Lovely hotel, looks the part and is kept spotlessly clean.

Food and drinks not good - buffet breakfast was way too busy and food was cold / not available, service at lunch slow and an awful experience at dinner (wrong main course, replacement took forever to come).

We upgraded to \"the one\", it was ok, no ability to take drinks onto the beach, limited branded drinks and the food was not worth it (looked great, lacked taste and variety)

Drinks from the rooftop bar were a hit or miss - espresso martini either too sweet or too bitter.

The beach at the hotel could do with adaily clean.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location in the bay - lovely sunset view at night.

Not sure I'd return tho...

Poor information at the check in desk, tried to charge us for not booking a table in the restaurant on check out despite us being told by staff mid week that we didnt need to as they \"know us now\" and reception was too busy to reserve us a table the evening a storm caused leaks in reception.

The staff all over are very friendly, accomodating. Food excellent, smells beautiful all over the hotel, pool areas well maintained and one of the best buffets on the island.

Would return again and would recommend.

Almost perfect stay

Pretty much perfect in every way unless you have a food intolerance. Wonderful hotel, beautifully styled, never overly busy, great music and overall vibe.

Delicious food but the hotel needs to improve its approach to food intolerances and ensure it avoids cross contamination where possible.

We will be back next year - no doubt.

Great vibe in the hotel, music playing and live acts around the pool. Staff serving drinks at the pool made frequent visits to us checking on food and drink requirements. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and good quality food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, amazing rooftop and pools. Love this hotel and the options in the area are also nice. Food was amazing. Breakfast selection was massive. Service at the pool was the best I’ve experienced. They also have a dj and live instruments being played through out the week to accompany the dj. Fun vibe, sexy people, great vibe.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The staff was generally great, and I appreciated that my requests were met. Breakfast was decent, though nothing special. The pool areas had a really nice vibe, and the deep tissue massage I got was one of the best I’ve ever had. The location was also pretty convenient for getting around.

The downsides: I received dirty towels twice during my stay, which was disappointing. More importantly, my friends and I did experience subtle racism while there. I can deal with stares from other guests, but getting that kind of energy from staff was uncomfortable. Since we were a big group, the negative attitudes we felt from some employees really stood out and took away from the experience.

I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training so all guests feel welcomed, especially people of color.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Ibizia Girls Trip

Great hotel in general would stay again and recommend. Great facilities, rooftop restaurant and bar amazing views, lovely staff and service and pool and music amazing for chilling during the day. Love the fact that it’s adults only. Parking available if required. Loved the feminine products in the bathrooms I thought that was lovely touch. A highlight was the sunrise yoga and breakfast buffet too, everything you could desire and a beautiful and peaceful ambience.

There a few small things that they could improve on, the water system was not consistent and every shower would find the temperature you would like and then it would pump burning hot water for a few seconds on and off and we did get burnt while washing hair on both occasions and had to step away. I think some room ammenities could be added like a toothbrushes, shower caps and the hairdryers and steamers cleaned between guests staying in the rooms.

We had a massage and the therapist was quite sick and coughing throughout, when asked how it went the feedback was given and the receptionist said yes she isn’t well. I think this may have affected the massage as I didn't think it was great.

Overall I would give it 8/10 would happily stay again!

Overall we really enjoyed out stay at Amare as the amenities and staff were fantastic. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient if you like to start your nights a bit later as water taxis end quite early in the area. Our room also had a leaky air conditioner that dripped water but otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.

We had an amazing time at Amare, the hotel, rooms, food, staff and service was first class. It was an exceptional experience. The staff at Amare are fantastic, all of them seem happy at work and are helpful, friendly and fun. Big shoutout to Monica (restaurant) and Kevin (roof top bar) for going above and beyond in their treatment of the guests. Absolutely would recommend staying there, it won’t disappoint!

The hotel is great. Good buffet breakfast, but could do with more vegan options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good and the water taxi to San Antonio is right there. The parking for guests is expensive though, €16 per day which is almost the same as the daily cost to rent a car, I think guests should have a reduced rate. There was not complimentary water in the room each day, which is something I've come to expect in hotels. The coffee mugs in the room weren't washed once in the time we were there.

Breakfast was great and we loved the rooftop pool, the downstairs pool got rowdy on weekends and the lifeguard had his work cut out with some bad guests. The pool entertainment was great as was the evening dinner, we had halfboard and made use of this a couple of nights. We had someone elses laundry (male shirt) put in our room and charged to our room, we went to reception to try and get the shirt back to its rightful owner, we waited 20 minutes as reception was very busy and nearly missed our plans. No apology and then on check out this was still charged and we had to dispute, poor service. When we checked in we asked the lovely receptionist who gave us early check in, when we could order lunch as we were very hungry she told us we still has time to get some food from the breakfast buffet, which we thought was good of them as we expected to pay for lunch, we then went to the buffet area to be rudely refused by a female host, as i say we wasnt expecting this we were happy to pay but were treated like scoundrels, again another poor service that let our stay down. We really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel is impressive but we wouldnt stay here again unfortunately.

Excellent hotel, a fantastic location far enough away from the hustle of San Antonio to avoid any noise and other issues, but close enough to still see the other side of the bay, cafe mambo, cafe del mar, es paradis, eden, yet simple to get to by sea taxi (10mins) from outside the hotel. It was an amazing place, and a luxurious experience with great service and amenities. Definitely get to the roof top bar for sunset drinks! We will definitely be back.

