Really nice pool. The breakfast was good everyday. The banana shake was to die for so was the mango shake. I recommend going on a trike tour so you know the area. We did that the second day. I learned that robinsons mall is walking distance. Walk out of the gate and go right straight down ans you will see the mall, Jollibee and chow king. For me the best bar was tiki bar more room and better service. We went to Honda Bay the crew picked us up from the hotel its about 2100 php per person. You can rent snorkeling gear we didnt use it. The last island we went to have bar message and food nice beach. Aziza staff was really really nice from the front desk to the restaurant staff. It was a great stay the bathroom shower was awesome! Beds are comfortable. You can get a massage there we did and they were amazing!

Very disorganized. Made an appointment for manicure and pedicure but nobody was available to do my nails. Had to rebook the next day but the same thing happened. We booked for the shuttle going to the airport and we were first on the list, but they accommodated some group instead. We almost miss our flight. Also the room that they gave us smelled like mold, there were leaks on the walls and the beddings were wet with moisture so we had to transfer to another room so INCONVENIENT. I will never go back to your place again and will never recommend your place to anybody

I am so disappointed in this hotel. Our shower disnt have a curtain so as you shower the bathroom floods, the internet sucks and you have to enter a new code daily, they have a coffee station in the room but no outlets anywhere near the setup so we had to move the kettle into the bathroom where the only plug was. No elevators and or transportation to help you get around the city and their hotel transport isnt free.

An oasis in the middle of a worn out neighborhood.
This place is great. The food and service was 5 star and the airport shuttle was very convenient. It’s a resort, so they have a full service spa so my wife and I scheduled a1 hour message for ourselves and facials for our daughters, both were very affordable. The pool felt great, even in the rain. The room was very comfortable but the water took a long time to get warm. There’s no elevator but the staff is very helpful with the luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast can get busy so take note of peak hours. Front desk was able to print out some documents for me as well as arrange shuttle service to take my family to the airport our last day. One minor inconvenience was that our balcony did not have any furniture or a dry rack so it would been nice to have something to hang wet swimsuits.

Parking design should be slanted for cars on both sides. Motorcycle can be park for both ends to save space. It was hard getting in and out specially when vehicles are parked behind you.

Otherwise- Aziza is an awesome place to stay with Family or alone. This was my 5th time staying in Aziza.

when we got into our rooms . It smelled of wood not the forest kind but the wood that hasnt been used in a while . Same with the towels . Understandable that some rooms are not used all the time but atleast check of the smell and also some of the areas in the room looked unkept ie - chair was dirty , dust on the windows. Our other room's toilet flush wasnt working but since we were only staying for 1 night my realtives just asked if we can have a taboo since we didnt want to get seperate rooms but never got 1. communication with check in receptionist and breakfast staff made not only the rest of the stay bad but the fact that they wanted me to resolve the matter while i was still eating breakfast made me very upset . The assitant manager that i spoke to explained why & i definitely understood the reasoning BUT the fact that it wasnt explained to me upon check in & also updated our beakfast voucher as 3 each room .. it did not make sense to me that i was told after the fact we were eating breakfast the next day that i had to pay another extra . I am unsure i have communicated this enough to the assitant manager since she was repeating the same thing that she said twice and i was repeating the same thing BUT when she turned to the one of the breakfast staff that was standing next to me and talked to her as if i wasnt standing in front of them .. that really put it over the top .if it wasnt for the laing pizza and some staff were great it was be a 1 star for me and my group.

Walls are paper thin – I could hear the baby next door crying as well as someone snoring. Needed to wear ear plugs.

Staff are amazing, friendly, passionate and genuinely caring. We Can tell every single person is proud to work and serve at Aziza. We have stayed multiple times back in 2018 and 2019, and in 2023 its great to see they really have put a lot of effort to keep the property fresh. It still wowed us. One of the best lobbies ive been to (covered open air lobby and it is stunning - welcoming even as a daily rest area - its quite expansive, inciting and relaxing) Rooms are maintained and still quality, great beds. Great daily housekeeping service. Never had to call for any issues except a blocked toilet soon after we arrived but was immediately resolved and never reoccurred. We rented a car and parking was never an issue inside the property.

