What a wonderful place to stay in Venice. The spindles and hand rail of Venetian Glass was amazing. Grazie Mille so convenient and easy to find from Saint Mark Square. I would stay there again. The staff was phenomenal

The area is excellent. When I paid, I did not see whether breakfast was paid. So, I emailed the property twice, but there was no reply. I ended up that I should pay for it. The communication in advance would be helpful. Anything else is excellent; I am glad to get a welcome drink of a bottle of champagne.

Not for oversized individuals. Luckily I am not big, but the stairs and showers are tiny. The old building is unique, and its location is ideal. The room temperature was easy to control and the bed was comfortable. The room was charming and the free breakfast was adequate.

When I came late and wet I was thinking finding a comfy bed the worst bed and pillows were hard the photos doesn’t show how it looks for real nothing like the internet remove those pictures they are a lie not elevator and stairs not well kept I’m still waiting for the cleaning of my bedroom they asked but they never came

This was an excellent location to access all areas of Venice! Easy walk to Rialto and San Marco as well as less explored areas. Good size room with a great views of the iconic alleys. Typical amenities with great staff!

BEWARE!!! They screwed up the reservation and charged us €100 extra for the one night, we we’re promised a refund for the second night and told me you will be receiving it from Expedia, a couple days later (after leaving Venice l) they changed their mind and are not refunding.

Mistakenly booked for 2 people. Asked for a cot, they said it was not possible had to pay for a extra room and split up our family. 100 euros and then were moved to another room that was 85 euros extra per night…

The next day other guests moved into the room we were in the door was open and what was not possible was now possible a cot was there and three people were in the room.

Greed is the name of the game for the owner and staff. Spend your money somewhere else!

The hotel overall was nice, the location was perfect. However, the cleaning staff threw away something they were not supposed to and I had to go purchase new items to replace what they threw away. No big deal, until I politely addressed it with the staff (assuming it was an accident) to be reimbursed, and they were less than helpful. They accused me of throwing away my own products and refused to reimburse or even take accountability for what they did. The day manager did not even want to speak to me about it, which was very off-putting and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Will not be staying here again.

We were disappointed with our stay. Not all hotels will offer the same amenities for a specific price point and the room looked unique to the Venice vibe, but the room was below par. The towels were stained, the bed (two twins) separated multiple times in the night, the AC took a while to cool off the small room, and the smell from the canals was really strong in our room. There wasn’t staff there when we checked in (around 4pm) and all the room keys were just left on the counter, not very safe. Our room had a separate smaller room for the closet and a vanity, but you couldn’t open the door all the way because of how big the vanity is making the whole area hard to access. The breakfast was very limited and only had croissants and cereal, no protein options. The lobby staff sat right outside our room during the night which felt awkward because we could hear him through our door. Also keep in mind how far the walk is from the ferry / Rialto bridge area if you have bags since you’ll have to go over a bridge. We would not stay here again and recommend others find a different spot despite its location to the square and other areas.

There was no one working front desk at 3pm, I’m a 5ft tall woman I had to carry 2 oversized luggage up 3 flights of stairs to get into my room.

I accidentally locked my key in my room after placing my first bag in I couldn’t get a new key because there was no one working in hotel, the kind restaurant beside had no affiliation with hotel noemi helped me call Noemi’s owner and get me into room after 30 mins.

Got into room, dingy, tiny, hot, run down, no air conditioning; dry blood on bedsheets

I was disgusted I found another hotel to stay at - next day I went back to hotel & saw middle age Asian looking receptionist at desk. Explained my issue and that I want refund she was incredibly rude & kept gas lighting me.

She said there is air conditioning, I told her prove it As I started recording to sent to Expedia she got very upset started yelling at me and started recording me . She refused but eventually agreed to show me ac in room. She pointed at box in corner I said turn it on, she refused but eventually pressed a couple buttons on ac remote and it wouldn’t turn on. I then showed her blood on bed she didn’t acknowledge or apologize for anything. She was screaming at me telling me to delete the video of this evidence before she sued me , that’s when I made my exit. They still refused to give me a refund even though I provided all evidence they still Denied everything. If you want to enjoy your time in Venice stay far away from Hotel Noemi.You were warned.

Location couldn’t have been better. Two minutes to St Marks square and the bell tower. 6 min to the Rialto Bridge. The proprietor of the restaurant downstairs, Oscar was awesome as well. The food is good and available all hours of the day and night. The only problem was the staff questioned who we were every time we came in and asked us if we paid for our second day. Was a little annoying but I would stay again.

