The property was easy to find even if just slightly outside the city center, and the view from our room was incredible. The property itself is lovely to walk around since there's a museum and gorgeous plants and greenery. Our room was great, breakfast at the cafe was delicious, and the staff were super friendly!

Great location to visit all the sites of Jeju (everything can be gotten to within 45-60 minutes by car) staff are wonderful, freshly cooked delicious breakfast every morning. Museum genuinely surprised me at the exhibits inside, definitely worth the 30 minute free tour by the owner. Only downside is beds were a little hard for our liking but still slept well.

Room: Spacious with a comfortable bed and with a beautiful view of the ocean and the nearby small islands. A mini fridge and kettle are available.
The blackout curtains are not doing a good job of preventing the morning light and there's no mirror in front of the sink which makes shaving an impossible mission.
No desk to use a laptop only a small table

Grounds: Manicured and well maintained, lush of green, fruit trees, art installations and an amazing view of the ocean.

Staff: Amazing, polite, helpful and professional.

Location: There's nothing within walking distance, a car is recommended.
To get to the hotel, follow the red tulip 🌷 logo.

Jeju Bom Stay far exceeded our expectations. It sounded quirky, but it is stunningly beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is gracious, the grounds are gorgeous, and the included breakfast is delicious. The description and pictures don’t adequately capture the beauty of this place.

Beautiful garden with many impressive copper artwork next to a museum. It has a cafe provides set breakfast & set dinner. We had breakfast & dinner at the cafe, it tastes good. It was therapeutic walking around the stay compound garden in the morning, hearing the bird chirping. The owner has a private owned collection museum. She’s very kind to show us, explains to us about her collection Artworks. P.s (For foreigners, need to pay extra attention on the signage). The signage “Cafe Stay” can be confusing. Not tally with Jeju Bom Stay.

The Jeju Bom property is absolutely stunning.The view of mandarin trees, the on site art installations and museum tour make for a memorable experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower( good pressure) are separated by frosted glass enclosures.Uniquely designed room with an awesome view make for a great visit to Seogwipo-si. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I stayed there for 4 nights from 24th to 28th September, the location of the hotel is a bit out of the way but once you are familiar with the area it is easy to get around, we enjoyed our stay there, the staffs at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was great, highly recommended.

Property was isolated and the building with Stainless steel door creepy .
Did not stay at the place and left on arrival . You could only get to places by taxi . Took me over sn hour possibly 2 by taxi . Nothing was nearby .
Gut feeling not to stsy do left immediately. Expedia needs to be upfront about the isolation of this place snd far from anything I wanted to see and do .
So unless you want isolation this is the place . Otherwise avoid it .
Choose carefully as if you don’t like what you see on arrival you lose your money therefore now out of pocket $670AUD plus my taxi fare there and back to central area which cost me another $120 AUD .
Also lady at reception was none too friendly as I did not stay .
Beware as now trying to recoup my money vis insurance . Will be very careful in future with Expedia

This is a lovely boutique hotel. It’s family owned and operated. The owners husband is an artist. There are two current works on display in the museum which you can tour and take photos and numerous other pieces around the property. The hillside is beautiful, with a great view from the cafe. Cafe food wad also really good and surprisingly affordable. It was a little difficult to find especially at night so signage could be improved. Parking was ample but as with most jeju recommendations you do need to drive to make the most of your trip.

Positives include breakfast, friendly team, room views - the grounds (which keep on developing). It's \"not corporate\" and is a \"Pension\" type property, meaning more like BNB, but more modern, less New England. I'm impressed they keep pouring more resources into it's development. After 7 years, I can see real marked improvements, along with the wear and tear of mother nature. I hope to be back with my family (3 young children) again before another 7 years pass.

Host was very helpful and the museum visit was worthwhile and eye-opening. A pity it rained and we were unable to visit its tangerine orchard.
Nice duplex room for family and the shower area was nice with standing shower and sunken bath.
One suggestion is to enhance the road signs to indicate Bom Museum as current signs say Jeju Cafe Stay and we had a little trouble finding the place on the first day.

My stay in Jeju Bom Museum is pleasant and comfortable. All the units are on the ground floor hence you no need to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Our room is very comfortable, spacious and cosy. My son love the attic bedroom. He slept on a comfortable \"Futon\" bed. We tried their breakfast and love it. This Pension is located on a hill overlooking the sea and plantations. It is a bit difficult to locate the place but we managed it with the help of the owner. Owner is very kind to keep my son's sweater that was left on the railing outside. Overall, I am very happy with Jeju Bom Stay but you need to drive if you book this place.