Prior to arrival, enquires via email were promptly answered (usually within 20mins)
They do have airport shuttle service available.

We booked this hotel literally at the very last minute as our previously arranged accommodations did not work out. Found this site on Expedia and booked from there.
The accommodations were better then other places but there is still a lot of improvement that could be done.

Overall staff was friendly, few spoke English and because of the langue barrier I think some became timid in offering assistance. Yet some staff went above and beyond for us.

The tours offered through the hotel was nice, affordable and friendly.

The rooms were disappointing not very clean. Housekeeping did not come to our room to clean until around 430 every day (we stayed 2 nights). We had to call the front desk 3 different times to have our toilet unclogged even when all we did was pee.

The restaurant was open early and did offer a good variety of food for buffet. But once the food was gone no more was made. So if you didn’t get to the breakfast early you choices were limited.

I really dislike giving bad reviews and struggles with writing this one, but want other to be aware of what to expect when staying here. Really hoping that hotel management will read these reviews and find ways to improve the hotel and the service offered.

The hotel restaurant food and service was terrible. I could barely get into my room because the door handle was faulty and it was the same for a friend's room. The beer they were selling at the hotel had rusted caps and was visible on the bottle tops when delivered to me. Very limited seating located around the pool.

The property and room is very basic. They only provide towels but no hand towels and they do not smell fresh. The hotel could do with some refurbishing and upgrades. The best part was the staff and food which are both excellent. Unfortunately we experienced some power outages during our stay, however electricity was quickly restored.

We were 4 adults who stayed in a family suite (2 double beds). The beds were comfy but the room is small -I dont not recommend bringing large suitcases - and the bathroom could do with an uplift.
Staff were helpful and courteous. The pool is clean and quite large - good for people who want to do laps!
Breakfast buffet options were limited but food was tasty.
Overall a good experience.

The room was large and well serviced. The food from the restaurant was tasty and fresh. The menu is very broad.
The kids loved the personally made pan cakes that the chef made into well known cartoon characters.
The shops were not too far and getting transport was extremely easy.
This hotel has its own generator which kicks in autonomously whenever there is a brown out.
The highlight was the swimming pool. Very large and varying in depth. Staff are very observant when children are swimming. Good shallow pool for young children. Open from 0600 until 2200.
Water pressure was reasonable though there was the occasional pipe blocking which staff were very efficient at rectifying.
I have no reservations in recommending this hotel. It is one of the best I have ever stayed at.

Overall a nice place, but some things to be aware

So, it’s truly got a nice pool. Rooms are great, showers are great w good pressure and really hot showers if that’s important. The staff is wonderful and hardworking, promot, great service. Rooms are clean, linens quickly supplied. However.... there are some safety concerns around the pool we encountered as a family with a 6 & 9 yr old. The design of the pool has the frog fountains intake right inside the pool about 30-centimeter under the surface. My nine yr old is a great swimmer and was exploring around and while underwater his arm got sucked into that intake, please be aware that the suction is extremely strong, it sucked his whole hand and wrist into the intake. As he was underwater at the time he had to fight to free himself. It all happened so fast, I though he was just diving but little did I know he was fighting for his last breath. Luckily in a desperate move he was able to free himself before he drowned, he came up hysterical crying with a severe bruise on his wrist. I immediately brought this to the attention of the management that there should be a grille over the intake or a sign posted to make pool users aware of the danger. Over the next 3-days nothing was done, no one was warned and no grates were installed. I have a feeling the issue was quickly forgotten by the management. I just want to warn other families. The other hazard is the uneven pool deck, which has a lip around causing you to constantly trip, especially in the dark when the pool lights are off.

All the rooms are great. We had Premier Balcony room and actually preferred that compared to the rooms right next to the pool for the peace and privacy.
Love the Entrance of the hotel, awesome pool and gardens, will put a grin on the most weary travellers face.
