The room was spacious , comfy beds, the terrace with infinity private pool was an absolute paradise. The 2 ladies from receptionist were amazing, they made our stay very comfortable and special. This has to have been hands-down, the most incredible hotel that I have ever stayed in. I got the suite with the private pool and the most amazing view that a girl could ask for. I will recommend this to any and every person that will listen. The check in experience was phenomenal. The people were extremely helpful and very considerate and accommodating to our early check-in, we were only there for 24 hours but this hotel made our trip remarkable and a trip to remember.

We stayed in room 16. This is next to the reception area so the light in the kitchen was too bright to sleep in over night for our son. We had a separate bedroom with a balcony looking over the pool area.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind at all times and there were no issues from other patrons staying. We are non smokers so we could smell the next balcony over from us as they were smoking. This hotel is great for a quiet getaway or for families. I would definitely stay here again.

Room and view wasn’t what the pictures showed and described, the bathroom didn’t have a shower just a nozzle to hose yourself down. The staff was very nice and helpful, they also decorated the room for our honeymoon which was wonderful. The room was just disappointing.

Staying at Blue Waves Hotel made our holiday! Everything about it was so good. Thanks to all the staff including Areti and Elana at reception, who were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely comfortable and spotlessly clean room, very relaxing pool area, where Mahood gave us great breakfasts. My partner and I had a wonderful time in the grand suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing for the sunrise.
We were lucky to have Rita and Tatiana to help us and they were both more than helpful in any advice or helping with requirements for what we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Our experience (girls' trip) was amazing. Tatiana was super helpful with everything, especially arrange transportation to various places and on point text communication. She is a gem. The outdoor space is breathtaking. Disliked the frosted glass bathroom door that lit up the room when someone gets up in the middle of the night, but other than that, our stay was perfect.

I have never been to Greece before and my experience at this hotel would make me go back in a heartbeat! Safe, super friendly and a fantastic place to relax and rewind. I got free cake on my first morning whilst chilling at the pool with a coffee. The pool is small but is very reasonably sized. There are sunbeds and a great bar/breakfast cafe and you are in very easy walking distance to the beach with an overwhelming amount of restaurants. Great for families and for those who want a small kitchen space as well! We had a room looking out to the pool and could use the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. Can’t wait to go back:)

Close to the shops and restaurants and the ocean. But quiet enough area. Our room had a load gurgling sound which we figured came from a downstairs water feature. Maintenance was able to turn it off at night but we had to remind them every night. Tatiana was terrific, very helpful and friendly. The night person was okay but we had to remind them of things and didn’t have the warmth of the daytime folks. The AC didn’t reach the 2nd bedroom so we had to keep the door open all night between the two. Didn’t have some amenities like a microwave

We enjoyed our stay here! We had a lovely triple room with a balcony which was lovely to sit on under the flowers.

The bed was incredibly comfortable also. The only thing that wasn’t great was the bathroom as the shower would flood and had no curtain on it. The bathroom would get quite soggy!

The pool bar and pool are also lovely, though there was a massive group staying for a wedding during our stay which would take over most of the chairs and carry on a bit during the day. This was a bit off putting, though our kids still had fun in the pool. Not the hotel’s fault though!
The breakfast at the pool bar is great value, though note that he only takes cash.

Otherwise, an enjoyable stay in a great part of the island within very easy walking distance to many restaurants.

My family and friends stayed here for a week and our stay was incredible! The staff at the hotel were so nice and very helpful. They booked restaurants and many shuttle trips for all of us.The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable.The pool and pool bar were also great! The receptionists (Tatiana and Areti) were very attentive and ensured we had a wonderful stay. There were some issues with the pool but they were solved immediately. Trips and taxi arrangements made with ease. The bakery and restaurants were close, beach super close, I will definitely return and encourage others to visit here. We loved the bakery, we enjoyed Tsoureki, cheese and butter every morning. The kitchenette , microwave and mini fridge in the room made the stay economical, and enjoyable. If ever visiting Santorini in the future, will definitely return to Blue Waves Hotel. The only minor issue was so many stairs, but that's common all over Santorini.

This hotel was very charming, we had the honeymoon suite which had a large jacuzzi tub overlooking the sea. At night it was great as the water was very hot, but during the day, there was no way to lower the temperature so it wasn’t great in that respect. The view was ok, we couldn’t tell from the pictures, however most of the view was obstructed by a restaurant in front, so that was quite disappointing.

