I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The woman at the reception was extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping guests. The room smelled bad, which made it very uncomfortable to stay.

On top of that, there was a lot of noise late at night—around 3–4 AM there were loud shouting and even fights, making it impossible to sleep. I did not feel safe or relaxed at all.

Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Bathroom dirty and kitchen dirty. When I went to complain about it because I paid for a clean place and told her about it as I also requested things to clean it, the worker had this response “oh my god”. She then walked off to get it.

I went and clean the tub not to mentioned it had hair all over it and the sides of the tub was dirty.

The toilet has crap stain at the bottom and then it’s dirty at the back of the toilet.

Experience not nice at all after driving 4hrs to come here to relax.

The room was dirty in various places-the cupboard under the sink and two kitchen drawers, and in a corner of the bathroom. Also the lampstand near the bed, when the lamp was moved slightly, had grime on it. The floor was sticky in one or more places, creating a sticky noise when we walked on it. We asked for a few dishes and a mug came chipped where one would drink from it. The alarm clock wouldn't work at all (we couldn't set the time)

Breakfast was pick up and go…Nutragrain Bar.
No dishes, silver, glasses or cups in room. No pots or pans, no microwave. Not even a plastic glass for a drink of water. No hairdryer.
Remote didn’t work, had to go down and get one from the desk. TV quit working around 10 pm. Was told I would have to ask for anything for the kitchen. Carpet was threadbare. Will not stay this brand again.

My experience at this extended stay hotel was disappointing. To start, there is rarely anyone at the front desk. Staff stay in the back, so guests must loudly say “hello” before anyone comes out. A small bell would make this much more convenient and professional.When I checked in, I waited about 10 minutes with no one in sight. I eventually used their phone to call the front desk. A staff member named Kim came out, did not greet me, apologize, or acknowledge the delay, she simply stood there silently. Her attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, which unfortunately continued throughout my stay. I stayed for almost a month, paying $510 per week, yet still had to pay for laundry. The first time, machines accepted cards. The second time, I had already loaded my laundry before realizing they changed to quarters only, without notifying guests. When I asked Kim about it, she gave short, unhelpful responses and appeared irritated by my questions. I ended up washing clothes by hand because I didn’t want to hunt for quarters. It is 2025, guests should not be surprised by outdated payment changes. I also had a package delivered. Other staff usually brought packages to the counter, but Kim told me to retrieve it myself with no courtesy. Overall, this hotel may be okay for a short stay, but I cannot recommend it for long-term stays. The lack of communication, inconsistent service, and poor front desk professionalism, especially from the staff member I interacted with most, made my sta

Nowhere to park parking lot seems to always be full multiple people staying in one room and they all drive separate so there’s what seems like 3 to 4 cars per room which leads to not a lot of room to park. No one’s ever at the front desk and cleaning guy busted into room, even after he was told to hold on a minute.

My stay was horrible! The front office staff person, KIM, was excessively rude and downright mean and nasty as I asked for 2 more pillows for my bad back, and I was told I could only have 1, because I already had 3. From the time I checked in, just a nasty person! The bathroom was YELLOW! The property could NOT have any upgrades or anything in the 20 years it's been open. I visit Toledo often as I have family and friends in the area, but I will NEVER stay there again! As a travel agent, I will never recommend this hotel!

We couldn't arrive until late, after midnight. The clerk was friendly, but was extraordinarily slow, almost as if she was high. The air conditioner leaked and the carpet on that side of the bed was quite wet. The hot water took nearly five minutes to get passed luke-warm, so much so, we didn't even attempt a shower. The switch on the lamp was broken so that when you pushed the button, the whole assembly would sink into the lamp without turning it on or off. Finally, the so-called \"continental breakfast\" consisted of coffee, One flavor of Nutra-grain bars, and a couple of packages of oatmeal. We spent only a few hours there, but we will not be returning.

Overall, a bad experience. I made a reservation through Expedia. When I arrived at the motel, there were no rooms available. I contacted Expedia to obtain a refund. Expedia contacted the motel to confirm that I had never checked in so that I could be issued a refund. Motel told to Expedia that it will have to talk to the hotel manager who was gone for the evening. Expedia promised to resolve the issue in the morning. That never happened. I had to contact Expedia a third time to finally resolve the issue.

