Chambre ok 0 personnelle durant 4 jours 0 serviette et débarbouillette changé durant ce temps .Il n y avais pas de piscine comme l indiquait le site l hôtel était en rénovation aucun service .Nous avons un chien d assistance le propriétaire garde le dépôt de 100$ en disant qu il ne sait pas de quoi on parlent .Quand on lui montre papier certifiés dis que fans la chambre il y a une odeur de cigarette et nous sommes non fumeur 😡j aimerais etre remboursé même le site expédia effacer ma plainte en me redirigeant pour une autre réservation ailleur .........je me demande ou je pourrai avoir l aide pour me faire rembourser le 100$ quand j ai déjà payé 4 jours dans un hôtel sans service délabré avec la visite constante des policiers au 2h dans le parking endroit ou visible il y a service de sieste d une heure .......je vais m abstenir de dévoiler a quoi il servait

The entire building is under renovation. But other than that, everything was fine. I loved how I had my own privacy within the little cubicle. I love those things. Next time I come to Montreal, I will probably stop in again. I also liked the many coffee shops and art galleries situated nearby.

Aucun acces a lhotel

A l'arrivée on ma demander de faire un dépôt par débit et lors de mon départ on a pas voulu me le rembourser malgré que tout etait a la perfection dans la chambre a mon depart... ca première raison a ete quil ne trouvait pas mon recu et la seconde a ete quil ne pouvait pas vérifier dans son ordinateur car il netait pas capable de se connecter .... apres 10 min a tenter de tout prouvé mon honnêter il cest mis a me crier dessus .... je ne savait pas quoi faire et je suis incapable de me faire crier dessus donc jai quitter convenablement....

Honnêtement je ne recommande aucunement cet endroit

A 100$ la nuit pour 3 nuits plus le non remboursement de mon dépôt cest malhonnête.

The Hotel-Motel was being renovated, so we got an upgrade for free. Although we couln't use the hottub else there was an extra $50 charged. There was only 1 big towel and 1 small towel for 2... Room was out of date, but had a new fridge. For the low price it was all expected. The location wasn't far from downtown.

Sketchy property. Garbage and debris all over. Broken down car with smashed windows. Room had bugs. Shower head broken, sprayed on ceiling. Woken by car alarm at 3am in parking lot. Observed someone fleeing. Smoke detector removed , wires left hanging. We left super early after alarm and found safe place to continue sleep in vehicle.

I have stayed at this property before, it is on the lower end of the scale but it suits the purpose, which is a cost effective place to stay in a tourist crazy environment.
This time, it was different. The main building looked like I imagine Kyiv looks after being bombed and droned by Russian forces. If I looked out my window I was disgusted by the view. The lobby was full of junk, garbage, part of the driveway entrance was blocked even the sign was smashed and if I didnt know where it was, I would not be able to find it.
That said, my room was clean, quiet and comfy. Not a single issue with the room.
Until the renos or whatever they are doing are complete, I would give it a pass.
There are 4 units in the building i was in, all 4 were full in the am. Not sure if there are any other liveable units in the other buildings.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! I booked this place super late and last minute so I was unable to cancel- despite how sketchy the place seemed upon arrival. The stairs were dangerous to walk up and I almost fell down them twice. The room smelled very musty and there was a cigarette hole burned through my comforter. You could see splatter of god-knows-what on the washroom walls and mirror. There was no hot water the night I checked in and no water at all the following morning so
I couldn’t even shower. I dropped a noodle on the floor so I took a white towel to wipe up the spot and the towel was black in that spot. Truthfully, the whole vibe felt like a place for prostitution and druggies. Additionally, the concierge charged me $50 for my service dog, was super rude, and kept yelling and calling me a liar because I refused to show him papers displaying my personal medical information. Fortunately I know I’ll get that $50 back because hotels aren’t allowed to charge for service dogs but the whole stay experience felt dirty and gross! I would never stay here again.

Stayed here as last resort. Looks closed and run down. The actual motel is being renovated and the dude house we stayed in is quite dated. It was clean. Gentlemen at reception was difficult to understand but helpful. Would avoid until renovated. Paid 200$ for 1 night.

Mate the place is decrepit! I felt out of place as if I should be shooting heroine into my veins to fit in with the look of the hotel.

The area is decent & location is not bad. I easily book 3-5 hotels in a month, but I have never in my life experience something like this.

I want to say the room could be clean, but I am unsure given how the whole place is maintained.

I booked out of desperation, since every location was book. Given the price I paid, I expected something regular; especially in QC city area.

Listen, I was best off sleeping in my car.

I Need a bill with taxes included. No Wifi, No way to refund after I realize Motel was far away from my appointment 23 km. I have to cancel appointment for that reason. I book motel by 17h38 PM no garanti time limit if the choice was not good, as it was finally? I was obliged to stay instead being refund because he say I've to pay if I canceld the room

No one was there when we arrived to check in. No one answered phone either. Room was old. Bed had sucken spots everywhere. Bathtub had paint peeling off everywhere. Looked gross and unappealing. Property was dirty, unkept and definitely did not look like photos at all. Would not recommend or stay again. Did not feel safe or comfortable.

Got to the motel and a cop car showed up shortly after. The crowd was a bit rough, but close enough to Quebec City. Cleanliness was average, but getting to our room on the second floor was difficult because the front desk staff did not have the key to unlock the access door from the parking lot. So we had to carry our luggage all around the place. It was decent and got the job done.

The motel isn't located in the safest of areas. Unfortunately the floors are all wood and you hear EVERYTHING that the upstairs people are doing, in addition to the people beside you. Room was tidy though. Bathroom was very small but lots of clean towels.

The room was okay but the place itself was shady. It was clean enough, but the environment was nasty. We couldn't sleep through the night because of the noise. People around us we talking at 3am, were signing at 6am, and we really just wanted to sleep. Our experience was more so impacted by the surroundings rather than the room itself. Good perk : the hotel is really close from downtown Quebec, the Falls, Sainte Anne de Beaupré, etc.

We were on room 119, the room was clean but the toilet cover was broken and we could hear the next door guest who probably left the tv on, we were tired it didn't bother us as much and we had a fairly good night of sleek the bed was confortable, the location is perfect being between downtown Québec and the montmerency falls.

It was written breakfast available, when we did the check ✅, they said breakfast free and the coffee too.
Next day breakfast available for 15$ tax.
Not enough towels or shampoo for 2 person and toilet paper used.
It is for one night, sleep and go next day, that's it.

The front desk was not very helpful. The key to our room was not working from outside, and the room can only be accessed from inside. On one night we came late and could not get inside for an hour and had no support from the staff at all.. had to knock other guests' door to get into the building. The owner was very rude and not helpful at all.
