Reasonable rate with breakfast included so that was a bonus. Not the cleanest condition though and when we asked for towels and toilet paper they only brought two towels for the 4 of us… and no toilet paper so we had to buy our own.

The location is close to several places of interest as weell as importance. It is also within walking distance to the Aeon Mall. We chose the river facing apartment and the view was amazing, any time of the day.

This is such a cool place to stay and it's incredibly cheap. You get all of the amenities of a hotel and the convenience of an apartment. Super amazing view of the city, comfortable bed, super clean, and the rooms have a washer/dryer combo and you can get detergent downstairs at one of the supermarkets.

This is in the Chinese area so they have really good restaurants plus there's a Papa John's and Starbucks in the building as well if you need some domesticated American food.

The room is spacious and in a very good location.

BUT…there is a lot of dust in the room that blocks your nose very easily regardless of the A/C being on or not.

The shower head is old and definitely needs changing.

Overall it was ok and priced right. The rooms were very plain and unattractive and the toilet was very small and wobbled . Staff tried to be helpful but were not trained very well .. overall there is room for improvement. Also a big hotel like this that could not even make change for $100 ??? Really? Poor management is my conclusion

Nice view from upgraded room, after getting relocated due to previous smoking in room.

The one room shower/toilet combo sucks bad! Common areas and elevators dirty. A tenant was stabbed inside their room while we were staying there.

A/C condenser cabinets not sealed from outside air entering room which makes it difficult to cool down and maintain temp.

Just OK overall.

You get what you pay for

I read the reviews and considered not staying there. However, I received a GREAT rate per night ($27). Unfortunately, I got what I paid for. It took 3 complaints to get someone to make the \"smart\" TV actually work, and then the shows and movie selections were sparse. It took 3 complaints to get housekeeping to actually bring us toilet paper (less than a 1/4 roll when we arrived). Shower (no door) still allows water to soak the floor, and in our room, there was noticeable damage to the cheap bathroom door. At sign in, we were offered complementary alcoholic drinks at Collins, which is their restaurant on floor 13. All Sprite and juice, very little alcohol. Building looks beautiful, but service totally sucks. If you have kids, consider staying somewhere else. The artwork on the walls in the rooms is of naked women. I know from reading other reviews that management will say they will address these issues, but those reviews go back a year, and NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Noisy hotel with clubs downstairs. Extremely loud music till 6am in the morning. Unprofessional customer service. Lots of china people staying at the hotel. Lift lobby with no aircon and weird smell. Tiolet have weird smell as well.

Quality of hotel was not as expected. WiFi kept crashing, which includes the tv, and toiletries provided were poor (if present).
No telephone in room, ie if you wanted to contact Hotel you had to use mobile, email(?) or walk back over. Although numerous elevators, they always seem busy.

Our stay was terrific. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean.
The only issue we had was housekeeping from the wooden maple hotel utilized the room across from ours and they are very loud, watching tv in their phones, playing music and had our door blocked with carts many times. We asked them a dozen times to be quiet and they weren’t. This is NOT bridge club employees. Their housekeeping staff was excellent. The pool is not heated and absolutely freezing.

The Bridge Club is out of the chaos of town, it seems to be a very new Chinese area. Restaurants directly handy are all Chinese and no prices BUT we discovered casino Nagaworld at roundabout has food hall downstairs and very good prices, AWESOME. Rooms are odd, but it was the most comfortable bed I've had in two months, pool gym. We didn't really feel like we were in Cambodia here but it was lovely relief when you've been traveling for months

tv was not hooked up to anything, shower area is not properly contained, water flowed onto the toilet floor making everywhere wet, although have cooking stove but no cutleries.

lets face it, this place is a condo, but it is unsold so a company took over and moderately converted it into a hotel but without more thought put into it, location wise is ok, near to naga but immediately down stairs are all chinese restaurants, feel like you are in chinatown and whole building are mostly occupied by chinese who have no regards for non smoking laws.

I was wonder why they didn't satisfaction with this hotel?
I guess it from some factors.
1. door lock system is not kindness and staff didn't told about it.
2. there's aircon condenser unit in room.(makes noise)
3. shower takes wet everything in restroom.(no door for shower)
4. nice looking room on cheap amenities victim.

conclusion is 3.5 rate is right.