If you have a car, this is an excellent option, at a peaceful location about 5 minutes' drive from downtown Seogwipo. A truly unique experience. Friendly and helpful service, delightful views of the ocean, tasty cafe food, large affordable rooms, and most importantly, amazing artwork. Our family of three adults stayed for five nights and were very happy.

Fantastic hiking is nearby and food/markets in Seogwipo are easily accessed.

It's amazing that the property hosts a little museum that can be visited for free (at a specific time as it's a guided visit) - we found both installations to be quite immersive. The breakfast was great. While the hosts speak somewhat limited English, they try to manage this limitation (e.g. there's an English one-pager about the exhibitions).They also struggle a bit with the workload during breakfast time - be patient and you will have a great time.

This hotel is excellent as rooms have sea view, are spacious, comfortable, modern looking and clean. Breakfast and dinner available too and tastes very home cooked which we love. Lovely lady managing the hotel.
My only advice is how to get there. I would strongly suggest you put KAL hotel as your destination. Once you pass KAL hotel, change your gps to Bom Stay and this leads to a wider road into the property. If you do not do this and put the hotel name as the destination from the start, you may end up in a very narrow road leading to the property. Do take note of this.

This was truly a special place to stay. The entire property was so beautiful with art throughout the grounds and the common areas, thoughtful architecture, and a fragrant surprise of rosemary in the gardens. This place is so unique and has much more character than your average hotel experience.

We stayed in a duplex guest house which was perfect for a family of three, super clean, comfortable, and a well designed space. The duplex had a terrace and floor-to-ceilings windows that frame the perfect view of the hotel grounds and the ocean and surrounding islands out in the distance.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and went above-and-beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in.

Be sure to ask about a museum tour and the owner will give you a private viewing of the gallery.

I will definitely be back to visit Jeju Bom again.

It's a unique property in that it's a museum/Stay place that offers a different environment to travelers.
It's quiet, spacious, and serene because there's only a handful of rooms, located up a hill overseeing scenery and the ocean .
Don't expect room service or great amenities since there's only a coffee shop inside, but it does offer a great breakfast that is highly recommended as it tasted home made (omelettes), it's just downstairs, and nothing else is nearby without driving
Another great perk is that there's a small museum attached. it's a few sculptures and it's free if you stay in the hotel. it's just 2 rooms for the sculptures but it was very interesting and relaxing pieces

If you are in Jeju, definitely recommend this Stay if you are looking for something more serene and have a car

Jeju Bom is in a rural area that’s accessible only by car. It’s near a few well-known Falls and the Ollie market. The room is very comfortable (we got a free upgrade) and breakfast provided were changed slightly daily so it will not get boring. The views from our room are beautiful and really brighten our day to face such scenery at the start of each day. There’s also a mini art museum - definitely worth visiting - and many life-like sculptures at the surrounding. We will definitely stay at Jeju Bom again when we next visit Jeju.

Amazing stay, look no further!

We had such a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel!! You definitely need a car as it is on top of a hill but the scenary you get from the room is amazing! We were surprised with a free upgrade. The room was big with floor to ceiling windows. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I got sick during my trip and stayed in one day. The manager and another kind lady came up to the room to check on me and made me a personalized meal because I wanted something light...and gave me some homemade plum tea which really soothed my stomach! The location is great, about a 5-10 minute drive to town where there are plenty of restaurants.

Not only did the place felt homey and
comfortable, they go above and beyond for their visitors. I cannot rave enough about Jeju bom and will most definitely stay here again!

Service is great. Very nice conceige lady Hae Won who attend to our needs when heating was not fully working on the first day. Try the breakfast, the baguette served was crispy and fresh.

The location is out of place though. Not near to any mart and accessible only by car. The amenities are very basic. Pse bring your own toothbrush !

I loved Jeju Bom! The service was impeccable and the room was perfect. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. My only regret is not taking advantage of the free tour of the museum. I plan on staying here again and making time for their exhibits. Next time though, we need to rent a car. The pension is in a remote area, which is why you have a beautiful view. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a beautiful and peaceful retreat. Also, the breakfast was Amazing and delicious!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeju Bom. It has a great architecture with lovely ocean view; modern decor with arts pieces dotted around including owner’s sculptures. Though small and boutique hotel style, the one or two staffs were very attentive. About 10min taxi ride to town center. Not easy to walk due to up hill cliff. Really appreciate Mrs. Park took us to tour the private museum with the two beautiful arts installation. And must mention that the complimentary breakfast is soooo good. Thanks chef!