I would highly recommend Blue Waves as a place to stay on Santorini. The area in Kamari is very relaxed compared to Oia or Thira and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, it was so easy to communicate requests and questions about the area, they were eager to solve any issues immediately and make recommendations on places to go and see. Arranging transport and transfer around the island was extremely simple over WhatsApp and they always responded immediately. The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was above and beyond what I would expect from such an economically priced accommodation. Special thanks to all the staff on site for everything!

My boyfriend and I were able to check-in early. The room was super clean and comfortable. The pool and bar was awesome! Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the pool. Drinks were worth the 9€.

Super close to the beach. Probably a 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and stores.

Overall I would recommend!!

We stayed at the Blue Waves for 4 nights, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely upgraded. The location is great. Only a block from Kamari beach. Beautiful sunrises and so many beach front restaurant options.
The room was nice but the bed was very stiff/hard(new mattress) the hotel does offer mattress toppers so if you like softer mattress just ask for one. The bathroom shower hangs on the wall at waist height so need to be aware. Our room was missing the cooking top(only had the mini-fridge) but the staff were more than willing to replace it. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

We couldn't believe the property was rated two star. It was lovely, clean friendly, excellent location to the beach and a short walk from the main bus stop. They kept in contact once we booked and I arranged a airport pickup through them which really helped.
The staff spoke fantastic English- my Greek was not the best.
It was our 1st time visiting the island and they really helped explain where was best to visit and the best way to travel.
The beach is 2-3mins walk which has an array of restaurants and a lovely bakery!
They arranged transport for us and kept in contact throughout the trip should we need anything.

The only issue I had was t the restaurant by the pool only wanted euros … yet others paid with card 🤔
Location is amazing the hotel is all that … it’s in walking distance of everything n our taxi driver to and from the airport was on time spoke great English n our conversation was great he knew lots about the island and knew where to go.

I must say that this hotel was outstanding! The rooms are clean and spacious and close to all the activity. But what makes this hotel is the staff! The go out of there way to help you with every concern you may have and always with a smile. From the girls at the front desk, to the girls who maintain the rooms and most importantly the girls at the pool bar/breakfast area. One of the best trips i've had in a long time and will definitely be back. This hotel is a hidden gem!!!

Greek Wedding & Vacation

My first visit to Greece was quite overwhelming, I was not expecting the impact of the beauty of Santorini and
her friendly people.

Our hotels location was amazing, the staff were all very friendly & super eager to please,(and did).

Our suite was nice, well presented & very clean with adequate space for us, however, an extra luggage bench for the suitcases, and a mirror in the room would have been nice, as our visit was for a family wedding, and the only mirror was in the bathroom.

Our Grecian themed bathroom was lovely & adequately stocked with the usual requirements.

Our kitchenette was adequate but a sponge or kitchen towels would have been helpful, also I would swap the pressure cooker for a toaster.

Overall our visit (my first) was extremely positive, from arriving to departing, and out and about, we were made very very welcome.

we are back home now, & telling everyone of our wonderful visit to Greece, and looking forward to our next visit.

Loved staying here. The staff was excellent. Especially, Areti and Tatiana. Both wonderful girls. Panos who picked us up and the airport ad Aldi who dropped us off to Dmitri’’s Greek nights were also very friendly. The shower switch from the handheld to overhead did not work well but wr did not complain as we didn’t want to bother. Otherwise excellent. They have many room . Pick the one that fits your budget but we chose one with ocean view.

We loved it! Tatiana at the front desk, the beautiful young lady at the pool bar and the cleaning staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was impeccable. They were so welcoming and personable, we felt right at home. Our jacuzzi was a nice treat at the end of long days out exploring the island. The breakfast by the pool was really good too. The location was fantastic and the bed very comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Blue Waves. We had a spacious room that comfortably fit the four of us, and the staff was very helpful. It is about one block from the beach and restaurants of Kamari and right near the path to Ancient Thira. The pool and pool bar were fabulous.

My wife and I recently had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was always super friendly and ready to help us with anything. The location is perfect and with our honeymoon suite with a rooftop jacuzzi, we felt we had one of the best views in the entire area!
