The hotel is really excellent and the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very modern, spacious and luxurious. The food and bevrage options are also really good and all the food we enjoyed was excellent. Its also great that there are many different restaurants, so you can enjoy either casual, buffet or more fine dining options. The staff is also very well trained and super helpful in service or going the extra mile to help on more specific request eg to order products for our 6 months old daughter. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Doha.

So let me share a story. I flew to Doha on 12 June, 2025 and arrived at the hotel around 23:42. I had meetings the following day at 8am on a Friday. At the reception I was told that my reservation didn’t go through and it will need some time and that I should wait for around 15 to 20 minutes. I waited for around 3 hours. I was repeatedly told that the reservation didn’t go through. I was told I should cancel my reservation with Expedia and make a direct reservation with the property. All of a sudden this stopped being a four season hotel. It was something else. I asked the receptionist and duty manager to check me in and settle this issue later. Both made it clear that they will not check me in before the reservation shows on their system. I called Expedia and they did their best and spoke to the receptionist and confirmed that (1) my reservation is confirmed at their end, (2) that the property issued a confirmation number, yet that didn’t convince the receptionist and duty manager to check me in. Finally I conceded. I cancelled my initial reservation. I made a new reservation directly with the property. It didn’t matter to the staff the history I have with this property, it didn’t matter that I was exhausted and tired, it didn’t matter to the staff that I am a platinum member of Expedia, and that I am a frequent flyer. They insisted on cancelling the reservation. They even suggested I reserve directly with them in the future. I checked out at 12.

Greatest service I have had in any hotel in the world. There is absolutely exceptional level of amenities and spa care.
They really do put attention to detail into everything.

Rooms were royaltly.

Only thing I would say is the lack of a decent sized balcony but the service and ambience makes up for it

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was attentive and responded promptly to any requests or concerns. When my room had a slight issue, the team immediately upgraded me to a beautiful room with stunning beach and pool views, which made my experience even more memorable.

A special touch was the lovely birthday cake they surprised me with, which made my celebration feel extra special. Waking up to breathtaking sunrise views each morning was truly a highlight. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Doha and look forward to returning in the future!

From check-in to check-out, every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. The concierge was incredibly helpful, booking us last-minute dinner reservations. West bay location was perfect, easy & cheap to take a taxi to Katara Village or souq near the old town. Food was delicious at the all restaurant, especially at Curiosa.

For a Four Seaons hotel the room was not even cleaned properly by house keeping. The bed was on a terrible state (the sides) and there was soil marks left on the toilet seat which I discovered when we walked into room. On the side of the bed panels was fully of coffee stains and the the bed panels themselves were damaged. The situation was rectified once I complained but hadn’t this is definitely not the standard I would expect from a four seasons. I have stayed at the ritz Carlton week before and that was immaculate and even the Hilton Doha was in a better state room wise. They advertise the property as “ULTRA-LUXE on their tv channel - this is definitely NOT if I found a room this state upon checkin.

It was our first time staying at a Four Seasons and we were blown away. The service is above and beyond. Mike at the beach/pool area took the time to setup our chairs and gave us a tour of the hydrotherapy pool. He is a major asset to the resort. Chris from the front desk offered us an upgrade that we could not refuse and we were glad we accepted it. We highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the service in this hotel was very good and the room was great. I was disappointed that the hotel had not told us in advance about the construction work at the beach. It was very loud with drilling all day next to the pool and beach area. I would recommend staying once the construction works are complete. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons in Doha.

We arrived early in the morning (9am) and they were able to accommodate us by checking us in early and even gave us a sea view room which had stunning views of the sunrise!

All staff members we spoke to were really friendly and accommodating.

Excellent Gym/Spa facilities

The private beach is really nice with a private swimming area...I like that the staff even offer a cooler bag with water as it get's hot!

We made use of the Seasons longe for brekkie and afternoon tea which was really nice! The staff were really happy to accommodate to my wife's dietary requirements.

Great location and it's easy to get around by taxi to various locations

I would highly recommend staying at four seasons Doha as a trip itself or as a stop over.

1- I ordered from the room service and the food was terrible. I asked for medium-well burger and it was very dry like a rock
2- I went to the lounge for a breakfast and I have been waiting for a poached egg almost an hour
3- Before going to the restaurant I have requested the receptionist to get my luggage and my car to be ready because I have an appointment. I have finished my breakfast and nothing was ready because she forgot!
4- I have sent an email to FS group and did not hear back from them.
Definitely will not come back to this hotel again

We arrived 5 minutes passed check in time and was told our room wasn't ready. We were escorted to the cafe for a complimentary coffee while we waited. After an hour, my husband went to the reception area only to be told our room still wasn't ready. He asked to speak to the manager and suddenly, the manager said our room was ready. The room and view were great. We headed to the beach where the service staff were attentive and friendly. We returned to the room to take a shower before dinner. The drain in the shower was slow to drain and flooded the bathroom. I called to have them attend to the matter while we were at dinner. To be fair, housekeeping did come immediately but were sent away because we were getting ready and I told them we requested them to fix during dinner. Came back from dinner, nothing fixed. Called again and engineering arrived quickly, addressed the drain, and ended up doing the cleaning himself. We got complimentary breakfast for our delayed check in. The food was good, service was terrible. I can blame this on COVID at least. But after having to ask for every thing several different times, we just left after some coffee and eggs as it was no longer worth the frustration. Arrived back to the room and the AC had leaked onto my husband's clothes. We finally just checked out to be rid of the headache. We spent an amazing day at the pool/beach after we were rid of the other hotel frustrations.

The quintessence of hospitality as deployed worldwide by Four Seasons. I had an excellent stay and would certainly go back there again. From accommodation, to food, to staff, everything was excellent.
Except maybe for the smoking tea-room. I hope Doha will catch-up with the cigarettes-free environment trend.

We had to switch rooms because of road noise and musty smell. I hate repacking and changing rooms. At 3:30 AM I went to the receptionist and complained about the noise. He apologized and agreed to move us. The next morning receptionist told me I reserved that type of room (I reserved a DELUXE room), the morning receptionist wanted me to pay for an upgrade. The manager was not available at the time. Management called me, apologized for the problems and moved us to a different room that was very comfortable and quiet

I finally got the Deluxe room that I reserved and paid for. The first room was terrible, I should be reimbursed for the time in that room. I was inconvenienced with no sleep, changing rooms and waisting my vacation time.

I expect 5 star quality at Four Seasons

Nice gym and outdoor pool, with not many others using either. Very comfortable room, but no surprise there. Extremely good value! Will stay here each and every time I travel through Doha from here on out...