It was a nice stay overall as the room we got was on the 30th floor and the bed and airconditioning was okay. However, wifi and TV service was erratic and there were not enough English speaking channels. Bathroom was a bit small and got easily flooded. Amenities were basic and no coffee or tea. The refrigerator, water and microwave was an added convenience. It was a bit disappointing though to find out that our booking did not have a breakfast packaged in when your advertisement included breakfast for the option we chosed. Seems there is no truth in advertising here.

Good clean unit, microwave, refrigerator, and washer are a plus, building is currently being work on not finish yet. Be warn, you will be charge for 0.50 cents/hour up to $12 a day to park in their garage if you have a car (no choice, no other place to park) every time you go in and out of garage, you will be charged accordingly. The area around the bridge club are seem to cater to Chinese, most restaurants menu are in Chinese only and not tourist friendly. No local street food or shopping nearby, nothing to walk around to see, need to go to Aeon mall for food and shopping, tuk tuk ride to the Aeon mall is $1.50 to $2.

There were no rubbish bin in the room and toilet. The cleaners or housekeeping are very poor in cleaning. Mopping the floor with wet mop and leaving it to dry with residues of water. The towels have stains. Not a single towel was stained free. Some security guards are rude and impolite.
With amenities, the steam room in ladies bathroom wasn't working and for 4 days it wasn't fixed. I booked with a free breakfast deal vut wasn't given any breakfast at all.

This place is located not too far from the riverside, you can walk to the main promenade in 12 mins or so. The hotel itself is brand new, modern and has amazing views from the pools (there are two of them).

The Bridge Club is a great property! We were only there for one night but had a really nice experience. The hotel is new and modern, the bed was very comfortable, it was impeccably clean, had a washer and dryer in the room, it was well located with a store just downstairs as well as coffee houses and bakeries. The staff was very nice and they allowed us to store our luggage. The only odd thing about this hotel was the shower as it did not have a door and then water got all over the floor. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

I was put up at the 37th floor. Nice view.
Problem with the room is that the side faces the clubs. It’s strange but the bass and subwoofer of the clubs were so strong. It causes the whole building windows to vibrate with it. I couldn’t sleep and ask for a change to the other side. I had peaceful sleep that night but was disturbed by construction noises at 7am cause it was next to a construction building.
Swimming pool on 39tj floor was so freaking cold and had no heating system. They should invest in heating the water slightly. It’s just way tooooo cold for anyone to swim in

Wish to tell you the place is good but that is a lie. The building is still under construction. Wonder if it any danger of short circuit. Noisy place due to drilling. They did offer to change room but still noisy. Poor Customer Service. We book with breakfast but we are ask to paid. We explained and show them the advertise in Hotel. Com what we book. They don't accept. When we ask to clarify with Hotel.com. They just ignore we. Was told the manager only come in at 10am. Finally I end up call Hotel.com from my phone which cost me extra USD 8. After talking to their reservation team. They tell, \" oh... it in the advertisement and we can claimed our breakfast. We so so embarrassed with whole thing. So stay at your own risk.

Sites of interest were easy to reach on foot or by tuk-tuk. Wold most definitely stay there again

Some of the rooms the bathroom bidet didn’t work so we had to change our room twice. They don’t have maintenance staff on hand. Very noisy like construction in the early morning and cannot sleep.

Very bad experience due to the poor room design.

The room face the river side was extremely noisy at night until 4a.m. with loud music from nearby disco pub. Beside, noise also generated every moment from the air-con compressor that installed within the room area. It was covered but without proper seal and sound isolation.

Shower area without door, unblock from toilet area, hence entire area get wet when showered.

No kettle and no hot water from dispenser. Very inconvenience.

Staff was always very nice and friendly and the view was amazing, however, the hallway to the rooms smelled so much like sewage that I tried not to breathe through my nose when I was in it, the room itself smelled funky -almost like stale curry, the towels were thread-bare and at least once I had to ask the house keeping staff for fresh hand towels and toilet paper, because they weren't left the previous day. One afternoon the fire alarm went off and when I called the desk to find out why it wasn't being turned off (there was no fire, someone was smoking in the hallway) the desk staff was completely unware that it was going off at all. I would not stay there again and would have switched hotels if it wasn't all prepaid.