Lovely hotel, well designed inside. Slightly on the small side but to be expected in central Venice (shower especially small!) Perfectly situated 30 seconds walk to St Marks Square and all shops, restaurants and transport. Staff lovely and friendly and simple check in after hours. Bottle of bubbles on my birthday went down very well too :) We thoroughly enjoyed and would come back again!

Overall it was a poor experience. Reception was not good, she literally handed us our keys and said come back later ... we came back later and reception was gone for the day (6pm), we went up to our room and could not get the lights to turn on (first time here), come to figure out (by asking guests passing in the hall) that you need to use the plate on the keys in the wall. Next the air conditioning did not work, while it wasn’t hot, it was stuffy in our room so had to open the windows, of which the restaurant workers one floor below us were smoking constantly (which totally sucked). In the night, b/c we needed to leave the window open, my husband gotten eaten alive by mosquitos (literally 22 bites - I counted) and a cat came in through the window, wandering around our room. The room itself, was nothing special, does not look as nice as the picture and the bed was like sleeping on a board. When we left, the receptionist was on the phone. My husband gave her the key, which she barley acknowledged, then when we were almost out the door, she is calling after us for the key ... we already gave it to her. On the positive, great location if you want to be in the midst of it, lots of great restaurants near by. I would personally not stay there again, good price for a hotel in Venice, but could find better.

Five minutes from Sam Marco 5 minutes to Rialto bridge staff are so lovely here made to feel welcome, place is clean tidy and comfortable beds, yep rooms are small but it’s Venice and your always out, highly recommended place to stay and great restaurant downstairs too.

Decent property for the price, however you will have to cross over a few bridges and climb up a few stairs to reach the hotel. It’s not very fun when you have large luggages and narrow alleyways with busy streets. We enjoyed self check in for a destinations such as Venice. Rooms are not like photos, but it doesn’t matter the location is great!

Our hotel room was nothing like the pictures. Run down room with old furniture that didn't even fit in the room. Only positive was location, steps from Plaza San Marco. Hotel reception disappears at 6:00 p.m.
First night the A/C wasn't working at all.

Great hotel and really central, literally less than one minute walk from the rear of St Mark's Square (San Marco). Easy to find, easy check in, lots of advice. Stayed there after a cruise for sight seeing. Plenty of restaurants around and a few bars as well. Another good point to note was that our room was EXACTLY the same as shown in the picture on the website.

horrible! this hotel operates with no staff on site. i checked in on Saturday to an empty reception desk with an envelope with my name on it.

the room was 105, no working AC and 98 degrees outside. no one to speak with, i tried to call for pver 2 hours. no one answered. i was forced to choose another room.

dont ruin your Venice Vacation with this hotel.

Lovely rococco decor throughout the room and the rest of the hotel, including fabulous coloured banisters on the staircase. A pleasingly fuss-free check-in and check-out, a beautiful hotel cat and the other staff were friendly, if less furry. Good value for money.

Venice as a city is crazy, over the top and a little shabby in places- and the hotel is the same. Our room was crazy- burnished gold walls painted with oriental friezes, completely over the top and fabulous. The dining room was like a dolls house, everything you needed in a tiny scale, and the bathroom was the same. It was exactly what we expected and we had a great time 🙂

Perfect property in Venice.
Only a short walk from the rialto vaporetto station and within walking distance to major attractions including the Doge’s palace. Room size was good. Great facilities, air con helped in the heat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The property was nicely located close to the StMarks basilica. We got there at 8 PM and the receptionist was leaving g for the day. She was leaving all late check in’s an envelope with the name. The hotel did not seem secure since we came home at 12 AM and we found the door open and there is no receptionist. Our room was fairly small but judging from the lack of space in Venice it was expected. The hotel breakfast is nicely laid out and the staff is friendly. This hotel is a good option.

I'd have to say the double standard room is just that, no bells and whistles just a room. Comparing to other rooms around the same price in Venice I'd say this one was over priced. The room was dark and uncomfortable, the bed was extremely hard and the pillows were terrible.

Location wise this hotel is perfect for a short stay, 5 minute walk from the boat stop you need from the airport and a 2 minute walk to St marks square! The hotel could do with a few tweeks but is cute and typically Venetian. Our standard room had basic amenities, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, so for a short stay it was fine. Cleaning staff we really lovely as was the gentleman on reception, breakfast was pretty decent too! Picking this hotel was a stab in the dark as we had never been to Venice but I'm glad we did and I would stay here again!

