extend at the desk so it's better to do all bookings online. They also have LOTS of people selling drugs, women selling their bodies and trafficking there and YES THEY ARE AWARE OF IT! Which is why they dont want regular people there. If you have kids, watch them closely because they like to say little smart things towards them or use them also as a way to say you are blocked from being here because your kids. I have plenty of photos, videos, witnesses and proof.

I really want a full refund because there was blood on multiple walls mold in multiple ceilings mold in the AC unit that has never been cleaned from all the dust towels were dirty and disgusting and they were supposed to be there clean towels the pool was still closed. The door handle and lock was broken. Multiple lights did not work. Bedsheets were dirty. I slept on the floor rather than the bed. I just had back surgery. That’s how bad it was that I preferred to be on the floor, the room in the pictures on hotel.com is nowhere in that place. The worst part is I am a maintenance supervisor for the largest independent on tour company in the world. You can contact me personally to find that out.

This stay was a nightmare, the lights in the room did not work, there were dead roaches in the room, the towels looked like someone washed the floor with them. Outside the room there was trash everywhere and it smelt horrible. I’ve been at a Motel 6 before but this one needs to be condemned.

The outside of the building was in disarray and it smelled like urine everywhere. I figured as long as the room didn't look and smell the same it would be fine since we would only be sleeping there. Checked in and given a room key that didn't work. The clerk couldn't get it to work so he offered me a different room. Room hadn't been cleaned. Floors definitely hadn't been swept or mopped. Trash still between the bed and wall. Linens were clean so we could at least sleep in the beds. Microwave didn't work. They didn't care. Last night came back to room emptied, cleaned and keycard not working. When I went to the front desk they asked my room number and said i was checked out then looked in the computer and saw I didn't check out but said I only paid for two days. Told them that was wrong too and they looked again and saw I wasn't checked out and asked my room number again because I was in the wrong room. I explained what happened the first day to the same guy who checked us in. He didn't remember and said no one corrected my reservation after the issues the first day and they said my stuff was probably in the back. They found our suitcases and offered no apology or took responsibility at all.

This hotel was disgusting, they had roaches falling out of the curtains. The bedsheets have never been changed. Dirty with stains. The outside structure was falling apart and they had caution tape wrapped around. The pool was dirty and green. I could not stay there at all. The curtains were being held up by screws. They had to cancel my reservations, there ia no way i could have stayes there for a week. Juat dont go here!!!!!

Was only allowed to swap towels and sheets once for a week. No stopper for tub, even after asking did not get one. Microwave didn't work. They swapped microwave which was absolutely filthy inside. Covers on the bed had big holes in it, sheets were stained. Only time to swap towels and linens out \"1 x wk\" was 11am to 3pm. This place was horrible. I was miserable here. No refund available. If I could go back, i would have paid the extra $200/$300 for a better place.

Don’t stay here EVER!!!

The whole motel is full of street people living there. The first room that we went to was horrible. I took photos and showed the manager and all he said was l hope you like the next room better.. NOTTTT it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years the bathroom was was beyond belief. We didn’t have the money for another room elsewhere so I went back to the desk and told him about the next room. I took the key back to the first room and went to the store and brought cleaning supplies. We had to disinfect the room before we could even sleep in it or take a bath. We slept in our clothes and covered ourselves with the covers that we bought with us. It was a Family EMERGENCY AND I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE. This motel needs to be shut down

Showed up after paying almost 100$ for a room just to open the door to a room that was a complete disaster dirty and looked like someone had literally just left from . Spoke with manager and her said give him 20-30 minutes it’ll be resolved waited almost an hour for no one to ever even touch the room . Outside everything was dirty and had a urin smell!
Room was very, very basic. Mold in the bathroom, dirt in all corners.
We decided not to sleep there. We had booked for one night, but it was so disgusting that we went to get another place!!

I bought the room last minute online and paid for it. When we arrived, we were told the transaction didn’t go through and gave them the same form of payment. My card ended up getting charged twice for the room. It was already late, around midnight when we arrived. We were put on the same side with all the other guests. The parking lot was full of people standing outside and multiple cars looked like someone had took a baseball bat and knocked the windows out. I was concerned for my safety and leaving my car outside the building. All night and morning you can hear people moving and talking outside the door. The rooms looked old and as clean as they could be, but not the best condition. It looked pretty run down
