Best experience ever. Travelling as a big family together can be stressful. We arrived early and welcomed by the staff front desk. Mr Ismael the night manager made sure comfortable. The hotel us early check in and breakfast. Mr Kayvan the guest relation manager whom spook 7 languages. helped us a lot. He upgraded our rooms with extra charges. this hotel hospitality, and the quality of real five star . we enjoyed the clean rooms and receiving fruit baskets and sweets, daily. The food, and the restaurants and beach restaurant was so fresh so good quality with so much varieties. We used swimming in the beach in the pool water park and sauna and Turkish bath daily. We also got a good deal with that group massage which was a good experience. Our ride back to airport was managed by the hotel. If you wanna feel luxury and safe and enjoy every bit of your trip this resort is the answer. Make sure connect with Mr. Kayvan for all the possible solutions . The dinner st the terrace felt very luxury and the kebabs and staffs professionalism, such a great atmosphere and treat with family.
