We stayed 10 days and I can only recommend this hotel. If you want everything perfect, EVERYTHING, choose this hotel. The area is also the best and most elegant in Doha. If I will ever go back to Doha, I will choose this hotel again. Thank you to the staff for making our experience super, for the great food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spctacular.

This hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful rooms were spacious clean and had everything we needed.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lovely staff members. Stayed with 3 young children and we didn’t have anything to fault.

Balcony has amazing views , pool was excellent especially the children’s pool which was temperature controlled. Would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton on the Pearl. Hotel staff were amazing to us and very accommodating for a small baby.
The amenities are great, plenty to do around the hotel and enough to keep you busy - pool, bar, shisha lounge, pub for football!
Room was fabulous - huge 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for the 4 of us. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks to all the staff.

The staff make this hotel as they are friendly, efficient and very courteous. Everyone from the front desk, valet, porters, housekeeping and pool staff stood out. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The bars are well stocked and have a nice atmosphere. The room was serviced to a high standard, the beds are comfortable and we were lucky to have a fantastic view from two balconies.

If you are happy to get to the pool before 9am there is a good supply of sun loungers. Whilst the website suggests a temperature controlled pool, throughout our stay, the water temperature was too cold to use. The beach area is a bonus for a city location. The sun does disappear behind the buildings around midday however.

Sadly, breakfast was quite stressful and on one day we just couldn’t wait what could have been an hour. The facility is far too small for the number of guests, leading to long queues and a hectic experience first thing each day. The food selection is good but on more than one occasion I was told to ‘wait’ for a hot drink after asking where the order was after 30 mins.

Our room also had a strong smell of fried food at all times suggesting a duct work issue.
We spent very little time in the room so it did not spoil our stay.

Overall a very pleasant stay, the main area to be improved is the breakfast experience.

Overall brilliant stay! We stayed for 6 nights - staff are ABSOLUTELY amazing, super friendly and always there to help. Breakfast was great! Wide variety of foods.

Room was spacious and it was handy having a kitchen and washing machine. Great size balcony and we even got an early check in!

Great location, just a 5 min walk to Gewan Island and 10 mins walk Qaunt Quatier. Everything else is accessible by taxis (very affordable)

Really recommend staying here if your looking to stay at the Pearl.

I had the most amazing time during my stay at the Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly special. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The pool area was spotless every day, and a special shout-out goes to Kusein, who ensured everything around the pool was perfect—fresh towels, a stocked water cooler, and constant attention to guests’ comfort.

The restaurant and kitchen team were outstanding. They remembered my preferences, anticipated my needs, and provided exceptional service throughout. Huge thanks to Abdur Rahman, Ivy, and May for making every meal feel personal and enjoyable.

At reception, Meryem, Ikhlas, and Ramzi were equally wonderful, helpful, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. Their warmth and professionalism made my stay even more memorable.

Every member of the team contributed to an unforgettable holiday. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to return.

We couldn’t fault our stay! The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was brilliant — lots of choice with fresh fruit, good coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Everything was always fresh and beautifully presented.

The staff were a real highlight — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The reception team were great, and the bell boys went out of their way with taxis and local tips. Special mentions to all of the bell boys, Lakshan at the pool and Edward & Meme in The Kitchen. The pool area was spotless and well maintained, with attentive lifeguards. We had lunch at the pool bar one day — the food was delicious and great value for money.

Dinner at The Kitchen was another highlight. The buffet offered plenty of choice — fresh salads, local dishes, and tempting desserts — and the set menu we tried twice was just as impressive.

Our room was spotless every day, and even on a high floor we never had to wait long thanks to the super-fast lifts.

Special mentions to Lakshan, who greeted us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Every member of staff made our stay feel special.

Overall, the food, facilities, and service all exceeded our expectations. The location is also great, we loved our visit to Doha! We’d definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

- Traditional breakfast with plenty of choice, though limited for vegetarians.
- Nice temperature, plenty of space, and cleanliness of the pool.
- Regular towel replacement at the pool.
- Proximity to the beach, though not frequently used.