(Continued) (check other review) He instantly calls me a liar and said they would pull the tapes. I get to the front desk and the guest relations employee comes out and tell me she doesn’t feel he was aggressive after I share how I was treated because she knows him and his partner. I wanted to love this resort because I heard the great things about it. The way they treat Black Americans is sickening. I’m honestly so disgusted with the treatment with this hotel. I spent way too much money to be treated so poorly. No apologies. No compensation! Nothing. Just a horrible experience. On 05/18 the customer service relations sent over a an empty QR code stating it was something for the troubles we were having with the hotel. However we couldn’t do anything with it since it was empty and the employees had no clue how to use it. Just a Mess. Thanks for ruining my birthday trip. One I would never forget.

This hotel is fantastic, the staff were very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay they were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were fantastic and had great views. The food was lovely from both the buffet restaurant and the rooftop bar/restaurant. We spent most of our time relaxing by one of the many pools at the hotel, the loungers were very comfortable and combined with the music the vibe was great. The area around the hotel was pleasant but average, with not a huge amount going on, but it had all the basic amenities we needed, in the peak of summer I can imagine the local area would be much busier, with more going on.
Overall, very pleased with our short weekend break at this hotel and I would definitely return.

My stay was beyond my expectations, from the reception team to the wonderful friendly housekeeping staff, the breakfast chef that cooks the omelettes, to the bartenders up in the rooftop. The only thing I’d have liked was a queen bed rather than two single beds next to each other, which could get uncomfortable if you wanna sleep in the middle. Other than that, I highly recommend it

Very nice hotel but evening options for dinner are poor. Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and it was very bad. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic and is just ok. The lunch menu however, is very good and the pool experience during the day is the highlight of the stay, as long as you enjoy Ibiza classics pumping out all day - which we did. The staff on the whole, are also good. The area surrounding the hotel is dreadful. It’s very run down and we couldn’t find a single place where we wanted to eat. Took the water taxi over to San Antonio and, again, it was a major disappointment. Just very ugly and full of hen/stag parties. In summary, despite being a nice hotel, the surrounding area would stop us coming back. The Amàre in Marbella is a better option if you want lunch/dinner choices outside the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here at the beginning of September 2024. We adored this hotel! Plenty of pool or beach chairs, service was impeccable, rooms were perfect, the poolside lunch options and breakfast buffet were absolutely divine, and the drinks were good. We rented a car so I can’t speak for other transportation options but there was plenty of parking in front or on the side of the hotel. Kind of silly to pay for it but whatever. Especially when you park on the side lot where it is gravel. Hard to walk in when wearing heals for dinner. No big deal for this American midwestern gal. Honestly we really loved the sea side view and we stayed in the oh la la room. Perfect for our very first trip to Spain. Thank you Amàre!!

Say here for a wedding in the island but did venture out to some clubs and the hotel is so clean tidy and quiet. There is also djs at the pools everyday make it such a vibe with out being to much that your disturbed

Modern and delightful hotel

Hotel is amazing. Nice fresh and modern design. It has outdoor pools downstairs and on 6 th floor rooftop bar, which become a super fancy place in the evening. Hotel has a spa with big choice of treatments to choose from. Area is very clean , stuff take good care of cleanliness. Friendly stuff with good care of guests. A bit too small space for a wardrobe but overall its amazing hotel.

Very well organised hotel, beautiful interior designs with so much seating everywhere.

Some pool side staff were a little abrupt but on the whole all staff were very pleasant and efficient. When in the restaurants, drinks and food orders have to be taken by certain individuals and not just the waitering which is a little annoying when have to wait longer.

The gym is very spacious but lacking in AC especially when all the cardio machines are in front of the large window with the sun shining through. Maybe fit reflective film on the outside to help keep the gym area cooler.

The room we stayed in was very clean and modern with a large balcony compared to others higher up. I would definitely recommend booking a West facing sea view in block 2 as you will have great views of the sunset each night.

All in all there was not too much disturbance from late night party goers so it was much calmer than some hotels i have stayed in previously in Ibiza.

The area the hotel is situated in not that great, the beach is quite poorly maintained with lots of graffiti on old buildings. The view overlooking the pool area is not great with some building developments being abandoned and going to ruin.

There is a water taxi to San Antonio Marina which is quite pleasant and only 5 euros each way.

Excellent hotel in a quieter area of Ibiza across the bay from San Antoni. Great pool area with 2 pools but also a rooftop pool and bar. Lovely sunsets from the rooftop bar, DJ playing music in the evenings.

Staff are very well trained and helpful, very clean communal areas; great for couples or groups and as it is adults only, no noisy children.

Not the peak school holiday time during our visit so not too busy and although there were groups of women or men on special occasion holidays, everyone was well behaved, no rowdiness.

If you are looking an all adult child free relaxing holiday in Ibiza with easy access to music & entertainment then this is the hotel for you. The nicest, friendliest, cleanest hotel myself and hubby have ever stayed in. The breakfast options are amazing.

Food a bit pricey as well as drink but plenty of bars & supermarkets in the surrounding area. Rooftop sunset views are breathtaking. Cannot wait to book again. Highly recommend.
