Room was clean staff was friendly except i think she was judgy of how we looked and put us in the section where all the minorities was staying so we seen a cockroach trying to come in our door so my fiance went to kill it and it ran back out and idk if it was the same one but he killed one in the hallway on the wall. We didnt use the laundry and didnt bring pets. You have to give them your card number before hand they take a dollar to see if you have money on your card then when you check in they take a deposite of 60 and you get it back 3 to 5 fays after you check out and you have to pay for wifi if your not a member with them. The hotel itself was pretty run down the hot tub has way to much chlorine in it after showering the chlorine smell stayed on us. The bed was comfy.

One they wouldnt give us extra blankets, instead they offered us a rollaway bed for $15. Sec. They charged me twice to switch dates and a smaller room. Last the power went out and did not get a refund back after we choose to leave because they didn't know when the power came back on.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. However, the room was in desperate need of repair. There were lightbulbs out, finish all chipped off of headboard, grout missing in the bathroom, old carpet... We only had 1/2 roll of TP when we arrived. There were no cups in the bathroom for toothbrushing. And they totally cheaped it out by providing 4 twin sized pillows for a king-sized bed. There was an exterior door by the pool area that was not locked. Anyone could enter the building from that door. That doesn't make a guest feel very safe.

Rooms were clean and ready. Staff, all around, were very nice and helpful. If you are out of something or forgot something small, ie towels, toothbrush, even shampoo and conditioner; ladies they try to keep extra in case you have extra long hair. Convenient location as well.

Check-in wasn’t great. It’s only two stories so no elevator and no direction how to get to your room. Long hallway to even get to the stairs. By the time I found the room the key didn’t work. So we got a diff room. Got inside it and it was 2 double beds not a king that I reserved. Finally we were given a room on the bottom floor. The lady at the desk was apologetic but not sure why we had such trouble. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot to choose from. Sunday we didn’t get to breakfast until 9 and almost everything was gone. (No more Waffles, coffee, apple juice was water, eggs, gravy) The fruit loops were stale. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Absolutely appalling me and my wife rented a room for one night off of hotels.com we show up and I have to pay a security deposit that was not mentioned they said I'd get it back within 5 days it's been over 5 days I still have not received my security deposit back. Now let's get to the room The sheets were stained there were cockroaches in there and me and my wife barely got any sleep because people kept trying to get into our room I will not be returning there ever again.

I arrived at 10:00 PM and was warmly welcomed, and quickly checked in. The room was conveniently located a short walk from the front desk, and close to the pool and vending machines. On entering, the room smelled and looked very clean, and the bed was turned down and waiting. Most of the lamps in the room were controlled by a single switch near the door, which I liked very much. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless, and the frig was running and quite cold. I had noticed on arrival that the parking lot was very well-lit, and I was able to park near the side door. I should add that there were a lot of entry doors, so it seemed that no matter where your room was located, it was close to a secure outside door. My search for electrical outlets was rewarded when I found USB and 110v. receptacles on the bedside table. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I fell asleep immediately. In the AM I tried the TV, which worked as expected, with a wide selection of channels. The shower was hot, and the blow drier convenient. The small desk was perfect for the paperwork I had brought with me, and the pneumatic office chair was a pleasant surprise. I didn't try the breakfast, but I can say that the serving area was spotless. A visit to the pool and spa, which conveniently opened an hour before checkout time, revealed a well-maintained and appointed facility. Even the sauna was clean and fully operational. Overall, this was a tremendous value for the price.

The water smells like rotten eggs for surely that they're using tap water to make the biscuits and gravy in the morning at the breakfast if you're having backed up poo issues eat the food there or just have a sip of water and you will never be backed up again no idea how this hotel even came through the filter when I had 7 plus star

Check in went fine the room had a high-rise toilet with a bar . The photos that they have for that room are not that room not at all the room smelled like funk there was nasty spit on the wall and the curtain. The water smells like rotten eggsThe whole room had a nasty smell that would not go away no matter how much Lysol air sanitizer or Scentsy was sprayed The beds were not that great neither were the flat pillowsWe did notcare how the cleaning people barged into the room even when I answered the door and said give us 20 minutes to take off andHE LITERALLY PUSHED ME out of the way and still came in and then remove the shower curtain from the bathroom instead of the curtain of the window that had spit on itThey also had BUG on the WALL IN THE ROOMI have no idea how this hotel even popped up when I had the filter at a 7⭐ or better yes the pool was clean so was the hot tub and sauna but just because of establishment has all that does not make it that grade of place to sleep in I literally shook out every item of clothing that we had to make sure that we were not bringing back bugs go to laundromat wash the stuff and then in the dryer I'm finding little dead bugs in our belongings thank goodness I went to the laundromat because I don't need those bugs in my home The biscuits gravy gave myman the screaming memes for the toilet and I do believe that they made it out of tap water because the water smelled like rotten eggs like that Park OAK OPENINGS WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The room was surprisingly in very good shape. It looked like the bathroom was new. The floor. The shower/enclosure etc. The problem.arose when I went to the bathroom and saw a roach. I felt super uncomfortable and didn't feel good about needing to use the restroom at night and stepping onto the floor. My daughter immediately zipped up her bags . It was the most uncomfortable stay I've had in decades.