Unique:
- The annual chemical cleanse that temporarily evicted guests from their rooms.
- The ‘surprise meal’ for vegetarians, which was a mix of rice, vegetables, and a pudding side.
- The potential for a ‘movie screen in the pool’ vibe, which was not realised due to the loop of colourful graphics.

Disliked:
- Hesitation in providing the booked room, which was unsuitable for a family of four.
- Cold room with condensation issues, leading to a need to change rooms.
- Lack of basic kitchenware in the rooms.

From the moment we arrived, Hilton Doha The Pearl delivered an experience that felt both indulgent and effortless. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Gewan Island and the shimmering Crystal Walkway, making it perfect for evening strolls or daytime exploring.

The buffet breakfast was a daily delight, offering an impressive spread: fresh pastries, Middle Eastern specialties, made-to-order eggs, tropical fruits, and even gluten-free options. It was the kind of breakfast that made you linger a little longer.

Our room on the 24th floor offered breathtaking views of the marina and city skyline—sunrises were spectacular, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel like we were floating above Doha.

The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, adding a personal touch to every interaction. Families will especially appreciate the huge swimming pool, which was a hit with the kids, and the private beach—a serene escape with soft sand and calm waters.

Upon our arrival at Hilton The Pearl, we encountered a minor hiccup as we were initially given a smoking room despite our request for a non-smoking one. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating and promptly changed our room, setting a positive tone for our stay.

The rest of our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel's location at The Pearl offers breathtaking views and an elegant environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were top-notch, especially the well-maintained pool area and the fully-equipped fitness center, which allowed us to unwind and stay active.

The service exceptional, the view to die for. The pool awesome. The beach was the cherry on top. What wrecked it all ? Sadly, you can hear your neighbours as if they were with you in the room. The owners need to shut the place down for a couple of months and install safe and sound Roxul insulation on the separation walls plus reduce the size of the adjoining unit doors as I’m pretty sure that’s where all the sound is leaking through.

1. Found someone from the hotel staff in our room after we forgot something and went back to the room. He said he was just making sure the room was ok. Was a very strange situation as he really couldn’t explain why he was there… nothing missing.
2. Went down to the beach for a walk and put our feet in the water. We asked for a towel to dry our feet and he gave us a used wet towel. Gross

Such a brilliant experience here at the Hilton. It was our first time in Doha and I was not sure what to really expect from the hotel and area but it did not disappoint. The staff at the hotel are amazing. A special thank you to Hossein and Rahim for really looking after me and my wife. We landed early morning and got to the hotel at 8am but check in was not till 3pm, exhausted from the flight, Hossein saw how tired we were and arranged an early check in for us in an even better room that I had booked. Anytime we needed anything Abdul Rahim and Hossein helped. The staff are really attentive and very welcoming. Always friendly and really make this hilton a special place where you would want to come back

Review: Hilton The Pearl, Doha

We recently stayed at the Hilton The Pearl in Doha and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful and family-friendly area, perfect for those traveling with children. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, The Kitchen—especially during lunch and dinner.

However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Breakfast at The Kitchen was consistently overcrowded. On two out of eight mornings, we had to wait in line for over 15 minutes just to be seated. The tables are placed very close together, making the dining experience feel cramped and lacking in privacy. All breakfast service is located on the 5th floor, which gets especially congested between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. It’s clear that the hotel could benefit from expanding or reconfiguring the breakfast area.

Additionally, while our room was clean and comfortable, the furniture appeared quite dated and well-worn. The hotel in general seems to be losing a bit of its original shine and could use some refurbishment to maintain Hilton’s high standards.

In summary, Hilton The Pearl offers a great location, excellent staff, and tasty dining options, but could improve its breakfast setup and update its rooms to provide a more premium experience.

Buffett options were absolutely limited. Food is definitely not all that. Smallish area around the pool. The outdoor pool was not heated although staff promised it was heated- that was no good. Beach area is close by and ok although small. Rooms - we had the 2 bed executive suite- good size and no issues with room. Staff were courteous. I would not come here again though. I stayed at Ritz Carlton previously and that trumps Hilton Pearl in every way possible.

