必要にして充分なホテル。心地の良いシンプルさ。
大浴場も現代の需要に合っているが、サウナの温度はやや低め。アメニティが部屋にないのは最近よくあるスタイルでそれは構わないが、ならばレイザーや歯ブラシはせめて大浴場には置いて欲しい。

Well-equipped hotel but I unluckily got a fever

The bed & pellow are pretty home-like, I have no problem sleeping with them. Staff are really courteous.

But the air-conditioner in my single room is not at the perfect location, where the wind either blows directly behind when you sit, or blows directly on your mat when you sleep. I got a fever on the third day and decided to turn to 27 degree but luckily it works very well.

I really prefer all the 'seasonal hotsprings', where you feel the outdoor cold breeze.

The gym is a bit small but fairly equipped.

Great spot, horrible beds

Great location by the station. Easy to get around town. Plenty of food options all around. Service was good. Bath was lovely and spotlessly clean. Room was small and tight. Bed and pillows were hard as rocks. Very uncomfortable sleeping for us both.

Unfortunately gym hours were very limited (main reason I picked this property)

Checkout time was also surprisingly early. There are signs placed around the hotel with various rules, which is common in Japanese culture. However, the language used lacked hospitality :(

Love the location of the hotel, it’s only a few minutes walk from the Shinkansen station and BIC is just next door. Staff is very very helpful. I left my earrings behind and they were so kind as to arrange for it to be mailed to the next hotel I was going to stay in!

Very basic hotel rooms with minimal space. Very convenient to the train station which is why we chose it - we used it as a base for several bullet train trips to Himeji, Hiroshima, etc. The bathroom door is an odd and significant step up. A definite fall hazard for kids or elderly. Very nice laundry facilities. Heat and AC controls in Japanese only (and completely non-intuitive) so even with Google translate we were never able to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Front desk staff was the least helpful/interested in whether or not we had what we needed out of all the hotels we stayed in Japan. Would not stay there again.

駅近できれい。快適！

3月の土曜日にキャビンで1泊しました。入り口のアコーディオンカーテンの上下に隙間があるため、近くにいびきが煩い人がいれば厳しいような気がしますが、人の気配からすれば満室でなければできるだけ離して部屋を割り当てているような感じでした。大浴場も25時まで、朝6時から使用でき、朝食バイキングもおいしかったのでまた利用したいと思います。

カプセルホテルといえば、他の利用者の物音や足音が常に聞こえている、みたいなのが普通ですが、平日かつコロナ禍で空いていたこともあり、すごく静かで超快適。人が増えたらまた感想は変わりそうですが、布団もふかふかで全体的に清潔、受付の方の印象も良かったです。気持ちよく泊まれました。

岡山駅にとても近く、商店街の中にあるホテルなのでレストランもたくさんありました。綺麗な大浴場が7階フロアにあって炭酸泉、サウナもありました。とても快適でした。また利用したいです。

Beautiful clean double room with excellent amenities and a large comfortable bed. This is a top-drawer hotel with really good facilities, including laundry machines which is always a plus. One of the best buffet breakfasts of all the hotels we have stayed at during our time in Japan as well. The staff are friendly and helpful, very professional and thorough. We would stay here again, highly recommended!

This hotel is fabulous. It is new and space is huge. Location is great, near JR Lines. You may access through underpass, so no worries when is rain or shine. About 5-10 mins walk to hotel.
The hot bath is great! A superb hotel you must not miss!

Before the trip, I contacted the hotel for the travelling information, for example, car parking. Staff are very helpful with quick reply. This attitude would make you feel satisfied with your upcoming trip.
For the hotel, the room is clean and big. And it is very close to the JR station. Moreover, the breakfast is very good with choices.
Also, the public bath is very relax. It is very great to have an onsen after a day.

Hotel was pretty new, and clean. Rooms are big. Onsen is very nice. Quite close to the station, but the entrance may not be easily found, if you walk along the main street. Lobby on the 6th floor, big and relaxing atmosphere.

Very new hotel! Conveniently located (5min walk fr okayama station, and 5min fr aeon mall). Family mart, drug store and bic camera are just round the corner!

The walk fr okayama station is connected through basement tunnel (ie in case it rains or weather is too cold, u dont have to bother walking on g/f!)

The location is very close to Okayama station and the Convention Center. The hotel is located in the 6-7 floor and there is a convenience store in the ground floor and a food court in the first floor. Bic Camera is nearby as well. The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out were fast as well. The only drawback I have is Wifi signal which was quite poor in most of time during my stay. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to others staying at Okayama.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and within minutes from the Okayama Station. New hotel and very well maintained. The area was also lined with restaurants, convenience stores and drug stores. Cabin room was as shown in pictures - clean and tidy with a safe to lock valuables. Bed was comfortable.

Was extremely hard to find. The image you have is nothing like the street front view of the hotel and the entrance is down an alley at the rear of the building. Staff were friendly and the guy at check in's English was pretty good. The place just didn't have the feel of a top hotel although it was clean and good enough for an overnight stay.

The hotel is basic and unpretentious yet everything you need is there. Clean and efficient. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Less than 2 blocks from the train station. Only steps away from a huge mall, as well as a local market. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet is quite good and worth the additional charge.
