Bedsheet was so dirty with stain and the room so dusty as well.But Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool had green water, not much within walking distance (had to take Grab everywhere), room was large and well stocked but they don’t provide water daily as nearly all hotels in Chiang Mai do.

Internet bad. Breakfast worse , don't spend the extra cash. Go to 7/11 it's around the corner.

Awesome!

Lovely place, breakfast included and pool is awesome. The only thing is you hear a LOT of planes flying overhead because of the location. However the staff were amazing, lent us umbrellas and one lady even booked us an Uber on her app when we left and had us take a picture of the price! Wonderful staff here.

what a great place!!!

It was perfect for my family. The staff are really kind and helpful. Hotel is very clean and more than the price. I really want to stay again next time. I rent a car bit there is free shuttle to old town, Nimman road, and Maya shopping mall.

Zoals aangegeven is de ligging ver van alle hotspots. Veel luidruchtige gasten. Het ontbijt was minimaal. Blauwe eieren, oud brood, en een horde mieren liep tussen de jam en de boter door. Het ontbijt lijkt niet op het ontbijt op de foto''s. Wasbak liep niet door. Geen wifi op de 3e verdieping. Voordeel is dat er de hele dag koffie, thee en water te nemen is. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Bra hotell lite avsides med skön säng

Shane hotel ligger lite avsides men det tar inte mer än 7 min att promenera upp till stora vägen Huaykaew Road där det ligger massor av restauranger, marknader och butiker. Mitt rum var stort med väldigt skön säng. Bra dusch och engelska TV-kanler på TVn. Hotellet har en pool och utomhuslaunch med gratis kaffe, vatten och frukt hela dagen. Frukosten som ingick var bra och personalen trevlig. Med tanke på det låga priset var det ett väldigt bra hotell som jag gärna skulle bo på igen.

สะดวกสบายพอสมควร ที่จะออกไปไหน เข้าซอยไม่ไกลจากถนน

ที่พักสะอาด อาหารเช้ารสชาดกลางๆ อาจเป็นเพราะมีหลายเชื้อชาติที่เข้าพัก ควรจะมีน้ำปลาพริกให้หน่อย สำหรับแขกคนไทย ที่พักสะอาดดี มีน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดให้หยิบได้ตลอดเวลา

Laut und dunkel

Wollten gar nicht einziehen, da alle Zimmer des Hotels über kein Fenster verfügen. Mussten die Eingangstür offen halten um Tageslicht zu haben.
Das Hotel hat dünne Wände und liegt im Startbereich des Flughafens.
Der Pool war eiskalt und dadurch unbenutzbar ( bekommt nie Sonne ab). Haben nur einmal in 10 Tagen gesehen, dass er gereinigt wird.
Das Frühstück war gut.
Das Personal völlig inkompetent.

Zimmer ohne Fenster

Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster. Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und laut. Fluglärm. Pool war eiskalt.
Wollten gar nicht einziehen, war aber bei Ankunft nicht mehr stornierbar.
Nie wieder!!!

房间太潮湿，略显简陋，不过干净还是挺干净的。服务不错，有一位帅气的小哥，英文很好，沟通无障碍。早餐可选的比较少，味道还不错，总体还是对得起价格的！

Das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück besteht aus asiatischen Speisen sowie Cornflakes und lappriges Baguette (kein Belag verfügbar). Leider wird dieses nicht nachgefüllt. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nichts gereinigt. Eines Nachmittags kamen wir von einem Ausflug zurück und mussten feststellen, dass sich 3 Handwerker (die nicht zum Hotel gehörten) in unserem Zimmer befanden. Nach 20 Minuten warten konnten wir das Zimmer wieder betreten, jegliche Utensilien zur Reparatur waren ebenso noch vorhanden. Den Schlüssel haben wir erst auf Verlangen wieder von den Handwerkern ausgehändigt bekommen. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel abseits.

- อาหารเช้าโอเค ห้องสะอาด
- พอดีไปพักช่วงที่ห้องพักกำลังต่อเติม ปรับปรุงห้องพักอยู่ ทำให้มีเสียงดังรบกวน เฉพาะช่วงสายๆ จนถึงเย็น
- ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่ ได้ยินคนคุยกันข้างนอกเสียงดังเข้ามาในห้องพัก
- ฝักบัวมันสูงไปหน่อยปรับลงมาได้ไม่เยอะ

Shame!

Mi è bastato l'arrivo personale non preparato (non parlano quasi inglese) arrivo alle 18.00 la stanza non era pronta il check in previsto per le ore 10.00, la camera minimal ma cieca per me inaccetabile a quel prezzo, la piscina chiusa e chiedendo allo staff per quanto \" non lo sappiamo\" . L'hotel è in periferia lo puoi raggiungere solo con un uber ma se non hai la carta di credito poche possibilità di andare in centro, dopo aver visto ció ho lasciato l'hotel per trasfermi altrove vi ho soggiornaro per 10 minuti!

酒店位置在巷內，出入比較不便，但員工非常好，會主動幫忙叫車及價錢合理。
房間燈光暗，浴室應加浴簾隔水。
早餐品種不多但可口，餐廳全日免費供應飲品。
整體感覺良好！

มีห้อง Triple สำหรับครอบครัวพักสบาย ราคาไม่แพง ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้องพัก แต่มีตู้แช่ส่วนกลางพร้อม Complimentary drinking water & hot beverage ให้ดื่มได้ฟรีตลอด แถมมีขนมหรือคุกกี้ให้ด้วยค่ะ เจ้าของน่ารักมาดูแลเองทุกเช้า อาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอเติมตลอด แม้จะไม่ได้มีหลายเมนู แต่มีหลายประเภทครอบคลุม มีเป็นหลักทุกเช้า ได้แก่ ขนมปัง+เนย+แยม สลัด (ที่นี่ใช้ผักของโครงการหลวง) ข้าวผัด ก๋วยเตี๋ยวผัดหรือพาสต้า ไข่ดาว ไส้กรอก กับข้าวอีกอย่าง (วันที่ไปเป็นปลาชุบเกล็ดขนมปังทอดราดซอส) ขนม ผลไม้ (2 อย่าง) นม น้ำส้ม โยเกิร์ต เครื่องทำกาแฟของเนสกาแฟ(สามารถเลือกกาแฟเอสฯ ลาเต้ คาปูฯ โอวัลติน ชอกโกแลต) คอนเฟลก (2 ชนิด)

Friendly staff and Delicous breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff! Reasonable price with good air conditioning and very delicious breakfast, esp the Thai food and dessert!

The door of the toilet in the room is semi-transparent and it is not good. Also, there should be some shelves or hooks for hanging towels...in the washroom.

The location is not very convenient...need transportation to visit the nearest shopping mall MAYA and Nimman District. It locates in a quiet street and not many attractions nearby, only Chiangmai University.