Beautiful Place to Stay in Jeju Island

We stayed at Jeju Bom for two nights in December, and we absolutely loved it. We were little worried about the location after reading all the reviews thinking maybe it will be hard to drive there if the road gets icy. But the weather was great, and the hotel wasn't located on a high hill at all. Just a few turns up a small hill, and it was easy to find with navigation. The view from the hotel, sizzling floor next to bed, well-prepared breakfast, friendly staff, clean facility, quiet atmosphere...everything you can think about, I would give 10 stars. A short trip to Bom Museum was a pleasant bonus. There were only two art pieces at the museum, but they were amazing, unforgettable. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Jeju.

My mom's most favorite accommodation

We stayed in Jeju Bom on the last day of our trip. Since it was our first family trip, I really wanted to make everything perfect. I was glad my parents liked staying here, especially my mom. She said Bom was her favorite accommodation among other fancy hotels and resorts we stayed in. While my dad complained a bit about small amount of molds on walls in the living room (he is very concerned with my mom's asthma) and slow flushing toilet(due to this you need to put your used toilet paper in a trash can next to the toilet, but it's pretty common in Korea), overall he liked the experience here that I will elaborate next.

The room was very cozy and super clean. Kitchen had most of the utensils available for use. Shower room was also nice and we enjoyed doing foot spa in the bathtub. In the morning, we went outside to take a stroll through the pretty garden and the view of Seogwipo ocean was spectacular. Too bad I cannot share the view since I lost the memory card on my way back to US. Also, they have a small art exhibition place to guests every morning, and it was interesting. Staffs were wonderful and smiled all the time.

Our family had a really great time here. I am so happy that our first family trip ended well thanks to our last day with Jeju Bom. It was a perfect place, very close to central Seogwipo, where we loved the relaxed vibe of Jeju Island.

Simply lovely!

Located on a hilltop, surrounded by orange groves, with a view of the sea that you can wake up to, located near great places to eat and handled by kind, helpful and welcoming staff! Is it any wonder that this has been our second stay and we plan to return again in the future?

Great Hotel, Great Staff and Great Location

We styed for 4 nights in October. We had no car and were able to get around quite easily by taxi and bus. The location is perfect - just far enough out of town to be with the nature and near enough to get a taxi for dinner!! Rosario on reception is adorable and goes totally out of her way to help with anything at all.

A Lover's Paradise

I have never had much experience with boutique hotels. However if Jeju Bom Stay is a prime example them I will be staying in similar places in the future. The location is perfect, albeit hard to find at the beginning. Fir that, we praise the science of GPS. The view is spectacular, from the lush greenery to the distant islets and ocean. Decor reflects the personality of the owners, both of whom are artists, one a sculptor and the other a painter. And the place is festooned with their art which range from whimsical hanging mobiles to metal works and paintings. The place also houses a museum where 2 of the works of these artists are on display, each encompassing a full room. We had the pleasure of being given a tour of the museum by one of the artists and it was a treat both to view his work and comprehend the ideas behind their conception. I will make it a point to visit and hopefully stay here again on my next visit to Jeju.

Good location with beautiful view.

Staffs were excellent and nice clean room with great ocean view.
Free breakfast food quality is better than ordinary cafe. Everyday with different menu with fesh coffee or juice.
Even the galery was amazing.
If I visit in Jeju island and I will deninetley go back to JEJU BOM

Excellent Location for a Relaxing Holiday

Perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Nice view of the ocean and greenery. This would be the main reason why the location is a little remote. Bed was a little too hard. Otherwise staff personnel were all very friendly and nice. Excellent breakfast as well.

The breakfast was great, I suppose they grow the veggies themselves as I can see there are farmlands and a green house besides, served together with Jeju orange juice, accompanied by a great, spacious view of the ocean, what else do you want ?

Treasure on the island

It's at a great location, on the hill, great ocean view, singing birds in the morning, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, and everything else you want it to be. Better to rent it for a time spent with your significant the other. I think the place is too romantic for a family. ;-)

Great Stay at Jeju Bom

Really awesome stay at Jeju Bom, wonderful scenery, freindly service and great food...especially the museum, I and my family all love the art piece.
Mr. Martin who is a professional photographer but also workin Jeju bom given us very nice photo shoot..great memory...will come back for sure:)
