This property is apparently waiting to be pronounced dead. The only bright spot wa the OJT staff who are doing the best that they can with the hand that was dealt them. This hotel even ran out of cold water to buy. Knowing that every room doesn't have a mini fridge. We had to complain aboru the room cleaning and the kitchen was only used twice in a 6 day stay. When we arrived the pool didn't work and they have the skeletal remains of a basketball court. Like I stated it seems like it just waiting to be declared dead.

To say the rook is basic would be a major understatement. The aircon was more like a heater. I imagined myself in China in 1980. I gave it an hour and left for another hotel. If you are desperate during a typhoon and this is the last room in the city, then maybe. Otherwise avoid. Staff was very friendly and they tried./b

We enjoyed our trip to Palawan. The hotel is very clean and quiet with a friendly staff. It is about a 7 minute walk to the Robinson Mall with trikes everywhere if needed.

Hotel is convenient to airport, has a lovely pool and friendly staff. The hotel description includes a restaurant and pool bar - these were closed during our stay (Feb 2025). Our room had no view and looked into a narrow corridor making our room dark. The room itself was comfortable and quiet.
The staff were very friendly but the room was overpriced compared to others in the area with full service restaurants/pools.

Honest review.The hotel is old,i wasn’t able to get a good sleep because of the noise.you can hear the sirens and karaoke,and you can hear also the noise from the other door.No Fridge,I only stayed one night.but i wouldn’t recommend this hotel.just old.Free shuttle bus to the airport.they let you check-in early but need to pay an extra 500php,which is fine.too many staff in the front desk but not attentive.Thanks!

I have stayed Heritage numerous times before. Heritage is a great hotel. I always enjoy staying there.
There were two smalls hitches. I had a late arrival time for my flight, thus I arrived Heritage late at night, and when I went to the room the key card did not work.
When I was leaving the next morning for the airport, they were slow to get me a vehicle for the airport. When I checking out at the front desk I asked the door person to please get me a taxi or the airport. After I completed checking out and came outside, they had still not called for a taxi. And at 5:30 in the morning there was no one else around to cause a delay.

Hotel is nice and is close proximity to town or bay walk by tricycle. Only downfall I would say is the aircon is very loud in the room so when trying to sleep is a bit hard and sometimes the towels were not as clean. I would still recommend to stay at the hotel as these were only minor issues and everything else was smooth sailing!

The only reason I keep staying here is the fantastic pool. The best in the city center. But the restrooms by the pool are smelly and in poor condition. The rooms are 2-star quality. Breakfast is good.

Excellent service, location, amenities. Shower in the the bathroom wasn't cleaned well, and definitely some grime buildup.
But otherwise great room for a few days.
They even provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Free breakfast was delicious and different every day.

Dilapidated hotel but has a great pool. Good breakfast for those who eat lunch for breakfast; but only eggs and cereal for others. WiFi useless most of the time (slow or no internet). The restrooms by the pool smell awful.

Front desk was professional.
Room was dated but fair - Loose floor tiles that popped when one walked on them.
TV signal blacks out periodically.
Buffet breakfast was fair- Omelet chef lets the cooking pan smoke from overheating giving a burnt smokey smell to the room. Kids running and screaming around the buffet table.
The security gaurd was helpful for directions and getting a trike for transportation.
Still, overall, one of the top end hotels in Puerto Princesa.

I didn’t like how they emailed me and tell me that they will pick me up at the airport and they didn’t. I waited for 30 mins in the hot weather and they never show up or even call me to let me know what’s going on. I had to take a taxi to the hotel. I’m very disappointed!!

The hotel is in a good location and has free airport transportation. The service was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good options. We did find the bed quite firm. Our only issue is that we are still waiting to receive an invoice by email for a tour that i have requested twice already because they didn't give us one before we left. It's difficult to get anyone on the phone at the hotel and we can only get a response via email through expedia.

The hotel is conveniently situated but its accommodation is tired and would benefit from a refit. The rooms are small with limited facilities. the pool is of a good size with a separated children's pool and a jacuzzi, however, the floor of the pool is breaking up and gritty and the jacuzzi was not working for the duration of my stay. The staff were all friendly and keen to please. My original allocated room was not what I had expected from the advertisement and was upgraded following my complaint. The food in the restaurant was quite good however the buffet breakfasts offered a very limited choice. t

Even kept our excess luggage for 4 days when we went to El Nidi.

Maybe okay for a night but wouldn't want to really stay longer than that. The area is ok. The hotel could use a facelift for sure though. The room was VERY small and the water didn't work. Nobody came for an hour so we called again and somebody came. After this, the toilet would not stop running. I let them know but it was never before we left a day and a half later. We also weren't too impressed by the food we got. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful though. If the building were updated it would definitely get a higher score from me. The round trip transportation to the airport was helpful.

Needs some improvement and update with utilities.

It was good except for the bath, the second room I got didn't have a good water heater or steady pressure. So shower was a mess. You are paying for ambience and service, not breakfast items except the omelet freshly made. Had same dry fish two continuous days! And no western or even normal fare found in much cheaper hotels. However the staff working there are great.

Stayed for 2 nights. Had a problem with reservation, they had me booked on 2 rooms instead of 2 nights. Not all of the staff are friendly otherwise if you need help like calling for tricycle and making restaurant resevation they are helpful. Especially the one that works on daytime reception, they were able to call the van driver going to Underground river. We rode on the wrong van but they helped us contact the driver since we dont have any phone. Rooms are just plain. Bed is hard. Sheets has stains. Bathroom is big since its for disabled, but the layout just doesn't work. Whatever you do, you will end up having all the bathroom wet. Breakfast is good. And the best thing I like about this hotel is that its close to Robinson mall and they also provide free airport shuttle.

Overall the experience was great, except for the television that turned on only after several minutes of waiting, I really thought it was not working.. we even called for assistance.. they gladly helped us.. they said that it was because of loose wirings, but the second time we turned on the tv same thing happened. i disregarded the tv and just used my cellphone since they have a decent wifi connection, to my surprise the tv turned on after 5 minutes. also they have almost the same set of breakfast for 2 days..the staff were very friendly and helpful, they accomodated our every request, even the emergency ones.. we had our dinner in our room and the food was great..we loved our stay there.. please change your tv in room 211, i know you do not want to have negative feedbacks just because of the television.. nice interior designs and cool swimming pool..

Almost perfect but...

The hotel is a bit dated but quite relaxing, the hotel staff such as driver, security, cleaners, servers were very courteous. Check in was a breeze, check out not so much --- we waited for 30 minutes, front desk staff kept talking to each other and seemed to have forgotten that they made us wait in the lounge area. When i inquired, that was only the time they got out my folio for my incidentals. It would have been perfect save for check out and the late shuttle to the airport.