The hotel and staff are great! The free breakfast every morning is perfect for the start of the day. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door if you are needing or wanting comfort food. The hot tub and sauna is awesome for relaxing after work or playing in the snow.

There was cockroaches everywhere. I told staff and they literally laughed at me. I haven't seen my daughter in over 2 months and was finally in town to see her. She wanted a swimming pool to be able to swim in. So I picked a hotel in Perrysburg just thinking I was good. Man was I wrong. The hotels need an exterminator first, then a major upgrade is definitely due. The curtains are all ripped up. The paint is chipped on the walls everywhere. Just a terrible experience and I will never return. I come back and see my daughter every 2 weeks now and I most certainly won't be going back there.

Rooms were infested with roaches and the staff clearly knows about it. Offered to change my room I declined and left after being at the hotel a couple hours. Manager is refusing to refund my money suggesting I should had taken their offer of a different room both rooms across the hall from each other had roaches highly likely the other room would too. Stay away unless your looking to pay for a home bug inspection after leaving

The first room I was given had roaches so I asked for another room. The next room had black mold in the bathroom. Was it worth it for the price? Maybe. If I needed more rest, the guest who left waffles in the waffle iron for 5 minutes with the alarm going off would have been a dealbreaker. Too dirty, too noisy.

Reservations were made a month ago for 4 rooms adjoining. Told after we arrived that they don’t have adjoining rooms and they could not put us together because they sold out the night before. Absolutely ridiculous considering we made our reservation a month in advance.
Beds were very uncomfortable, shower rod was falling off the wall, entire place smelled musty, water smelled and tasted terrible, toaster at breakfast didn’t work and had very limited juices.

Most disappointing experience ive ever had. Called ahead to make sure the room we were getting would fit the needs of my medically complex husband. Was told it was. Once we arrived and was checking in i asked again about the room...Again was assured it was a mobility accessible room. Well! NO it wasnt. Called front desk was told we could get a refund. (3 to 5 businesses days later) so it shortly my account because i had to pay again for another room. Was told to call expedia that they should be able to help. When Expedia called the property they were told i got the room i ordered so expedia refused to help us. It was a friday night and called around for hours looking for a room while my disabled husband sat in the car. We were hours away from home. Ended up at the hospital so i could clean him up after he had an accident since i had no where to take him. Finally able to find a suitable room at 1am. I spend hours crying and calling hotel after hotel. Baymount then turned around and billed me the 2nd time sat morning. Shorting my account even more. They didnt care what we gone through and the lady Saturday morning was rude and left me on hold and never came back. I will leave walk into that property again. Lesson learned.... always check your room before you paid especially if you are traveling with a medically complex person. Now home waiting on both refunds... Thank you Baymount for the worest experience ever!!

We stopped on our way back home after a week long trip. This was an excellent pit stop along the way, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. When we went to check in the women was on the phone with a blue tooth device in her ear and more interested in that. We had to say to her three times you are going to have to speak up and slow down when you are talking so we can understand you! When we got to the room the shower head was hanging down found out it you put it up it was leaking and would flood the bathroom. Also it looked like their was black mold around the bottom of the shower. Also when we went to the pool their were no towels. this had to be one of the worst Baymont's we have ever stayed at.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but felt it necessary here. We found insects in three different places in the room. I set a clean shirt down on the floor and when I picked it up to put it on is smelled like a wet dog. There were many broken items in the room. Positively, the staff were friendly and the price was under $100.

Although the beds were comfortable, the room didn't look as clean as I would expect it to be for a hotel. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The man at the front desk was really nice. That's about all i can say that was good. The room smelled heavily of mildew and there was mildew or mold on the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom. The old curtains blocked most of the AC from actually reaching the rest of the room. And breakfast was cold (and it wasnt supposed to be). It was NOT worth $100+ per night.

I booked this due to being pet friendly with a sick animal locked in a cage who cannot move, to be turned down and have to call and ask for help to get another room from family members. I had an important vet appt I drove 5 hours for. They only accept dogs.