From arrival to departure we could not have been looked after any better. The staff were very professional friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. The food in the hotel was very high quality. The Mulberry bar was very quaint with a massive selection of drinks available. The pool and pool area was meticulously clean as was everywhere else in amd around the hotel. The pool bar was a great place to cool down and partake in a refreshing drink. Mr. Salah Eddine at reception checked us in very fast, in no time and earlier than 3pm, Mr Salah is a genuine professional, welcoming and very helpful. Actually all other staff at valet, cleaners, room service, lifeguards, at the kitchen restaurant were very nice, very helpful, very welcoming with a great smile. The room that I reserved was Delux superior, with a very nice balcony where you can enjoy the lights at night, the view of the gardens and fountains below. The half board reservation was a good value for a good dinner and awesome delicious hot buffet breakfast with plenty of options to suit all taste buds; Chinese, Asian, middle eastern and classical American. Free WiFi, free parking, and free access to beach and pool all were inclusive. If you want to go out for walk at the pearl or to even lagoona shopping mall will be very easy especially at winter. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. It was really a hidden gem and the best part of it is the staff and reception, thank you very much Mr. Salah Eddine.

I had reserved a night at this hotel to complete an important online meeting and had clearly asked the staff to provide me with the best location for wifi access with highest speed. Upon check-in I was ensured by the staff that their internet is reliable and able to accommodate my needs. However, I had tested the internet speed only to realize that it is extremely slow and choppy at best. Due to the severity of my position, I had to rush out of my hotel and search for a different location and complete my work elsewhere. Upon returning later that day to check-out after much stress, another staff had told me that the person who provided me wifi information was not well trained and did not give me the proper wifi access. Hearing this, I was shocked at the fact that a hotel such as Hilton would allow such an unprofessional mistake come to pass. To add insult to injury, they further refused to take any responsibility for the stress and lost time they had caused. I am simply sharing this feedback to urge other clients to do their due diligence before committing to this hotel, with a team that is unwilling to be accountable for their actions and support their clients.

Amazing service, from amazing staff

The stay was good. Location was wonderful balcony was great. They handled everything extremely well. A special thanks to Widad who did an amazing job handling our room.

Cleanliness of the room, especially bed coverings could have been better as it was a bit dusty. However Widad fixed that right away and we were given a room that was clean

Beautiful place with a fantastic balcony view ! The ONLY issue I ever had was no toothpaste available on the first night and no bottle opener for the two sparkling water drinks that they placed on the table, but these were resolved quickly ! Thanks !

Would recommend staying here, excellent stay during our holiday. Really friendly staff providing outstanding service. Rooms are of a high standard, perfect for families rooms have been set up to provide comfort and ease during stay. Good location as most attractions are a short car journey away.

The pearl area of Doha is away from the city center but what a beautiful area. Clean. Luxurious. Safe. Hotel staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Pool was inviting. Would stay here again

Excellent hotel in an excellent location

Excellent hotel in an excellent location with amazing staff from the concierge team to the cleaners and everyone inbetween.
Small issues were rectified quickly by Rehan and his team.
Food was exceptional from breakfast through till dinner!
Would definitely return again

Room was not vacuumed once during my 5 night stay. Luggage didn’t make it to my room until I had to go down to reception to insist on having it. Upon checkout I had to personally take my four bags down the lift after waiting 30 min for the concierge to pick them up but to no avail.
On the positive side the staff were pleasant and friendly.

I had a lovely time. The Arabian ocean was a wonderful bonus! Warm water and gentle waves. The staff couldn’t have been more concerned for my comfort. I had a lovely time. What more could I say.

Beautiful hotel with amenities and catering. Friendly staff who are happy to advise and welcome you. Excellent breakfast option and clean, large pool to relax by. Hotel room is spacious and cool - feels luxurious

Hotel was nice.
Had a beautiful balcony pearl view.
Half board ala carte set menu everyday could add more variety.
Food was nicely presented.
Only 4 desserts to choose from.
Could do with more variety. breakfast buffet,same food everyday.
Ala carte breakfast was again very nice.
They used to let us take food to our room.
Kitchen staff were very good always greeting you with a smile.
Overall all the staff were very courteous.