The hotel overall is good. I stayed there for one night, and the room was spacious and neat. Only thing is there were some weird stains/spots on a couple of the chairs that maybe needed to be cleaned a bit better, and the bathroom sink seemed to be clogged up a bit, since whenever I would wash my hands or brush my teeth, the water would fill up a bit and take a little bit to go down. Overall though, it's a pretty decent place to stay, especially if you're there for a quick pit stop or short amount of time. And I love how its close to a lot of things/places to eat that are easily walkable!!

The men at the desk were very welcoming, however, the elevator smelled terribly, the carpet in the room
looked quite old and had cigarette burns in it, and the bathroom sink also had burn marks. No ice bucket, only one plastic cup. We are unlikely to stay at an Extended Stay facility if this is the way the main office maintains their facilities.

Roomy and kitchenette is a big plus. Could have done a little better with cleaning as found chewing gum pressed into the floor. Had not yet changed out a damaged sofa and issues with exterior entry doors having trouble recognizing key cards had not been addressed. Pleasant staff and several restaurants within walking or very short driving distance.

This was awful. The first room we were given wasn’t clean, and we arrived at 7pm well after checkout and cleaning hours. The second room was an “upgrade” and was almost as bad. No garbage cans, no remote and the floor was filthy. Found clothes under the bed left behind from a previous occupant. If we hadn’t been so tired from 9 days of travel and not able to get our prepaid stay refunded, we would not have stayed. Hotel is worn, lobby was dirty- which should have been our first clue- obvious signs of water leaks from room above. This hotel deserves zero stars. Awful.

Stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Lobby very small, dark and grungy. Staff cordial, not welcoming. Did not lock any of the entrance doors to hotel at night. “Grab and Go\" breakfast was 1 muffin and coffee/hot choc. Carpet in hallway also grungy. Room had certain smell, mold maybe? Décor maybe 1980’s and VERY, VERY basic, not inviting at all. Didn’t see bed bugs at that time, didn’t see any mold. Bathroom was fine, shower good pressure and hot water. Then came the “kitchen”. There was not ONE thing in the cupboards. No plates, cups, utensils, pot/pan, nothing. Had a kitchen towel and trash can, that was it! How do you advertise having a kitchen, yet you don't provide anything to use in it?! Next day, walked into lobby to go to room, bugs scattered on lobby floor. Then last morning, I seen the bed bugs! I screamed, jumped up, threw toothpaste in my mouth while throwing everything in our bags and ran out of that hotel. We have stayed at these hotels before but will NEVER again! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!

It was a safe place to stay, but I don't know that our room was cleaned. There was hair in the shower and bed sheets as well as items left in the drawers and cabinets. The room also smelled musty. The coffee was good in the morning but the breakfast was just granola bars and there was one muffin remaining at 6:15am.

The hotel clerk was extremely friendly and really tried to be helpful. The room/shower/kitchen were clean, but an \"extended-stay\" facility is supposed to provide plates, silverware, cups, glasses, dish soap, dish rags, wash cloths, etc. The clerk said he had \"some\" of that stuff, but much of it was still in rooms, they are short staffed, and some of it was stolen and it is the end of their budget year. Consequently, they did not have the soap and the dish rags and wash cloths.
As we were checking out, the owner/manager of the hotel promised us a 20% discount on our next visit for an apology for the inconvenience of the missing items. This was very generous, if we ever decide to return.

This stay was not as good as I expected, the lobby entrance was dark and not inviting. However, the hallways were well lit. My room did not feel clean when I entered, but was not dirty, just well used. Overall, the stay was average, I would have preferred a more up to date modern hotel. The continental breakfast was poor at best, just package muffins and coffee and breakfast bars. I would not necessarily stay here again.

Irdered room with 2 beds got a snelly room with one bed, very sweet desk clerk got us another larger room with 2 bed.
Bathroom was fithy, no toilet paper, (cleaned bathroom myself, had to go to desk for TP.)

Check-in was easy and quick. Staff friendly. Built in kitchen was convenient with a fridge and stove which was definite a plus. But the floors were not clean at all. My white socks were black on the bottom. I was afraid to go without them for fear my feet would be black too. I went thru at least 6 pairs of socks for the 2 day stay. Hopefully the black washes out of all of them. Under the heater/AC unit there was cobb webs with hair and dirt stuck in them. When first walking into the room it smelled like old fry grease. Not very pleasant. The room stated that the bed size was a queen, but it felt more like a double. It seemed really small for my husband and I which are of average size.
