Fabulous room. Very clean and modern. Lovely shower with separate bathtub. Excellent wi-fi, tv with plenty of channels including English language. Staff were very nice and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Skybar and pool were also very good. My only choice when staying in Phnom Penh.

I had a wonderful stay overall,  the staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and the daily breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The room was spotless and well‑appointed, and all common areas were impeccably maintained.

My only drawback was the bed: it was quite hard and left me aching after a few nights. A mattress topper or softer option would make a big difference.

If the hotel upgrades its bedding, it would easily be a five‑star experience. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

Amazing staff very friendly. I enjoyed my stay until the air conditioning stopped cooling my room the last two nights of my stay. I was forced to stay at another hotel due to very very hot weather. I returned to check out two days later and air conditioning was repaired. I understand things happen with equipment. Just wanna share my full experience. Ending with the staff was amazing. I will possibly stay again on my travels after verifying air conditioning has been upgraded.

Fantastic hotel in good location

Arguably best hotel in the city. Very clean and fresh throughout. Room was not too big but in excellent condition. Good AC. Helpful front desk and a nice breakfast. Roof top pool was great but only 2 pounders were in the sun after midday which was a little disappointing.

Rude, demeaning, insulting would describe the attitude of at least the woman checking in my wife.

Demands made to locate towels? (Which were in the room).

The concept of checking into the hotel and then enjoying your time there doesn't exist. Finding any reason to tell you to pay additional money seems to now be the primary goal.

Stayed here before few times. So that's a recommendation. Late at night it is a bit dodgy area. So take a tuktuk if you are drunk and it is 2am. Don't take a room on the 10th floor because the pool is right above you and pipes or whatever can be noisy. The pool and tub and bar on the 11th floor are very nice and relaxed with great view, definitely a nice place to spend a sunny afternoon. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety, though I miss the anchovies as part of the salad bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Hotel in Phnom Penh. The location was good, we could walk to the royal palace, markets and lots of cafes and restaurants easily the room was spacious and comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good with great Asian pork soup as well as European options if we weren’t feeling adventurous. Loved the infinity pool in the afternoons - great view of the river and nice cocktails. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would love to return.

Beautiful hotel, with modern facilities and I didn’t mind the location near the local fresh food market right across the road. Easy access to many local eating options as well as things to see and do. Breakfast was lovely with several choices, just some things in closhes were not hot, really nice space to eat in. A chicken avocado salad I chose from room service was very disappointing, did not match the description of ingredients on the menu with a tiny bit of chicken diced up rather than the slices depicted in the picture and other ingredients absent altogether eg tomato. Staff at front desk just verbally apologized when informed did not provide a discount.

We were four adults (two rooms) visiting from NYC. We stayed for four nights in September. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. We enjoyed the breakfast on the second floor and liked that the location was so convenient. There is a daily wet market on the same street, and lots of local restaurants nearby. It’s also very close to the river where we took many walks in the morning and evening. My parents are older so we appreciated that there was an elevator to the ground level, and nearby things we could walk to. The central market is a quick tuk tuk ride, as are many other sites.

Perfect location and room, BUT !

I was originally going to give the Harmony Hotel a perfect review.
The hotel has everything going for it.
Its position near the river and nightlife is superb.
The hotel is very clean, modern and highly recommended.
If I was to return to Phnom Penh I’d stay there again.

HOWEVER, upon checking out this morning there was a major disappointment. I had paid U.S $15 in cash to reception the day before my tour to S21 and the Killing Fields.
I’d paid in cash at the time of my initial booking of the tour.
But the girl taking my money had not noted it into their system, and despite pointing this out I wasn’t believed, and had to pay for a second time.
Not the end of the world, but a poor end to my stay at a great hotel.
I should have asked for a receipt at the time of paying, instead of trusting them to note down my payment.
You live and learn.

Quite new. Very clean. Nice room, excellent roof pool and bar above. Great views. Close to the river. Had a room with balcony - well worth it.
Staff very nice. Buffet small but good.
Only comment was slow service at breakfast. Minor in comparison to all the positive points but could be improved.
Next to a local market so all the sights and sounds of PP too.
Absolutely 100% would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was big enough and had a balcony looking over a noisy street below but with views of the nearby pagoda. The location was convenient near the river and walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. The pool area was lovely but has minimal lounge chairs. The gym was okay, but could get quite warm. I would recommend it.

Best hotel room of 45 nights traveling S E Asia! Modern, minimalist room & sexy, glass shower with view through room. Loved it all. Super nice staff & wonderful buffet breakfast in stylish, large cafe. Great location on the river in Saigon. We booked a super fun CuChi Tunnels fast boat trip & simply crossed the road to the ferry dock! Walked to several great restaurants. The hotel suggested a dance show at the Opera House & set us up with great tickets & we walked a couple blocks there. Definitely would only stay at this hotel again! Lovely!! And the roof top pool & bar were spectacular!