Gem in the heart of Venice

Stayed last weekend for a short break and the hotel was everything we could have wished for. The hotel contacted us beforehand to confirm arrival times and give guidance for getting from the airport. The late night check in was really easy and the guy on reception was really friendly. The hotel is literally less than 5 minutes walk from St Marks square and the perfect location for getting around during the day and night. Even though it’s central, it’s also super quiet at night time and comfortable for sleeping well after a long day site seeing. This is one of those hotels that honestly I doubted if it would look as good as the photos but I can say hand on heart our room was identifical to the photos. We also saw the room across the corridor and that was just as pretty. The breakfast was standard continental that you help yourself too and perfectly fine to start your day off. We got a great deal on this hotel and I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. Heads up, you may have to walk up a few flights of stairs but it overall, the hotel was in a perfect location. It is in short walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Basilica. Along with that, it is only a 15 minutes walk to catch the boat to Murano and Burano. On your own, you may get lost from the train station to the hotel (boat wise) but the hotel sends you a very clear email about what boat to take. Our room had a queen size bed and a twin size bed. Perfect for my family. Breakfast was also included. It is very light breakfast but great way to start you day. The rooms are up to date and i had no issues. I would certainly recommend this hotel as the rooms were clean and big enough.

Excellent location and great staff. The room was really small though, I can deal with a small room but the shower wasn't big enough at all, kept hitting my elbows. We went for a standard room so I wasn't expecting it to be amazing but for the money we paid, you'd expect more. Apart from the size issue, the room was clean and decorated well.

Breakfast was as you get anywhere. However, there's not wnough room for all guests yo eat at the Same time. So, you may have to wait for a seat.

The restaurant downstairs is perfect for an evening meal. Out of 3 nights we went there twice. Decent price, great food and lovely staff.

The room and the hotel has mirrors everywhere . And it looks like an antique hotel. it was our honey moon and we got a free bottle of champagne.

The hotel is located 5 minutes away from San Marco.
Room was not big, but large enough for two of us. Bed was comfy, bathroom facilities modern and clean.
The view from the window was great.
Breakfasts had good food selection.
All of this added up to a great overall experience. Will certainly stay again.

Location, location, location, literally 50 yards from St Marks. Walking distance from Rialto and San Marco water stops. Downside was the room, very pretty, but just off reception with no opening window and the air conditioning could not keep up. The lowest temp we manged to get it to was 26 degrees C, and the maid shut it off when cleaning so it was an oven when we came back in the afternoon. Recommend for location but be fussy on what room you get.

The size of the hotel is very small. We need to jump to the bed after we open the room door. There is no comfort to provide, no amenities even a cup, no table or a desk or a chair. A 10 inches TV is provided, but signals is way too bad, can’t watch.

Lovely typically Venetian hotel in great location a stone’s throw from San Marco piazza! Plenty of good restaurants and bars on the doorstep,! The hotel is located in an excellent shopping area and very convenient for trips on the vaporetto.

When we arrived we were told room was not available because of rain earlier that day. The manger had us walk at 1;00 am, for about 1/2 mile through narrow and winding streets to a motel with a tiny room. They had no towels in bathroom. Before, we left we ask for a card with motel address and they gave a folded flyer with a map and address so that we can get back. In the afternoon we spent an hour searching for the new motel. We asked police officers, store employees and none had heard of the motel. They said the address we had was the name of the area and not street. By the time we found the motel, we had missed our train connection from Venice to Germany at a cost of more than $200. We picked hotel Noemi because it location was known and close to San Marco Square. My advice avoid this hotel and look for brand name hotels. The employees were friendly, had a good breakfast, but the overall experience was the worst I had in my travels.

Great staff and clean room . However , was disappointed that the air conditioning kept cutting out and did not work which was extremely inconvenient as it was very hot. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known we would be without air conditioning . Awful

Quaint hotel in the perfect area

This was my first time to Venice and it was just as lovely and as magical as I had expected! The Hotel Noemi was on a beautiful small street, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but if you spend your time in Venice in your hotel room you are not doing it right!

Pros; Great location, a couple minutes to San Marks square and water taxis. Nice staff. Clean rooms.
Cons; I've had better Continental breakfast throughout my stay in Italy. The bed needs replacing!! you can feel the springs, it was our worse bed of our 3 week journey around Italy. Only sheer curtains on the room windows, decorative swags don't close. To sum it up if they replaced the awful mattresses I would recommend this hotel.

Nice design but poorly executed.

The hotel is getting fully renovated but that isn't the main problem. Whatever is renovated is done in very peculiar way. Nothing fits properly....