We loved this hotel and it's location. We had booked a different hotel for our return portion of our trip but cancelled it and stayed again at the Harmony. The staff were great, rooms large, bathroom very clean. The pool during the day was lovely and sitting beside it in the evening listening to live music with a drink and a view of the river was fabulous. There are 2 levels above the pool for viewing and drinks (outside stairs only) with a wonderful 360 degree view of Phnom Penh from the top level.

Enjoyed the stay, have stayed there on several trips and have had several friends stay there through my advise.
Only regret is they don't allow the lounges to enjoy the afternoon sun by the pool. Very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons I used to stay there.
Would stay somewhere else on that alone.

I will stay here again. You get what you pay for! I had the Suite Balcony 9th floor, GREAT view of river area. Pool and hot tub on top floor (11th) is very nice with river view. The food is a little pricy. Get the breakfast included, nice buffet! Laundry service 4 doors down, small bar next door. Taxi and Tuk Tuk drivers in front of hotel. Don't use Tuk Tuk for Killing Field and prison tours, take taxi and you pay for entrance fees. Ask for Rina, nice young man, very good English. He can drive you in taxi or tuk tuk.

Location with a market right outside its doorstep is less than desirable. Turn left when you leave the hotel and it's lovely with the riverfront. But turn right and you get the smells etc of the market!

It’s comfortable enough. Location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is ok. I had an ant problem in my bathroom. It was quiet. On checkout day, they told me a coffee cup saucer was missing from my room. Told them I hadn’t touched it. They treated me like I had stolen from them and hey charged me for it despite I don’t even remember seeing a saucer. I thought that was super tacky and rude. Who steals a saucer from anywhere ever?! Take pix of what’s in the room when you arrive or they’ll accuse you of stealing it.

Hot water was non-existent for first three days. Front desk was never able to exchange currency, citing not enough small bills.
My girlfriend is of Cambodian descent and although she was registered as guest, guards kept treating her as street girl, asking for ID.
Booked taxi to airport and although it was booked the day before, the front desk did not call for taxi until we came down to check out. Taxi ended up being 20 minutes late.

Good location, next to local market and the river walk, very convenient, plenty of local and established restaurants, massage, and convenient store. Hot water work well, air conditioning is a little weak and can only get down to 17 degree Celsius. Restaurant served simple but decent breakfast with variety of Asian and European choice including hot tea, coffee, and orange juice. Room have safe. Bathrope, and slippers. Hotel is open 24 hours and have front desk personnel at all hours. Good hotel to stay, we recommended!

I stayed there in the low season and this is also the time that the hotel does their upgrades and maintenance to their rooms. Did experience more than my share of construction noise from nearby units. Thankfully they moved me to a section of the hotel not experiencing maintenance.

I loved my stay at Harmony Hotel. My room was sleek and modern with an amazing view of the Royal Palace and the river. As an added bonus you could see the Royal Palace from your Spa shower and the balcony was large with comfortable seating. I also loved the large infinity pool with views of the river. As an added bonus the fish amok was delicious. The
Hotel is centrally located and as an added bonus you have an amazing local food market steps for the front door of the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Beautiful view and great location

I liked the hotel in many ways, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and the front desk tried to be helpful. They have one of the most beautiful rooftop pool and view looking over the river and city. Unfortunately I found staff in the bar and restaurant not very trained for hospitality. They seemed suspicious and curt. Also the hours of the Jacuzzi and pool are crazy. They finish at 8pm, when many guests want to relax after a dinner and have a jacuzzi and swim while enjoying the night and lights. I would suggest that they make the rooftop service and hours reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Only issue is the maids and cleaning staff talking so loud and using walkie-talkies when one still sleeps....! No care for customers (who for main part are in holidays !!.. so, no early wakeup..!)) from cleaning staff

We stayed here when we arrived in Phnom Penh and then again as we were leaving. It was an amazing stay, the staff was so helpful and friendly! We had a balcony suite on the 9th floor. The room and the view was beautiful. We had a full bathroom with a tub, a great bed, a fridge and it was very comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof with a hot tub was really nice, the happy hour cold draft beer was a perfect way to relax after exploring the city. Each day started with a delicious breakfast buffet with eastern and western choices, fresh fruit and yummy fresh made omelettes. One of the things that we remember most was the smile on everyone's face. We'll be back!

This hotel is amazing. Very nice and friendly staff, who couldn't do enough to make my stay very smooth and relaxing. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Reception staff and front of house staff very gracious and helpful. Hotel has east access to where ever you may want to go, with plenty of transport available, be this taxi or tuc tuc .
Maybe a little more variety of food at breakfast would make it better.
